I am one of the most easiest people to get along with, very respectful and outgoing. Love animals however have none of my own. I am very fair, patient, responsible and honest. Always good to have a laugh with however love my personal space also. I am a regular smoker (outside ONLY). I work full time as a personal trainer and a receptionist. My whole life is revolved around gym, training and work and i love it like that. There is never any judgement with me.. I am very accepting and open to everything. I am looking for both a granny flat that allows me to have my own space and privacy, OR a housemate/housemates that are 18+ and have no children. Thank you Jess :)
I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke or have a pet either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine! I am potentially moving into a new apartment in my current complex, and would like to find another housemate to take the second bedroom. I hope to have it sorted by early/mid June. Rent would be around $200 per week. I'm also open to finding a new place as a teamup.
Interested in whom I share the accommodation with more than the housing unit. Even if you have a cramped basement but deem your place to excel in some regard, hit me up. I mostly spend my time tinkering with electronics, or on my computer, but I would like to change that and be more outdoorsy when I get there. If your electronics break, its a perk to have me around :) Electrical Engineer from United States, currently working for Panasonic, permanently settling in Australia, flying in this May, will backpack for a bit and then look to rent a place starting June. Also I am not familiar with Brisbane or Cold Coast suburbs, but somewhere close to the city center is a plus. Washer/Dryer are a must, preferably with fast internet. If you message me please have photos posted, and total cost with utilities, please don't just point me to your page.
I work full time for a commercial music company but have a passion for photography and music. I work as a freelance photographer after hours and am a private music tutor to school aged kids. Play in a local brissy band and only a few weeks away from relaeasing a new album. I appreciate a clean house and my own space but not much better than kicking back over a brew or 5. Keep myself pretty active and like getting out and about. Not a big partier but like to keep social. Nightowl and a big movie fan.
I am moving up to Brisbane again from Victoria! I would be a great person to live with for many reasons. I am a very honest person which i think most people want. Very tidy and clean, take care of the house and it's belongings. Always pay rent & bills on time and would never make it hard for anyone :) I am also very easy going and love to have a laugh. I am not looking for much, i just want someone who i can trust, have a chat with and get on with.
I’m Messy, real messy, previous housemates have used biohazard tape around my belongings, and me… Dogs smell me and cry… I listen to horrible music, I’m loud, emotionally reactive, solipsistic, believe Illuminati are in control of the earth and may try to convert you… …. that probably went too far. The rest of this only works if you were hoping I was joking. I'm a pretty chill, compassionate and housetrained neuroscientist effectively on sabbatical for the next 6-12 months. I try to live healthy, sustainably and love animals. Generally work long hours but looking for a homely place where I can spend the odd day plugging away at the grants from the Deck. I have my own friends and do my own thing but it’d be great to live with a fun crew, have regular interesting conversations over a drink and the odd communal feast. If I could be what you’re after, give me a yell. It’d be cool to hear more about you and see the place. Cheers Troy
Hey, I'm James! I'm 23, working and studying full time. I'm happily serving you tea and coffee from 40,000 feet whilst enjoying comfortable beds in each capital city! I also inject drugs as a nurse for a living and doing further nursing study to get a degree so I feel smarter. I like to have a laugh, I'm laid back and like to keep fit and healthy. I work shift work and I'm away 2-3 times during the week. I'm needing somewhere with a roof over my head around mid June. I do have some furniture- but if yours is better let's use that.. Anyway, flick me a message if you have any questions :)

Hi there! I'm a 29 year old woman looking for a room close to the CBD. I work full-time in the city and study part-time so I'm very busy and not home a lot. I am a friendly, easy-going person but am also respectful of others space and belongings. In my spare time I enjoy keeping active with gym/hiking, eating healthy, binging on new TV shows and going out for the occasional drink. If I sound like I might be a good fit please give me bell! *Note: I'm only interested in living in the suburbs I've listed, also not looking to live in a large share/partyhouse, would rather share with 1 or 2 people. Cheers, Bec.
I'm so much easy going with nice energy, organizated, know how to make everything in the house (like cook, clean, wash my clothes, etc) , respectful, friendly, always up to a chat (but I respect the space of other people) and I'm clean. I am not looking a house parties but I like to chat and drink a wine and beer with friends sometimes. I'm Environmental engineering and I came to Brisbane to study Business Administration. By the way, I'm 26.
Yulia loves talking to people, and going out and being friendly with every person she meets, I however am more reserved and tend to keep to myself more. Yulia works as a sales rep selling Hello Fresh, so get keen on those discounts, i work as a barista and a promoter, and my life isn't very exciting. Yulia is from Russia, and I am from central QLD. For fun we like to go for quiet drinks at a bar, not all that interested. Also massive fans of board games. We are looking for preferably, but not necessarily, female roommates, we cannot be split up so looking for somewhere we can both stay as we get separation anxiety. Someone we can get along with easily, clean, and would respect our personal space as well as be able to have a laugh with.
Exchange student from Taiwan, will be in QUT starting late June. Indie music lover and video games, movies, all sorts of cool stuff. Clean and tidy, non-smoker. Not a party animal but I would love to hang out with you as long as you are chill. I'm super easy going and interested in any new stuff, I love pets as well! Feel free to contact me if you got a room or place to share with. I should be in Brisbane around June 26th.
I'm Brazilian, i have been living in Australia for two years. I work full time as an accountant and I'm looking for a chill place to live. I'm very easy going.. like beers, Netflix, cards.. although I don't spend much time at home as I work too much!!
I run a training and advisory company called Dent Global. We help entrepreneurs grow their business and stand out in their industry. The business keeps me busy and I do a bit of travel interstate as a result. When I'm at home I love health and wellness, go to the gym and prefer my Sunday to a raging hangover from the night before. But that's not to say I don't enjoy a wine and letting my hair down with mates and housemates! Currently live in Sydney with a crew of three others - all get along like a house on fire and its lead a pretty easy-going home life.
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
I work full time in Brisbane CBD and hoping to move closer to the inner city I enjoy cooking and having an occasional glass of wine with my future roommate but I do also love my down time and alone time so I enjoy reading and keeping to myself when I need to. I am looking for someone who wants to move into a newer apartment that has great facilities (a good gym, pool, possibly a spa). I have furniture to deck out the kitchen and living room (except no big TV) so all you would need is your own furniture. I am also a very clean person so I would like my future roommate to be willing to take turns each week in cleaning the bathroom, kitchen etc. to ensure we have a nice, tidy home! I am looking for a nice newer place in South Brisbane, Teneriffe or Newstead. For example, the Melbourne Residences. Note: Not interested in sharing with a couple Not interested in sharing a room Not interested in student housing
I'm a PhD candidate and sessional academic (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. I'm pretty easy to live with but I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free (and I love house plants). I mostly cook at home (meal prep sundays - so I dont need to cook everyday)...but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking at home, I use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment :)
I'm relocating from the Gold Coast as I'm starting a new role in the CBD (I work in tech), and I am a warm, friendly, low maintenance person. I'm also clean and a great cook, ideally I'd like someone who takes pride on keeping their place liveable on some level too :) I also already own pretty much everything needed for a place outside of bedroom stuff, which is handy. One pet, my cat Ophelia who basically sleeps all day and snuggles with me all night! Apartment trained since forever.
Hey potential roommates!! Not sure how to start this so i will just give you the general idea of myself. I'm looking for somewhere close to the city (therefore close to uni) to live between 6-12 months. :) I'd like to think im a pretty awesome room mate haha! I'm a full-time University student studying Psychology and Business at QUT and i also work part time, so i wouldn't actually be home that often- which is awesome if you're someone that likes your space. I am a little bit of a gym junkie and always adventuring (another reason why i wouldn't be home often). I love to cook and im extremely clean - perks of growing up with a european grand mother haha! I am not a massive party animal but do enjoy hanging out with friends and watching movies with either some delicious chai tea or a glass of red! I study quite a bit and am hoping to live with someone that either studies too or at least is considerate during the main exam period not to have massive parties every single night ahah :P I'm the type of room mate that would love to wake up and say hey whilst we have our coffees, happy to have good conversations and hang out, but also love my own space. If your sick i make a really awesome soup and if you have had a bad day i know the best chocolate to give you (it seriously makes you feel so much better) haha. I'm after my OWN bathroom and decently large room as i am female and therefore have way too many clothes and varieties of shampoo haha. Interested in a team up or to move into a place already. I have heaps of furniture, but don't have to bring it if the home already has it- but in the case of a teacup, i have come prepared! haha (minus a washing machine).
I am an architect from India and would be moving to Brisbane as a student to pursue masters in architecture from july 2017. I am very friendly and outgoing. I enjoy spending my free time watching movies, reading and doing some creative stuff
Hi everyone, my name is Fahmy. I am a fun, outgoing and friendly person. I love travelling. If you need someone to chit chat with, I am up for that. I will enroll to QUT Gardens Point campus on the 24th of July 2017. I am looking for a place which are affordable and near to my university. Thank you, have a nice day.
