Friendly, fun and a good cook. Happy to share a meal sometimes and a glass of wine, and appreciate my own time. Enjoy playing golf, swimming, bike riding, fishing and hiking. Love BBQ’s, occational dinner party and playing board games. Moving to Coffs to work full time in management.LGBT
Hi there! My name is Tali and I am originally from Melbourne. I’m moving to Port Macquarie for work (social worker) and really excited for the opportunity. I’m 33 years old, own an apartment in Melbourne and describe myself as someone responsible and respectful. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy the outdoors, in particular the beach. I am a keen sewing enthusiast and make most of my own clothes. I am a vegan and love animals, except insects! They terrify me. I don’t mind if people eat meat, as long as everyone is respectful of one’s beliefs and values. I’m clean and tidy and would like to live with others who have the same views :)
Hi! I’m Kaan, recently moved over from sunny England on a working holiday. With 6 years shared house training I'm an easy going and considerate tenant. I cook, clean and take care of things around the house. I'm environmentally conscious, I eat a Vegan diet but I'm not preachy and I'm not gonna drag ya out of bed to interrogate you about the ham on my fridge shelf. Although I am currently unemployed, I have saved tirelessly for a year to be financially comfortable for a few months so I can get set up here. I’m free anytime to view a house, consider a house team up and or just go for coffee :) Peace
We are both clean, tidy and respectful people. We are open minded and easy going. Emma has recently graduated high school and is ready to start somewhere new, she currently working two jobs in her home town and have qualifications to find a job in Port Macquarie. Caragh works full-time as a personal trainer and is able to find work in Port Macquarie.
I'm easy going and friendly. I like to socialise but also respect people's space. I'm clean! I'm a casual academic at Southern Cross University and PhD Candidate. Love going out with friends for dinner, and catching up with people. Love to be outdoors.
Hey, Nicole here. My Husband Nathan and I are building a house in Coffs but need somewhere to stay starting 3rd January 2019 for 8 months. Nathan works away for 7 days a week (sometimes more) so he’ll only be home 6 days out of the fortnight. We both work and have reliable incomes. I’m more shy and reserved and he is very outgoing ☺️. We are a genuine couple who get along well with others 😊 We do have 2 outside dogs, but if need be my family and friends can look after them in the meantime. We like to keep things clean and tidy and we both cook. Call 0400074671 if you can’t message me yet :)
G’day everyone.... Have a fulltime permanent job in Coffs. I'm a clean, quiet and respectful person who loves the beach. Generally pretty easy going and always up for a good chat. Currently living in Sawtell, I'll be moving into a 2bed 1bath unit in Sawtell on the 19th of November so looking for a flatmate for the extra room. If your keen, call or send me a message with a bit about yourself, what you're after etc... we can try and organise to meet over a beer or something like that.
G'day (house)mate! I'm a professional nerd (IT Security Consultant) and run my own business, mostly via remote administration to my individual/SMB clients around Australia and beyond. Rent is paid in advance and on time, and I keep myself and my space to a high standard. I'm happy to do my part and keep things clean in common areas too - I'm cleaner than most but I don't quite take it to an obsession :) I don't smoke (expensive way to smell bad), I don't do drugs (my brain is already weird enough!), I do rock 'n roll but I know how to use headphones (they're practically attached to my noggin when I'm not on a call or otherwise talking to someone; love my music), so you won't hear any of that. I have the occasional cider or spot of Old Tawny, but my idea of a wild party is a games night where the Scrabble or Uno gets a bit heated lol I've recently gone through some personal losses, but I'm looking forward to a seachange and embarking on a new chapter - maybe we'll be the right fit? Please feel free to drop me a text or call on oh-fore-sev-tree fyve-sev-tree wun-too-wun (gotta get past the censors, haha - seems a bit of a rip to have to pay to contact). I can't answer if I'm on a job, but I'll typically get back to you within the hour. And yes, you get free tech support. :p I'll keep the PC/phone/laptop/TV/etc going ;) ----- Must-haves: - Walkable to beach (<1.5km) (some days you just need this) - Peaceful household (that doesn't need silence, there can be noise that doesn't intrude) - Clean/hygienic/pest-free (need I say more) (note PEST not PET, I like animals but have none) - Smoke-free (once in a blue moon or occasional guest is fine) - Honest communication (including no passive-aggressiveness or such - if there's a problem, let's solve it) Nice-to-haves: - Own bathroom with a tub (some days this is just what the doctor ordered!) - Aircon in bedroom (had it once before and it's easy to get spoilt lol) - Good internet/NBN fibre (on every nerd's wishlist - but I have my own mobile net as backup) - Someone who would be interested in games nights, like anything from the aforementioned Scrabble to regular board games, pictionary, all that dorky stuff, up to proper hold'em poker (I might also be starting a fortnightly/monthly DnD thing) - Someone who likes the occasional deep-dive chat into some aspect of psychology, society, beliefs, technology... really could be anything, but my usual interests are around people, why we do the things we do, and how to make the world a better place with the skills we have. Contact is oh-fore-sev-tree fyve-sev-tree wun-too-wun - no need to pay for premium or whatever just to get in touch with me ;)
I'm an easy going person who gets along with most people. I work part time - 9 days a fortnight and on those days enjoy spending time talking to the person/people I live with, but also like to spend time on my own winding down. On weekends I'm generally found at home relaxing, but I also love spending time at the beach, fishing or doing anything in and around water generally! I also enjoy cooking, reading and watching tv. As for furnishings, I need a bed/mattress, but can provide everything else. I'm also looking to live somewhere long term so would prefer a minimum 3 month stay, but happy for anything more than that too.
I am a gentle and quiet person who has a good personality and is easy to get along with. I am a registered nurse and enjoy my job. I am moving to Coffs Harbour from the Blue Mountains and am wanting to buy a house in Coffs. I am neat, tidy, sociable and respectful.I am financially solvent and can pay bills and rent with ease.
My name’s Jess and I work full-time in the Port Macquarie area. Currently looking to relocate to be closer to work. I’m easygoing, friendly and ideally looking to live with someone I can get along with, socialise but also someone who can respect time to themselves:)
Hi I am a paramedic student studying at CSU. I have lived in a share house for the past 6 years so this is nothing new to me. I am easy going and happy to do my own bit around the house to make sure it stays clean and tidy. I am equally down for housemate hangouts and quite/study time. I don't smoke or have any pets and do have my own furniture if needed. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. Cheers Joel
I am considering a change of gender to increase my chance of finding a place to live. Being female is number 1 on the list of criteria for 90% of the rooms for rent. I have lost count as to how many times i have been denied for the fact that i am a male. It is judgement based on a stereotype not character. I do find it highly offensive. Have rent references and bond etc available. Highly domesticated. Quiet, single, respectable.
I have just been given a great job opportunity in Port Maquarie CBD as a nurse and will be looking at relocating from the Sunshine coast to Port Maquarie early December 2018. I'm an easy going and friendly person. I am very respectful of others privacy and enjoy living in a clean, stress free happy environment. As I will be working part-time I wont be spending much time at home and will be traveling to Sydney occasionally throughout December.
I’m a clean, respectful young lady who’s just looking for a stable place to live to get my life on track.. I’m very respectful of people’s privacy but always up for a chat! I’m a good cook and a very happy girl. I have a partner that would stay a few nights a week if okay with you! :)
