I am an IT professional working for the WA Department of Health on a major IT project for the next 1-3 years. I am looking for a flat or share house within easy bus/train distance of the CBD, ideally within one of the suburbs that already have an active NBN link (e.g. Highgate, South Perth, Como). Air conditioning in the bedroom is preferred, if possible, due to Perth's increasing propensity for heatwaves. Originally from Zimbabwe, I have lived in Perth for over 13 years. However, I have been semi-nomadic the last few years, living overseas in the UK and South Africa, and am now back in Perth for a job opportunity that was too good to pass up. I enjoy outdoor activities, tabletop games, video games and the occasional social outing with friends. I am quiet, love animals (don't have any though), and am very chilled and easy going. I have a desktop PC, retro gaming console, tiny desk, and office chair, along with my clothes. I tend to live a fairly spartan life as a consequence of my recent travelling (minimal clutter). I am allergic to cats, but am fine with living with them thanks to the wonder of antihistamines.
We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. That said, we're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
Hey Guys! So me and my partner are looking at relocating from New Zealand to Perth in March 2018. We are a really easy going pair who love meeting new people, however we do like our privacy so we don't want to share a room with anyone else. We like to keep fit so having a squash court and/or netball court near by would be ideal. We also love live music so having a bar or music venue close would be a huge plus. We aren't likely to be in most weekends as we love to explore and adventure, we cant wait to see what Perth has to offer. On week nights though we will probably be home and as we both love cooking we would be happy to have shared meals once or twice a week with the flatties. As a note we will be needing a furnished room. Unfortunately i can't fit my bed in my suitcase :P
HI, I'm moving to Perth from the East coast for work. I have a full time job line up so just looking for a place to live. I'm a pretty easy going person who is clean, tidy and fully house trained. I enjoy cooking, chilling out with friends, spending time in the outdoors and being active. Ideally looking for a share house with a mixture of people, bonus if there is a dog too.
My name is Jacqui and I'm a 24 yr old health professional. I am currently living in NSW at the moment but will be moving to Perth early Feb, so am looking for somewhere near the city or close to public transport. I will be working full-time so I won't be around much during the week. I am clean, quiet, responsible and respectful towards privacy/personal space. I have a friendly/easy going personality. I am also a non smoker and rarely drink.
Hey! I am a full time law student working as a paralegal. I am clean, active, love the beach, music and uber eats. I'm chilled to live with, tidy but not high maintenance. I love food (and cooking), and I am always up for doing something fun.
Hey guys! My current housemate and I are looking too move out to the places I’ve listed, preferably with 1 other person! We are clean and tidy. Both study full time/work full time/part time hours. So we aren’t home a lot during the day. We like to hang out if we have the time, movie nights, wine and cheese nights. What more could you ask from housemates!
Hello, I will be in Perth being a tourist for a week (or so), I'd just like a clean affordable place to stay if you have a spare room (I prefer to be in a home than a tourist accommodation!) I am respectful of others and their property and privacy, tidy, n/s social drinker. Let me know if you have a spare bed/room kind regards Lilly Flower
Hey I’m Amy, I’m 23 years old and I work full time in the hospitality industry and study Human Biology part time at Curtin. I like to have a good relationship and socialise with my housemates (Watch Tv, have an occasional drink). I’m not home a lot due to working and studying though. I prefer to live in or very close to the city and I’d really like to have my own bathroom and a car bay.
Hello! I am putting the feelers out to find a new place to live; preferably in the Highgate/Mt Lawley/City areas. My existing lease is up in mid March so I may be a bit early on the uptake but I figure if I can find the right place I may be able to break lease a bit earlier. Rather that than be out on my ear without any options! About me; I am a professional and work in Subiaco full time. I like to keep active so generally go to the gym/run/swim from work so am out of the house usually from 7-7ish. I'm English and have been in Perth for 5 years. I am generally laid back and clean. I am pretty social and easy to get on with. Have lived in shared houses before so know the ropes and am respectful of others time/space/property. Looking to share with people who are like minded, social and aren't room hiders or property Nazi's. Mt Lawley is the usual stomping ground so if a house mate likes a beer/wine at the Queens for example, then all the better! Likes: Eating, drinking, sport, nights out, nights in, music, beer etc etc Dislikes: Drama, thrash metal, pettiness, drama. Any questions just ask :)
I love our beautiful beaches and i am into all sports and being active.I love being social over a BBQ and a few quiet beers, good music and great conversation but also very respectful of personal space for my flatmates.I am neat and tidy without going over the top.
I am a 19 year old student studying law at UWA. I would like to live somewhere close to uni, preferably in the Claremont/Subiaco area. I enjoy my personal space as I study a lot, but also enjoy to go out with friends and have a few drinks. I work part time, so I will be pretty busy with that and uni. I am a very clean/tidy person, so will definitely pull my weight when it comes to maintenance.
I currently work full time in CBD and will be studying at UWA this year so am looking for something within reasonable proximity. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom. I dance and play piano for hobbies so currently not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house with my grandparents. I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am a homeowner who is tidy and respectful of others property and space. My hobbies keep me pretty busy but I'm also very sociable when at home so would love to build good friendships and find housemates I can share an occasional drink with!
Im originally from Essex, UK. Have lived in the Darwin for the past 6 months but it’s time to come home! Spent the 5 yeas before that in the northbridge/highgate area for 5 years and would like to head back that way. I'm an easy going guy, tidy and work full time in the health sector. I'm far from loud but do enjoy socialising on the weekends around northbridge and what it has to offer. Love meeting new people. I enjoy music in all its forms, playing as much sport as possible and some runs, probably not enough! I also used to be a chef, so you might get a meal from time to time! Although it is diet season... Any other questions, please feel free to ask!! Iain
I am a 20 year old curtin university student, i work in hillarys and that is why i am hoping to live north. I am ideally hoping to find someone (preferably female) to rent a 2-3 bedroom apartment in joondalup area with me & someone to potentionally become good friends with too! I am clean, easy going, quite social (although movie nights in with a glass of wine sounds great to me as well) & i love to cook. Please if you are interested be sure to message me :)
