Hi there, I'm looking for a quiet place to share with one other flatmate. I'm originally from the Sunshine Coast but have just moved back after 9 years in Brisbane. I'm about to start fulltime work near Mountain Creek and am looking for a place in the surrounding suburbs. On weekends I'm usually Sailing, Scuba Diving, making the most of my time with friends (camping, eating out, events), or sometimes doing nothing when I need it. My ideal budget is around the $200-220 mark, however, for the right place I could go as high as $250. I'd prefer my own bathroom though it doesn't need to be an ensuite. Off-street parking for my car would also be preferred. I enjoy basic cooking, with dinner being my favourite meal of the day. I'm not a big drinker but enjoy an occasional drink. I like the idea of entertaining, but can often not be bothered making it happen. I enjoy watching trash TV, Youtube, Netflix and pretty much all other streaming services. I own most household items (bar a couple of major items eg. Fridge, Sofa, TV) but otherwise have a good number of things to semi-furnish a place and my bedroom. I'm happy to team up and find something privately too (so get in touch if you think we'd be good flatmates). I'd be interested in signing a lease for 6-12months. I don't own any pets but am keen at adopting a cat in the near future, a pet-friendly place, preferably with a courtyard/garden area would be ideal. I also don't mind living with other people's pets, plus if you already have a cat, then that would fulfill my cat desire...but dogs are great too. That's all for now. Anything other questions just message me
Easy going, easy to get along with. Always up for a beer or coffee. Love a bit of banter. Independent and a clean person. And handy around the house if something needs to be fixed/built 🤙🏽
Reliable As happy keeping to myself as I am mingling with everyone Work mostly evenings as a bartender Born and raised kiwi working the random hospitality hours Looking for preferably long term accommodation but open to anything that's available
I keep to myself, I’m clean, friendly, respectful & most of the time I’ll be at work anyway.
We are 2 easy going relaxed individuals that would love to find someone that likes a clean house, is respectful, that we can both get along with well. We are looking for a third housemate.. we would love to team up with someone and get a long term rental 😊
Only been on the coast 6 months, Clean and friendly guy, Pretty chill and easy going! Tend to just go with the flow! Don't mind a drink or two whether it's a night out or just a couple casual ones haha! Work 2 jobs and sometimes late nights!
Hey I’m Sam, I'm moving to the coast early-mid August to work as a physio. I'm looking to share with one or two others around the same age. I'm always down for a chat and a wine or two on the weekends but respect personal space too! On the weekends, I'll be at the beach, hanging out with friends or just out on an adventure!
After a long time in Brisbane and overseas have moved back to the Sunny Coast and loving it. Surfing, playing football, meeting new friends and exploring....and having a great time. Love living in a shared house with good friendly peeps.
I’m looking for a new place somewhere along the coastline to call home while I work and set myself up a bit more for life. I’m super chilled out, funny and can always have a laugh, I also enjoy a good intelligent conversation, but also love my alone time when needed. I like to spend my free time when I’m not working just hanging out with friends, binging tv series, love nature and getting out amongst it so anything adventurous or physical outside count me in! Would love to find a gym partner as well if that’s something of interest too you as I like try and live a healthy active lifestyle as much as I can. I love to cook and am always making something amazing in the kitchen (just ask my mates). I work part time about 4 - 5 days a week most of the time it’s the weekends so I won’t be around much then. Currently I’m just looking for the right person to share a home with where we can both live as happily and comfortable as possible in a nice environment. I’m a very clean respectful person when it comes to the house or others property. I have everything needed to furnish a home, fridge, tv, furniture, kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. so looking for someone that might not have as much to contribute and more looking for a stable room that includes a lease and the rest of it. If there is anything else you would like to know please don’t hesitate to just send me a message! I would love to hear from anyone that is interested! We can organise to go get a coffee and have a chat about the details.
Hi I'm looking for a place around Warana area or close by. I'm 35 originally from England, self employed. I don't party and don't smoke. I like to live in a clean house and make my own food. For fun I ride bikes - dirt bikes, MTB and road bicycle, (I don't need storage for those) wakeboarding occasionally, go to the gym, swim in the sea, relax at the beach, and up for interesting adventures. Would be great to move in to a social house of 20s or 30s and maybe spend time outside of the house.... but not essential and I respect other people's space. I think I've covered everything, so if I sound like I would be a good match for your place I'll look forward to hearing from you.
Hi my names Aleisha Sutherland, and my friends name is Abbi Moyle. We're both 22 and study full time at USC. I am studying a degree in Education and Abbi a degree in Creative Arts. We both moved to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne. We're both easy going, and like a relaxing life style. I love the beach, being out doors, adventures, reading and writing. We like to socialise and have a drink on weekends and would love to hang out but also like to relax and keep to ourselves. As we're studying we mostly spend our time at Uni and work part time on weekends. We are looking for a bedroom each :)
New to the coast, full time worker, learner surfer, underwater photographer. Chill and not looking for a party household, a crew that enjoy a beer or two on the weekend but respect that home downtime feels Prefer on the beach or damn close to it for arvo paddles Length of stay flexible
