Hi! I'm 24, Canadian girl in Sydney for a year on a working holiday visa, working in administration. I am looking for a private room, and my hope is to find a place I can call home for the majority of my stay in Australia. By trade I'm a fitness professional and I like to keep up an active, healthy lifestyle. I'm not a party person, but I do like to try be social with the people I live with. Keeping my space tidy and clean is very important to me. If you have a space you think I'd be a good fit for, I am available from July 13 onwards for inspections. Thanks!
I'm Zoë and I moved to Sydney from the UK in mid June on my working holiday visa. I will be job hunting for a role in Marketing full-time but may have to get a temp part-time job while I look. I'm not entirely sure on my length of stay yet but for now i'll put 3 months, could be less could be more! Love to explore, go on adventures and live for the beach. Will be checking out local healthy eateries and some cool bars too! Looking for a private room in a place or other like-minded people to share a property with! I'm easy-going, friendly, sociable, tidy and flexible.
Hello, I'm Minh, young mature busy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised- very clean and tidy, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers.
Hello, I am an artist / designer from California moving to Sydney. I am 26 years old and design alcohol labels for a living. I am a clean and considerate roommate that is really easy going. During the week I will be busy working at my new design job and trying to stay in shape, but I am always down for a drink. On weekends I tend to get out and explore new things, paint, exercise, go out to shows, go out to bars / restaurants, and occasionally go on trips outside the city.
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.

Im in my late 40's but young at heart and have a great sense of humor. Am very honest and respectful of others and there privacy as i like mine respected also. bit of a foodie. And not a bad cook either. Would consider 6 months to 1yr lease to start. Am in a transitional place atm. I Keep very fit and healthy . Am off at the gym most evenings or outdoors. I currently live in double bay. Be good to reduce rent costs & find a quieter street! ;) My ideal rent would sit around $300-$400 (e.g my share of rent) so be good to find something modern but nice around $700-$800 p.w total. HI! We are Sheena and Lucas. We are looking for a furnished private room to rent for around 4-5 months. Ideally a bathroom to share with no more than 2 people. nothing over 400 including bills. I’m a photography student in USYD and Lucas works in construction. I’m from Hong Kong and Lucas is French. We’re really chill, easy going and tidy people. We like to socialise with our flatmates but we also respect personal space. In the weekends we like to go explore and bar hop but we never bring the party back home. Drop us a message if you think we’d be a good fit for your home, thanks:)
I consider myself easy-going, tidy, respectful, but still fun. I'm interested in meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I'm guessing I won't be around much because I'll be busy with my master's and other activities, but I would certainly enjoy sharing a meal or a glass of wine (or beer, or tequila). If you're up for it, I can cook up a Mexican dish with what's available.
I'm very clean and tidy maybe a little too over the top. I keep to myself and prefer my own space. I'm Looking for My own place and not looking at Sharing With anyone. Reason why I'm looking is cause I need more space and I'm currently in a tiny room and most of My belongings are in a garage and I would like to have my things out of the garage. Ideally I would luv a very large studio or granny flat and must have a bath tub. I like my privacy as I'm not looking to socialise with anyone in my own space, but Im pretty easy to get along with and I always pay my rent on time and I'm told I'm the perfect tenant. I don't have my photo showing as I prefer to stay private. If you contact me I would gladly show you what I look like, but I am a Virgo Rooster. I am self employed and I'm always busy working.
We are young and easygoing people whom are looking for either a onebed apartment/studio or a shared flat to share with some nice people. I'm Swedish and my boyfriend is from Sydney! I work at a cheese shop and my boyfriend as a cleaner and bartender. He is also an musician, so it would be awesome if our flat mates would like music or at least not despise it. As well, we respect sleeping hours, but don't mind a beer, socialising or watching Netflix.
Hello everybody , I'm Alice I'm 24 years old and I’m from Paris. I am looking for a singles room in an apart . I work in a restaurant in Randwick and I am a hard workers. I just graduated from the tourism and hospitality school of Paris. I am very friendly, clean and quiet :) Let me know if you have any questions. Alice from paris
Young professional, always pays rent/bills on time, introvert on occasions and likes to chill with a beer or three every now and then. I love football, cars, motor racing and playstation. I'm currently living in Brisbane, however I will be in Sydney for 6 weeks from 5th July for work. There is potential for the company offering me the role on a full time basis, so I will need to find a place to live in (can't justify $250/night in a serviced apartment if made permanent lol). As I am a working professional, I'm looking for long term (12+ months) accommodation as opposed to moving every 3 or 6 months. Ideally looking for garage/carport space for overnight parking for my car, or secure off street parking as a minimum. Availability to move in would be around 1/9 (going back to Brisbane around 18/8). Sorry for the ambiguity, hit me up if you have any questions.
Young professional just moved over from Manchester U.K., will be working in CBD as an accountant. Friendly, clean, like going out at the weekends, love a good gin and tonic, Netflix is a must haha! be good to make some new mates over here too!
Originally from London, UK, but have also lived in Toronto, Canada. I will be living Sydney until May 2018 and am looking for somewhere to stay during that time. I am very clean and tidy, a non-smoker and fairly quiet. I love cooking, listening to music, watching TV and just chilling out.
