My name is Grant. I am a 48year old. I am a fairly quiet & reserved type of person. I am friendly & respectful of others but I do tend to keep to myself. I am neat and tidy, and I do clean up after myself. I work full time in South Brisbane. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't party or do drugs of any kind. I am fairly fit because I do a lot of walking and skating (roller & skateboard). I try and get to the skating rink at least twice a week.......more if I am able :) BTW I am gay if that matters at all. I am looking for a studio, granny flat or one bedroom flat preferably within 10kms of the city with easy access to public transport (train & bus). I don't have any furniture so a furnished place would be nice. I would also need internet (preferably wifi) because I spend a lot of time online. Air-conditioning is nice as well. The last couple of places that I have rented have had everything (power, wifi etc.) included in the rent & even though it probably costs a little more I don't mind cause it's easier. If you have a place that you think would suit me then please don't hesitate to contact me.
A Happy Hippy chick from Sydney looking for an awesome home in Bris-vegas! I am a reliable, outgoing and positive peep who loves to bake on the weekends! (mostly muffins but hey im still baking!) I work as a tarot reader and will often chat about current astrological alignments when the time is right. Im also quiet and mindful of your personal space but am always there to chat if you need/want too :) Im moving to Brisbane to complete my postgrad in counselling so im quiet alot of the time or not around :P I am here now and happy to move in when needed. Im tidy and respectful and am always smiling! Did i mention I bake on the weekends??? I live a healthy lifestyle (despite the baking!) and enjoy social shinanigans with the odd glass of champagne. And I am also a member of the LGBTI rainbow ... so you will need to be respectful and open to that. Cant wait to chat! Ps i am ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive. pps i am also not comfortable with living with couples. I guess i wouldnt want to be a total third wheel. Sorry ! Ditto with random SMS from people telling me about their room. if im interested i will get in contact. thanks!
Hey guys, I work full time as a Dental Nurse in Joondalup. On the weekends I spend most my time at the beach, gym and out socializing. I enjoy my nights out but also love having a movie night and staying in. I CAN NOT COOK so will not be spending much time in the kitchen. However I can make yummy cocktails and a magnificent packet of mie goreng. I am very clean and expect the same from my roomie :) on nights out ill leave my room in a mess but by Sunday it will be spick and span again. I love socializing so if you are looking for a housemate that'll meet up with you for after work drinks, or will play music around the house lets meet for a coffee and see if this will work?! **For some reason it is not allowing me to edit my 'preferred location' Perth surrounding areas is what I would prefer.
Hi I will be looking for somewhere to move in to in early January. Could possibly move a few weeks before hand if needed. Looking for a house share max 3 bedrooms, so everyone can be social but it doesnt feel too crowded. Ive lived in Brisbane for 5 years, working full time. Recently sold most of my furniture so have my bedroom furniture to bring plus washing machine and fridge to bring with me. Last 2 are negotiable. I use my mobile so im not fussed on landline or additional internet provision. Cheers Lauren
A funny and chilled Colombian living in Melbourne for the last 11 years. Cause of my work i could supply fruit and veg to the house so if you have me you could have endless salads and whatever vegetarians eat these days lol

I'm a QUT Business School student, from New Delhi (India). Looking for a unit near CBD. I'm looking for a place to live around 180pw including bills or 200 maxxxx because I'd like to have a private bathroom. I don't smoke or drink but I am friendly and like to s t a y c l e a n. I love traveling and won't mind exploring the city or nearby destinations!! Looking at the rentals I think it's a good idea to team up and rent a whole unit. 2bed2bath unit around 400 can be divided into 2-3 to fit into the budget. One last thing, my course is until December 2018, so I'd prefer somebody with at least 1 year stay. Drop me a message if interested! :) Thanks.
Im a genuine guy, respectful, fun to be around and pretty down to earth/ straight forward. I have my own responsibilities and lifestyle so privacy is appreciated however I am very sociable. I'm also clean, tidy and reliable. I work full time and see my daughter on the weekends. I'm looking for a place to live around $180 week which includes internet and bills, the place must be clean and tidy, preferably a newer home other than that I'm pretty flexible. Feel free to contact me. Thanks.
Heya everyone, I'm Karo, currently looking for a new beautiful place to live. I am from Germany and moved to Australia about 2 1/2years ago and absolutely love it. I am studying my Diploma of Business at the moment until I am finally sponsored (to stay permanently), so Internet is essential I work in Subiaco so if your place is in West Leederville, Leederville, Subiaco, Wembley or West Perth area would be ideal. I wont consider moving anywhere else as the public transport is terrible, sorry:) Also very important is that I have a lot of storage in the room and fully furnished if possible please I don't have a car, no pets and am a non-smoker. Look forward hearing from you. Cheers, Karo

I'm moving to Perth for a year for a job in Finance with Nestle. Love all sports, but currently just play polo in the summer and ski during the winter. Enjoy a laugh so hit me up if you're keen to shack down!

Hi there! My name is Erinn originally from Australia but have been living and working in Los Angeles + travelling a bit of Asia/Europe for the past couple years. Returning back home to Australia to study/work in January. I am easy going, respectful, social and get along with everyone. :)
Hi guys! It's quentin from Italy, I'm a 28y.o. guy working full time as a barista in 2 different places with a strong passion for the music :) ! I would like to live in a sharehouse with nice housemates, easygoing, who don't mind have some meal together, a beer, have conversations and a laugh :) At the same, i'm after someone clean and tidy. I smoke a few cigarettes but I really don't like to do it inside the house and who does it ;) I also have a car, so I would appreciate places with bays or free off street parking (even on street would be ok)! CHEERS!
Super easy going, but still very clean and respectable. Really hoping to meet some cool people to get along with and have a few drinks together, although am not looking for a party house. Im from the UK working as a barista in elizabeth quays, just hoping to catch some sun and enjoy australia as much as possible.
I've just recently finished a Law & Arts double degree and am working full-time on George street in the city! I'm a fun social person, but like to have my alone time too. I love dogs, good music and good food. Ideally looking to be close to public transport to get to work. I'm not in a huge hurry to move out but ideally would like to move out around Jan/Feb - but if the perfect roommate/place pops up I'd be happy to move earlier!
Im a 23 year old, working full time in the city. I am super clean and tidy (and would definitely prefer someone the same). I am usually kept very during the week with work, but enjoy chilling out on the weekends with brunch, beach, wine and Netflix. Coffee, Wine, Gin and baking enthusiast. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with and enjoys a clean and tidy house, and doesn't mind having a chat over coffee or wine occasionally :)
I am a 22 yr old female currently working full time and studying law/business at UQ. I love dogs. In any spare time I have, I enjoy watching Netflix, cooking/baking and catching up with friends. I like having a clean kitchen, and I tidy up after myself in common areas. I am a somewhat quiet roommate but I enjoy having a chat or dinner with others in the house. I would be comfortable living with anyone. My current lease ends 12 January, and I am looking to secure a new place before then for at least 6 months. Would prefer an unfurnished room in a furnished house, as I have my own bed and desk, but I am flexible. Built in wardrobe is a must.
I am an 18 year old, working two part time jobs to save up for TAFE, Cert III&IV in Visual art. I am an animal lover, a passionate reader and an artist. I am quite, clean but like to have a chat and a laugh with roommates. I can cook for myself, and will keep the space presentable.
Originally from the country, i'm a clean and tidy roommate, who's quiet and keeps to herself but always down for a good chat and catch up. Animal lover, travel enthusiast and adventure seeker. If you love Netflix, wine and snacks then I'm a match for you. Pretty much always have my head stuck in a book of some description. Looking for a relaxed and friendly flatshare.
I am originally from upstate NY but fell in love with Brisbane when I was an international student at UQ in 2014. I just graduated in the States and am now here on a holiday working visa-seeking sponsorship. My visa terminates in August 2017. I am cleanly, organized and very friendly; I am respectful of others' space, friends or family who may visit, beliefs and lifestyle choices. I am a person that loves to travel and adventure around the city, so I am usually just home to sleep. I look forward to meeting new people and living in Brisbane! :o)
I am looking for a place for a short term to stay at only twice a week. I live on the coast but work in brisbane 3 days a week, so I prefer to stay down here for 2 nights to save the travel. So really I only need a bedroom for 2 nights a week. Any offers I'll consider. Thanks.
Moving to Perth from working up North in the mines. Relaxed, Friendly, chilled and love to have a good time. At the same time am very responsible and clean, Always pay bills on time. Very social, love to go out on weekends and hang out some afternoons. Ultimately looking for a place with some like minded people around the same age. :)
Hey lovely humans! My name is Basil, I'm an arts student at UQ majoring in philosophy. I also work as a kitchen gremlin at a cafe. Generally you'll find me eating a lot of food, laughing, dancing around to shitty pop music, reading or napping on the nearest patch of grass available. As a housemate I'm pretty chill, definitely won't question why you're sitting on the kitchen counter staring at the ceiling fan while eating a tub of icecream with a fork at 4am (in fact I'll probably join you). I'd love to live in a transgender + queer friendly household, as I am a nonbinary person (I don't identify as a man or a woman) and also queer! Thank you <3<3
Hello! My name is Alex. I am a young professional from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am an outgoing person who enjoys sport, travelling and cooking. I am looking for a long-term flatshare or houseshare arrangement within travelling distance of the CBD and my office in Milton.
I am a fun, friendly and thoughtful 21 year old psychology student who loves movies, music, cooking, animals, board games, markets, the odd glass of wine, a nice chat, and meeting new friends. I am not a party person at all and am very respectful of others I live with. I love a good cooking session and a chat but also enjoy time to myself. I like to have a friend over now and then, but would always respect the others I live with. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and am happy to do my share of chores. I am also hoping to be close to public transport as I do not have my own transport.
Hi, I'm Kat. I'm 30 and own a stretch limousine company and 2 start up businesses. I work from home mostly but may look at getting an office soon in the city. I'm looking for a place for 6 months possibly longer to home me and my two very small Chihuahua's who stay with me part time. They are very tiny, very friendly and very clean. They don't bark and have their own beds and cage area they live in when I'm not at home. I'm not a party girl as my focus is my work currently but I don't mind being social and active on weekends and getting out of the house with the dogs. If you are a pet lover and have space for us let me know! Happy to work on a trial basis. :)
Hey, I'm looking for a queer-friendly house. I'll be studying at QUT Kelvin Grove next year, so I need somewhere with easy access to public transport. I'm clean, respectful and down to earth. I like hanging out with housemates but also like having personal space and time to myself. I'm an Irish transguy who has been in Australia for 6 years and currently work as a disability support worker. In my downtime I like to draw, play music, cook, go to markets, do yoga and go to the beach. I would love to live somewhere with a veggie patch (although I haven't had much luck with not killing anything I've tried to grow in the past). I want somewhere long term that can be a home, instead of just renting a room. If I sound like I would be a good fit for your home, please get in touch :) Thanks, Cian
I've just moved to Brisbane to be close to my long term partner who cares full time for her mum, and also to see my owm mum who is in care. I'm of clean and sober habits, quiet and considerate.I have a good sense of humour, am sociable but happy working on my own projects. I work as a chef, writer and artist/market stall holder and will initially be working on writing and and markets. I then expect to work part-time cooking or possibly do contract work in regional Australia while keeping my room on. I like good music, art and food and spending time in nature. i like animals but not much into TV though.
Hi! I'm a full time graphic designer + photographer in a lifestyle PR/marketing company. Relaxed, easygoing and fairly quiet to live with. I'm quiet during the week and spend weekends with friends, at the markets, going home to visit family and photographing. Never opposed to a cheeseboard and wine and will happily sit down for a chat at the end of the day. Would love to find a home with some relaxed, friendly, good-humoured housemates. Huge animal lover so have no issue living with pets. [ preferably looking for somewhere with an ensuite ]
I'm an outdoorsy Canadian coming to UWA for 2017 on a 10 month exchange from the University of Toronto. I'm studying Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and love playing sports. I'm hoping to go backpacking and/or hiking, as well as travelling around on weekends/holidays as I've never been to this side of the globe! Looking for a clean and organized living space that is non-smoking and furnished.
Hi I am a 30 year-old Aussie female and work full time in the city as a commercial lawyer. I'm not home much, as I tend to work long hours during the week and like to make the most of my weekends. That said, when I am home, I love some good banter and maybe a bottle of wine with a shared meal or a good Netflix binge (or all of the above!). I am planning to move overseas in the new year, but need a place to live until about April. It will be close to the beach and shared with one or two like-minded people in their mid to late 20s or 30s. I am keen to hear from anyone who keeps a tidy house, and is looking for a beach buddy and / or someone to drag out of bed for runs in the morning. I'd prefer for the room to be furnished with a built-in robe and AC, but this is negotiable. Please drop me a line if you're keen to know more about me, or if you think you (and your place) tick the boxes. I'm not interested in team-ups, places with more than three people in total or areas that aren't within a few kilometers of the ones I've listed. Cheers Alicia
I'm 20 years old and looking for a fun and down to earth housemate who is clean. After living in share houses since 18 years old, and trying to live with cousins, friends and the rest, I've found it increasingly hard to find someone that picks up after themselves. All I ask is that you enjoy a ciggie or beer on the balcony with me, and that you clean up your dishes and space :-) I always have a record spinning at home, love film and a good drink. I often enjoy going out with mates, or chilling out alone in my room. I'm looking to move into a house that has enough space for us, and a small backyard to hang out in. If you feel like we could get along as housemates send me a message as I'm all out of luck :-) Sophia
I love music, soccer and dance. I play the drums well and am into jazz/funk/hip hop. I am respectful of others schedules and space and spontaneously cook things and like to share them with my house mates. I am a civil engineer and work in the city. I have plans to work abroad and enjoy experiencing new cultures. I am happy to sit down to talk life and watch a nice action comedy or soppy chick flick.
I'd describe myself as both friendly and outgoing (but also respectful of others privacy). I love cooking and meal preparation due to the "always on call" aspect of being a wardsman. I'm pretty tidy and very minimistic/chilled and I enjoy gaming/design/fitness and the generic nerd stuff. I'm also the executive treasurer for the QUT Weightlifting club so I'm pretty good with money - so missing rent will never be a worry :) Come from Cleveland line and am looking to get closer to work/QUT. I also cook a mean classic style carbonara pasta. Like really it's crazy good.
Hello ! We are two professionals in mid 20's. Recently moved to Brisbane from Perth. We are very easygoing, friendly, quiet, clean and respectful and of course we share chores. We are not party animals but are always up for a good talk. Non smokers and pet friendly. We both love working out and hiking to discover new places. We also like reading, photography, travelling. If you want to know more about us, please feel free to ask) PS: If you want to offer us the room, please attach your mobile phone number.Pls have a look at our max rent limit for 2 people.
Hi there, I am looking to rent a place to call home with one other clean and tidy person. I have two cute indoor kittens so you would have to be okay with curious little faces everywhere :) I work full time. Happy to live with students or workers. My party days are over but super happy to socialise with guests. I am not in rush as I want to find the right people/place but would like to move before Christmas. Budget can be flexible.. Would love to hear from you :)
I currently work part time as a software developer in Fortitude Valley. I've been studying Engineering full time at UQ up until this semester but may be putting that on the backburner in favour of earning money. Right now I live on the Gold Coast. The commute is killing me, so I'd like to move within a 5km radius of the CBD. I'm a drummer, so it would be cool if you could tolerate the tapping of an electric kit or practise pads (not going to even try to bring my acoustic kit up), however it's not a must. Musicians are a plus, especially if you're down for a jam. I like cooking when I have the time, so bonus points for gas. Pets are cool provided they're well looked after and don't keep anyone awake during the night. If your ideal Friday night involves craft beer, metal, jazz, or burgers (or some combination of those) then I'm your guy
Hi, My name is Olivia and I'm a 23-year-old Bond uni student. I'm currently finishing my Masters of Counselling and are currently looking for a place. I am a fun bubbly person, however, I do enjoy my space. I'm extremely laid back and easy going. I'm always up for a chat!!!
I am Thom, I am 20 years old, and I am staying in Brisbane until the 28th of January. I am doing an unpaid internship over here as part of a course of my university study International Business Administration which I follow in the Netherlands. I am an easy-going guy, like to chat about different things (cultures, hobby's, sports etc), and liked to explore the city thus far. Furthermore I like keeping everything clean, especially if it is something that is shared between everyone. I am looking for another fun place to stay for about four weeks. Since I am leaving Australia on the 28th of January, and my current lease ends at the 3rd of January, I am looking to fill that gap in between. :) Looking forward to hear from all of you!
DESPARATELY NEEDING A ROOM TO RENT I'm a 33 year old female looking for a place to live. I'm currently live in Albany and am moving to on the 12th December to Perth for work as a nurse. I'm a non smoker. I'm easy going. Need somewhere that I can move into without viewing in person as it's extremely hard to view when I'm in Albany
Hello! I am Lacey:) I am clean and tidy and work full time but also don't mind going out and having wine & cheese nights. I would like to live with someone who is friendly as well!
Hi, my name is Emily. I'm a qualified Chef and manage a business on North Side. I moved up from Canberra last year and it's time to move out of my parents place and closer to work! I work full time during the week and on the weekends like to get out and about to the beach or go hiking in the hinterlands. I seem to get along with anyone which makes things a lot easier. I am looking for a place that has a spacious bedroom to easily fit a queen bed, a secure car space, and preferably my own bathroom. Something long term would suit me perfectly :)
Hi guys, I am Veronica, a 22 years old geosciences student from Munich. I will arrive in Brisbane on Feb 17th to start my semester abroad at University of Queensland. I would love to share an accommodation with open-minded and active people who are ready to explore Brisbane and its surroundings with me. On the other hand I respect peoples space and think everyone sometimes need his/her free time. I am a clean and tidy person and I love traveling, doing all kinds of sports (track and field, hiking, climbing, inline skating....), exploring other places and cultures, meeting new people and having interesting conversations!! :) If you are looking for a nice, respectful and talkative roommate, please text me!! :)))
I am a student at Curtin currently, I am quite tidy, I always pay my rent on time, I don't smoke and I rarely drink. When I'm at home I mostly stay in my room, but I am still quite outgoing and friendly. I work at a nightclub on the weekends so I do come home pretty early in the morning, but I am respectful and I try to be quiet as possible on my way to my room.
Heya all, From mid-december onwards I am looking for a place to call home. I have just spent 12 months in WA, 6 months living in Trigg and the other 6 months I have been exploring this awesome country. Can't get enough of it! I'm 27Y/O, Dutch, tidy, social and very easy going. I like the beach, the ocean, a coffee and some casual drinks in the weekend. I am currently in the Netherlands because of a temporary work assignment and next weekend I will fly back to Perth. Me: - 27Y/O, Dutch, tidy, social and very easy going; - BBE & MSc; - Like the beach, ocean, a coffee and casual drinks; - Place from mid-december onwards (however, I'm not to fuzzy about moving in a little bit later); - Period at least: 3 to 4 months; - NO pets; - Smoking outside. If you guys are looking for a new easy fun housemate I am happy to hear from you! Cheers Peter
I'm fun and easy going. I keep tidy, clean up after myself and am respectful of others. I enjoy cooking, music and socialising and also enjoy my chilled laid-back time. I'm a team player, so I make sure I play my part and keep things fair for all. I love meeting new people, and get on well with pretty much everyone I meet :)
Hi I am moving to Australia from New Zealand in Jan to start a new job located on the South Bank. I am a clean and tidy flatmate that is sociable but independent. Would love to live with similarly minded people or happy to live by myself. I enjoy getting out and doing things, like going to the markets, going bush walking (or not sure how I feel about doing this with snakes) and anything to do with water. I am also a big fan for just chilling out with a book or a magazine. I am a financial reliable flatmate who pays their bills on times, does their weekly cleaning well and is mindful of other peoples schedules. I can speak some Chinese having studied in Taiwan for a year and I am pretty adventurous when it comes to food. I arrive in Australia on the 5th of Jan and I am looking to view so flats over that time. Message me if you have a place that is available.
