I am an international student at UNSW, looking for a place to live. I'm generally a quiet person, mostly out, taking classes or studying in the library. I like cooking and eating at home. I do not smoke or party. I keep to myself and respect other people's privacy. I do like making new friends though.
Hardworking, clean living, I usually do easy prep home delivered meal services, have a pest controller in prior to moving in, and engage the services once monthly of a cleaner to help out around the place, I have all of my own furnishings including a fridge if required. As a tradesman I usually re grout the bathroom and replace/repair the tap furniture as well. I do currently have an unlimited telstra NBN package that I currently pay for myself and am willing to share as it's a pretty sweet deal, including foxtel. References available on request.
Friendly & fun. Working part time, studying full time and wanting a place to call Home in between. I’m housebroken so cleanliness, neatness and homeliness will never be an issue. Just looking to live and not just exist in my new home :)
G’day, my name is Mark, I am 44yr old single gentleman from the UK. I have been residing in Oz for 17yrs and have a long history of renting share accommodation across Australia. I am easy going, clean, considerate, respectful and social. My hobbies include tennis, fishing, swimming & watching English football. I don’t party and I am not looking for that type of environment on an ongoing basis. I am home 60-70% of the time, so from a home security perspective, I am your man! Saying that, the majority of the time you will not even notice that I’m at home. I consider myself a proud and happy father whom is down to earth. I have 4 children, 3 of which live with their mother in Dundas & my eldest son William whom is 20 also lives with his Mother in Maroubra. I would like to have 1 child stay over from time to time, on the weekend maybe once a month, either Victoria 9 or Harry 6. That’s if convenient, however not essential. My youngest is Charlie who is 2! I have been separated after 10yrs of marriage, since December 2016. With both mothers I have a healthy co-parent relationship. I have been on the Centrelink Disability Support Pension for a couple of years & therefore you will never have any issues with me paying rent, or on time! I am currently in the process of seeking employment on a casual basis. I do sincerely hope that you would consider me as a suitable applicant for your accommodation. I am happy to answer any further questions that you may have. Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon, Cheers Mark
My move date is listed for 21 March, but I can probably move sooner or later, depending on your circumstances. I work full time in the wine industry, so I bring wine home for everybody, often. Dry July means dry white wines! I'm also clean, tidy, easy to get on with and a non-smoker. I'm looking for a room for me, not as a couple. In other words, I'm perfectly normal. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Hi, I am taking a break from my marriage (14 years). It is amicable. We have two wonderful boys that we are both focusing on. I am quiet, respectful and professional. I don't smoke, I don't take drugs, I have no pets and like to be healthy. My room will need to be big. I work from home so need a room that can have a desk, chair, bed and some other space. Please no children and dogs. I have lived in the eastern suburbs for 14 years. Thanks, have an awesome day.
I'm moving to Sydney at the end of March to study UX/UI design. A bit about me: I'm from the Gold Coast, absolutely love surfing, cooking and keeping fit. I like to keep my area clean and tidy. I’m respectful & sociable but also enjoy my own downtime. I tend to spend weekends surfing, going to markets or catching up on study. I generally like to keep an active lifestyle. Not big on partying, but more than happy to socialise.
24 year old Australian girl. Current lease is ending so needing to move out. Clean and tidy. I play netball at a high level so have to train a lot, and subsequently not home a lot. Healthy and active and love spending time at the beach.

Hi i’m Vili. I’m looking to team up and start a new sharehouse around the eastern suburbs of Sydney or Maascot/City area. Currently spend almost 4 hours a day in traffic and would like to move closer to work in Bondi Junction. I’m a respectful easy going really laid back kind of guy. I get along with mostly anyone and very considerate of others. I’m currently working as a Mechanic from Monday to Friday. On weekends I’d be either catching up with friends, playing sport, or sometimes just relaxing around the house. I’ve been looking to move out for years though can’t find any mates that are serious enough about it. My budget can be increased depending on the place.
Hey, Im looking for a place in the listed suburbs or around for approximately $300 a week and to share with one or two other people. I'm not a messy person so you can count on me for keeping the place clean. I'm also up for a chat and a glass or two of wine If that's your cup of tea, however I do work a lot of hours so some of the time I am a social racluse probably watching nextflix or out trying to maintain a social life. Would like to team up and sign a lease with someone before the start of April. Cheers!
I am a social and positive girl from Finland. I love to live in a tidy house so I am respectful for other's space and tidiness too. 😊 On my freetime I love to do sports, mostly go to the gym and hang out with my friends. I am very easygoing and usually get along well with anyone. Would love to stay at least 2 months but if i’ll find a nice place might stay even 6 months. :) Cheers!
I’m clean and tidy, Love to cook and having a drink. I am an extrovert and enjoy people’s company but I also like to have my own time. Enjoy long chat and having a joke, fun and outgoing. I am a little alternative, like retro stuff and all things pinup. I am a scuba diver and horse rider, I exercise and do yoga,go out on the weekend with friends and love dancing. Enjoy dressing up for parties and performing. Work full time.
Hi I’m moving to Sydney in mid April to work for an airline. So I’m looking to live somewhere near the airport and public transport. I have lived in a shared accommodation before so I’m pretty easy living with others. I am very clean and tidy and happy to help out with the house chores ;)
Im a 25 years old Aussie, I work full time but also need to find time to study! I am currently doing a bachelor of construction management and I am a cadet project manager at a carpentry company in Sydney. I travel over 1hr and 40 mins to and from work each day and it is becoming a bit draining.. I want to love to Sydney and see all our beautiful city has to offer but I definitely enjoy my down time. I have a dog named Bandit who is 9 month old cattle dog, so I would love to move somewhere that has a backyard and is near parks and nice places to walk. I’m clean and tidy and enjoy a glass of wine and a chat, but on the other hand do like chucking on the tv and lazing about from time to time.
