****** I'm looking for a place to stay ASAP! ****** Hi there, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised), a British citizen. Currently, on a one-year working holiday visa in Australia. I enjoy networking and socializing. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am a clean and tidy person. What I'm looking for: - Clean and tidy household - Own room, fully furnished with clean bed - All bills included - Rent no more than $200 per week - No bonds, prefer to pay weekly - Preferably girls (possibly 1 guy) - Short distance to trains (approx. 5min) - Close to local gym Plus Fitness - Some friendly flatmates If you have a room available which is NOT shared and NOT a family home, please leave your mobile number and I will call you as soon as possible to arrange inspection and discuss further details. Thank you.
I am a 32 year old female. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :)
I am a social, respectful and friendly person. Looking for someone who's like minded and respects privacy and space but at the same time happy share a nice glass of red or a meal every now and then. I value a clean and tidy place. Not looking for a party house, just a home I can call my serenity. I enjoy having a friend over every now and then to enjoy a good conversation. I am a primary teacher and samba dancer so that keeps me busy most nights. I enjoy eating out and going to watch a gig. School nights I'm generally a little bit of a grandma ;) I had a great relationship with my flat mate but being the owner of the place she has now decided to sell the property.
Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location on weekends / some evenings. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Hey there! I am a student in my 3rd year at UTS, studying Interior Architecture. I'm originally from Bathurst and I have been living with friends (from Bathurst) and my sister for the last 2 years, but all shared houses have been with people much older than me. Keen to find a relatively cheap spot with people around my age, that don't mind a bit of fun on the weekends. I'm at uni 4 days a week, working as a student rep usually 1 day a week, and as a bicycle courier during the holidays. I'm diligent with my studies and end up spending 5-12 hours a day at uni, 5-6 days a week. I ride my bicycle everywhere, cook, CLEAN (yup, I really do I promise), drink coffee in the mornings and beer in the afternoon. 420 friendly but I don't smoke much myself. Shoot me a message and we can sort a coffee/beer!
Hey guys, I'm looking for a fully furnished room in Sydney. Don't mind sharing a room with others or going by myself - not picky :) !!! I really need somewhere that doesn't mind providing the basics such as pillows & linen that I can return as they were by the end of my stay. I'm open to long and short term stay opportunities too :) A little about me - I'm a friendly young girl working in fashion retail & also photography. I like to keep relatively fit & stay out of the house as much as I can - unless there are cookies to be made :)
Clean, respectful, educated and moving to Sydney to work and live. I'm looking for a place to call home ASAP, not into party houses but rather somewhere where I can live with other relaxed housemates who wouldn't mind grabbing a drink or a meal together and exploring the city but are respectful of each other's time. I'm looking for a private room with a move in date of no later than May 4 and able to lock-in before my arrival. If I sound like the housemate you're looking for then click on that message button! Please only message if you're looking for a housemate.

I'm a busy medical student at the university of Sydney and my passions include cooking, talking, good wine and great beer. I'm social, love to have a few drinks and a few friends around, but responsible and reliable. Looking for a place to move into whenever as I'm currently staying with a friend.
Hey! I'm Finnish girl currently on W&H visa but hoping to stay here and study after September. So looking for something to stay till then or even longer. I'm clean, easy going and working fulltime Mon-Sat. On free time I love to cook, bake, go to gym/swim, beach, meet with friends, watch movies and have fun. Up for spending time together with flatmates and meeting new people.
Hi! I'm Rebecca (usually Bec), 32 year old professional female originally from the States (grew up outside NYC), and have been living in Sydney for nearly four years. Friends and family would describe me as open-minded, accepting, expressive, funny, quirky, and compassionate. Love travel, comedy, coffee, wine tasting, exploring new restaurants/bars, watching TV series, and getting stuck into an investigative podcast or book. I'm pretty crafty too and enjoy cooking, so a little DIY project or recipe is always on the cards. I work full-time at a national charity in the CBD, and at night I'm taking it easy, watching some TV (sometimes reality, I admit), and at the gym/excercising outdoors or catching a comedy show. Otherwise, my weekday eves are pretty cruisey, with cooking dinners and making it to bed before 11pm if I'm not sucked into a 60 minutes episode. I am happy to spend a Saturday night in with a movie (Wentworth at the moment), Though my party days are over (though I do like a night out once in a while), I am quite social so it's usually a long lunch, dinner, drinks or BBQ at a friend's place. Keen to have a nice easy-going relationship with my housemates, honest and open and friendly, and happy to hang out once in a while (or more if we get on well). Would like to be comfortable calling my new place 'home'. Glad to chat more about me, answer any questions, and look forward to meeting some like-minded housemates! Cheers, Bec
Moving to Sydney from Perth for work around the 8th of May. Looking for somewhere in the inner suburbs. Pretty chilled guy, love cooking, music, sport, cheeky glass of red on a week night. Looking for friendly housemates to help me transition into Sydney life.
Working full time as a carpenter, grew up in the country. Moved to Sydney for work. Currently living in Caringbah, looking for a new place because my current lease isn't far from running out. Any further questions or anything you would like to know about myself please feel free to send me a message. Cheers :)
I am a happy, caring and quiet female who would like to move away from home for more independence, sharing with just one other person of same nature, a non smoker, in a quiet environment, close to transport. I am okay with someone having a cat or a small dog. For fun I enjoy going to the beach, creating craft and seeing to movies/shows. Nightclubbing or pubs do not really appeal to me. Currently I live around the lower Shire of Sydney. I receive the Disability Support Pension, which pays quite a lot and is obviously a very reliable source of income. I am also eligible for Rent Assistance. Rent/bills etc would never be an issue. Message me if you would like to know more.
I'm a friendly, clean, quiet and private person. I'm in the hospitality/events/expo industry working for the Sydney showgrounds at Olympic park. I was originally from Vietnam with Chinese heritage but I've been living in Australia for 37yrs. I like to cook, read, go fishing, gym or just chill with friends.
Hi there! i'm 30 yo Italian, i'm in Sydney from almost 3 years, already had lease of 3 houses. I'm looking for a nice and tidy place to live in and share it with equally tidy and clean people no smoker, no drinking attitude, healty lifestyle i'm also interested in teamup for take a lease let's meet up and have a chat! see you soon!
I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne and work in the hospitality industry. I enjoy meeting all kinds of people, which is why I have chosen hospitality before I start at university next year. I prefer to live in an home environment where people are interested in getting to know one another a little bit and the place feels like home, rather than just a place to live. I have a really great group of friends from all kinds of backgrounds and enjoy spending time outside of home, as much as I enjoy having a quiet night in.
I'm easy going, relaxed and genuine (I'm a social worker :)) . I work long hours during the week typically I would leave the house at 7am and return after 6pm. I tend to keep to myself but like to have responsible friends over every now and again for dinner and drinks (nothing crazy) .
