Howdy future flatmate, I'm Grace and I'm seriously seeking out some independence. I lived abroad in France for a year in 2016 and have now spent almost a year back in the rents house in Adelaide. (Needless to say, I'm keen to move out again). Studying full time (enrolled for uni SA Bachelor of urban and regional planning) and working part time. I like having my own space and time to myself, but also would enjoy being a part of a friendly house that shares some time together. I’m considerate and clean and absolutely happy to help out around the house. I love animals but have none, however considering a fish (subject to whether I can keep a plant alive, tbc.) Relevant fun facts: Earliest move in date February 2018, I play no musical instruments, have a car but would prefer to use public transport or walk (if convenient), vego-curious, spends some nights at boyfriend’s place, would like to improve my cooking skills, Irrelevant fun facts: I speak fluent French, love standup comedy, don’t like sitting on public transport when its busy, enjoy skyping friends abroad, and known for being indecisive but working on it :) My year abroad gave me experience in house sharing (so not a complete amateur). I'm not really looking for a party house but i'd like to feel comfortable having friends around. I’m super keen to find a good fit and for this experience to work out well for everyone involved. Overall, I’m uber accepting of others an I’m just looking for an easygoing household to be a part of. Look forward to meeting you! Grace xx
Professional leading a busy lifestyle. Work, gym, sport, socialising. Looking for a new and interesting place to live for 12 months before an extended overseas trip. I’m currently living with a good friend who travels the world running his online business, and he is flying out when our lease ends on April 30.
I'm a baker and I will make you cookies all the time! I also have a 2 year old German Shepard who is my best friend and requires a large back yard. She gets on great with other dogs but isn't such a huge fan of cats unfortunately.
Hi! I’m Tuesdaii. I’m 23 and looking for a warm, homely, social house to move into in or around Adelaide city. I spend a lot of my time catching up with friends and doing yoga, but will be studying this year so will mostly be focusing on that and working part time. Keen to meet new people, and like forming relationships with the people I live with so that we become more than just acquaintances. I’m pretty easy going, considerate and love a chat. I have lived in share houses for a few years now I so know what suits me in a share environment. After a somewhat decent sized room that has space for my bed, shoes, plants and my yoga mat! Would love to be able to occasionally have meals and a drink together to unwind after big days with whoever I live with, but also get that we all also need our space. I am super flexible with moving dates as I’m mostly just really looking for somewhere that feels right; rent wise, location wise, house wise and people wise. If any of this sound appealing please get in touch! Tuesdaii
Hi my name's Bec. I lived in Melbourne for four years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I've had to move back to Adelaide. I'm currently on Centrelink as I do not have a job at the moment. I am studying currently and I start work placement soon. I'm currently staying with my mum so I am suitable to move in whenever. I do plan to move back to Melbourne so I'm not sure how long I would be staying. I come with my 10 month old english springer spaniel puppy Arlo who is toilet trained. I like people who will clean up after themselves as my dog is still a puppy and can get into everything. I like my personal space as well as some socialising. I do smoke but I would never smoke inside. And I'm very respectful towards anyone who is not a smoker. I'm clean and quiet. I always pay my rent and bills on time and can always pitch in for common essentials. I look forward to hearing from you! Let me know if you have any questions or I need to clear anything up for you! A message from Arlo: Harrow I'm Arlo. I love most people, once I get to know you. I love treats and kissess. I'm just getting into fetch, but I take a while to drop the ball. I would like a place where me and mummy can feel safe and comfortable. If this is you message my mummy, or you can check out my Instagram Woof woof woof
Hello everyone, my name is Aui. You may not pronounce my name correctly because I'm from Thailand, the land that different tones of Thai words mean differently. Anyway, I'm 24 years old. I'm outgoing and I love to meet new people. I'm now finding a place near University of South Australia.
Hello! My name is Nishikah :) I'm an international student from Thailand. I'm currently studying Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management)at Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaide. I'm quiet friendly, easy going and tidy. I like to socialize as well as enjoy my own quiet time. Im looking for a private room in a shared accommodation. If you are interested, please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there! I've recently returned to Adelaide after living in Glasgow and Melbourne over the past 5 years. I'm currently looking to find a room in an established sharehouse. I'm tidy, easy-going and sociable and looking to find somewhere that feels like home. I like my housemates to be my friends - enjoy having a chat over a wine or two, but also respect personal space. Ideally I'd be living with one other person. If you have a dog that's a huge plus as I'd love to have a dog around! I am a freelance medical writer, which means I work mostly from home, so you would need to be open to that. I would be willing to contribute extra towards bills etc because of this. Looking for somewhere for ~ 6 months with the option to extend if it's working out well for everyone. Please get in touch if I sound like someone you could live with! Cheers, Suzanne
Hi guys, my name is Ian. I am a 24 year old guy, studying full time at Adelaide University, and working part time in a bakery. Big fan of dogs. Bigger fan of coffee. I spend most of the working week split between being at work or uni. Weekends I spend studying and catching up with friends. My interests include netball, surfing, gaming and brunch. I have been in a share house for the past year and I am clean, tidy, and respectful of communal living spaces. Looking for a place in the east of Adelaide with like minded individuals.
I'm Jenny. I'm 25, from Sydney, and about to start a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Adelaide. While I'll be very focused on studies, I like to be social and would love to be able to be friends with my housemates. I'm very tidy and respectful. I love cooking, doing yoga, listening to music, making pottery, going to art galleries, learning Italian and reading.
Hey! I work full time (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) as a logistics broker so I am kept quite busy. I am relatively quiet and do not drink at all so you will not have to worry about any partying etc. but that doesn't mean I'm not sociable, I'm always up for food and just a good time. I consider myself a rather friendly individual as I dislike drama and believe everything is made easier when you get along with the people that surround you. On weekends I am generally just out getting a bite to eat with a friend or two, or just relaxing watching basketball. Also an anime and manga fan if that's a bonus! I definitely want to do my part around the house. I am a clean and hygienic person, and respect people's privacy. I would love to meet up and introduce myself so you can grasp an idea of my personality (:
Hey! I'm Grayson, 26 years old. I work fulltime as a Painter and Decorator. I'm super easy to get along with, respectful of the space and people around me. I love having a laugh and a couple drinks but I'm also pretty content having a quiet night watching a movie or just chilling out chewing the fat. I'm big on my sport, I play footy Saturdays in winter and train twice a week during the week. I also have Lily, a 4 year old Golden Retriever x Samoyed who I spent plenty of time with when at home. She doesn't bark, she's hypo when she meets people but she'll happily sleep all day!
I’m quite, friendly but keep to myself. I’m a lot more comfortable chilling out at home then going out and it’s very unlikely I’ll be home late 😂 I work Full time as a child care educator and have a kitty called Charlie who is very cuddly but keeps to himself 😊 I’m on a delivered meal plan weekly so i won’t be making many dishes but I am a very clean person anyway who looks after themselves. 😊
Hi. I’m peter I work in the building industry and I like gin. (Actually I’m soon to return to my career in the building industry) I like to eat healthily and would like some space for growing herbs etc. I have common sense and would like a flat mate to have a modicum of some ? Maybe. ? A shed or workshop would be nice as I have some tools I would like to set up and use. To keep me sane I like making shoes. (This is still a work in progress)
We are a young friendly couple from the UK currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. We are looking to settle in Adelaide for a while to find work to top up our travel funds. We are easy going and happy to socialise but also like our quiet time and are respectful of others space. We love to travel and our other interests include hiking (or bush walking), bird watching, music and films.
Hello potential housemates! - I am a bubbly, social and a down to earth person - tidy and clean in how I live - when I am not working I love going to markets, yoga and have cups of tea! I would like to find a place with my own bathroom/ensuite and that I can stay in long term. It would be nice to live with housemates that I could also have a friendship with and share a wine or dinner with sometimes. I am not a party girl and prefer a healthy lifestyle. I am truely passionate about my career and enjoying the simple things in life. I left my old sharehouse due to the location of my new role for work. At this stage, I will be looking to return to Adelaide mid march, as I am working away between now and then. Send me a message if this might be something that works for you :)
I am a full time PhD Student at The University of Adelaide. I am respectful, tidy, non-smoker and very social person. I enjoy playing soccer, hiking and going to the nature in my leisure time. I am clean and don't leave a mess, and will do my fair share to keep the house clean! I am not interested in a big share-house arrangement and would prefer to live with one or two other person. I'm looking for a somewhere near the city.
I am a hardworking professional with my office in Kent Town on the city fringe. I am a good communicator and have a great sense of humor. I love the outdoors and reading in my spare time, but lead a quiet life during the week as I work fairly long hours. I am organised, enjoy a clean and tidy home after a long day's work and love cooking when I have the time. My background is ex South African.
Hey :) I’m Siân, 24-year-old full-time student & part-time worker. I’m keen on renting somewhere in or close to the city & ideally a newly built house or apartment. Please note, my move date is March 11th (can probably go up to a week before this, or from the 1st of March for those with a month ending lease!) but pretty firm on the date as I'm on the lease for my current place and it's just not really logical for me to be paying 2 x rent :) My two main must-haves are an inside laundry (where you won’t be fighting off spiders just to do your washing) and whole house ducted air-conditioner (I’m not one to always have the air-con on, but spending the last two summers in houses that don’t have any air conditioning at all has made me realise you really do need one for those 34 degree nights!). Built in robe would be sweet too, but not essential. I am a vego/vegan but not bothered by what someone who lives with me eats! I’m super clean, love reading, binge-watching new Netflix shows and chilling out with some music. I’m someone who can’t sit at home all day, and I’m constantly out doing something. I have two jobs and in my spare time I volunteer as a coordinator with Sea Shepherd, I'm also a full-time Communications and Media student at UniSA. Would love to find someone who is nice & clean as well as easy going and easy to live with. If this sounds like you, hit me up!
