My names Rob age 24, I just moved to Sydney from London indefinitely. My missus (Joanna age 23) is joining me in January so were looking for a double room with friendly people or another couple. We've been together for 3.5 years. We know that couples can often be a pain to live with but we're pretty adamant on not airing our dirty laundry... EVER. I'm a Chef by day working part time in Bondi for a friend until I get a full time job. Joanna is an Occupational Therapist by profession, seeking work in Charity and Care. (although we aren't in full employment, we are financially stable) We are healthy-ish, clean and respectful people. We love music, food, the ocean and good vibes all round. If you're a collector of fine music I'm sure we'll get along. We ideally want to be paying no more than $300 a week for our room. Move in date anytime soon as I'm currently on my brothers couch. Though I can wait a few weeks to save a bit more dollar or wait for a good flatmate. I'm going to Brisbane for 5 days or so over xmas, so I can even wait that long if need be. Bless people, gimme a shout.
Hi! We are 2 chilean friends looking for a single o shared room in bondi junction or the surroundings. We work full-time but we also like to share with the people who live with. We are planning to stay for at least 3 months. Preferably we are looking for an English speaking house or flat. We are tidy and we also like to have fun. See ya soon Cheers.
Professional/Student that takes pride in her space. I have a design background and work for a furniture company, which enables perks. I'm clean and considerate. Looking for a long-term arrangement. Willing to give 2-month bond for the right space.
Hi, I am Andrew, a business development/account manager who has just moved into a different industry. The new job is CBD based so i am looking to move closer to the city - currently I am based in the hills district which means I am spending more commuting than I'd like. I used to work in FMCG so have a pretty good knowledge of bars and restaurants in Sydney. I also like music, movies, conversation, .......the usual good stuff. If you think we'd be a good fit and like to know more drop me a line. Ideally I'd like to have something locked in by the end of 2016 and preferably sooner.
My job is city based, I work in the Agricultural industry and semi new to Sydney (lived in Darling Point for a year before returning to Victoria for work). Generally I leave home around 7am (or earlier) and return after 7pm. More often than not I'm out 1-2 nights per week. Week days tend to roll into weekends with social engagements, adventures and activities. I much prefer sharing with people that are active and social. Home is a haven, not a cave. I can cook and happy to share my delights when they are a success. I don't come with any pets, however I come with a road bike that is housed inside.
I'm single woman, my work with traffic control and English student, and I looking forward finding a place for short term but with possibility more time. I'm tidy, friendly and easy-going
My name is Anh (pronounce Anne), 21 years old. I am from Switzerland but my background is vietnamese. I speak french, german, english and also vietnamese. Actually, I am a student here. I don't mind to participate in the housework as well. I am looking for a private room not too far away from the city as possible. I am looking for the 24th of Feb. 2016.
Hi everyone! I am Spanish lawyer who will be working for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Sydney. I am outgoing and I like to chat/socialise but I am also easygoing and know when to respect others personal time and space. I am also very active and visit the gym almost everyday after work so you would rarely see me at home. As a Spaniard, originally from Madrid, I enjoy football (I am a supporter of Real Madrid) and surf (even though I am a beginner). I also love travelling around and have visited more than 60 countries. You can count on me to keep the place clear, tidy and peaceful, even though I enjoy hanging out and would join any plan you propose! Looking forward to make new friends! Alvaro
29 year old professional from Sweden recently relocated to Sydney, working full time as a consultant in CBD. As a person very clean, social (but respects privacy) and easy going. Enjoys an active lifestyle (running, gym, rock climbing) and to meet new people. Not a party person but occasionally a glass of wine or a beer for dinner or in the pub. Looking for a nice and clean shared household or studio. I'm new to the city so keen on getting to know some new people.
Having lived in numerous share houses I understand the importance of getting the balance right between giving housemates private time and time to socialise. I always clean up after myself, and I am toilet trained! haha! I work full time hours monday - friday, when I'm not working, im either out playing ice hockey, watching ice hockey, or at a pub with friends. Having said that, I would love to live with someone/group of people who love to socialise.

I have just returned from living in New York where I was working on a start up. I am working on the startup here in Sydney. I am looking to share with easygoing professionals of any age. I tend to be out working from 8 til 8. When I am home I am sociable but I also like to have quite time in my room taking in my day, writing and catching up with things on the internet. I am a naturally kind person with a gentle sense of humour. I love travel, independent cinema, technology and walking by the harbour or the sea. I am looking to join an improv. theatre group once I have the site up and running. If that sounds like the sort of person you would like to share with please contact me. I am open to offers to stay from as little as two weeks up to 12 months or more. Right now I am subletting from a guy in Bronte who is on holidays in New York. He returns shortly so I am open to either short term or long term offers. If needs be a short term one can see me through while look for a long term one.
Hi, I'm a 28 year Brit residing in Sydney and working in advertising. How cliche. But also fun. I've been here 2.5 years, am sponsored and looking to get PR next year. Having to move out of current flat due to a recent relationship mishap. Take that as you will. I'm flexible with move dates - can do so immediately or wait until the room is available. Preferably sooner though. Bit gutted to be leaving my place as it feels like home. But there you go. I play cricket on the weekends, love to cook (have maintained the Sunday roast tradition from home), try and fail to go running before work and enjoy a healthy (or not so healthy) knees up on the weekend. Looking to move into a flat with a nice bunch of people (boys or girls) with a similar outlook on life. I've got some furniture I can bring to the party, possibly a car and lots of books. Shout if you like the sound of any of the above. Happy to meet for a beer to go through the proper interview process. Cheers, Tom
My name is Holly! I'm a chef in Berrima, NSW! I'm starting a new job in Vaucluse in December/January and need a temporary home/long stay home depending on how the job goes! It will be Monday - Friday work. I'm easy going, love adventures, a bit of a clean freak and love to cook at home. I don't smoke. However, I don't care if someone smokes..and well, who wouldn't want to live with pets?! I just don't own any myself. Max budget is $300. Need a place where I can park my car and preferably an ensuite...happy to go without. No share bedrooms. Looking for furnished room so I can make an easy move! I love reading and live music. Let me know if you have something! Thanks!
I'm 28 years old from Thailand. I am working full time from Tuesday to Saturday in Vaucluse. I am easy going, friendly and polite. Love to do an activity and go out on my day off, but prefer to stay with myself after work. As a flatmate, I am very tidy, organized, quiet, and respect my flat mates space and privacy. I am looking for a long-term room from middle of December.

Now the boring part is out of the way, I'm a pretty down to earth guy who loves to cook and chill out but also at the same time want to meet some cool people along the way. please call me if you feel you have the right place. My name is Linda im a 27 year old Australian girl currently living in Bondi looking to move but stay close to the east. I am looking for somewhere cheaper to live as I cant really afford where I am anymore. I work full time as a medical secretary in Bondi Junction Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm. I am mature minded, like to keep to myself when I go out and don't really like to party all that much anymore however I like to have a drink and go out every now and then and sharing meals on the odd occasion would be nice. I am looking for people who are friendly, warm and willing to make new friends as well as housemates.
Hi There, I am currently living in Rose Bay however I am moving out in a couple of weeks as my current room mate is moving away from Sydney. I am looking to move into an apartment around the Eastern Suburbs however I would also be open to moving to Paddington as I also love that area. I am friendly, reliable and recently new to Sydney myself (I moved down in July this year). I am looking to move in with another female who is similar in age (mid 20's - I am 24). I have Full Time, secure employment (working for a luxury fashion house) in the CBD. My budget is $300 per week and I am able to go halves in the bills (water/electricity etc). I would like my own room (not willing to share sorry) and preferably my own bathroom however I understand that this is not always possible. I have my own Queen sized bed & bedside tables so I would prefer that the room available is unfurnished. I do not have any furniture that I can contribute unfortunately as I have moved down from Brisbane with only my belongings! I do however have a few kitchen items such as glass wear (stemless wine glasses), toasted sandwich maker and an egg poacher that I can contribute to the apartment). My preferred move in date is over the weekend of the 17th/18th of December 2016. Please contact me if you're interested. I am able to view places on weekends and possibly of an evening during the week when I get home from work after 6:00pm. If you would prefer to meet up for coffee over the weekend I would be more than happy to do this also. Looking forward to hearing from you! Jo
30 yr old female. I am moving to Sydney, Australia in mid January from Austin, TX. I will be working full time Monday - Friday normal working hours. I have a small dog. He's a 10 year old male, neutered, Maltipom. He's an adorable fluff ball. I love being outdoors. I can't wait to explore Sydney. I enjoy going out with friends on the weekends and I love a good glass of wine. I'm pretty laid back. I keep my place clean and I'd love to find someone where we have similar interests, and goals. I've had awesome living situations in the past where I became close friends with my roommate and I'd love to do that again!
Hi everyone - I am a friendly, easy to get along with, 24 y/o male and am moving to Sydney from the United States. I have a full time job in Consulting and will likely be busy during the week doing work, going to the gym, and going to bed relatively early. On weekends, I would love to explore Australia and spend time outdoors. I like to work out, go for runs, play sports (soccer, tennis, golf), hike, and spend time on the beach. I would love to learn to surf while I am in Sydney. So in summary, I can be quiet and keep to myself. But I can also have a good time and go out to get drinks with friends. I like Bourbon/whiskey in particular. I am looking for a long-term place to stay, preferably someplace that is close to the Central Business District. I am open to living with a male or female roommate, just prefer someone that is clean and respects my space. I am very clean and organized. Thanks and look forward to meeting some new people in Sydney!
I am particularly clean, like things tidy. Work hard during the day so like to take it easy during the week and enjoy a good night out on the weekends with friends. I lived overseas for quite some time and have been back in Sydney now for a bit. I love my sports, travelling, and food. Looking for people to share an apartment with let me know if your interested.
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in at the beginning of January when I get back to Sydney after a long holiday back to the rainy and freezing cold UK. Seriously though why am I going in December?! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️
Hello! I am a 21 years old swedish guy who are looking for an apartment or room or house, anything actually. I work around 40 hours a week. In my free time i love to play sports or just relax infront of a movie. I am clean and i can cook, What else do you need? ;)
Friendly young professional who is relocating to Sydney for a work opportunity. Ideally looking for a long term arrangement with a private room as close to the Sydney CBD as possible. I will be putting in some long hours so the less travel time the better. For an early 20s guy I am fairly domesticated! So I always clean up after myself. I live an active lifestyle and in the warmer months I become an avid surfer.
I am a 26 year old working as a social media manager for a chocolate company (yes, if you like dark chocolate you will probably reap the perks of my job). When I am not at work I enjoy trying to balance my life between crossfit sessions in the morning and hitting up messina way too often. I enjoy socialising with mates a couple of nights a week but am also partial to a night in binging on netflix. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates but am also pretty independent. I've lived in sharehouses for the last 8 years and am clean/ tidy/ considerate of others.
Hi, I'm 31 years old. Down to earth, clean, neat and tidy. Currently reside in Vaucluse but looking to move to a new place as my roomies (couple) are looking to have their own place. I work full time in the CBD and sometimes on the weekend in Bondi Junction. I'm a quiet, relaxed person. I have a lounge and dinning room suite, kitchen appliances, washing machine and much more. I require a garage for my car. I don't like to party, like to have a glass of wine here and there and go out for dinners with friends. I'm easy going, trust worthy and good company. I love a clean and tidy apartment and looking for a place to call home. I am only interested in the areas I've stated as per my profile, please. Thanks
I am a super easy-going and clean housemate from Sydney. I'm usually not home much but when I am, I like to have friends over for a few wines. I work in advertising in Surry Hills. I love travelling, going to the beach and am out and about most weekends!
Hello.... My name is Pablo, I am originally from Colombia but live in Sydney since approximately a year. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person who is very sociable but respects the privacy of others always. Currently I am studying Marketing and Management at the MnM Institute but personally I’m involved with natural therapies as well as developing projects connected to music, art and technology. I like good conversations or shared dinners – in general an easy-going atmosphere within a shared apartment or house.

FLAT OR SHARED HOUSE DESIRED I like a clean, neat (non-cluttered), welcoming living environment with natural light and positive feng shui. Hey I'm Josie and I'm 23 yrs old. I'm from the UK but have been living in Australia now for 2 years (sponsored). I am a huge fitness fanatic and I absolutely love to cook (mostly healthy food) and spend a lot of time in the kitchen creating new recipes and always need taste-testers. But don't worry - I always clean up after myself! :) In the weekdays I tend to take things pretty chilled - up early for gym and then after work normally doing some blog work or seeing friends/relaxing. At the weekends I love to go out for food, go to the beach, go on nice walks and of course have a few drinks! I am ideally looking for somewhere long-term (and potentially to team up and sign a lease with someone) so that I can finally feel settled and call somewhere home. Let me know if you think I'm the right person for you
Clean, neat, organised, social & considerate. Can cook, pet-friendly.
My boyfriend and I are 26 year old science teachers from the UK. We have just finished travelling the east coast and are looking to live and work in Sydney for the next 6 months. We really like this city and are keen to live anywhere that has a nice vibe with good transport links to the city. We're a chilled out pair who love the outdoors and new experiences. We enjoy quiet times, cooking a nice meal and watching a film but are also up for socialising with a few glasses of wine.
Friendly, clean, wide ranging interests from food and music to ceramics and embroidery. Easy couple to live with, have shared many flats with singletons and other couples before. We have just returned from a big trip around Europe in a van. We are respectful of other peoples space, like to socialise with our friends and are close to our families. Weekends away are spent camping with friends and exploring new beaches.
My name is Celia, background in the performing arts, most recently worked as an editor for a marketing company. After travelling for the last couple of years I'm hoping to find an apartment or house to share, for at least 12 months while I do a Masters at UNSW. I'm very easy-going, love to laugh, cook, swim, clean!, sew, read, garden, walk, talk, play the piano...
Hi I'm a very nice person to live with. I currently work in luxury stores in the city and study Human Resources at Australian Pacific college. I'm financially stable. I've always paid my rent on time and I can pay monthly rent. I'd like to live close to the water and with nice flatmates who can possibly become new friends :) I can commit until March 15th 2017
I'm a 27 years old brazilian girl, easy going and looking for a place where i can call ot home. I work in a child care centre 2 days a week and as a waitress on weekends!
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I work in professional services so work long hours most the time. I'm fit active loving getting outdoors and doing whatever activities I can find. Go to the gyms most mornings so won't be competing for the showers as I shower at work. I have a good group of friends that keep me busy when I'm not working and on the weekends but also looking for someone who i can get along with and can become more of a friend then a stranger. I'm easy going and looking for someone similar, someone who enjoys sydney, is fun, outgoing and social. I'd prefer to share in a large house with a mix of boys and girls but happy to consider anything, then main thing is that we'll all get along :)
I am looking for a private room in the eastern suburbs preferably closer to bondi. I am a 29 year old professional. Clean, tidy and respectful. I am only interested in long term and will be able to move in from the 22nd of december. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Benjamin
Hi! I'm Anna and am looking for a private room to rent. I moved to Sydney from Brisbane at the beginning of the year to complete my Masters. I also work at the University of Sydney so keep myself pretty busy but also love to socialise over a sneaky vino, exercise and go to the beach whenever I'm free! I've lived in share houses before so I know the ins and out of cleaning rosters, etc. and how to be respectful. I'm going overseas for 3 weeks over Christmas so I'm looking for a place to move into either before this (around the 10th of Dec) or on my return (10th of Jan).
Hi, Im Bre, a 35yo Professional, Hard-working Female. Looking for a large room, would prefer own bathroom but not essential. I'm looking for a place to live in for at least the next three months, but am happy with shorter or longer term offers.
I am from Canada so I am obviously very friendly and nice ;) I like to be social and have wine and hang out with my roommates but I also like to have my own space. I think a balance is important. I love meeting new people and I get along with pretty much everyone.
I'm a young at heart mature guy, starting my next chapter in life. I run my own business, working during the week in the city. Trying to chill on weekends. I have kids who do not live with me. I can cook, clean, and handy around the house.
