Hi there! My name is Simone. A 23-year old dutchie who will be travelling Australia from the first week of Junuary. I am a sportive girl who enjoys social activities such as going out, going to the beach, watching movies, cooking etc. I am currently looking for a temporary place to stay for my first three months in Australia (Melbourne) since I will be working and staying there for a while before I move on to Sydney. I will probably be working at a restaurant or bar (if I can find a job there). I would love a place with a (few) housemate(s) to kick-off my trip with and to discover Melbourne with!

We have an awesome outdoor dog who is very smart and also friendly to people she knows😊 She needs a backyard or a courtyard and she gets walked a lot. Barks seldom. She's almost 9 y. O. A perfect pet. We are kinda grown up, emotionally balanced and physically active couple who respect and appreciate privacy but is friendly and open to a chat. Ana loves cooking and Luis appreciates movies that score low on Rotten Tomatoes. He is more social though. You now know who wrote all this. LOL Questions welcome. We are a bit flexible with the movong date. Best would be the first week of November but may as well move in October if a great place finds us. Will consider one big room to share. Suburbs flexible too, east preferred, close to transport or bike trail. Thanks! Ana+Luis
Hi there. I’m a lifestyle oriented person looking to live as close to the beach & amenities as I can within budget. I’m recently returned to my hometown of Melbourne & re-establishing myself again is both stimulating & fun. I’m in a great household at present, with no urgency to move, however work life will get customarily crazy busy as summer approaches so it would be ideal to be relocated & settled in my new home within the next month or two. I’m away a lot so I’m pretty easy. Keywords I’d use when describing a good house & housemates would be : Neat & comfortable. Warm & friendly. Courteous & respectful. Relaxed. I enjoy a bevvy & sharing a meal at any time of day, with personal time keeping me sane amidst the busiest of seasons. As mentioned above, I’ve got time to get to know you a little before I must move, but if it feels right, it feels right, so if you’re of a like mindedness, it’d be great to hear from you.
Hey! My budget doesn't include bills/utilities. What I do: I work 3-5 days a week across two GP practices, study one day a week, have a couple relaxed drinks with mates, and escape the city whenever I find a spare day. As a housemate: I keep things pretty low key during the week, I cook, clean up after myself and am a bit of a homebody. Often found reading, doing yoga, or teaching myself a new skill. What I'm looking for: longer term rental, with a room that could fit a queen bed, and a place with a chill/relaxed vibe! :)
23 year old full-time hospitality all-rounder looking for a place to come home, wind down, wind up, goof off, cook all the flavours of the rainbow and gush about the way country music tells a story, and how Netflix is raising the bar for social awareness among all media sharing platforms whilst keeping us off the streets and quelling our inner sesh-gremlins. I am leaving my current apartment in South Yarra, but am holding out for the potential share house fam that I had hoped for when I first moved to Melbourne from regional New South Wales. Sadly, however, I’ve been burned before so I’ll lay all my cards out: doing the bare minimum, housework-wise, ain’t my vibe (daily living mess is normal-pretending you don’t know how the vacuum cleaner works ain’t HUNTY 🙄) and am not interested in living with genuinely lazy housemates who can’t be considerate of others, or pretend to be blind to things that the whole house should contribute to in an effort to keep a house a home. I don’t want just a space to dump my stuff, I’d love to live with people I can call mates and who don’t take themselves too seriously and love having a laugh, a drink, a dance or even a cozy night in but can also sense when you need your space or am exhausted from, well, life 😂 I work either super early shifts or fairly late shifts, and often run out to hit the gym (training to hike Mount Doom in New Zealand in January. Can anybody say NERDGASM) OR to play pool (terribly) on Sydney road with mates OR St Kilda for some bookworm downtime on the closest thing melbourne calls a beach OR Starbucks for that white girl spice. I do own some furniture so am hoping for a decent sized room and am happy to pay the according share of the rent. My limit is $200 a week, and I’m hoping to be fully moved out of my current apartment by November the 5th but I can be flexible with this date. Other important facts include: -I don’t drive so this gal gotta be close to public transport -I’m vegetarian and TRYING to be very environmentally conscious-would love to live with people who can respect that or even help me out on the green front! I went a bit overboard but there you have it folks, if you relate to my crazy or just have some questions shoot me a message!! Xx
Hi, I'm Andrea. I am a busy Personal Trainer, who runs my own successful business out of two Goodlife Gyms. I am currently looking for a room to rent. I am an early riser, which makes me a granny who goes to bed before 10pm every night. I am quiet, clean and fun. I am active and enjoy spending time outside if I am not at work. I am an absolute geek when it comes to health and fitness, and I love sharing my knowledge.
Hi I’m Cindy. Kiwi, been living in Melbourne nearly 3 years. I work full time in public service. I work to travel. I love a good adventure and spending time with friends and family on the weekends. If possible, I would love to team-up with and find a really nice place. I have almost everything to furnish a house currently in storage as I have been travelling for a couple of months but knew I was coming back. I’m clean and tidy, and would love to live with likeminded people. I’m flexible but can move in from approx. 22 September onwards. I wouldn’t mind a large room with own bathroom.
Hi, I'm Adam! I'm new to Melbourne, just moved down from Sydney, and originally from Newcastle. I will be working as an engineering design manager in Southbank. Love travelling, sport, going to the gym and just super easy going in general! Looking for a furnished room in an area not too far from where I'll be working. Tenant reference letters available upon request.
[ARE PETS ALLOWED? before sending your message please note that I require pet friendly properties.] 34, single female. Self-employed in IT. Friendly, sociable, independent, clean, considerate. Enjoys socialising but also values seclusion and privacy. Joining me will be my 2 kitties, Julie (senior, 11 yrs old) and Twistie (special needs 🐈, 4 yrs old). Both girls are sociable and very friendly, neutered, fully vaccinated, and house-trained. Twistie is a special needs cat (deaf) and so a property that doesn't have easy access to roads is necessary. I'd prefer self-contained living spaces, granny flats, or studios due to my pets and the nature of the hours I work (early mornings/late nights). I am open to lease transfers, team ups, and renting full properties. I prefer long term lease (min. 6-12 months) Please feel free to message me. Lea.

I enjoy keeping active in my spare time socialising, going for brunch, playing football, and going to the gym. I also enjoy downtime to chill and relax with a book or a movie.
