Hi, I'm Joe. I'm going to be a first-year student studying engineering full time for the next four years. I've spent the last year accumulating savings to be able to afford living expenses so consistent rent will not be a problem. Some of my hobbies include: building and repairing computers, playing video games, playing sports (Aussie Rules and Soccer), going to the gym and socialising with friends. I've always taken pride in keeping myself and my living environment hygienic and clean as I think organisation is a critically important aspect to a healthy lifestyle.
Hey my names Aaron im 26 years old. Work as a bricklayer. Im fun and easy going and love meeting new people and always down for a chat and a drink but also like my privacy. Im mature and very respectful as a person and im looking for a new place i can call home, im looking for longer term accommodation. If you have any other questions or have somewhere that might be of interest to me please inbox me
I pay my rent & bills. I cook, clean, and understand boundaries. I think, have some empathy, and fix things. I have renovated a house. I am good with tech. I have travelled far, and done many things. I have just finished a Masters Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I am fine with Rainbow people, but aren't one. . I am looking for a better place to live with my 13 year old daughter. She is a bilingual, 'A' student. This year she did circus, hockey, debating, singing, long distance running, and spent a month in Germany. She is Ace. I have her half the time, and is the reason this is so hard. . I need an appropriate place for her to live. I want a fellow parent, or maybe an Empty-nester, somewhere in the Inner-ish North. . Last time, we moved in with a man in his 60's. I slowly cleaned & fixed his big house, which has been great to live in. 3 years later, it is time for us to move on. I adore cats, and maybe a dog would be OK. I have a working station-wagon. I am used to living with difficult people. Someone easy to live with would be wonderful.
Hello hello, so Andrea and I are two young gals looking for some pals (1-2 extra people) to move into a town house with in Melbz, Andrea is studying and works part-time and I (Morgan) am currently working full time at home in the country and intend to move down over the next few weeks. The best time to find a house for us is towards the end of January next year so that we still have a few weeks to assemble a gang We would prefer females but are open for males as well, age-wise, anywhere between 18-30 ish We're also lowkey stingy so we will want to be looking for cute lil house with cheap rent between $90-$150 but like we're fully self supporting and independent lasses so finding something that works best for everyone is the main priority. Also in saying that, we are super fun and out going, super fun to go out with xo and we're both tidy and very considerate. SO yeah, we'd love to hear back from anybody, please feel free to contact me- ***I also have found multiple houses so far that look amazing !
I'm a Masters Student of Comms and Media. A lefty feminist who likes swimming in the ocean, Netflix and casual drinks. A swim teacher on weekends. Don't reckon you'll ever have a problem getting along with me.
I am looking to sharehouse from January next year as my lease is up soon. I am a full time, 34yo professional who wants a back yard for cooking bbq in. I've been living in sharehouses since I was 18 and am clean, tidy and considerate. I get out and about camping, snowboarding and visiting family down the coast and play volleyball on Wednesdays. I also bake really good choc chip cookies.
Originally from rural South Australia, I am a country girl at heart but love the variety Melbourne brings to life! I enjoy horses, horse riding, listening to music, travelling, learning and relaxing when I’m not working. I’ve been in my current rental since 2014, which I moved to with an ex partner, since he left Ive had two female housemates come and go. It is time for me to move on from this house and start fresh. I’m friendly, clean and respectful. Looking to find a place around the northern suburbs or west, close to a train line with a car park! My housemate moves out on the 5th of Feb into student accomodation and this is the day I’d like to hand my keys back for my current place although I can look at moving out a little earlier. Generally I give a lot of love to those around me, but I have been taken advantage of in the past so I’m really looking for someone to share a place with that will provide mutual respect and responsibility for our rental and communal areas. Happy to look at living with male or female provided we have similar views and lifestyles. I am mostly quiet at home, I rarely party however I do still enjoy a drink every now and then! My current housemate and I love to have a wine or a beer together. Currently I am temping as I’m on Career Break from my full time role, I work in Admin and Customer Service. I have a small business with one my friends that we are working on. A horse in Craigieburn. And a small not-for-profit focused on Equine Rescues in Australia. I always have something to do! Also, I have a small inside Cat named Tipsy, she is part of me and my life / a non-negotiable for me. She comes with me, or I don’t go. She is really a sweet heart, even some of my friends who have dogs and have never liked cats - like Tipsy. She loves a cuddle, chatting in the morning and is trained. Very easy to get along with and super sweet. Please let me know if you are interested in finding a place together or able to take on the two of us :)
Hey there! I'm a creative writing student at La Trobe, looking for somewhere to move closer to my work in Brunswick West. I love art and spend a good deal of my spare time at home in my own space, painting and drawing. I also love yoga, learning guitar and Seinfeld is my go-to show. I appreciate a clean house and am very respectful. Looking for somewhere preferable along the South Morang line. Message me if this sounds like I'd be right for your place or team up :)
Easy going and don't mind the odd house party, BBQ or music festival ;) Just want to find some equally laid back individuals who might like the company of another housemate and her dogs.
Pros; I like to keep to myself, I work a lot and am house trained. I can also be quite personable when required, enjoy a good chat and a nice meal. Pretty open minded and tolerant. Good at cooking, though seldom have time to do it. I like to read. Cons; not really a morning person, can become grumpy if I haven't eaten or am grossly under-slept, extremely ticklish, very light sleeper who wakes easily (unless it's my alarm to go to work). As I am moving out of my apartment I have lot of house hold items. On the chance that you need to replace anything I may have what you need. I work a lot so will be out a fair bit. Rarely have mates over. I am good for a chat but due to my routine am not in a very social phase of my life. Going overseas in mid 2018. Would love to brush up on my Spanish and Portuguese so if you happen to speak either of those two languages I would be delighted to hear from you. Until we speak. Ciao.
Hello! A little bit about me: I finished my university studies in 2011 and since then have been working full time in the CBD. I can be quite quiet but am also personable and friendly. I am outside a lot (normally I work between 5-6 days a week) and consider myself a very responsible person. I like my own space but also like to make a house a home. I guess what i'm trying to say is I think I make for a pretty good house mate and tenant! If you think that I might be a decent match for you, please drop me a line. Dexter :)
Josh 23 My current lease is ending in January, so looking to stay in a nice place at a good price with great people. Looking to rent with people close to my age. It'll be my first year out of uni commencing full time work as a radiographer, I'm also going to work a few extra hours as a pool lifeguard to earn some extra $$, I quite often go swimming and/or the gym, so ill be out of the house most of the day. I have previous renting with other people for two years now and consider myself to be a respectful, fair, polite and considerate housemate. Im clean and tidy but not one of those people on your back if your not tidy. I'm relaxed, calm and easy to communicate with. I have a car so parking on the street or at the property would be great. Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Josh
