Looking for personal grannyflat or studio (not to share). We have previous sharehouse experiences, so we are respectful, responsible, clean and tidy people to live with. My partner and I are usually busy, with work and school taking up most of our time. When we don't have work and school, we often stay inside and relax or go for mini road trips and adventure around new areas. We are both easy-going people and are looking for a place to share together, having recently moved to Sydney from a small town on the South Coast.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
I get along with everyone, easy to talk to, friendly and enjoy a good chat. I am in Australia for work purposes and getting to know the local culture. I never stopped learning since I started travelling and loving my stay in Australia. I am looking for a room for a couple as I will be moving in with my partner, Sue. She is sunny and very good fun to have around, currently looking for volunteer work in care. We come from London and are currently living in Central Coast but moving to Sydney to minimize commuting time (I work as a soccer coach for children in Sydney) and make new friends.
My name is Patricia I am a professional Australian woman who has been living in the UK for 4.5 yrs at this point in time I am not working but I am looking actively for work, $200 is the amount I can pay until a get a job. I am a very clean person and respect other people's privacy. I require a furnished room as I don't have a need a the moment because I'm starting fresh again. Thank you Thank you
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I do have a boyfriend that I like to spend time with, but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I can happily live with cats, though dogs will have to be on a case-by-case basis. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer and fridge. I am looking for a preferably unfurnished room, a large room is preferred, as I am a bit of a hermit and tend to live in my room, so being able to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk is a must, however a furnished room is also okay. Anywhere along the North Shore, Northern and Western line is ideal, from about North Sydney to Epping and Hornsby as that would keep me close to uni. ~15 minutes away from a train station would be ideal. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, or $250/week if bills and utilities are included. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate, - Blake
Hello friends! :) I'm looking for a single room in a nice house or flat. I'm a 26 professional, work in Macquarie park. I'm clean, tidy and respect others privacy. Always up for a chat and a dinner or something. Please contact me if you got what am looking for. Preferably close to a train station. I got a car so a spot or free street parking will be needed.! Cheers,
I am a very adjusting person looking forward to meeting new people and learning different cultures too. Since i plan to work most of the time, i would be busy throughout weekdays. Looking to move into a new place immediately.
Hi there, I am seeking a non-shared room, asap. Coming from Mildura,on bus to find work and explore. Preferably within 20kms of city, near train station. I am quiet, clean, reliable and very easy going. I would be out and about most days. ($150 p/w inc. bills max) All offers/replies appreciated...Thanks ;)
Filipino-background, Christian, polite, chill, respectful, family-orientated, single. Always pays on time. Loves animals. I have a queen-sized bed as well as an average size desk, so an unfurnished private bedroom is a must.
I come from Vietnam. I'm going to study business at Macquarie University in season 2 of this year. I'm a friendly, easy going person. I'm also responsible and tidy. My hobbies are reading, listening to music, taking photo and traveling. I like hanging out ,but I'm not a party-animal.
Hello I'm a professional looking for a studio type close to my work place. I'm a tidy person, likes to keep my place neat. I'm responsible and always on time paying rent. You wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks
I'm currently working casual as a social media producer while full-time studying at uni. I'm half Nigerian, half Australian so opened to roommates of different cultures. Have never lived outside of home, but am very independent. Need a place urgently so ready to move in asap.
Hi, I'm currently in my final year of my undergraduate degree in Psychology. Outside of studying and work I play football, tennis and go to the gym. I'm passionate about music, and have a keen interest in science. I'm clean, friendly, find enjoyment in making a home cooked meal and am looking for a place that not only makes it easier to accommodate for work, recreation and rest, but is a place that genuinely feels like a home.
I am looking for a fun but relaxed household with people in my age demographic who are tidy and easy going to be around with a good sense of humour. When I'm not working (which is 6-7 days a week) I will usually be found at the crossfit gym, eating gelato, attempting to actually cook one of Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals withing 30 minutes - then when that fails, exploring hidden gems around Sydney. I'm also on a constant quest to see the world so for at least 4-5 weeks a year I'll be off on an adventure in a far away land then for the rest of the year dreaming up the next stop. I pay my rent and bills on time and like to live in a clean space but at the same time I want to feel comfortable in a home and not stress over the small things although, if I have a perfectly ripe avocado that for some reason you decide to take as your own I will not be ok with that. I'm looking for somewhere in the Hills District to be closer to my workplace. I'm over the commuting life!
19, have just moved to the area from goulburn, work in a disability Center Monday to Friday in castle hill. Pretty social person. Clean and tidy. Usually go to goulburn on the weekends. Pretty much your average 19 year old, if you want to know anything els just ask.
I am looking for a relaxed and fun place to settle into for a year or more. I am a Sydney local and I am full-time employed. I would like to start writing a screen-play sometime this year as a project that carries very special significance for me. I have played sport at the semi-professional level in the past and am still quite health conscious, currently holding a national health qualification. I have previously run my own businesses and am very widely travelled. I love listening to music, enjoying good food and wine, exercising for health and fitness, going to the movies and live plays, holding stimulating conversations as well as taking drives into the country. I also have an interest in the foreign exchange market, pursuing personal and professional development, coaching/mentoring (for both business and personal clients), and occasionally wandering through museums, art galleries, street fairs and the local markets. I am currently working fairly long hours through the week, and am a very clean, hygienic and self-organised person. I even enjoy sharing the cooking duties and am quite happy to pitch in with the cleaning. I am hoping to find a flatmate somewhere in the Hills District, but more particularly in the Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills, Dural, Cherrybrook or Glenhaven areas. That's about it, so thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards from Craig.
Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm 25, studying a B Commerce at Macquarie University whilst also working part time as a Gaming Attendant. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy person to live with. I'm respectful of another persons space but would also enjoy spending time getting to know my housemates :) For fun I enjoy hiking, practicing taiko, going to the gym and embarking on random adventures.
I'm a 27 year old male who is very social and friendly. I work full time in a government job and live an active lifestyle. I love my sports and the social drink when appropriate. I am very respectful to others and like to keep a tidy household. I also have a one year old Labrador who I would love to live with me if possible. Only if suitable though as I can make other living arrangements for her. I work in the heart of the city but I'm open to most places as long as there is a nearby train line. I'm also happy to team up with the right person and find a new place together!
I am a persian international student in Sydney. I am a completely tidy person respecting other's privacy as I expect the same from them.I prefer to share a house with only one person who is tidy and have a clean lifestyle. One house with both private room and bathroom. Also, I prefer granny flat/studio. Lastly, I am not a fan of party, smoking and pet. Just need a place for studying and having rest.

I am a chemical engineer, moved recently to Sydney, and I am looking for a job opportunity in Sydney, but have a strong relationship with my previous customers and don't have any financial problem. Very easy to live by and have a lot of respect for other's privacy and comfort. I am looking for a nice and cosy room in Hills district and North Parramatta. Most of the time I am busy with my computer, finding job opportunities and working on some of the projects that I have not finished for previous clients. Hey everyone! I'm a young professional in the finance industry. I work full time and see clients late into the night. Which means I'm not home too often. I am "clean and tidy" like everyone else on here! I am responsible and tend to do my own thing. I am very social once I get to know someone and can easily become friends with new people. I am looking for some sort of share house or a room to rent. Preferably a team up where we all can benefit by getting a newer place! I enjoy company of others however like some alone time as well. There's much more to me once you get to know me and I am looking forward to meeting new people! Let me know if you live in an existing share house and need someone to rent a room or if you would like to team up to find a new place. Thanks.

Hello! I'm a single 32 year old professional looking for a place to call home for a few months. I do not smoke, and will not have any parties at your home. I prefer a private suite like a bachelor or 1 bedroom apartment with secured parking, not shared accommodation. I can pay up to $500/week. Maybe I'm on the wrong website for this? I can prepay 10-12 weeks worth of rent to show that I am committed. Please let me know if I can book a time to view your place anytime convenient for you March 21-25th. I can move in anytime and start paying you rent!! Thank you for your consideration! -Henry

Hi All, I am a Data Centre Engineer from Bangalore India . I have just moved to Sydney and am staying at a hostel in Pitt Street. I am an introvert so most of the time I will be minding my own business. However, I also like going out on weekends and would like to join you guys for a beer/barbecue during the weekends if thats ok with you. My hobbies - reading and playing guitar . I am also tidy so u won't have any issues with hygiene. I hope to get a job in the next couple of weeks. However, I have saved enough cash to pay my bill during these days so the landlords do not have to worry about it . I am a smoker and I don't mind smoking outside if the house rules require it . I am also a very friendly person ( if that helps :)) and very considerate with people around me so you won't have any issues with me intruding your privacy etc..
I'm from Cairns, I have just graduated from school and I have deferred my course at Medical school for 12 months, so I have decided to move out from my family and just experience something new and different this year. I'm a pretty easy going guy and likes almost anything, I also can do chores and errands and know how to cook a little. I'm a non-smoker with no pets and looking for a quiet place to stay. I am still currently living in Cairns, but I am moving down to Sydney around Hornsby on the 15/04/2017 and will be looking for another place to stay in June.
Hi there! My name is Christine and I'm friendly, outgoing and fun to be around. I like having chats but also like to chill and watch movies. I work in childcare in castle hill and looking to move around this area. North rocks, west pennant hills, Cherrybrook, the ponds, kellyville (hills area). I am a very reliable person and I get along with everyone..especially if you love cooking as this is not my best area, however I am learning. :-P **I am looking at signing a lease in the Castle Hill area so if you are interested in teaming up I would love to hear from you. As I am running out of time I need to move in to the new place on 25th March (max three bedrooms** I am keeping all of my options open so I am also happy to share rent..at this stage I have teamed up with another girl who has a dog and we are desperate to find one more person to help us out!..Either way if the application is approved we will be moving in but will eventually need someone else to fill a room** I just recently completed a six year service in the Defence Force so I am slowly adjusting back into civilian life and I must admit I am enjoying the change. :) I am respectful, easy going with a bubbly personality (young at heart), very caring and I am a good friend. I have two very affectionate cats who are my babies (both brothers) so it would be great if you are pet friendly as well. I like to live in a clean house and I work well when organising plans. I enjoy watching movies, going out with friends and seeing new places. Due to a relationship breakdown I would prefer to live with other females, however I may consider different options if I am comfortable with the type of people and I get a long great with males also. I am desperate to find a suitable place to move in on 25th March 2017 due to my work commitments and other priorities. I am also a semi vegetarian (only really eat seafood), enjoy a sweet wine, love entertaining/ music, keeping healthy and fit..may need a gym buddy soon to get back into the routine. :)
