22 years old german girl searching for a place (furnished) to stay in beautiful Melbourne for about 3 months (October to December). I am employed during that time and working in Southbank. I've studied Psychology in Germany and now I would like to explore Australia. I am an easy-going, funny, tidy and clean person who likes to travel (obviously), go out or watch Netflix. Got experience with living with flatmates in Germany as well as in Ireland. I am not a great cook but I will try my best to get us filled. Looking forward to your message! Best regards from Germany, Chiara
My name is Jo, I am quiet person, and tidy. I enjoy meeting new people, and feel I am easy to get along with. Looking for some roommates that I may be able to socialise with from time to time, and would describe myself as a happy and out going person.
Hey all, Love a chill respectable and lively Australian place to stay to see me into next year whilst i settle into my career. I collect records, read, love movies, and final semester studying IT. Lived in England for a good while. I have a healthy graduate job lined up for January as a software engineer and currently working as a merchandaiser and a web developer building online stores for a couple of local companies etc. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Tenisha and I'm looking for a room on the outer suburbs of Melbourne :). I'm 20 and I'm study music at JMC academy in Melbourne. I don't really need to find another place, I already live in a share house and all of my house mates are fine, but the house could be in better condition, so if I don't find anything else, it's not a big deal. I've never had a problem paying rent or bills and I've never paid them late. I do have a 9 month old kitten, she's a complete sweetheart but she's really shy. (If I move, Ginny has to move as well, she's like my lungs and I can't live without her 😂) I play my guitar from time to time, enjoy going out with my friends but I'm not a party animal. I enjoy going to the pub for a drink and a meal and socialising with my house mates but do enjoy some alone time as well. If you think I'm the right housemate for you, please don't hesitate to send me a message :)
Hi everybody! We are a young couple from Finland and have been living in the CBD for a few months. At the moment we are looking for a new place to call home for the next 3-4 months. Both of us work, Emilia works in hospitality and Alex in logistics. We are respectful, easy-going, friendly people. We love to make new friends, have dinner or a few beers but also respect privacy and everyones own space. We would like to move latest in the end of August. Our budget is max 350$/per week including bills.
Georgie: I'm studying at RMIT full-time doing mechanical engineering. I've just started working casually. I'm never really to sure how to describe myself. I like to think that I'm easy to get along with. Since I'm still new to melbourne (moved over from perth a month ago) I'm still trying to establish myself here. I'm pretty laid back, like to keep things relaxed although I like going out over the weekend. I have a 9 week old black lab named Apollo, I haven't been able to pick her up yet since I'm still trying to break my current lease.
Hello I am Todd. Who I am is a creative, healthy, independent guy. I am clean, organised and productive in life. I love to explore, paint and ride my bike. I work full time managing sports retail. I have a bed, a bike, a small table, a lamp, 2 salt lamps, a guitar I can not play yet, some paintings and some books, an old subaru and my own clothes. Looking for some where to call home a while and make a couple of new friends. Somewhere chilled and an unfurnished room.
I'm originally from Wales and have called Australia home for the last 5 years. Just relocated to Melbourne and looking for an awesome pad, close to the water. Absolutely love my sport, getting out to keep fit, but would never say no to food and beers either out or parked on the couch. I also come with a PS4, Netflix, all my own bedroom furniture and a car (so would really need a secure parking spot, but I'm great for giving lifts). In terms of what I'm like around the house, I'm definitely clean, tidy, considerate and like to think I'm a good laugh.
I'm currently a student at Deakin University studying in my final semester of a law degree, while also looking for full-time work. I'm tidy, easy to get to know and pretty laid back. I love meeting new friends and have a lot of different interests. I'm into running and fitness generally, and don't mind a night out for a drink or two.
Hi, I have just moved from France to experience Australia. I am an IT professional and actively looking for a job (negotiating currently). I am searching for open-minded housemates who enjoy life. If you want to know more about me I'm happy to share a coffee with you.. Cheers Dino
I am a 30 yo working professional looking to move closer to city/bayside in a social environment. Consider myself tidy, fun, active and easy going. Am looking for a social household and am happy to share a meal, drink and have a laugh but am respectful of others privacy at the same time.
Welcome! I'm going make this very simple for people and make a key here. Basically, I'm sectioning what there is to know about me so you can find what you want to know more efficiently and decide much faster on whether I'm the perfect roommate for you! :) *KEY* Basic Information - About Me Personally - About My Pup - Other Useful Information - Basic Information - I'm an 18 year old female, born and raised in Melbourne! I'm currently on the hunt for any form of a living situation; example, a room to rent, whole property/apartment, bungalow, studio, etc.! I do own a dog, you can read about him below if you feel like it's necessary! I have finished year 11 and plan to go back to school to start doing a course before the year ends. I have one job as a club host in the CBD but I'm looking for a second job as we speak! I want to try my best to be able to be on the same page as you, I know people seek different things. I know I should make it aware that I will be on my best effort to always stay on the same page as you and to be respectful at all times of you, other potential roommates/guests, the property and any potential animal living there too! About Me Personally - I have quite a few passions! I like to take photos of people, places, objects, things... of anything. I get into my moments in front of the camera too. Not anything big, just for the fun of it. I'm head over heels for music. I can play some instruments, I write some lyrics/songs, I'm always onto new bands or tracks, collecting a new vinyl, moshing to the new filthiest breakdown in the scene, pumping some fat beats, showing you music pieces I think you'd be interested in and so forth. I'd say I have a very broad taste, don't be surprised if I go from Pink Floyd to Enterprise Earth in 2 seconds hahaha. I also am a very hardcore gamer. I have a few consoles and a bit of a collection! Of course I wouldn't mind you using the Ps4 or a game I've bought man!! I do drawings and artsy projects sometimes too, I try to always have something cool planned up my sleeve! Although all this may make it seem like I'm a loud person, I try to be as respectful as I can with my surroundings at all times! (I usually practise on my keyboard with headphones for instance). I can be very social as much as I can be very unsocial, like every other person. I like to think I'm a very strong headed, bubbly, happy, honest growing lady! I try to flourish with as much colour as I can! I mean, I did dye my hair blue hahaha. About My Pup - My pup's name is Salem and he's a male. He's a border collie x staffy, but his border collie half is much more dominant (as you may see if you meet him)! He's only 8 months old, I still remember him when I got him at 8 weeks... he's honestly still as much of a softie now as he was back then!! (inside and out)! I'm in the middle of training him currently, thankfully he is toilet trained :) He's a gorgeous dog, he's never been known to retaliate to other animals or people. He has adapted to living many other dogs and cats! He is a very shy and awkward dog at first when he's getting used to new people/settings, but will show you the most priceless undying love when he's comfortable! Other Useful Information - I am a very flexible person, just communicate with me and I'm sure we can figure something really amazing out! My budget and length of lease are especially flexible :) Please don't hesitate to send me a message for any further information needed!
Hey! I'm Mariko. I work full-time as an Online Content Specialist. I keep it low-key Monday/Friday but always up for a cheeky vino and go out on the weekends. Love cooking, walking adventures and showing you hilarious things I found on the internet. I come with a one-eyed cat called Mike. He's very well-behaved and comes with good references (he doesn't claw stuff, etc). Ideally I'd like a place on the GF, or a house. He usually spends his time outdoors, which means no gross kitty litter.
Hi, my name is Kris and I am a chilled and easy going professional guy. I am 29 years old (big 30 not too far away) I enjoy keeping fit, cooking, socialising and travelling. if I did not work out I would be the size of a house as I just absolutely love good food. I have just received the incredible news that my visa has been approved for Melbourne and I cannot wait to explore what the city has to offer. I am moving to Melbourne from Scotland in Aug 2017 and looking for a place asap. I will be working late most days in the office and will be out and about at weekends exploring but would love to hang out when we are free. I am looking for an easy going flat mate who is clean and respectful and would like to get the odd beer/dinner together and is just a generally cool person.
Hey guys! My name is Jai and I currently reside in Glen Iris. My lease ends in October so I am just preparing myself and looking around to see what's out there! I work full time in the City and would love a place near a train line not far out. I love my films, sports and shows (Like anybody else really) and I am a bit of a clean freak, so that's a plus. I'd love a place where I could have my own private room, preferably in a house rather than an apartment but beggars can't be choosers. Thanks!
I'm a student who has recently finished some studies and would like to meet some new friends. I'm a quiet and decent person who pays the rent on time, so you don't have to worry about it at all. I'm also tidy, clean and amicable to live with. I'm a simple guy looking for a simple room with a bed, nothing fancy. :)
Hey all, I am sports scientist/dietician who runs my own business as well as a contractor to large organizations. I love to live a healthy lifestyle and spend a lot of my spare time out on my bike or at the gym. I have two beautiful Labradors aka furkids and am looking for someone who is open to having them around the house. I'm open to also finding a new lease with someone to get the perfect place. NB- my dogs are non-negotiable and I am not open to considering a place that I am not able to have my dogs at when they are with me. What am I looking for? I'm wanting to move in with someone who shares a love of all things health. I like to go out and socialise but also love to stay home and watch a movie and cook a delicious meal. I'm definitely not a party animal so and not looking to live with one either. I am clean/tidy and would need to live with someone who is considerate and tidy. Home should be a place where you can relax so someone I get along with however we don't have to live out of each other's pockets. A nice balance would be ideal :) **UPDATE** please note I am currently looking at properties (houses) in the inner East and South East to rent and also open to looking for a room mate(s)
Hi there, I am a full time PhD student looking for a quite place to live. Due to my hectic Uni life, I spend most of the days (including some weekends) at University. I am due to finish my work in two years from now. I consider myself a respectful and quite person....lets say average. My hobby is Tango dancing and cycling every time I have a free day. I enjoy going out and chill out with friends every now and then. I have been in Australia for 6 years and I merged quite well into the Aussie culture. In fact, I decided to become a citizen a year ago. Let me know your thought and we can continue from there. Cheers Pablo
