Looking to join an existing share house in Melbourne’s north. I’m a 23 year old non-smoker young professional. I’m flexible when it comes to number of housemates, furnishing, parking. Proximity to public transport would be great. LGBTI+ friendly. Pets are always a bonus! I’m flexible with move-in dates: anytime between Christmas and late January would be suitable. I’m hoping to find somewhere long term. I work full-time as a lawyer, so I am typically out of the house from 8am until 7pm on weekdays. On weekends, I enjoy getting outside for hiking, swimming and playing tennis. I love seeing live music and really enjoy cooking - always looking for recipe testers if you’re happy to be a guinea pig! I’m not a huge partier but I do enjoy indulging in the odd wine, cheese and Netflix night. I’ve lived out of home for 5 years, including 3 years in sharehouses - so I know the drill. I’m a clean person and am happy to take initiative doing things around the house. Hoping to find a chilled sharehouse with likeminded people.
Hey! I'm an international student - currently doing my Masters in Design and working part time. Im pretty flexible when it comes to living arrangements but basic privacy, cleanliness and respect is always a plus!
Moving to Melbourne from Brisbane for work. I work Monday-Friday as an administrator. Will most definitely be spending my weekends exploring beautiful Melbourne and meeting people. I like to live a balanced lifestyle and don’t smoke. Like to exercise, go to the beach, eat all the food and drink all the drinks! Looking for friendly housemates that I can hangout with as I don’t currently know anyone in Melbourne.
Hey, my names Ebony I’m 23 and a Firefighter. In my spare time I love to stay active and get outdoors. I play netball and enjoy getting out and about as much as possible! An absolute animal lover, but don’t have any myself. I love to socialise and hang out but also enjoy my down time, especially after long night shifts haha Really just look for place with like-minded people that are happy to have a laugh!
Heading back from living in Indonesia for 2 years. Work in hospitality. Manage resorts, restaurants and bars. Coming home for summer. Will be working hard and heading to festivals. Health and fitness focused during the weeks but do enjoy my social life in Melbourne. Clean up after myself, really like my alone time when I’m home as quite social when out but if we click of course I’d love to cook dinner for you and enjoy a few glasses of red.
I will be working full time at the Pan Pacific Hotel starting in early January. I have just completed my university degree in Business in Sydney and looking to find a home to begin my the next stage of my life. I have lived in share houses in London, Queensland and Sydney and would love to find like minded people to explore Melbourne with and hopefully become friends :) Please feel free to message me if you are interested in teaming up or think I would be well-suited to your share house!
Hi, I'm Chantelle! I have recently graduated and am starting full-time work which is the reason I am moving so I will be closer to my job. I am an easy-going person who likes to have a good laugh. I am rather tidy and I do clean up after myself. I do enjoy some down time but would love to have a chat or watch a movie with house mates. I also have a generally well behaved cat who would be moving with me.

Hey guys! I'm a country girl, living by myself in an apartment in aberfeldie the past year, and have rented the last 4-5 years with housemates. I am currently working as a health care professional and I have my own car. I dont mind a cheeky wine and socialising, but I am definitely not your party girl. As well as being social, I do enjoy my own space and will always respect yours too. I am ideally looking for people who are similar. I am currently renting a one bedroom unit independently in Aberfeldie (Yes! Expensive). I am looking for something cheaper so I can save, meet new people and have more of a life haha. I am looking for a unfurnished bedroom. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I come with a fridge, T.V, washing machine, couch and coffee table and some household items. Let me know if you don't wish for these items to come with me, I can always arrange something else with them. My lease finishes 18th of Jan, ideally would like to find someone or a place to move in before that time. Feel free to message me too, there are so many listings and I may have just missed yours.
Hello guys Im looking for a long term room to live. Relax and open to share. I also like cooking vegetarian food. During the week I come back home to do stuff of my own, being in my room or do things outside. I like playing guitar sometimes, But for me quietness IS also very important. I like having a clean and organized house and I have a part time job.. If you are interested please send me a message or give me a call. Sebastian
We are a couple of late twenties people working full time in office jobs. We're neat and tidy (especially jill) but enjoy the occasional bevvy as well! both relatively new to the city, so keen to make friends and get to know whoever we will be house sharing with!
Hi! I'm looking for a three bedroom place with a couple of friends, and would love to hear from you! I myself am a 21-year-old Canberra girl moving up to Melbourne to do the full time Theater course at the VCA. As a housemate, I'm happy to hang out with others and do things through the week, but am also perfectly happy to maintain a quiet, do-your-own-thing space. I am a massive bookworm, movie buff and closet comic-book nerd. I keep my surroundings neat, clean and orderly, I'm very happy to do what it takes to keep the house a warm and welcoming place for everyone, and am really really good cleaning kitchens in record time :) Next up is Aram, 24 years old and starting his first year of Acting at VCA in 2019. This will be his second time living in Melbourne having already gone to uni at The University of Melbourne from 2014-16. He loves cooking, wine, and movies. And finaly we have Nina, 21 years old, who is studying classical voice at the Conservatorium. Nina is friendly, approachable, a wonderful conversationalist and an avid traveller. She's also a Melbourne local, and holds down a job in hospitality as well as managing her studies! We're currently looking for any kind of living arrangement near VCA's Southbank campus, but are very open to suburbs a little further out as well. If you have something that sounds like it suits, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
I am a responsible adult who loves to read and binge watch TV series. I love to talk but I also love my personal space and respect yours. I love to cook and grocery shop, I don't like to clean but being away from home has made me a compulsive cleaner. I spend most of my time at Uni and even when home, I tend to stick to my room.
I'm currently studying arts at Melbourne Uni, majoring in criminology and German. I have a passion for animals (particularly dogs), cooking, and am an avid reader when I have time. I work quite a lot, currently at a cafe in Kew 2-4 days a week and nannying another 2 days. I'm clean, a good cook (I'm vegetarian but it's completely fine if you aren't) and down to have dinner/wine together as much or as little as you want. My preference would be for a team up rather than moving in to an established household, because I have heaps of furniture and would love the thrill of setting up the house collaboratively that way you and I like! I'm planning on fully equipping the kitchen, so if you're a fan of baking, there will never be a shortage of utensils. I would also love to have a roommate with a pet (or several!), because I'll be leaving the family dog that we have had for over 10 years. Absolutely not a requirement, but would be a super fun bonus. I have a car so I will need parking, but am not fussed about whether it's on or off-street.
Spent two years studying in Sydney and moved to Melbourne four months ago. Working full time in a start-up accelerator managing operations and events. Grinding 9-5, 5 days a week. I do sketching, play basketball, read or cook when I'm not working. Always up for a chat! Looking for a house easily reachable from the city with flatmates who enjoy sharing meals, going out and are doing awesome things.
Hey there Melbs, I'm here to stay :-) I'm a Japanese teacher full-time and currently studying Graphic Design. My partner Scott, studies Fashion Design and works full-time in retail :-) Ask us anything you want :-) Have a favourite day
We are Emilie and Barty - a couple from the UK working Melbourne Comedy festival looking for accommodation from 24th March til 21st April. Both into comedy, music, theatre and a bloody good laugh. Easy to live with, very spick and span, up for making friends and both very respectful of other people. Barty can fit 14 grapes in his mouth at once. Emilie can whistle and hum at the same time. We are very friendly and can't wait to come to Aus!
