I am a tidy individual and make effort to clean up after myself, be considerate and respectful towards others, ensuring I do my best to not be disruptive. My personality is a quiet, friendly, ambivert who is ambitious and motivated having a strong focus on my work and studies. However, I equally take pleasure in downtime or going out for a social drink. I currently live in Adelaide where I rent my own place, work full time and am a first year Bachelor of Science student at The University of Adelaide (PT) I have been planning to move to Melbourne, however, it is now essential I find a suitable place that will accept my indoor cat as she can no longer be cared for short term by family or friends. She is a little bit "special" as she was a stray found out in a delirious state from malnutrition out the back of my old share house. She is as adorable as cats get but can still be on edge at time. For the most part spends her time sleeping, giving me cuddles or reminding me is food time and is happy doing her own thing.
I have just recently graduated from uni, currently working in retail but will hopefully be full-time employed in the new year. Have been in a shared house for over 4 years now, but we all graduated so it is time to move out. Super easy going, clean, and a great cook! Enjoy time to myself but love being a social butterfly all the same. I have a lot of furniture from my old place so hoping to team up and find a nice place with a like-minded person/people, or moving in with somewhere.
Seeking self contained granny flat or studio with own bathroom and cooking facilities. Independent with work taking me away from home up to 4 days a week. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. Suburban Adelaide preferred, south, east, west or north-eastern all considered. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move in early December 2018 onwards for any time period but negotiable for 8 months.
Hey I’m Christina! I’m 23 years old and work full time as an IT analyst in the CBD. I work a 4 days on 4 days off rotation, 12 hour days and it’s shift work so my start times vary. Im clean and tidy and come with a full furnitished room ready to go. With me is my 7 month old puppy Zara. She’s a rotti x German shepherd super friendly with both people and other animals. She has her own bed which goes right next to mine. Inside at night and outside during the day. Pet friendly place is a necessity! Happy to discuss more!
I’m really sweet, kind and helpful. Very tidy, the house will always be clean! I’m friendly, so I’m sure we will get along well.
I'm a quiet, friendly, and respectful graduate student from Canada. I keep pretty busy between studying and working out, but enjoy the occasional social outing when time permits. Love to travel and love animals but sadly can't live with them (sorry, allergies). Ideally looking to live with one or two other non-smoking, like-minded graduate student(s). Looking to move in Feb 2019 as I start in March. Not overly familiar with the areas, but the closer to Flinders the better.
I am looking for a place close to CBD for a short duration. I am friendly , clean , respects privacy of the individuals. Love to enjoy homecooked meals.
I am a easy going, down to earth person who gets along well with anyone. I play competitive tennis & 8ball & love most music. I can cook & clean as good as the next. Looking for a friendly environment with great easy going people
We are easy-going, enjoy being with others and we adapt easily. Joph also speaks filipino and my first langage is French, but we always speak English together and with others. :) Joph is a student at TAFE in the city and I will start my uni course in Flinders by February. We enjoy going to the beach, and eat in the city sometimes! Looking forward to being your flat mates ;-)
G'day my name is Ben I'm a 22 year old Easy going reliable country bloke. I'm a quiet guy who is employed in the Security industry and also an Army Reservist. Currently working as a casual Security guard due to distance however will be able to pick up more hours when renting. What will make me a good flatmate is that I like to keep a clean house and I like to help out other people as much as I can when able to. I do enjoy going out and being social like everyone else but also enjoy my down time. I enjoy working out and wouldn't mind gym buddy.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.

I keep to myself but am more then happy to also be friends with my house mates if they are open to that as honestly I think the best house mates are ones you can have a laugh with! If anyone has any questions let’s me know please. I am really eagar to find somewjere affordable as I feel more myself living out of home. I love them independent feeling that comes with it. I also clean up after myself and will respect my house mates wishes and needs. PLEASE MESSAGE MY NUMBER AS I HAVENT UPGRADED THIS YET
Looking to move into a laid back home near the beach and work with roommates with similar interests. Always working and starting my study’s in January so won’t see too much of me but I’m a very bubbly girl who loves to socialise with a few bevvies but also likes my down time watching Netflix (Gilmore Girls). I like to keep a clean house, ready for when the family surprise visit you. I have rented for a year in North Plympton before heading to Europe and Egypt for three months, now I’m back home ready to move out ASAP 😊😊
Hi! I am a 27 year old full time employee in the non for profit / fundraising space. When I am not at the workplace I am down at the beach or out and about enjoying the sun! I grew up in Torquay, VIC and move here in late 2013. I don't mind a knock off drink although at the same time I do like having some time to chill out and focus on other projects I complete outside of my full time work (sports production/marketing work). I don't mind a Sunday arvo sports binge session and most of all am always keen to meet new people. I am clean, respectful and will throw in the $$$ on time for whatever is required. Keen to move by the end of November.
I’m 21 and looking to move out of home, I have lived in shared accommodation for work purposes before which was for 12 months, so I enjoy living with other people. I understand the importance of space and communication, plus I love cleanliness! I work full time hours as a shift worker. When I’m not at work I enjoy being active, going out for coffee and enjoy downtime watching Netflix! I do like occasional nights out but mostly enjoy nights in with pizza and wine! (Not a party person). Don’t mind living with pets - love doggos! ☺️
I am a fun and kind young professional working in health research. I am very organised and like to keep tidy. I love spending time outdoors and being active. I will help in household chores and love to cook! I will be a friendly but respectful housemate.
I'm 25 years old, working full time in Brighton, and one night a week in a bar. I have a 4yo Labrador named Loki. I'm easy going, down to earth. Play basketball 3/4 nights per week, and I enjoy running and I'm a geek at heart. I'm flexible with length of stay, I want to stay pretty close to work!
Hey! I'm Jess and I'll be moving over to Adelaide from Melbourne in Feb 2019 to start Medicine at Flinders University. Looking to find a place to rent with other med students, or students in general. Would love somewhere quiet and low key to come home after a long day to crash. Having said that, im in no way opposed to a late night wine and harry potter marathon Can provide an amazing book collection, Stan and Netflix accounts as well as no culinary skills
