Hi, my girlfriend and I are searching for a flat during our 1-year stay in Melbourne. I am an exchange student at RMIT and work part-time and Thamara will arrive at the end of March to work full-time. In our free time, we plan to discover Melbourne and travel Australia as far as possible. During the week, we will be mostly busy studying/working but we are open for a nice dinner and some drinks together. If you think we could be a fit just message us.
Hi, I'm Nicole! A bit about me: I'm 29 and work full time in banking. I've also returned to study part time this year, completing a degree through USQ which is all online so I'll be pretty busy! I absolutely love to travel, I love food (both eating and cooking), the outdoors, animals and winding down at the end of the week with a glass of wine. I have a four year old cat, Pippa, who is an indoor cat, very friendly and loves a cuddle or to chase a piece of string around the house. I'm always clean and tidy and am looking for a flatmate who is the same - but in saying that I'm not a super clean freak. Ideally I'm interested in teaming up with 1 other person of a similar age, someone who is happy to socialise and maybe share a meal now and again but also keen on their own space. I don't want a party house but do want to be flexible with having friends over for dinner occasionally. I'd prefer to find a new rental property with someone rather than join an existing house, somewhere in the vicinity of $250 each per week. I've lived alone for the last year and so have pretty much everything for a house except for a washing machine and dryer, as my apartment supplied those. I'm hoping to find a 2 - 3 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and either a balcony or outdoor space. At this stage I'm looking to move in early April, and hoping for somewhere around St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Elsternwick or surrounding suburbs. Also open to areas around West Footscray, Seddon or Yarraville. Let me know if you are interested in meeting! Nicole
Hi there, myself (Gareth) and my girlfriend (Jenny) have just moved to Melbourne from Ireland. We are a mid 20s professional couple. We are currently staying in an Airbnb in Balaclava but are keen to find somewhere a bit more permanent to live. We will be working full time and are tidy and considerate but also quite sociable and would enjoy evenings eating and chatting with housemates. Currently looking for a 6 month stay and would consider going on the lease.
I am currently in Melbourne on a working holiday visa, visiting from the U.K. I love music, animals, baking and reading. I'm not looking for a party house, but rather somewhere that is fairly quiet and relaxed. I would be happy somewhere I can cook and socialise with others, but also respect everyone's need for privacy/down time.
I am a 27 year old guy from London looking for a clean and quiet place to call home for my last 4 weeks in Australia. I am clean, respectful, really easy to get along with. I work everyday Mon-Fri and evenings I like to spend exercising or relaxing . I'm looking for a room for myself for my last month in Melbourne as my current lease is up soon. I have previously lived in shared houses in North Melbourne and Prahran.
Well first off, I was born in Brisbane, lived in England for 11 years, have been living in NZ for 8 years and I’m ready to return to my home country 😄 I’m fun, outgoing, sociable, tidy and very experienced in living with lots of people. I am 1 of 5 children so I love having a busy, happening house, but also appreciate my own space. I’ve done a decent amount of travelling/backpacking so I love meeting new people and getting along with everyone. Ill be studying musical theatre at The Victorian College of Arts so I’ll be very busy but always up for a chill night or a couple of drinks. Can’t wait to move to Melbourne!
Hi my name is Jo and I'm a female accountant working full time in property development. I work in South Melbourne and would ideally like accommodation in the vicinity, either in the South Melbourne or Southbank area. I'm very clean and work relatively long hours so I'm rarely at home on the weekdays. During the weekend I like to either stay at home and relax with netflix or try new restaurants in Melbourne. I like to travel and love trying out different 5* hotels. I also love stand up comedy. I'm quiet and considerate, but can also be friendly and sociable depending on the situation. Happy to answer any other questions about me so feel free to message me.
Hello, I'm 23, French and enjoy shared-apartments and am used to it. I love sharing meals, relaxing evenings or partying sometimes as well. I am easy-going, clean and respectful.
I am 32yo Japanese male, working for education industry in CBD Mon - Fri, 9-6. Preferable moving date is 2nd Mar; however, I can arrange a few days before or 1 or 2 weeks after. I would like to stay one place as long as possible. I have been in AUS for 2 years, living in share house. My current owner is leaving AUS therefore I am looking for a new flat. The room must be as below: - a private room - clean and tidy - own key - good access to CBD - No weed/drugs Preferred - close to super market - other facility (gym, bbq area and so) I like cooking everyday and do not mind sharing with flatmates sometimes. Should you are interested in or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Hi, I'm Jess, 28 and currently working full time as a client services officer at a financial planning firm. I'd like to think I'm a fairly considerate, tidy & easy going person who's happy to go with the flow. Always up for an adventure but also crave "me time". I love music, the ocean, spending time with good people, trying new things, podcasts, learning and getting out of my comfort zone.
I'm a relaxed, easy going guy who gets along with everyone and loves being around people. Here's a bit about myself: I've just finished off a course in nursing and want to be a mental health nurse in the future. I won't be going straight into mental health nursing. I want a break to relax and earn/save some money so I'll continue at my currently job, were I am already working 4-5 days a week part-time/fulltime. I enjoy socialising and having a beer with friends and new mates and also love a kickback watching some tv and having a laugh at the couples on married at first sight (this level of comedy can’t be scripted), Netflix is a close second. I'm also currently living in a share house

Hi! I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia I'm planning to continue my study at the University of Melbourne that is why I'm looking for a place to live near from there. I'm looking for a private room preferably in a flat where there are other students. I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy. I love meeting new people, discovering music, exploring and adventuring out, roaming the cities, and learning new things. Hence, I am a very friendly and sociable person, and I love dogs so it not a problem if you have a pet. I am also clean and tidy. That's why a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me. I do like to have my space and often retreat to quiet places. You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine.

If you got a room that can fit a desk, queen bed and chest of drawers, then flick me a message.
I enjoy hiking, photography and fixing things. I am currently working as a design engineer. I am looking for a home with a relaxed vibe during the week as I work full time and flatmates that are sociable and respectful. I am a clean and tidy person and I am looking for flatmates that are too.
