I work in Financial Services in the CBD. I've traveled extensively and continue to travel. I've lived in the UK and have traveled through Europe and Middle East. I also try to see different parts of Australia. I enjoy meeting people, experiencing different cultures and open to new experiences. I travel back to NZ regularly to catch up with family and friends. I'm active, go to the gym most days, I like to think I'm independent, self-sufficient but am happy to ask for directions if I need. I'm looking for short-term accommodation starting end of Oct/Dec potentially longer if it suits flat mate and myself. In addition, I would prefer to stay with 1 person. I have furniture in storage, if possible I'll require a queen bed, drawers, double wardrobe and off-street parking. If I need to get furniture out I can. I'm clean and tidy as well as respectful people's space and privacy. I'm active so go to the gym most days. Happy to discuss further with potential flatmate.

Hi, My name is Natalie and I am 37 years youthful, but can be a grandma at times too. Looking for a long term and prefer furnished (but can be flexible) around the areas of Glenroy to Moonee Ponds across to Thornbury/Northcote. Within a 15min walk to train station. Ideally I would a like an inclusive of Rent & Utilities around the $300 mark. I am neat and tidy and will keep the place presentable, but I am not OCD or a fan of a strict cleaning routine. I am a 9-5 office worker and outside of work I try keep fit at the gym most nights and wine and dine to chilax others. Weekends are generally running around doing stuff or just socialising. I enjoy people's company and would like someone outgoing that is home a couple of nights of the week for chit chat, but there are times when peace and quiet is called for too. I am an animal lover so pets would not be a problem.
***UPDATE***. Couple accommodation. Im 24, easy going who cleans up after herself. Love travel, fashion and catching up with family. My fiancée is 24 in the building industry. We're not really into partying as we work long days but rather good food, good wine and great conversation.
Never have I ever missed paying rent or bills in my life and I’m usually the “cleaner” in most places I’ve lived in. I’m don’t really drink, I quit smoking a year ago and strictly no drugs. I don’t play loud music and I have no friends so I won’t be throwing parties (joking about no friends, not joking about parties). I have a car and would really appreciate off street parking if available. My hobbies and interests include cycling on my bicycle, reading words in books, googling acronyms the young’uns are inventing and pretending I already knew them ages ago, damaging my frail body riding my skateboard, fixing things that are not fixed, surfing the web, saving and rescuing things from landfill, being cool and trendy, making jokes that are not funny. Please don’t hmu if you’re a room hermit that doesn’t contribute to household chores and/or slams doors. Please hmu if you are friendly, mature, open minded, responsible, courteous, respectful, polite and considerate. <3
I'm very need and tidy, generally keep to myself. I'm actually not home a lot, but I'm just looking for a new corner to call my own and spend a couple of nights a week there. When I am home I love to cook. I enjoy painting, sewing, playing music etc.
I'm very quiet and respectful - I only want to stay short term until I find my own place. I'm currently living in the country but starting my full time job in Brunswick in the next week - so would like to live close by to Sydney road or Train station on the Upfield line. In need of a room ASAP. Cheers!
Hello, My name is Jess. I am currently working full time in NSW and am looking to relocate to Melbourne early next year (ideally moving in January or February). I am interested in renting a room but also to team up with anyone else looking to create a share house! Even though I am not moving until January I am more than happy to pay rent a little earlier for a suitable place...also more than happy to Skype chat with anyone already in Melbourne. I am a English Literature and Geography high school teacher. This year I took a job teaching full time in order to gain experience and save money, but am now looking to move to somewhere less regional! In 2018 I plan to do my honors in creative writing/literature in 2018 but I will also be working as a substitute teacher / tutor where possible. I also run my own online business where I sell handmade clothes/accessories (this supported me through my entire undergrad degree) so hopefully if I can find a place with enough room for a sewing desk too! I have lived in a number of share houses before. I prefer a house that more feels like a communal home as opposed to a number of rented out rooms. I am quite and often keep to myself when working or writing but I love cooking communal dinners and chats with housemates. I am a tidy person (but not a neat freak), so I prefer to live with people who have lived in share houses before and know how to respect shared spaces. I have company over now and then but I am not a very extroverted of social person in my home. I don't mind if pets live in the house (because who doesn't love cute animals!). I live a fairly active/healthy lifestyle and love plants/succulent gardens. I also do a fair amount of drawing/art and am also very into film. Happy to live a little further out of the city if that means a more peaceful/larger place but also open to most locations :) If you would like to get in contact about a room or a team up for a place feel free to message! Jess.
Hey I’m shane from country NSW. Moving to Melbourne 20/10 & looking for a room to rent with my fur baby- Diesel the cat. He’s a little shy until he gets to know you & toilet trained. I’m into group fitness, keeping fit n healthy. I’m clean, respectful & friendly. Ideally looking for a furnished room.

Hello, my name is Natasha, I am in my 40’s. I don’t smoke. I have one job at present and am currently looking for another one. I love company, though like mine own “ me” time too. I spend time with my family and friends, when I am not cleaning or watching dvd’s or Netflix. Relatively quiet unless I am singing I enjoy going for walks, singing, cooking, reading, writing and being creative. I am clean tidy and respectful.
My name is Michelle. I am a fairly private quiet sort of person due to the fact I work 2 jobs. I'm currently looking for somewhere temporarily that is cheap, for a few weeks just to tie me over til I go overseas at the end of the month and then I will re-figure it out when I get back. Needing somewhere either close to cbd or western suburbs, im actually quite flexible as long as its close to a train station, I do have a car but its in need of repairs and I don't have time to fix it until I return. I'm an office manager full time in the cbd during the day and an events/artist manager nationally and Internationally, I am usually glued to my laptop every single night and most weekends especially over the next two months as i am working on my events. So if your looking for someone you will barely know is there, i'm your girl! If you are looking for someone to be your best friend sorry I wont be a right fit. So some may see that as a good or bad thing, I am quiet because I am a workaholic and my work load is insane, not because I am anti social as such haha. At the moment i am in a place from now until Oct 25th, possibly happy to extend another month if its the right fit until I find my own place but I am going overseas for a week on the 25th. I'm a clean person, I don't really cook much due to time restrictions with time frames with my work load, but when I do I tidy up after myself. I love travelling, photography, sleeping, dancing, movies and watching a good comedy.
I'm Toby, a 26 year old kiwi currently working as a restaurant manager in the northern suburbs. I am also an architectural graduate and hope to get some design work down the track. I work pretty long hours so the rest of the time i am mostly in front of the TV, listening to music or casually cleaning. I'm very tidy and respectful, love cooking and all kinds of sports. Looking to for a room closer to the end of the year.
I make the world's best meatballs. Always up for a glass of wine or a netflix sesh on the couch. I enjoy weekly trivia at the pub, cooking for friends, and exploring Melbourne on my days off. The boring stuff- Im 29, a non smoker, American, work full time on nightshift. I'm reliable, tidy, and friendly!
I'm friendly, get along well with most people , trust worthy and an honest person. I'm working as an estimator at the moment and want to move out of my parents house.✌🏼
Heya, my names April Im a 28 year old female looking for somewhere to live. My current lease ends at the end of November and Im looking to move out. I've been in melbourne now for 12 months and am keen to explore more of melbourne. I work full time in welfare Monday to Friday. I like to spend my free time with an even mix of gym, chillen and a few beers. I am social and like to get out and about but also like my own space as well. I am reapectful of others space and belongings and am very tidy person. I have lived in a few share houses and am happy to be flexible in whatever arrangements you have around cleaning etc. I am good for bond and rent and utilities and am organised in payments so you'll never have an issue with me paying bills late. I do have a cat. Her name is Puss she is 7 years old, nearly 8. She is mostly an outdoors cat but does come in at night and loves a cuddle. If pets are not allowed I might have alternative arrangement with family members. But idealy I would love to bring her with me if possible. I currently have a house of belongings that il be looking to get rid of but if there is anything additional you need I will probs have it. Im not sure what else to add on here or what you would wanna know but if you have any questions please do not hessitate to ask me. 😁😁
Hi, l am relocating to Melbourne late December 2017 early January 2018. Right now l am based in Central Victoria. I work full time as an International Travel Consultant and will be starting my new role in the Essendon area, early January 2018. I have no children, no pets, just me. Have been living in my own place and shared with the same people for quite some time. Mature, not into the party scene, and reasonably private however can easily kick back with a drink or two with you on Friday night. I do travel away quite a bit , international and domestic travel and never around much on weekends. I am up early and home late and march to my own beat. Would be willing to share with male or female. Have my own car and like being mostly independent. I can bring my own bed and furniture if you wish. If any one has a room coming up late December, early January please be in touch. Looking for long term if possible.
Hello! A little bit about me: I finished my university studies in 2011 and since then have been working full time in the CBD. I can be quite quiet but am also personable and friendly. I am outside a lot (normally I work between 5-6 days a week) and consider myself a very responsible person. I like my own space but also like to make a house a home. I guess what i'm trying to say is I think I make for a pretty good house mate and tenant! If you think that I might be a decent match for you, please drop me a line. Dexter :)
