Hi Everyone, I'm Matt, 24 year old Kiwi who has been living in Sydney for the last year and a bit after graduating from Uni back home. Currently working in Sales in the CBD, and looking for a new spot somewhat close (or at least to public transport). Very sociable and outgoing, all ways up for going out for a drink or dinner but also like to keep things quiet if the time call for it. Have lived in a variety of set-ups since I was 18 so know the ins-and-outs of living with others.
Hi, My name is Reynu, I am a friendly person from Thailand studying business in Sydney and working part time. I am very respectful, clean and helpful. I am a ladyboy so I would be looking for a house that will accept that. I am friendly but also quiet. I have been living in Australia for 3 years. I lived in Canberra for some time as well with my boyfriend. I am moving back to Sydney so I can be closer to where I study. I am very nice and would make a great addition to any house. Thanks for looking at my profile!
Looking for an unfurnished queen room in modern/renovated bright airy flat/house with good storage own bathroom and a garden/ balcony near shops and good transport. Budget is up to $370-390ish not including bills. Access to parking would also be good. Looking for someone who enjoys a chat/dinner or a wine but also busy with your own lives. A bit about me - I work full-time managing a photographic studio in the city. I've moved back to Australia a 1yr ago after 10 yrs in the UK. I am a trained cook and run a supper club which keeps me pretty busy, so like to be in the kitchen several nights a week and on some weekends testing new dishes - If you like eating and taste testing you will reap all the benefits! A gas kitchen is a must. I have lots of kitchen kit and books. Other than that I'm pretty busy so am out and about or like a chilled night in, maybe a dinner party or two but the days of crazy parties are gone. Looking to share with a happy and chilled working professional (preferably a guy) around Camperdown, Enmore, Newtown, Erskineville, St Peters, Waterloo or Marrickville. I am not interested in properties with shared rooms or families. Also allergic to cats -bad kitty.
Hiya! I am currently only looking to share with females only. I am an outgoing, fun, sociable high energy person. I work in the pub industry full time so my shifts are always changing including late nights and early mornings. I enjoy the gym and tend to train early in the mornings. I enjoy going out and to have a drink on the weekends. I own my own car so I would need a place to park it whether it’s street parking or a garage. I’m easy going, tidy and trustworthy, I am very eager to find the right place with the right people to share accomodation with.
Im working full time (Sydney CBD) Monday to Friday in various locations. Im a concierge but for corporate business clients. I also work the occasional Saturday event. Hello :) I'm Fred, 23 years old, freshly graduated and will be relocating from Adelaide to Sydney for full time work in the CBD as a graduate lawyer. I'm quiet, tidy and considerate. I love animals, and am passionate about my nerdy hobbies :) Ideally, I am looking to share an apartment within Inner or surrounding suburbs, with convenient public transport to the CBD. I would mostly consider myself an introvert, and so do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and thoughtful conversations! To give you an idea of my personality, some of my favourite films include: The Intouchables, Drive, The Place Beyond the Pines, Memento, and of course all of the classics like Forrest Gump and Shawshank Redemption. Please shoot me a message if you have a suitable apartment, or if you're also hunting for apartments and think we'd be a good fit!
I'm a friendly, caring person who respects others. I pick up after myself and like to live in a tidy and clean household. I enjoy cooking, watching tv (when I get time!), catching up with friends after work or on the weekends and getting out and about on adventures. I work full time and anticipate to live with females who also work full time and lead a similar lifestyle.
Hi there, Professional , clean tidy , social , quiet and respectful guy. Seeking a drama free , happy place to call home😊 Into health, fitness , yoga, art ... All the cool stuff ! Look forward to meeting with you shortly, Cheers Tommy
I'm Steph, I'm 25 and I work full time in marketing and events for a charity. I've lived in Sydney my whole life, but having grown up on the Northern Beaches and lived out of home for two years on the North Shore I'm doing the unthinkable - crossing the bridge! I always have a list of activities and adventures I want to do, big or small. Having previously worked in the travel industry my bucket list is ever-growing, but I also have a huge appreciation for all of the things in our own back yard. Whether it's a coastal walk or a beach I've never been to, a new cafe, an art exhibition, a football game or a weekend trip down out of Sydney... there's always something I'm itching to do. Loves wine, pizza, cheese - all of the standard vices - but overall I eat pretty healthy and am quite active. I'm social and very partial to going out for a drink and some good music, but I'm usually not an out 'til all hours of the morning person. I've just come to realise I enjoy sleep and sunrises more than late nights. Looking for a home with housemates that are tidy, friendly and perhaps might want to join me on some of my adventures exploring my own city every now and then!
Personality: I am full time student and have a stable part time job. I respect flatmates/ housemates and avoid conflicts. With my budget, I don’t mind living far from station because I have a car. I truly appriciate your time to read and reply my post.
I’m a full-time software engineer, responsible and considerate. I enjoy going to the gym and the beach. Looking for a safe environment with open-minded LGBT-friendly people (I’m the T in LGBT)
I am a recent Uni grad trying to start my career as a Recruitment Consultant, so far with about 6 months experience. I work full-time in the City (Town Hall) and just started going to the gym so in a bit of a health-kick at the moment, I also love my sports, and I will be going out regularly on weekends to attend Sydney FC/Sydney Swans games. I will be coming with a Laptop, Xbox One and Mini-SNES so hopefully you have a decent TV I can plug those consoles in and I'm happy to host games nights and what not (I have 2 controllers for both so far but i'm happy to buy more if we need to). I don't mind having a few drinks occasionally either, but i wouldn't call myself a big drinker. I consider myself a peaceful, quiet, tidy person. I will rarely bring any unwanted guests over and i will let you know in advance if i do. I don't smoke and i won't be able to live with someone who does as I have a medical condition. I don't have a car so i will require somewhere that is from walking distance to the train station or close enough to the City where i can catch the bus/walk. I absolutely love animals and i will be looking to adopt one so i hope your accommodation is pet-friendly (but it's okay if it isn't). Last but not least i respect other people's personal space and i expect others to do the same for me.
Hey I'm Fi, I'm 26. I work as a nanny, pet sitter, and secretary, as well as my own teen mentoring business (it keeps life interesting!) I come with an adorable little indoor cat named Orea (like the cookie but with an a) so living in a home that allows cats and people who like cats would be great. She's shy and quiet, but also hilarious when she warms up, she's kitty litter trained and doesn't cause any problems. I'm generally more of an introvert, but also happy to have a good chat and hang out. I'm a clean and tidy person and am always happy to pull my weight around the house to keep it tidy. I'm pretty relaxed and down to earth(most of the time), and easy to live with. I'm happy to team up to look for a place, or to move in to an already established home :) Looking forward to meeting you, any more questions just ask!
Hello everyone! I am an electrical engineer from New Zealand. I am tidy, friendly and respectful of people's spaces. I have a normal weekday job, so I won't come home in the AM and wake everyone up. I am looking for proffessional people with good positive vibes to move in with. I really like making big roasts and i don't mind cooking flat dinners, grabbing a drink, movie nights or go for an adventurous wonder!
I'm very open and accepting. I don't judge (for reals, it's a bizarre thing, right!?) and I'm also real clean when it comes to general house keeping. I think it works pretty well with how much I cook... To say I like food would be somewhat of a massive understatement. I'm a martial arts instructor (Systema) and persona trainer. I would say I'm a health freak but like all my views, I don't push them on anyone. I also like art. Like, all of it. I draw, tattoo, sing, guitar, write, as mentioned, martial arts and yeah, I'd consider the culinary endeavors an art form too... A delicious, delicious art form... PS. I have a snake. He tends to keep to himself but is friendly if you're into reptiles.
Looking for: A house or apartment near the Newtown area or surrounding suburbs, nothing fancy, just a place to call home that won't break the bank. Me: I'm a bar manager, I occasionally smoke (but never inside, I like getting my bond back) and I crack top-tier banter. What I bring to the table: great cocktails, plenty of grog to help yourself to, average (I'm improving!) cooking, cheesy music taste and a 51" flat screen and surround system. I'm also fairly handy about the house, which can save pestering the landlord for small repairs. I occasionally play about on acoustic guitar/keyboard, but working odd hours it's quite possible you'll never hear my terrible music unless you spend your daytime at home ;) goes without saying I'll keep my stuff neat and tidy & pull my fair share of housekeeping, nobody loves a deadbeat!
Hi I'm Brooke and I'm a 3rd year uni student at UTS (part-time) studying property and international studies and working during the week at a real estate doing data/design work. Currently living in the redfern/surry area so looking for somewhere that's no too far away from Uni and work. I’m normally either at work or uni or a combination of both throughout the day. Hobbies include: cooking, attempting to do yoga, painting, drinking wine - all the usuals I’m always keen for a chat but am very respectful of people’s privacy. Clean and tidy, always pay my bills on time - i manage all the bills and rent in my current houseshare - references from current landlord and employer are available on request. Looking for a place that feels like home and would love to move into a friendly and social house :) I don't really have a preferred stay time, it really just depends on the people and the house. My move date is also flexible
Im very simple, grown up(ok, lets be honest, there is still bit room for improvement) easy going, respectful, i can clean after myself, and i pay my bills on time. On Weekdays i live quite busy lifestyle, i work for construction/waterproofing company what provides services mainly on shopping centres so my “office hours” are all over the place 😀 On weekends i like to just chill out, have few drinks with my mates, road trips (if i got time), bbq, or just relaxing I don’t cook much, however occasionally i do feel like a cooking a meal Unfortunately i do smoke but never in the house, and i can clean perfectly well my ashtray to :)
