I'm a relaxed, friendly happy person. I'm very tidy and happy to share all costs and duties including cooking. I work as a teacher and like to be kind of low key during the week but am easy going on weekends. I like friendly chit chat about everything especially books, movies and tv shows.
Hello people! I'll be moving from Brisbane to Sydney next week and will be working full-time. Looking for a furnished room with budget $220 including/excluding bills. Any suburb with about one hour distance from Bankstown is fine. I'll be working Monday to Friday and will be exploring the city on weekends. I love cooking, baking, running, meeting new people and travelling. I would love to have a drink over the weekend but respect everyone's private space. If I like the place, I might even stay longer than 6 months. Please feel free to message me if there's any cool places available.
I'm very clean, friendly, good cook, funny, easy going, rarely home, responsible, trustworthy, non smoker.
I work full time as a speech pathologist down the coast but want to stay living in Sydney. I enjoy relaxing on weeknights but like my weekends action packed with socialising with friends and family.
We are a fun friendly easy going couple who have just relocated to the city from Hamilton Island QLD. We like to socialise but also respect privacy and are not looking to move into a party house. We are both clean and polite housemates looking for some accomodation to get us started in our new adventure in Sydney. Both non smokers & enjoy living in a clean tidy household.
Hi, I'm Allison. I'm looking for a clean and modern/new furnished double bedroom in a flat or house, in the St George area. Fun to be around, worldly, mature and very respectful of others' privacy and space. Non-smoker, open minded, clean-living. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment. As for work, I am a part time Clinical Nutritionist and am also undertaking further study. I have plenty of experience living in different houseshares around the world, so I have a good understanding of what works and what doesn't.
I'm 25, work full time , shift work. I'm a very easy going laid back typical Aussie kind of girl. I love to go to the gym or the beach in my spare time. Or kick back and have a nice glass of wine and a good convo.
Hi I'm Joel! I'm a fairly laid back 21 year old. Moved to Sydney from Qld 2 years ago to study. I work full time in the city as an assistant store manager at a men's fashion shop. I enjoy going to the gym spending most of my spare time there. Im always up for having a good chat however respect if someone needs their own space. I always clean up after myself as cleanliness is very important to me. Please feel free to send me a message :) Cheers

I have an excellent tenancy record and very good income. I was told by my real estate agent that my place owner decided to sell his house. I need to rent two bedrooms or one big bedroom with my own bathroom, with a backyard for the kids.

Very domesticated. Love to cook. Open-minded. Non-judgemental. Fairly stable lifestyle. Have a 'corporate job' in IT/Software. Been with my current employer 5 yrs. The house I have been living in for the last 6 years is being demolished to make way for apartments. Go to the gym a lot, mainly throughout the week. Try to keep fit and active. Enjoy a class of wine or GnT after work. LGBTI friendly.
I'm approachable, friendly and respectful of others. I study full-time at UTS - Engineering/Medical Science. My hobbies include gym, running, rock climbing and video games. I'm a non-smoker and drug free. I keep myself and my surroundings neat and tidy.
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
I keep to myself. I clean up on Saturdays. When I stay up late watching youtube I always wear headphones. I like to go for late night runs. I don't watch TV. I'm from South Sydney. For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore. I am passive and I like peace.
I'm a quiet law student who works part time in the city as a paralegal and as a private HSC math tutor. My girlfriend is coming over for a short holiday in Australia during my university break and we're looking for a place where our privacy can be respected. Having said that, a granny flat or studio will be our priority but should we fail to find those accommodation types, we're open for a private room in a shared house. We both do not smoke or drink. We wouldn't come back at late hours. We don't have any pets. I enjoy cleaning my area occasionally so you can be rest assured that your premise/room will stay cleaned at all times. Location doesn't necessarily matter, I've just listed a couple that I prefer as I used to live in Burwood, 2134 some years back.
My name is Matt I'm a 35yr old nurse working full time. I do shift work, am an avid enthusiast photographer, bushwalker, non-smoker and always looking for ways to unwind after a busy day at work. I'm looking for a place long-term and a cool, relaxed housemate. I can offer a coffee machine, Dylan Moran DVd's with Black Books and wine. I'm easy to talk to and always respect privacy. I'm looking for a place to come home and be comfortable. Any questions I'll be happy to answer.
I'm a friendly, quiet and easy going 24 year old male. I'm respectful of peoples privacy but also good for a chat and a few drinks. I spend most of my down time watching tv, reading, playing video games, and go out on weekends every now and then. I work full time.
I am a 21 year old guy who's lived in Sydney for just over 2 years on my own. My current housemates are all moving out and I cant afford to stay in this house. I am a non smoker, working full time as an apprentice electrician and going to TAFE every Wednesday in the city. I am fairly quite, but enjoy going out for the odd drink or two on the weekends along with a little bit of sport. I'm tidy, can cook and am looking for somewhere to stay long term. I will need somewhere to park my car (on the street is okay and store my tools for work. If you want to know more, feel free to give me a call anytime. Thanks, Scott
I am a PhD candidate of geography at the university while working as a tutor. Unfortunately I did not arrive in Australia by birth but I've been here for nearly a decade. Formally did sub-letting and Airbnb few years ago so I am a respectful tenant as well as observant to house rule. At this stage, I am quite busying with my teaching and research. I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 7 months. Longer term preferable if we get along well. I am a healthy eater, non-smoker, social drinker, theatre buff, never used drug in my life, open-minded but with my own principles.
Hi there I'm very easy to live with, my current housemates will attest to that. I'm friendly, quiet, tidy and very respectful and considerate. Drop me a line for any other info. Currently working with St VIncent's Hospital's Homeless Health Service (shift work) while studying part time. Prefer a share house but will accept a unit if it is spacious and quiet. Feel free to contact.
Hey. I'm clean, quiet, easy going person and a non-smoker. I'm an IT student studying in UOW and I want to share an apartment or room in Hurstville to Miranda preferably closer to the train station.
Basically I'm respectful and hence expect to be respected in return. I have an active social life that involves going out with friends, going to the gym, doing yoga and am involved in three local volunteering organisations, being on the board of two of them. Hence, I am not a home body but when I am, I like to feel that I can be at home with having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and feel comfortable in doing so. I always pay my bills way before they are due, as well as keep a clean and tidy space, especially common areas. I expect my flatmate(s) to do the same, and for me, an important aspect of sharing a place is to keep the lines of communication open.
Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. On my free time, I workout, go on food trips, take long walks, and have occasional beers with friends. I always keep my living space clean and am respectful of others' spaces. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. Thank you! :)
I am a medical student looking for a convenient place to stay during my studies. As a roommate, I am quiet, clean, focused on my studies and tend to keep to myself, but am open to bonding with other roommates.
friendly and up for chat, understands importance of privacy, respectful and tidy, motivated but chilled, looking for a place to call home for the time
Hi two mates who are both very friendly, kind and considerate. Polite and well mannered. Pride ourselves on cleanliness and keeping a presentable home. Both love to cook and enjoy taking care of animals and plants.
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
I have recently moved back from overseas and am looking for a flat share or lease. I am 32, easygoing and would prefer a calm and clean home. I work in hospitality, mostly evenings and weekends. I'm social and enjoy cooking dinner/lunch and chilling out, I'm not interested in a party house. (Unfortunately the dog in the pic won't be moving with me but he'll definitely visit)
We are a married couple in our mid 20's, both permanent residents and we have been in Australia for 2 years. My partner is studying at the University of Sydney plus working, while I am working part-time. We love to travel and we previously lived in Malaysia and USA although we are originally for Bangladesh. We don't drink/smoke, we respect privacy and are keen to find someone similar. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)
Currently I work part-time in Milperra so I would prefer to live relatively close to the area. I use public transport so a house located near a train station or bus stop would be ideal. On some evenings, I work and study from home so I am looking to move into a relatively quiet home. I am polite and respectful, easy to get along with and live my life based on Christian values.
I'm a nice respectful guy who has a laid back personality friendly and enjoys a good laugh time to time...I'm reliable and clean up after myself, I enjoy keeping in shape and love soccer, football and most sports I don't mind what gender you are or race as long as your laid back and not a crazy person. If interested msg me and let me know :)
