I am super chilled and easy to get along with. Can pretty much work with anyone and can sleep through a hurricane so it doesn't matter at all if you want to party i'll probably join in. Am sociable so hit me up if you need a cruisy housemate.
Hi everyone! I will be starting full time work at Brisbane from the February and I'm looking to find a place close to the CBD (not apartments due to my vehicle). I am a super laidback person, I enjoy my own private times but also love to work out, cook myself a balanced meal, super keen on being clean and some level of tidiness, love to listen to music and just having a good time in general.
I'm easy going, quiet, clean and adapt to other peoples lifestyles. I don't mind a social drink be it at the pub or at home having a bbq or watching tv. I currently work at Brisbane Airport with an application pending for the Australian Airforce and I am looking for somewhere closer to live asap. I'm looking at paying ~$200 a week~ max which would have to include bills and internet. Offstreet parking is preferred as I have a new car but not required. My stay length is currently unknown due to Airforce Application. I would prefer a place that is furnished but will settle for the right unfurnished place. Any other information you'd like to know don't hesitate to ask!
Hi, I’m Martin or Marty as most people call me. A quick snap shot of me: I am professionally employed in medical travel assistance and recently moved back to Brisbane after living in Sydney for 20 years. I am a quite an active person who is getting back into competitive cycling again with the aim to start club racing again in the New Year. I love the outdoors and keeping fit and healthy – hiking, camping, sand, surf and adrenaline sports..anything outdoors basically. I like to cook and entertain and enjoy the company of my friends and meeting new people. As my friends are spread out down the east coast of Australia, I regularly visit Sydney and Tasmania, plus the yearly overseas trips to explore off the beaten track places. I do have a substantial amount of furniture (2 bedroom house) and this can be put into storage if needed or can be added if required. There is so much more I can write here, but would rather it come out during a conversation when we meet.
A Happy Hippy chick from Sydney looking for an awesome home in Bris-vegas! I am a reliable, outgoing and positive peep who loves to bake on the weekends! (mostly muffins but hey im still baking!) I work as a tarot reader and will often tell you about current astrological alignments. Im also quiet and mindful of your personal space but am always there to chat if you need/want too :) Im moving to Brisbane to complete my postgrad in counselling so im quiet alot of the time :P Im tidy and respectful and am always smiling! Did i mention I bake on the weekends??? I live a healthy lifestyle (despite the baking!) and enjoy social shinanigans with the odd glass of champagne. And I am also a member of the LGBTI rainbow ... so you will need to be respectful and open to that. Cant wait to chat! Ps i am ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom ... pps i am also not comfortable with living with couples. I guess i wouldnt want to be a total third wheel. Sorry ! Ditto with random SMS from people telling me about their room. if im interested i will get in contact. thanks!
Hi there, im looking for an unfurnished room with an en-suite or own bathroom preferably around the Chermside area as I work full time mon-fri in Carseldine. About me: I recently moved back from Canada and am fairly new to the Brisbane area. Hobbies include, gym, yoga, hula hooping, camping, hiking, travelling, good food, good wine and good company. Always up for trying new things. I spend every other weekend visiting family/friends on the Coast. I'm clean, tidy, respectable, considerate and normal ;) I enjoy being social, but I also respect the need for quiet time. I'm ideally looking for mature housemate/s of similar nature. And a home that I feel comfortable inviting friends over too on the odd occasion. I'd preferably like to live with females and no more than 2 people. I'm not interested in living with children, dogs or home-stays. Let me know if you have what I'm looking for 😊
Hey, I'm a 19 (almost 20) yr old fun and responsible dental assistant! I'm a very clean and considerate person whom loves reading and hanging out in my spare time! I'm not a loud person, but am very friendly and approachable! I am looking to move during decemeber sometime! I don't have a lot of furniture, and am mostly interested in furnished rooms! I own my own car so would also need safe parking available as well! Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me, and look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hi, my name is Emily. I'm a qualified Chef and manage a business on North Side. I moved up from Canberra last year and it's time to move out of my parents place and closer to work! I work full time during the week and on the weekends like to get out and about to the beach or go hiking in the hinterlands. I seem to get along with anyone which makes things a lot easier. I am looking for a place that has a spacious bedroom to easily fit a queen bed, a secure car space, and preferably my own bathroom. Something long term would suit me perfectly :)
Hey :) I'm a 25 year old girl, originally from Melbourne and have recently moved to Brisbane. I love to travel, live a healthy lifestyle and am also pretty clean and easy to get along with. My friend Sam is a 23 year old who is currently studying and working. He is super funny, really easy going and also likes to keep things clean. We are looking for a place with 2 spare rooms, potentially with a garden that is close enough to the city. We look forward to meeting you! xx
I'm a physiotherapy student at UQ, looking to find a place to rent for 12 months while I'm on placement. I love cooking, wine/cocktails, going to the markets and keeping active outdoors.

Hello! My name is Maurice. I am a 42 year old professional (software engineer and business owner), looking for share accommodation either close to the city, or on the southside (near Sunnybank/Eight Mile Plains). I am quiet, tidy, and very respectful of other people's ways. I do like to socialise, and I'm always up for a meal and a chat if you want. At times, though, I can be quite busy (with work and family). If you're looking for someone to party with every night, I am not the person for you. I am a light social drinker, have never done drugs, and I am looking for a house that is completely smoke free. I try to live a healthy lifestyle (I do ashtanga yoga twice a week), and I'm a bit of a foodie (I'll be bring a sous vide machine with me). Having said that, I currently live near Sunnybank and there's a lot of great restaurants around here!
We are a young professional couple who have been living with eachother for 2 years. I work or study every day and my partner spends his day off which he usually spends playing golf/ fishing/ surfing. In our down time we get to the gym and wind down with tv and casual drink.
My names Lauren and I currently work at North Lakes. I am looking to move out within the next month or two. I am pretty easy going and keep to myself a lot of the time. I am looking to move in with a group of girls similar.
I am very chill, i am easy to get along with also very quiet until you get to know me or i get to know you. I work 3 days a week sometimes alternating days but generally Monday -Thursday 9:00am till 3:00pm however i am most times out of the house by 7:00. I will clean up after myself and will fit into almost any surroundings.
I'm a clean person who spends most of the weekday working and studying. I'm usually in bed at about 9-10 and I tend to go out on the weekend. I'm a great cook and I love cooking too. I have two cats who are very attached to each other and shy so they don't tend to leave their little space or their play pen (I have an outdoor playpen for them). If they are a no go I have a friend who can look after them for me.
Hi :) I'm an easy going music student, I play guitar and sing. But I'm always respectful with my noise. I am studying in south brisbane so I'd like to live within approx 30mins of uni (on public transport), I do also have a car though. Ideally I'd like to find some people that I get along with well, I am good at just keeping to myself, but would prefer to make some friends :) My ideal place would have a fairly large bedroom (I have a fair bit of music gear etc) and a bathroom to myself or one that doesn't have to be shared with too many people. Also my boyfriend lives on the Sunshine Coast and sometimes comes over on weekends so it would be good if the house was okay with that . Thankyou :)
My English name is Rina, come from Beijiing, a postgraduate student studying at University of Queensland. I am a clean and tidy girl, easygoing and good at cooking. interested in draw, reading and cooking. I want to find a brick house where has air-condition not the wood house. Apartment is my preferred choice. especially the new and furnitured apartment. and the bedroom's window should not be too small. Hope have my own bathroom.
I am really easygoing, happy to do my own thing but also friendly. I have been working overseas as a live-in nanny for two years so I'm used to being tidy and respectful of someone else's home. I love to travel, meet new people, watch musicals and go running. I will be commencing study in 2017, but would like to move to Brisbane before the new year. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, I'm looking forward to meeting my new housemates :)
Myself & my partner are due to move overseas in around 15 months so are looking to move into a property to cut the costs on our current house. Ideally we are looking for a house share with a private area, such as a bedroom & lounge area solely for our use. We are both 27 and working full time, myself in marketing and my partner in finance. We have been a couple for 6 years and are well travelled with having previously lived in the UK, America and now Brisbane together. We love animals but have none of our own so any place with a dog would be a huge plus for us! We are both non smokers & enjoy going our for dinner & bars, not party animals but enjoy drinks on the weekend with friends.
Hi there. i'm a tradesman and plant operator, looking for a relaxed place with chill people. i'm a considerate and clean guy who loves cooking and sharing a meal with his housemates. i work fulltime, 6 nights a week, so would prefer housemates that are a bit more mature, and are past the "party house" stage.... :) I AM LOOKING FOR A HOUSE ONLY, NOT AN APPARTMENT.....

Have tattoos but dont let that fool you, im a nice guy :) Preferably looking at renting my own place then seeing if i can get a roomate or two, but also would be interested in share accomodation, granny flats, rooms, team ups and anything else. Flexible when i can move either asap or in a month or two. Have some furniture but not everything. I am single and have no commitments or anything that could cause any problems, i love animals and would be happy if someone had pets, i do not currently. If your interested in any of the above or would like to know more feel free to message me. I dont care how old, young you are or what your beliefs are, just want you to be friendly. Cheers Greg
Hi there! I'm super keen to make a new start, moving to Brisbane for full-time work and to possibly study on the side ! I come from Toowoomba, I am an outgoing and honest person. I like things super tidy and am a very clean person. I'm willing to take a share in all household jobs. I am seeking my own room, preferably not furnished, and fairly roomy. I would love a built-in robe, but if not, its completely fine. Possibly modern. I am willing to pay up to $190 a week for rent, that including bills. Thankyou, just contact me if you have any questions.
Just looking for a nice place with some nice people. I work full time at Suncorp Insurance so you won't see much of me during the day. Born in Brisbane and proud Queenslander. Worked in the nightclub scene for about 2 years so my partying days are pretty much behind me but always keen for a beer with banter on the side and the occasional stories. I have always been pretty clean and do the household chores on a fair basis. I game a bit but not everyday - usually COD or Battlefield. I love cooking and will usually make far too much food. If I'm the kinda guy your looking for give me a text and the address and I'll have a look :)
I'm looking for a nice single room in a clean, beautiful and shared house where I can meet some great people and call the house my home :) I'm 26-year-old Polish, work full-time as a development engineer in CBD and go to the gym 4/5 times a week. I'm all into sport, recently started to surf. I do my dishes always immediately and require it from you as well :) Hope to find a great place! ;) Cheers, Krystian

Hi!! I have just moved back to Brisbane after 2 years of travelling Europe and the UK working at various hostels and bars. I have a full time admin job in Toowong starting the 2nd week in January so hoping to find a flat share to start the end of December or the beginning of January! Needing the room to be fully furnished 🖒. I am very easy going and sociable and always up for a chat or a cheeky beer!
I'm an international full-time student from Dubai starting at UQ in Semester 1, 2017 (Environmental Management). I was studying in the US (Chicago) before. I'm super tidy and clean (like keeping everything super clean but won't mind if it's not), and pretty decent at cooking too. Easy going, and always ready to help a friend. I am always respectful towards everyone and will give you your privacy. Doesn't mean I don't like to chill out and have fun. I love going out and playing sports. I play football (Soccer), badminton and Quidditch (no, i'm not kidding, it's a pretty serious sport!), and good at picking up other ones too. Love spontaneous adventures and ready to walk/hike any and everywhere. I'll be new to the city and the country, so I would like to explore a lot during the weekends provided I have the time. Always down to watch a movie or tv show. Join me for small adventures if you want! :D I don't mind living with anyone, so if you have a room to offer or are looking to team up, Hit me up! :) (That was two too many "up's") PS - 260 is my upper budget but I would be really happy with anything cheaper. The closer it is to the university the better it would be.
Hi, I'm 24 years old girl from Europe who is coming to Australia to practice English. I am coming over to Australia Dec 31rd and I am leaving 20th of March. My school is located in Adelaide Street so I want to live not to far from there so I can ride a bike to school. about me: I'm different in every minute, but always positive! I love meeting new people. I can't stay in one place for too long- I am bored. I love travelling. I love sighstseeing. My second passion is vegan cooking- especially for others. Hey! Firstly, I'm not needing to move until January. I currently work fulltime at Mount Coot-tha and I've been living in Taringa for the past 3 years. I enjoy eating out, going out, having a drink after work, music festivals and going for runs along the river - or just staying in and binge watching netflix. I'd need to move mid-January, ideally looking to stay around Toowong/Taringa (train line / bus line) - but pretty flexible. I have my own communal appliances and furniture to bring with me if needed. Shoot me a message if you would be interested in starting a new place or if you need a spot filled and we can grab a coffee - Thanks!
I'm a software engineer working in the city. I enjoy cycling to work, being social, being active, eating healthy (ish), cooking/eating foreign food. Dabble in a little sketching/painting occasionally. Will clean bathrooms and toilets haha!
I'm 22 and I work full-time for an education organisation. I love a bit of yoga and a cheeky wine every now and then. I'm super easy going, clean and respectful. I'm generally rather quiet but always down for hangs and a chat! I've lived in share houses for 4 years or so, so I know the drill :) Keen to move ASAP but am flexible. Look forward to hearing from you! Krystal
Shalom! My name is Chevy, I'm a 19 year old author, blogger and columnist! I am looking for a cool guy or gal to stay with in or around the city from January onwards in order to look for part/full time work. I can teach you Hebrew phrases and cook you Kebabs. We can be partners, conspirators. We will plot our takeover. It will be just like in the movies. I've grown up in the suburbs and also in the sticks - I lived in a small rural town, in fact so small it can no longer even be found on maps, and attended a school with only twelve or so other students (what?). Shortly after moving to the suburbs, the school closed down and the town was virtually abandoned. I grew up in Upper Caboolture for about eight years before moving West to Kilcoy, where I have been for the last six or so years. In my spare time I am a blogger and a collumnist, and I am about to publish a non-ficton book on the changing dynamic of power in the Middle East. At the same time I play Minecraft and my eating habits are ridiculous, so I am still quite the typical teenager. Just a little different. Let's you and I get in contact!
Hello! Names Payce Williams and I come from Alberta, Canada. I am looking for a place to call home in the Brisbane area for the next 3-4 months while I look to obtain my real estate license. I am looking for a nice and quite area away but to be fairly close to a bus and/or train station in the area. I am a very fun and lovable individual that keeps his personal and work life separate at all times. By the moment you met me you'll see that I am a energetic and well spoken person who loves a good laugh and cherishes friendships with due respect. I am currently seeking part time work while I aim to gain my realtor license within the month of December. Please feel free to contact me any time if my listing intrigues you to get to know a fellow Canadian. Thanks Eh!
23 year old Electrical Apprentice I work full time and train martial arts nearly every night so I'm not home often Enjoy going for a surf on the weekend and having a chat over a cold one (or 10) Would like to be in a sharehouse that feels more like a home and somewhere I can look forward to coming home to after a hard day at work. I enjoy a social and friendly household, people who are up for a chat and random shenanigans. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and would like to live with people who do the same. My lease is up end of Jan 2017 but wouldn't bother me moving in sooner if i find the right place with the right people, swing me a message and we can have a chat! cheers

Please ONLY honest people that would like a decent bloke who's been through the ringer, no baggage and is down to earth and not pretentious or petty contact me. I Know this is not " P C " but all I'm looking for is a nice HOME too share with a decent person and that seems to be a task these days as I've been taken by a few through this site hence my plea. I never thought it would be so hard but if your Honest and would like the respect returned then Please call me .Thankyou , Steve.
I'm a 21 year old qualified Graphic Designer, studying another degree at UQ. I am bubbly, out-going and always keen on adventures. I'm in love with photography and all things creative and absolutely love my wildlife, so hopefully you don't mind me bringing some plants and an abundance of art supplies. Looking for a place in January to stay until late May/June as I am moving overseas for an internship in August and want to stay with family the few months before. If there is anything you would like to know about me, feel free to get in touch. I would love to hear for you!
Student looking for a quiet place. Good at: paying bills on time, cleaning up after myself, budgeting. Likes: Cats, dogs, exercising, archery, food, games, sleep. Can at maximum pay up to 150 pw rent but would prefer staying under that (wouldn't we all?) Note: Current lease runs out 6/1/17 and I am going to UQ @ St. Lucia.

I'm looking for a suitable place to move ideally before the end of December, it can be early 2017 though. I'm 22 and work full time. I'm a social person but respect and like my own personal space. I'm clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I like to go out for drinks or dinner every now and again but otherwise love getting outdoors, especially to the beach.
Hi I'm Nic! I'm moving from Canada to Brisbane to start my medical degree in early February. I have two previous degrees (BSc/MSc) in Biochemistry from my hometown university. I tend to keep to myself, especially in the peak of exams. I'm fairly laid back and looking for similarly minded roommates. I'm up for trying new things (I'm looking at you surfing). I like to run and lift weights (all hail the holy trifecta: bench, squat and deadlift) when I have spare time.
I'm barely home because I work full time (Tuesday to Saturday) as store manager at Sunglass Hut and I'm clean 😊 I do like to go out and have fun on the weekends and make friends with everyone. I've just moved here from Mount Isa but I'm originally from NZ.
My boyfriend and I are very easy going 20 and 21 year olds with full time employment and are interested in a 6 month arrangement as we plan to travel at the start of May. We work Monday to Friday and are quiet clean people looking for flats, studio apartments or anything similar.
I'm very social, easy-going and friendly, and am generally always up for a good time. That being said, I also know when it's time to get to work and be quiet and respectful. I like to keep busy, whether it be study or work, socialising or fitness. I'll be entering my 4th and final year of Speech Pathology at UQ in the new year and am keen to make it a good one. I am generally a very tidy person and will clean up after myself and help around the house when it's needed.
I'm looking for some easygoing flatmates in the Chermside/nundah area. I'm new to Brisbane and will be commuting to Redcliffe for work, starting in late January. I'm friendly, like to keep active, and always happy to share a meal or a glass of wine.
Hi there, I'm Zoe! I am a 33 year old Executive Assistant working for the Government in the Brisbane CBD. I am looking to move into a house (or possibly a large unit or townhouse) within the leafy suburbs of Paddo, Ashgrove, Red Hill or surrounds. My preference would be living with one or two other ladies around my age who would enjoy a casual drink, dinner or a TV series marathon every now and then and are casual and easy going. I also need an undercover car park. My interests include going to the gym, yoga, live music, travelling, photography and bush walking. I am a big cat and dog lover, so living with animals would be fine. At this stage I am flexible around move in dates and happy to consider something in the New Year also. I am also interested in team ups - so feel free to send me a message and we can discuss more. I hope to hear from you soon.
Hi all I'm looking for a furnished room that is close to UQ. I will have my final semester next year. I hope the rent includes all the utilities and internet (also prefer to have own bathroom, but not necessarily). I am quiet, clean and friendly. Most of the time, I like to stay in my room and do studies but I also don't mind occasionally socializing with my housemates. I'm very well-experienced living in a shared house, so could be sure that I would not be a burden to you. Thanks for reading. Hope to hear from you! **sorry, due to free account, the messages sending to me may be delayed a few days until I receive** **No phone calls please. I am currently away for holiday.** Thank you
Heya, we are two best friends from NZ who moved over to Brisbane in July this year to work and study. We are very easy going and down to earth gals who are looking forward to meeting some new people! We love the outdoors, play and watch all kinds of sport, enjoy socialising and having a few drinks on the odd weekend, but also like our downtime and keeping to ourselves. Please get in touch if you're looking for a team up or think you have the rooms for us! Looking forward to hearing from you :D Cheers, Courtney & Nicole
