I have just moved to Melbourne and am looking for somewhere to live with like-minded people/person. I am a tidy, laid-back, working professional and am looking for somewhere to make feel like home. I keep it quiet during the week preferring to cook at home after work; during the weekend i'll be out and about exploring the city and what it has to offer. My interests include a healthy mix of yoga, wine, Spotify's discovery tab & David Attenborough docos

Hello! My name is Patrick. I am 24 years old, and work full time as a journalist in Melbourne. I'm originally from Adelaide, and moved here a year ago for work - loving Melbourne so far! I tend to work long hours - but when I'm home I'm always up for watching some bad TV with others, or just having a yarn. During my downtime I like to read, and play guitar. I'm a keen runner, and go most days of the week - either in the mornings or the evening depending on my shift time. On weekends I love exploring the many bars and pubs Melbourne has to offer. As a housemate I am clean and quiet - I'll be at work most of the time and generally keep it low key when I get home during the week. Would love to have somewhere with a place to park my car so I can finally move it over from South Australia!
Hi. My names Brett, i’m a 31 year old male. Currently living in Port Melbourne. I work as a surveyor in the construction industry. What I’m looking for is a clean space with people who are respectful, friendly and positive to be around. It’s important to me that the place I find can accomodate my queen size bed and a desk in my room. Also, that parking is a non issue and close to home. About me: I’m friendly, relatively clean and respectful of other peoples belongings and space. I’m not interested in party’s or big nights out. I enjoy chilling out to computer games or a night out for dinner with friends. On occasion I like to snowboard, wakeboard or get away on an adventure. Please don’t hesitate to say hello if you feel we would be a match. Look forward to speaking with you. Brett

Hi everyone. I am hoping to move to Melb from Tassie with my son Jonathon. I was born in N.Z. Basically lived in Tassie all my life. I'm an easy going non judgemental person. I treat people with respect and kindness and i hope to see people treat me the same. Im a fulltime carer for my son. I have a nursing aid background. Overall i am easy to click with. My son needs a share house with walk in shower. Apartments with gym, pool and car space. I do like convenience and a lovely tidy home. Relaxing at the end of a busy day in a chilled out environment. My son is a likeable young lad & support workers find him to be wonderful to work with when he's at day placement. I respect peoples space and privacy. I enjoy cooking and company of friends and family. I hope to meet a compatible flat mate or mates. I don't want to be sharing with a stranger. If you are free to make new friendships and love to come home to a relaxing, fun and happy house mate or mates. Fantastic. Talk soon. :)
I'm 20 yrs old, about to start elly lukas beauty school in the city and wanting to move closer as I live in rosebud! I will be working as well, I reckon I would be easy to live with I'm easy going and would keep to myself!
I'm a young guy working full time as a web developer in Fitzroy, looking for a fun inner city place with some cool housemates. I'm generally pretty laid back, and not much bothers me. I just want to live with fun people I can have a laugh with. I'm perfectly happy either chilling in my room for days on end or hanging out with people and being social. I'm super considerate, the worst thing I can think of happening is that my actions will negatively impact someone, so I'll generally do my best to make sure everyone is having a good time. I have two adorable 6 month old cats, Audrey and Wally, who are super loving and really clean. I'm vegan, so would prefer a meat free household, but as long as you're cool and respect my lifestyle I can roll with the punches. I'm also a musician, playing guitar, bass and keyboard, but aside from singing in the shower I play with headphones so don't worry about any loud 3am jams. Being a computer nerd, I come with my own maximum speed unlimited internet connection, and am happy to be the house IT department. I also come with a good fridge and one of those cube shelving/TV units from Ikea.
I am looking for a flat for at 2 months. My name is Andy, I am a 29-year-old backpacker from Germany and I am a business graduate currently working in MB after spending the last 6 months in Sydney working for a financial Start-Up. I've been living in shared flats since 2009, so I am pretty familiar with the rules (e.g. cleaning). I am very easy going, tidy, respectful and always up for a drink to philosophize about the god and the world. After I've finished the studies I've been working for one year, then traveled through Asia and New Zealand for 5 months. I am also active on Couchsurfing and love to meet new people from all over the world. I can even try to cook German cuisine. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, running, poetry slams and chilling in pubs/bars. I also like going to concerts or festivals.
Hi, My name is Sophia. I am 28 years old. I am an Executive assistant and work full time. I currently live in Port Melbourne and really want to stay close. I'm a 28-year-old who has been a professional football player for the past 10 years. I've recently moved to Melbourne for a short 5 month playing contract and am looking for a nice place to live during my time here with some great people. I'm an active, friendly and respectful person who lives a positive lifestyle and finds it easy to socialise and interact with people. I also enjoy cooking or heading out for a bite to eat.
We are a friendly and sociable couple looking for a comfortable home. We are moving back to Melbourne after a short time away. We are both courteous people with strong values, and we appreciate housemates who, like us, are busy with their own lives but enjoy casual chats and the occasional communal dinner. We both work in hospitality, so we usually come home late. We are always considerate of noise levels, but would prefer a house where we would feel comfortable to cook dinner late. We also care about making our home nice, so a well-kept house is a must. Timothy is a Kiwi. He enjoys cooking, wine, gardening, gaming, and conversations about science. Marie is from Norway. She enjoys food, wine, and in-depth conversations about the world.
Hi there! Thanks for reading. I'm a 37-year-old who grew up in country Victoria (in Echuca-Moama), but have since lived for some years overseas, quite a few years in Melbourne and more recently the past five or so years in Sydney. Have moved back to Victoria to be closer to my family, as my olds are getting... old! I guess I fit a bit of the cliche for a country Victorian – I love footy, cricket, in fact most sports, I certainly enjoy a few beers and like to get out and about for some socialising on weekends. I work as a newspaper sub-editor, but I generally work from home (or cafes, libraries, pubs when I need to get out of the house). Don't have any pets or a car, prefer to get around on a pushbike. However, it's not a fixie and I don't own any lycra. Am very well versed in housesharing... I'm clean and tidy, I don't mind doing the dishes, I'm easy to get along with and enjoy sharehouses as they're good ways to make some new friends (too many of my old Melbourne friends have either moved away or had kids, so I need a few new friends!). Also not a bad addition to trivia teams (no good with song names or celeb gossip, however). Well, hopefully my little sales pitch has appealed to the right people!
I am studying mechanical engineering in France. I will do a 4-month internship in Port Melbourne, beginning in the end of May. I am very friendly and I look forward to meeting new people to have a drink or to explore parts of Australia! I like cooking, jogging, shopping ...
