i am a nursing student through USQ (i rarely have to be on campus (about 3 times a year for residential schools (a week each).. and for placement (which is a few weeks at a time and will be somewhere in qld). however looking to make the move to the sunshine coast. I am friendly, chatty, love bike riding around, living simply, morning walks, taking photos of sunsets, travelling to visit friends, camping, relaxing, doing assignments, I want to learn how to paddle board and usually fit in to any share house pretty well. I like to keep healthy and am always making salads and veggie pots :) I am an easy going type of person with housemates. I plan to work part time (i am a qual social worker so i am thinking either in aged care or a community welfare organisation). I have travelled and lived in many sharehouses, I love living with flatmates because it feels more secure and i know how to be respectful of others space, belongings etc. Looking for - coolum/maroochydore / alex headlands /burdium - walking distance to major stores (any one of coles/aldi/wools/kmart etc) - prefer to live with other students - off street parking (as i don't drive often i prefer to walk/cycle) - *Not looking for a party house

Looking for a cruisy place to stay Working full time with my apprenticeship, lifeguarding and also training so I’m not around much and pretty kept to myself in the week and like to be out of the house and at the beach on weekends. Don’t mind a beer or wine and a sociable dinner after work though. love staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle. Looking for something around the kawana to Maroochydore area and pretty easy on what I’m looking for
Hi, I’m a student who is looking to move from studying in Brisbane to studying in the Sunshine Coast area! Mainly for the change up of course and lifestyle pace change. My stay length and move date are both flexible! I also drive, and own a personal vehicle. I work at Bunnings Warehouse and have had the job for a few years now! Looking at moving in sometime during February in preparation for the start of study semester at USC. I’m looking for pretty much anything in terms of accomodation, whether that be to move in with existing residents or moving into a fresh place, pretty much whatever suits. Although I am young, I am very respectful and easy-going, also more than capable of pulling my own weight around! Pretty laid back personality, not a big party goer, but go out for drinks every so often. My biggest hobbies are tv shows, movies and gaming! I’m also a small streamer, I’ve been streaming for about half a year, so somewhat decent internet would be great! I am a pretty sociable person, although respectful of privacy and personal space! Thank you, Jaidyn.
I'm an exchange student from Norway, and I'm really looking forward to experience Australia! I take my studies seriously, but I hope to spend a lot of time outdoors. I'm very tidy, down to earth, and love to sleep (but also like to get up early in the mornings). I'm looking for a tranquil home, without a lot of partying, but I would love to live with someone who shares my love for boardgames xD I'm also Christian, and would love to live with someone who shares my faith, but it is of course not necessary. Still, I would love to chat about life's big questions (if that annoys you, I'll stopp ;) ). I'm looking for a place to live where I can easily get to uni, either by bus or by walking. It will definently be a plus if it is close to the beach, but that is not a must. I arrive in Australia the 27th of january, and hope to rent a place from approximately that week and until the end of june. *I will not be able to sign any contracts before I have met you and seen the place.
I’m a relatively simple bloke with an old dog wanting to live close to the beach with good people
I live a quiet (retired) life spending time with my friends socialising, going for canal walks, reading, movies and I am pretty easy going. I am also tidy and enjoy having a clean house. I have a great sense of humour, laugh easily, have a warm personality and enjoy a chat over a glass of wine or a cold beer on a humid day...cooking definitely not my forte! I am very respectful of your space and privacy as much I value my own. I love spending time with my friends as much as I equally love my own quiet down time. My life is simple and I enjoy peace and appreciate nature and good happy relaxed and friendly people.
Hi, My name is Stephen I'm 29 years old and work Full-time as a parks worker for the Council. I'm quiet and clean, usually keep to myself as I keep myself quite busy with music and an active lifestyle. Not a party goer but happy to socialise when the occasion arises. Do my own thing and am respectful of housemates and shared areas. Easy to talk to, but quite shy. Happy to go for coffee and other things when time permits. Have been looking for a few weeks now and checked out a few potential places but as I have a decent amount of personal belongings (Musical Equipment mostly) I thought to have a go at meeting people for team ups. Happy with couples and whatever really, though would probably prefer similar-ish age. Would ideally like to find a place as close to the beach as possible especially down Buddina way (Kawana area) that has decent space for everyone. Ideally would like my own bathroom/ensuite and a good sized room but am flexible as long as it can all work and everyone is happy and gets what they need. I could do with any size room if there could be use of a study just depends on who with and the place I guess. Feel free to message any questions and even if you're unsure doesn't hurt to get in touch and see if we can make something work or can at least meet to discuss. I could pay up to around $240 but less would obviously be better. Some decent houses are around (realestate.com/domain) and could share with a few people or just go halves in something. And if all goes well and we find the perfect place would be good to stay there longer. Thanks Stephen
Have loved living the Sunny Coast life but am due to move south of the border in January, so looking for a place to call home for the next couple o months. Surfing, playing football, meeting new friends and exploring....and having a great time. Love living in a shared house with good friendly peeps.
Hello, I’m a bubbly, adventurous person who enjoys the company of others and having a few drinks occasionally, however I also appreciate time to myself. I love the beach, it’s where I spend a lot of my free time and I also like to keep a healthy and active lifestyle. I have a 1 year old border collie, Isla, who loves the attention and affection from others, along with playing and running around. Ideally, I would like to live with 1 or 2 other people who share similar interests as myself.
Looking for a housemate or team up between anywhere from Coolum to Caloundra. Move date between 18th Dec to 20th Jan. I have a 2yo cat named Nelly who is an indoor/outdoor boy so I’m looking for a pet friendly place with a small yard. Ideally I would like to have my own bathroom and either a large bedroom to fit a desk or access to a seperate study space. I’m transferring to the coast as a a teacher so I’ll be working most of the day and working at home some nights. I’m looking forward to making the most of my weekends socialising, cooking up a storm, having a few low key drinks and hitting up the beach. I’m pretty easy going and have been doing this sharehouse thing in a small rural town for the last three years.
Hey! We are a young couple from Perth, moving to the Sunshine Coast where I’ll be studying medicine at the Sunshine Coast Health Institute. We are respectful, honest and quiet housemates, and we don’t smoke or own pets.
Currently living in SA, about to move up, to Queensland again originally lived in Buderim and Maroochydore 2 years ago, i enjoy hiking, and nature. im an outgoing person who is a little quite to start with, always up for a chat but do respect personal space too, i dont mind cooking i can make some decent meals, im clean and organised i want to get a dog but if the house I find does allow it I can wait. so if anyone has animals im happy to help out! I’m happy to live with anyone couples or singles, I don’t mind I just want to live with someone motivated as I can get slack if I’m surrounded by unmotivated people. I’m great with kids the last time I lived in Queensland I lived with now who I call my best friend/sister and her beautiful daughter. Helped with school pick up and homework. Starting up with a healthier lifestyle so I’m juicing a lot and going for walks. Hope to join a gym once I get to queensland. I play abit of video games on my ps4 and computer. i do enjoy a drink everynow and then but im not rowdy. id pefer to find a place with rent bills etc all included in one price. I don’t have a set date I want to move up yet but it wouldn’t let me post this without one, currently don’t have a job in QLD, but coming up for a mini holiday to visit friends and job hunt. So as soon as I have one, I will be moving. :)
Current Lease is ending in January 2020. Early riser, clean and tidy, work full-time. Not looking for a party house - had enough of that in my time. Would like somewhere quiet, clean and respectful with like minded people.
Hi! So a few things about me. I'm 23 a really easy going, very clean and tidy guy. Very respectful of others and their belongings so I'd like to think I am easy to get along with (You be the judge). I'm very active and really enjoy being outdoors whether that's at the beach or climbing mountains etc I also train at gym 4 days a week. I work at a Manufacturing company creating all sorts of different things so each day is a new challenge. I also do travel a lot for sport so I can be away for a week or weeks at a time, practice for this also takes up a large chunk of my week whilst I'm not working. I like to live in a tidy house and happy to share the cleaning around and have a yarn. I'm always down for a chat at the end of the day and enjoy meeting new people. I do enjoy socialising with my housemates but at the same time will respect your privacy as we all need a little me time. I'm out of the house for the majority of most days between work and training however when I am at home I do like to kick back and relax after a long day. Feel free to ask me any questions that you would like as I have lived in a share house the last 2 years. I'm an open book.
