Hi there! My name is Adi (or Adriarne but no one really calls me that!!). I'm 30 years old, single & working professional. Looking to move in to a new home asap! ABOUT ME: I currently work Mon - Fri in an office job. In my spare time, I love yoga, travelling, good food, relaxing, beach time, meditation, reading books, being creative & meeting inspired and like-minded people. My background has been in design and merchandising; and after returning from a 9 month trip, decided for a change in career. I am now working in the natural health industry and working towards the possibility of studying natural medicine mid-next year. I am an animal lover, loves books, music, is a tea-drinker, keeping fit & non-smoker. Looking to meet like-minded and inspiring people. So if you fit in to any of my passions and loves above, please contact me.
I recently relocated to Melbourne from the UK to work here for the next 18 months. I'm looking for somewhere with one or two housemates preferably in South Yarra, Richmond, Southbank. I'm clean, tidy and quiet but love meeting new people and being sociable at the weekends. I love keeping fit, yoga, cycling and hiking. Massive coffee lover too!
Hey everyone, my name's Amber. Turned 30 this year and looking for a massive lifestyle and inspirational change - want to get away from Sydney as soon as possible and relocate to Melbourne. A bit of background on me - I've been a multi disciplinary Artist since I was a child, with a main focus on Acting, Singing and Musicianship. Completed my tertiary education in Acting and I'm currently doing distance study in Electronic Sound Production and Indigenous Studies, to help expand my mind and teach me new skills. I love to read and learn, have solid conversations and a good laugh, share knowledge - books and artworks make up 70% of my earthly goods! A few of my interests include Reading, Playing Guitar, Socializing with friends on the weekend, Writing, Dancing, Acting, Cooking, Travel, Theatre, Music Production and Songwriting, Singing, Yoga and Martial Arts, Gaming (Xbox 360 - I have one to bring to the house and a load of games, if that's your thing too), binge watching Netflix or getting into some hardcore SBS on demand / ABC iview when I have free time, Photography and Art of all forms. Social justice, human/civil rights and equality are vital concepts to me. By no means a definitive list, but it gives you a bit of an idea. I'm friendly, respectful, fun, keep things in the house clean and am a weird balance of someone who likes to say hi and be social round the house when it suits people, but can also respect your space/privacy and like to enjoy my own when I'm feeling hermity too - hopefully you won't be the type to take it personally if i need some time out to myself. Not a precious princess about things and am really adverse to passive aggressive types - if you're not the sort of person that can just have a calm, upfront chat and nip it in the bud if I accidentally do anything to annoy you, then we probably won't enjoy living together. I'm a smoker, although more than happy to go outside if you're not, as this is most people's preference, I'm not obnoxious about it and respect people's needs. Constantly burning fragrant oils / candles and incense anyway and am very conscious of mutual space, nothing like coming home to a house that feels welcoming and smells divine. Not a huge party animal, though I do enjoy occasionally having people round sometimes - during the week I'm pretty chill (although, also not boring hey - totally not adverse to cracking some wine or beers while cooking / having a friend round when the mood strikes - I'm a pretty mean cook, double plus bonus!). Weekends are always easier for getting out and about or catching up with people. If this sounds like someone you wouldn't mind sharing space with, let me know. Thanks in advance mates, look forward to meeting some like minds - keen for a long-term place I can make a home, with cool, fuss-free housemate/s who like the sound of my listing. Looking to make the move ASAP soon as I find something. Let me know if you have any questions. Peace and Thanks, Amber

I get along really well with anyone, very sociable. Just moved back after living overseas in shared accomodation for the past few years. I keep really tidy and don't mind a bit of cleaning. I'm a carpenter working 5-6 day shifts a week, always up for a chat and don't mind a few beers on the weekend! I keep pretty active whether its at the beach or the snow, or just out and about with my camera.
Hi there, My name is Mitch, I am 22 and just made the move to Melbourne from Brisbane for work. I work full time in the city in a job I really enjoy. I am not a big partier but do enjoy having a drink on the weekends and the occasional night out, especially now that I live in Melbourne. During the week I like to keep it pretty low key with maybe the occasional dinner out or house dinner with everyone I live with. I have lived in a share house before so I definitely understand the importance of paying rent and bills on time, as well as being open, honest and approachable. Privacy is also always important and is something I always give my house mates, and something I expect in return as well. My interests range from traveling, socialising, watching Netflix/documentaries all the way to listening to peoples stories and life experiences. I am looking for some cool people to live with within Melbourne City or the surrounding inner city suburbs. As I sold almost everything I own in order to move, I am looking for a furnished room. Send me a message if you think I would be a good fit to your home :)
Hi there, I am from Mexico, 25 years old, currently studying and working, I am looking for a long term stay, clean and tidy person, like to meet new people, friendly. I've been living in a share house for one year, sharing my room, and now I want to hear my own room. I like watching movies, go for a run in the mornings, having a glass of wine with a good chat.
I am looking to live with easy going people who I can share conversation with and also have my own time. I am really friendly and love to have a good chat! I have lived in share houses for the past 6 years and have so far had really great experiences and made some great friends. I am clean and respectful and a very easy going person.
Hi there! My name is Stephanie and I'll be in Melbourne as part of my PhD from September 23rd to to December 21st. I'll be working at the university on weekdays and explore the city and surroundings on the weekends. I've lived in shared flats in the Netherlands and Germany for years and mainly enjoyed the experience. As did my roommates :) I like to cook, I share my food and I clean after myself. Also I have respect for others' need for space and sleep. It would be great to live with people that want to hang out a little (cooking/eating/drinking together) but I am also fine if you wanna do your own thing as long as we manage to keep a nice atmosphere and decently tidy communal areas. I Would be happy to hear from you!
Hi, I am Adrien, 26. I am IT engineer. I love music, fitness, photography, traveling and food ! I am really social and enjoy a good chat here and there, tidy, I enjoy socializing after work over some food or a drink but I also like to have my own space. I am really easy going and always up to try new things !
I'm a sociable person and I'm easy to get along with. I've lived in share houses before so I'm considerate of others and respect their privacy. I work from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and I am out most weekends so I wouldn't be home a lot.
I'm a responsible guy, really easy-going, respectful of other people's space and expecting the same in return. Of course we can have talks and share some meals and experiences. I love listening to music (different genres), I play a little bit guitar and recently I bought an ukulele to try something new 😉. I like movies (from Hollywood mainly, so I make references to Oscars nominees or winners every time I can), I love football (soccer), play basketball (at least I try to) and recently I bought a bike so I hope to use it a lot. Also I'm taking my first steps into photography. I'd like to share and learn about all these topics in Melbourne, and of course if you want to learn some words in Spanish I can teach you 'mi amigo'. I'm gonna stay in Melbourne for at least one more year and I'm interested in finding a private room, so let me know what you think. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers!!
Hi, I'm Alex. 21-year-old Sydney based long-haul flight attendant that commutes from Melbourne, can be away anywhere from 3-10 days depending on the trip I'm doing. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, enjoys having a chat and a meal every now and then, but who also appreciates quiet time. I've listed October 19 as my move date, but that's purely just a rough estimate. I'm flexible. I also have a car (which I'm happy to share the use of while I'm away) that I will need parking for.
Hi everyone! I'm Sam, a 28 years old French guy. I've arrived in Melbourne about 6 months ago and I'm looking to move in another neighborhood now. I'm working here as a brand ambassador for two Champagne houses (basically I'll be managing sales rep., visiting customers, organizing wine dinner and events, etc.) I should be staying in Melbourne for 2 years in total. I enjoy music a lot but I also like arts, photography and wine of course! I'm a big movie fan (especially Tarantino and Wes Anderson). I've already lived and worked in other countries likes France, UK, NZ, Spain or Canada. I'm a clean/tidy and respectful person. Speak to you soon! Sam :)
Annie (25) and I (26) are both young professionals. Annie works as a Personal Assistent for RT Edgar, while I am am an F45 Headcoach and trainer. We are both very health and wellness driven, though we do enjoy the occasional Vino. We both love meeting new people and socialising, though our home space is definitely our chill area. On the weekends we love to head out of the city and go and explore the greater Melbourne area.
Hi, I'm Tyson. I'm a 35 y/o, full-time, mature-age student, searching in the inner city. My interests include reading and writing, art and culture, exercising and nature. I am down to earth, friendly and outgoing. Financially secure and self-funded. Also, clean and tidy, honest and reliable, Thank you.
Hey! I am from Vancouver, Canada. I moved to Melbourne when I was 18 and have been here for about four years in between all of my travels. I enjoy being outside, especially when at the beach. Reading, writing, singing, dancing, cooking, baking and I love trying out new cafes and restaurants. I am very sociable and love to meet new people and learn new things. I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy. *Ideally seeking a home along Beaconsfield Parade with beach views, I used to live here and loved it!
Im a tidy, down to earth person, who loves plants and animals. I live a healthy lifestyle and am vegetarian. I have a cat, he is nearly 2 years old and very well trained and super affectionate and kind. I am quite an empathetic person and understand not everyone is going to be happy all the time or in a good mood! I know sometimes we just need our space and I need a housemate who can understand that too. But generally speaking I'm usually a pretty happy person! Im very desperate to move out so please message me if you would be interested in having me in your home! Also not to be rude but I would prefer living with females and someone who is not controlling or crazy!
I work Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 4.30pm, like to chill with Netflix or FIFA in the evenings, I cook, pretty healthy during the week, weekend comes and you probably won't see me unless I'm just at home vegging out on the couch. Interests include, sports, techno, cooking, adventure holidays, music festivals, tv series junkie.. I really like to keep a clean house, nothing OTT but clean kitchen and bathrooms are a must. Also I've been in Australia since 2011, (Irish) have a car(so parking is important, I also have a trailer(if there was room for that would be great but not super important) Anything else you wanna know just ask..
Heya, I like to think I'm pretty easy going and easy to live with. I respect your space and understand we all need "me" time but I'm always down for a chat or to watch a movie. I work full time in the city and like to go to the gym before and after work. During the weekend you can either find me having a casual weekend in or out and about with friends especially in summer when I'm usually in the city. I preferably want my own bathroom and a bedroom big enough to fit my bed plus some extras. I ideally want to live with someone/people who know how to treat others and their belongings with respect but also know that it's a sharehouse and not their house and I'm a guest in (issue I have recently had). I'm an keen traveller and always love hearing stories from other people's travel. My move date is pretty flexible. I'm just trying to see what is out there and find the perfect new home for me. I have to give 4 weeks notice at my current place.
