Easy going 26 year old that's lived in Melbourne my whole life. Returned recently from overseas and looking for a new place. Currently working full time in the CBD in the finance game, 9-5 during the week and love to come home and have a drink, watch some Netflix, maybe gym and chill out. I rate my cooking ability and my Nonna has taught me a few things I'm happy to share. I have a few friends around the area and am looking for a place to call home for 6 months while I wait for a friends lease to run out. I've been well trained and am a respectful housemate, I do smoke but obviously as I'm not a savage this will only be done outside. Always keen to go out and if you ever need a partner in crime I'm pretty easily convinced ;) I’m looking for a social house with easy going people so if you think I'm your boy let me know!
I’m Alex 😊 Very laid back guy who is new to Melbourne, loves a drink, a good laugh and hanging out but also enjoy being active and going to events. Not a party guy so you will sleep sound at night. Working full time 40+ hours. New to shared accommodation but also excited for the experience and to meet new people 😊
Hello, I have just returned from living in London for the past 2 years. I have lived all over Melbourne before that but originally from Adelaide. I’m a flight attendant and I work internationally so I’m gone maybe 4 days of the week on average.
Hi, I'm James. While naturally quiet, I have the skills and intuition to accurately know when and how to interact. I am a great listener & an engaging conversationalist, with a broad knowledge base. I continue to enjoy learning, and am very respectful & interested in individuals' values/approaches to life. Whether in my private space, or community areas - I take pride in a clean and tidy environment. My career has been in the Event Industry. Into 2019 I will be working in a customer service focused role typically from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Along with work, I enjoy the beach/sunshine. Healthy eating, exercise & reading are also interests. I am interested in finding home-sharing mates (1, or possibly 2 people) who can hold an engaging conversation, yet respect when quiet time is most suitable. As a general rule I prefer female company, yet will not automatically exclude considering males who connect with my above description. I am looking for a great fit. While the actual rental space and location is important, I'd see meeting (perhaps over coffee after a property inspection), as an initial way to work out if we click. If the above resonates, message or call. James
I am a 28-year-old Filipino guy looking for a private room in CBD or inner suburbs. I work for an IT firm, clean, very respectful, relaxed and easy-to-get-along person. I enjoy socializing but still our personal spaces is top priority. Knows how to participate in keeping the house tidy and in order. Very considerate with noises especially at night, knows how important sleep is to everyone. Currently addicted to mobile legends, so if you play, let me know! :) Hope to find great company with the same wavelength. Cheers!
I am a friendly and easy going person, as well as respectful of others. I love travelling, cooking and spending the weekends exploring new places. I am looking for a furnished, female only apartment/house.
Hi there : ) My name is Saleh, I'm 28 years old, and I’m currently doing my PhD in biomedical sciences in Adelaide and will be transferring to University of Melbourne this month. I usually go to the laboratory as part of my PhD from 8 am to 6 pm which keeps me pretty busy. I’m a quiet guy, respectful of others, and always like to keep my place very clean and tidy. I usually go to the gym in the morning before work, and unwind at night by watching TV or by playing video games. I also like to be social, especially on weekends, but I also respect that everyone needs their private time. I'm looking for places with less than 30 mins commute to the University of Melbourne available now. Looking forward to meeting you! Saleh

29 year old professional looking to move into the inner city area to be closer to work. Looking to live with like minded chilled out professionals. Cheers Sunny
Hey! Currently working full-time in the city but living down on the Mornington Peninsula... so wanting to move to the city (preferably Richmond/South Yarra/St Kilda) I'm always keen to socialise and have a glass of wine with my friends so looking for someone to live with that doesn’t mind that or would be keen to join as well! In saying that, I also do like time to myself to relax and unwind, as during the week I can be busy with work and gym.
Clean, tidy, keep my belongings to myself and easy to talk to/get along with. I can be as sociable as you want! Always happy to do chores around the house if they need doing and im a chef so I can cook for the house!
Hi people! I'm Hannah. I'm a violinist and a teacher. I currently work 4 days a week and practise at work most of the time. I am respectful of noise levels but like to surround myself with fellow music lovers! Looking for a private room in sharehouse. Must be walking distance to a train station. Suburbs of Footscray, Windsor, Prahran, Balaclava, South Yarra, Richmond. I love nothing more than a good laugh. Housemates that enjoy a chat over a coffee or a shared meal would be ace. I try to get out to see as many concerts and shows as I can but also love some netflix downtime. Lover of all animals. Recent amateur yoga enthusiast. Board games queen.
Hi there, I am Adrian (Aj) and I have recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne (1 year ago) and I'm looking for a place to hang my 20 hats...don't judge me! Im a middle aged balding white man...it's the rule. This should explain the beard too...also a rule. So, more about me, I can clearly follow rules. I've travelled a lot. So far I would estimate I have visited over 70 different places around the world. If it was legal, I'd identify myself as 'New York City' and who knows it is 2018, anythings possible. I work in the music industry, which is one of the reasons I moved to this amazing city and I have a small circle of new friends here who are mostly creative types. (No I don't take drugs all day and wear a huge gold chain to bed). I do however collect funk/ soul records and would be happy to play them on a warm Friday evening with a nice glass of red, if you ask me nicely, but normally I just listen through headphones in my room. I am easy to live with, having rented from and out to people for most of my life and alway respect peoples personal space/ time /privacy as much as my own. I am neat, tidy and mostly quiet. I work a lot, but I am also home most of the time I'm not working and enjoy downtime. I'd say I am young for my age, having had no Kids, never married, a good sense of humour & well being, travelled and well acquainted with the world around me. Ideally I'd like to share with 1 (2 people max) and preferably someone respectful who has somewhat similar interests or around the same age (mentally at least). I currently have very minimal furniture however I can buy anything I'd need if required (bedding, bedroom furniture etc). So, if I sound like the kinda guy you could live with please 'holla at cha boy' (cough)...or send me a message. Cheers.
David is half Swedish, half British and grew up in Brussels. Went to uni in Edinburgh and studied International Business. He speaks 6 languages and is super friendly/ loves meeting people. He's very active and plays beach volleyball and soccer. He loves watching sports and watches heaps of Premiere/Champions league. I, Ray (for Rana, pronounced Rain-a) am a pre-med student on my gap year before applying to med school. I'm obsessed with the beach, (anything outdoors really) hiking, and photography. I hope to get a job at Cabrini Malvern as an ER Scribe in January. We're both 23, really chill, I am super clean (I keep David in line haha), and we'll both be traveling and going out on the weekends. We'd love to be close with our roommates and also respect everyone's space.
Clean, friendly and responsible. Finishing up my bachelors degree and will start work in health care. In my free time (...and when I should be studying) I enjoy listening to podcasts, being active and watching standup comedy. Wanting a female only residence with the exception of couples.
I am a calm, friendly and very responsible person. I love to share time with my family, I love animals :) I like to go out for coffee,do exercise, I like to go to movies, I do not eat meat, I like to know different cultures and teach mine.
I‘m a 29 year old German and will stay in Melbourne for about 6 weeks for a language course. I‘m an outgoing person who loves to meet people and hang out with them. I hope to find a chilled place to stay and have a great time in Melbourne.
Hey there! Looking for a place to live for the next 4-12 months. I am keen on seeing different areas of Melbourne so don't mind if it is only a shorter-term lease. My selling points: - Often out of the house; - Will contribute indoor plants and wafts of delicious food down the hallway; - Will happily keep to myself or have a chat; - Have lived in many share houses around the world so I know the drill. I am clean (very keen on the idea of a cleaning schedule) and considerate of space (will clean up my stuff when finished in communal areas, and will try to use the kitchen when no ones else is). Me: - I have just finished up a Sociological research project on dating apps and gender norms (very interesting) and am currently seeking a social-science research position for 2019, considering a PhD for the year after. I also volunteer at an organisation advocating for more humane policy for people seeking asylum in Australia. - I play field hockey and generally like to be active. - Typical millennial who likes travel and food. - Non-typical millennial who doesn't like social media. What I'm looking for in my housemates: I am really into being eco-conscious, non-judgemental and open-minded and I am keen to live with people who share these values :) I also think it's important for housemates to openly communicate about expectations of cleanliness and noise (and anything else), so that potential issues can be navigated. Looking to live with people who are willing to discuss issues before they become a big deal (I will do the same) so we can continue on with a happy and sustainable housemate relationship. Shoot me a message if you're keen! What I'm looking for in my new dwelling: ~10min walk to a train station (or tram directly into the city). Anywhere in the South-East or Eastern suburbs. Medium-to-lots of natural light.
I'm young, very laid back, clean & quiet. I work as a train driver, outside of work I complete in athletics, as well as hang with family & friends. I'm a non smoker, don't take any drugs, I drink socially. Any questions feel free to ask!
23 yr old backpacker from london - been in Aus for just over 11 months now - tidy, clean and always keen to cook for the flat 😋 - a social introvert, who’s animal mad, and enjoys a social drink or Netflix night - currently working weird part time hours in St Kilda -
