I am Manu, male 27, Indian. I work in IT. Have been living in Australia from last 2 years. I just moved to Sydney from Melbourne. My work is in Wynyard. I am looking for a place urgently. I can move in any time next week.
I'm Charles, a 30-year-old Post Grad student from Hong Kong. I am moving to Sydney to study at USYD Lidcombe Campus for 2 years. I arrive in Sydney on Feb 19, and I need a room until the end of 2018. Must have: - Place that is close to Lidcombe or near Train Station - Fully furnished Bedroom with Bed + Wardrobe + Laptop workspace - All bills included (with Internet) - Fully Equipped Kitchen and Laundry I am quiet and tidy, responsible, punctual with rent, and respect others' space and belongings. Thankyou for reading.
I am a easy going, clean and quiet person. I am a Software Engineer and actively searching for a job. I don't smoke. I intend to spend most of my time preparing for the interviews or learning some technical stuff. I am an Indian [and a vegetarian] but I don't mind to have a roommate/flatmate who is a non-vegetarian.
I'm a second year student at UTS and need somewhere to live as I'm not able to live with my parents anymore. I have a small dog named Yuki who hardly sheds. I'm happy to live in most places in Sydney as long as public transport to the city is easy enough.
Hi, I’m Andrea! I’m a chef. I’m pretty much working 24/7. I’m looking for a nice place to rest and relax after so many hours at work. I’m very neat and tidy. I’m pretty chill and just want to enjoy every day. I don’t party, (too tired) I spent my time off relaxing and with family. I love animals and enjoy kids company. Cheers
I'm an easy going quiet person who works at a church, full time (Sun to Thur) in Parramatta CBD. I would like to share in an all female household. I enjoy a glass of wine and am up for a chat but respect peoples privacy and am not reliant on others company.
I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. I'll be working full-time in Sydney until at least October 2018. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, drawing, programming, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
Missy, 26years old full-time Barista and Matt 31years old Software Development student. We are currently living and working in Canberra but looking to move to Sydney next Sunday (Feb 25th) as Matt's study going to start very soon. We have been living in sharehouses before in Brisbane also Canberra. We tend to keep things to ourselves after working hours but would love weekend drinks to unwind. We both love playing games. We are looking for a non-crowded, clean and with minimum noise private room in a sharehouse, or another person/couple who would do a teamups. As we are both gonna be studying and/or working professionally in Sydney, we would love to, if we find the right place, to stay there long term (at least 1 year) as we don't like moving in and out of a house. Please send us a message if you have suitable listing. Thank you
Hey my brother and I want to move in a property. Where pretty relaxed. I work Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday are my days off pay bills on time. My bro works Monday to friday. He also pay bills on time. We love meeting new people. From time to time we drink.
I work as admin assistant in Organic Produce and Grocery warehouse. I'm a very easy going person. Going out with mates over the weekend is quite fun. However, often like to spend quiet eve at home too. Like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy.
Hey guys, I'm in need of a new place to call home as work has required me to relocate. I am a clean, tidy and considerate person who loves to socialise and just have a good old banter with a glass of wine in my hand. I love to get out and about and explore new places and meet new people, so i would prefer to be in a house with people of the same nature. However, i do enjoy my own space and privacy at times so a place where i have my own room is a requirement. I will require a place which is close to a main train line into Sydney or a bus which is easier to commute to Leichhardt. please be in mind that i am currently living in Newcastle and would not be able to attend inspections without sufficient notice. Alternatively Skype would be preferable or a friend come inspect, otherwise weekends will be the only time I can personally inspect properties.
A recent finance grad from UOW, a very easy going person who enjoys his own space and is respectful of privacy as well as social and outgoing. Can pay bills on time, clean up after I'm done and more than happy to split duties around the house if needed. Really chill guy, up for dinners/outings whenever possible as well.
I am easygoing, I enjoy cooking very much, I like to hang and chat and be friends with flatmates, but also would appreciate some privacy and times to myself to relax on my days off.
Hi, I'm looking for a single room or granny flat in or near Parramatta for maximum 280$ a week (including WiFi, bills negotiable depending on weekly rent). I work as a vet nurse part time and do traffic control at night. Private room is a must, happy to share kitchen, bathroom etc. I don't have any pets at the moment, but pet-friendly offers would be very welcome, as I'd love to get a kitten one day.
We are two friendly outgoing Canadians. We have holiday working visas and will be working in Sydney. We also enjoy touring enjoying the city and outdoor activities. We enjoy socializing and occasional drinks and nights out. We look forward to meeting our next flat mates.
I have an extremely compact lifestyle, which means I usually have a very small area of interaction around the house. I'm very social, don't get me wrong, but I can comfortably exist within my boundaries and bother no one. I like cleaning up after myself. I am mostly out at work (it takes up about 70% of my life) and I spend the remaining time hanging out with friends, watching Netflix or playing games on my computer. Looking for a place to relax and enjoy my space and privacy. And housemates who enjoy good conversation and weekends! I'm working full time in the Vocational Education and Training industry. I teach classes and manage HR and operations for the consultancy I'm a part of.
Hi there! I'm a full time graduate fire engineer working in the city and and studying my Masters part time, looking to move a bit closer to the city than where I am now. I'm a friendly, generally outgoing person who is more than happy to socialise but sometimes prefer to have my own space and time. I enjoy reading, video/board/card games, TV, and being bad at cooking. I'm a very clean and considerate person; I'd rather let my dinner get cold than leave unwashed pots and pans in the sink. Let me know if you need anything else! PS: I'm happy to stretch up to ~$280 a week if all bills are included.
