I am an outgoing, humorous character from Orange County, California. I work full time as a retail manager in a job I've had for over two years now. I love a laugh as much as an adventure and some of my favorite things to do are downhill mountain biking, sailing, and scuba diving. I'm a very tidy person and very easy to get along with. I'm looking at a minimum six month lease for my own room in a house with either a private bathroom or an ensuite ideally. I also have a car, so a place with a parking spot or easy nearby parking is strongly preferable.
We are looking to move into our new home in mid to late February 2017. David is an accountant who will start working in the cbd in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works part time in a law firm in the city. We are both from Newcastle originally and are moving to Sydney for David's work. Tegan currently lives in Sydney in the inner west. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be a good housemate (the basics, paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. We are interested in either the inner west or lower North shore close to a train station (less than 10 minute walk) and half an hour trip in total to the cbd to make those late work nights easy.
I'm an easy going and social person currently working full-time in the city. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I love the gym and just hanging out in general, but I also enjoy my own space. Can provide a fridge, washing machine and microwave if needed.
I am a traveller from Argentina Staying for a year in Australia hoping to find a job and live in Sydney por a couple of months. Keen to know new people and enjoy as much as possible. I am a very adaptable person, tydy discret, gentile and frontal. I like cooking and fitnes.
Hi! I'm Maddie, I'm 23 and work full time as a physio in a hospital. When I'm not working, I enjoy heading out for good food, spending time with friends and relaxing with some Netflix. I'm a fairly quiet person, but I'm always up for a good chat and sharing a meal/drinks every now and then. I've perfected the art of cleaning up after myself so I'm nice and neat to live with, and I'm more than happy to share in cleaning and cooking as needed. I'm looking for a place to stay relatively long term so it'd be lovely to meet some house mates I can consider my house family!
Originally from the Blue Mountains. Working in the CBD full time Mon-Fri 9-5. Respectful, quiet and easy going. Neat and tidy, I love music and spend a bit of time going out to see exhibitions, gigs. Also enjoy getting outdoors and being active as much as possible.
Hey I'm Anton 25 working full time as a Surveyor. I moved over from Perth a few months ago and am looking for new accomodation with some pretty social housemates hopefully as I do enjoy to go out for a drink or two or a gig on the weekends. During the week work keeps me pretty busy, I'll most probably be gone before you wake up. And after I'll normally be at the gym or hopefully trying to get down to the beach for a quick surf.
I'm looking for my new home, I am a friendly and British looking for somewhere accessible to Central Sydney. I have just moved across to Sydney with work after spending the last 4 years in Auckland as a HR professional. I am sociable, outgoing and keen to live with like-minded people, equally, I am respectful of other people's privacy and enjoy time to myself. At the weekends I tend to relax, socialise and enjoy the occasional dinner and drinks.
I'm 22yrs old, supposedly will be back at uni next year, maybe not, who knows. I'm pretty happy just working at the moment so i'm not rushing back to uni just yet. I'm currently on the lease of a house near Crows Nest and I want to move closer to the city, but this means I know all the do's and dont's of housesharing - what you guys expect of subtenants and what a subtenant should expect of a tenant. I'm not super into going out but don't at all mind living with those who do. You can usually find me at work, attempting to alter/make my own clothes (with varying degrees of success), or roller skating around for some promo job (can offer roller skating lessons). I've become good friends with my housemates currently so I'm looking for a house where I can have a laugh with new friends and occassionally invite old ones around 🙂
Respectful Australian guy looking for a room in an established home or to collaborate with people who want to make a new place. My work focuses on understanding how distinctive environments and organizational cultures impact creativity and innovation for community wellbeing. Not interested in a partyhouse. Rather, I appreciate a friendly and relaxed vibe - ideally making a sanctuary, balancing private and shared space. That said, my interests range from a love of exploring nature to storytelling, conversation and an occasional social drink or cooking a meal for friends. Simon
Just recently moved to Sydney from England (London). Outgoing, sociable. Love spending time with others, but just as much like spending time on my own. Independent, lived with housemates many times before. Very chilled and laid back. I'd be a great housemate!
I'm going to be working full time and I generally like having quiet nights, although I can also be very sociable with the people I'm around. It would be great to live with people I could potentially become friends with. I love to cook and I'm very clean too.
Hello there! I am Andrew, a business development/account manager who has just moved into a different industry. The new job is CBD based so i am looking to move closer to the city - currently I am based in the hills district which means I am spending more commuting than I'd like. I used to work in FMCG so have a pretty good knowledge of bars and restaurants in Sydney. I also like music, movies, conversation, .......the usual good stuff. If you think we'd be a good fit and like to know more drop me a line. Ideally I'd like to have something locked in by the end of 2016 and preferably sooner.
Heya I'm Emily, i've recently returned from traveling around Europe and am looking for a place for the new year. I will be commencing my masters studying public health at Sydney university so ideally would like a place close to city or with good public transport access. I enjoy having chats with housemates around the kitchen with a few drinks but can also appreciate having alone time and personal space. I tend to go out with friends on weekends and attempt to keep active and enjoy the outdoors. During the week after work and study i tend to relax with some quality netflix time. As a housemate im clean, tidy and respectful. I appreciate a clean house but a few dishes arnt the type of thing to bother me.
Hey we are a fun couple who always like to have a bit of a laugh. We are both very chilled and relaxed people, enjoy a few beers and wines in the sun on the weekend, and like to eat out as well as in! We are both active sorts, gym, walking, running. He is a very hard working Carpenter, and has worked in this industry in Australia for the last year. She is in the process of relocating to Sydney and has worked as an ECE Teacher for the last twelve years. We are looking for a room for the both of us that we will always keep clean and tidy. With high respect for others that may live there! We are looking for long term options!! A FURNISHED ROOM would be a bonus, and also on site, or close by PARKING that does not come at too much of an extra cost, no meters to pay etc. He is Irish, and She is from New Zealand!! Both have great worldly knowledge and have travelled far and wide! We both love watching sports, especially rugby and football! We are just hands down awesome flatmates to have so i know we would fit in anywhere!!

I'm a 19 year old Australian student studying commerce at usyd, I currently live near Cronulla, but looking to move closer to the city as I will start full time work in accounting and finance in the city in February, and the commute is getting a little painful. I'm a relatively quiet, very chilled out, but sociable guy, especially after you get to know me. I like to have a few drinks and go out on weekends, but also I enjoy just chilling at home and watching Netflix and stuff, but I will also spend a fair bit of time studying, due to my full time work and study load.. I like going to the beach, going for the occasional run and being outdoors. I'm also a neat and clean guy! I'm going overseas in January for the month so putting this out in advance in the hope of perhaps having something lined up for when I get back! Feel free to message me!
Hi there! I recently moved back to Sydney and looking for a long term stay. I'm Dutch have a PR status and work full time for this awesome marketing and communication company. During the week I'm pretty serious, F45 and watching TV series. I try to live the Aussie lifestyle cause that's just the way you wanna live! In the weekend I usually go out with friends or trying to explore new bars and restaurants. I have lots of passion for music, particular in the (tech) house / techno scene and sports. There are couple of festivals that I would like to visit as well. I'm looking for an en-suite room and a flat mate who is easy to hang out with. I'm tidy and clean but not a cleaning freak. I also like my occasional cannabis strain. No - I do not smoke every day - only my "Dutch delights" in the weekends. It relaxes me and give me peace of mind. (I don't smoke sigaretes) I rather be upfront about my interest and what I do. You will have a great time with me. You will piss yourself laughing with me and you will have a great company to be around with! Speak soon. Kevin
I'm Katie. I'm 28 and eleven twelfths. Born in Queensland but grew up in Ireland and moved back to Sydney two years ago. Hi I'm Fi, I'm an actor and a nanny, though next year I'm looking to switch from being a nanny to something in hospitality or retail work. I come with an adorable 7 month old kitten so living in a home that allows pets and people who love cats would be great. I'm generally more so a quiet person, but also always happy to socialise. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person and always happy to pull my weight around the house to keep in tidy. I'm not really a big party person, so a quieter household would be best, though I'm not fussy with the occasional party. I'm 25 and happy to live with people around my age or older, and it would be a bonus to live with fellow creatives too.
I'm a neat, quiet full time working professional. I'm friendly, considerate and respectable of others space. Looking to move by March 2017
We're all really chilled out, like to have fun, friendly, clean and tidy and considerate. To have fun, we like to hang out with friends, go to the beach, find new bars and restaurants and generally find new and fun things to do.

I'm looking for accommodation in Sydney while working part time for about 6-8 weeks, before traveling up the eastcoast to Cairns. Laid-back, funny bloke who gets along with everyone. Don’t know anyone in Sydney yet so I’m searching for rather sociable roommates, just like myself. I like listening to all sorts of good music and also like to make music myself (I can teach you guitar). Don’t mind going out and partying even though I’d rather prefer a good conversation. I’ve shared an apartment with others before and loved the experience! Looking for a place in Sydney from early December until mid-January. If you got a place for me send me a message and we’ll go from there! Cheers!

Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also love to ride motorbikes and was hoping to get my motorbike sent down from Brisbane so... If there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike is a bonus!

Hey! I'm Adam. 24-year-old from the US in Australia on a working holiday visa. I'm doing career work in Real Estate and I'm trying to find a short-term room to rent in Sydney, no longer than 6 months. As a roommate: I'm extremely flexible, relaxed, clean, and courteous. I've lived in many shared houses in the states (including an 8-person house in Uni!) , so I know the dos and don'ts of being a good roommate. I'm not a party animal, so I won't be blasting tunes or banging around at 3 am, but I do like to have a good time. Good beer will be stocked in the fridge. I will say "yes" to any adventure around the city that is proposed. I'm currently living out of a backpack, so clutter around the house will be at a minimum. BONUS SKILLS: I can play 3 instruments, so if you're a musician, let's jam. I do funny impressions, but I'm still too shy to try my Australian... I'd like to live with sociable people who I can feel comfortable grabbing a beer or just kicking it at the house with. If your housemates tend to stick to themselves most of the time, that's cool too. I will be grateful to anyone that saves me from the toil of hostel life, but preferably good people who can show me the best this country has to offer!
