I'm neat and tidy, quiet, respectful of others space, happy to keep to myself but enjoy a nice conversation. I work full time in retail with Mondays and Tuesdays off. On those days I am normally out for the day, visiting my grand-daughter and catching up with friends. Would love to hear from you.
I'm looking for a place for me and my boyfriend Jake, both 27 years old. I'm French, he is English. We arrived in Sydney from Perth three months ago, Jake has been sponsored as an electrician and I'm working in the hospitality industry. Jake is English so of course he likes football and beer, also he likes to say he goes to the gym (once a week ahah). I'm obviously in love with wine, bread and cheese, part of being french of course. I love to cook so the lucky people who choose to give us a fantastic home may have a chance to taste my famous vegetarian french cuisine ahah We are both very clean, really social and easy going. We like to chill after work, we are looking for a friendly and warm home, so we would be happy to share a dinners or a drinks sometimes.
I'm an English/French full time worker in Sydney. I've been in Australia for about 5years and moving back to Europe in August. I'm looking for a short term lease to keep me going until the big move. I'm pretty easy living, clean and love a social gathering. I travel quite a bit for work but looking for a place to call home between trips where I can have a glass of wine and catch up with like minded flatmate(s).

I am staying with family in the interim of finding a place to live for the remainder of the year, so we are both free to come and say hi.

Hi, my name is Paul. I've just accepted a job in the Sydney CBD, and am looking for a place to stay for 3 months before I move my family over from interstate and find a place for ourselves. I'm an easy going person, non-smoker and enjoy keeping fit (cycling especially). I'm neat and tidy, respectful and chilled.
I work 7 - 5 each week day as a surveyor for a construction company so tend to keep it quiet during the week and get an early night in but very much enjoy going out at the weekends. Easy to get on with and full of positivity, enjoy good food and conversation, looking for similar minded happy folk to enjoy my time here in Sydney. I do smoke but strictly outdoors and always clean up after myself!
I'm a 27 year old admin supervisor at a court transcript company. I'm also studying a Masters part time, so am at uni three nights a week at the moment. Pretty chilled out, I like to cook when I have the time, interested in art, books, politics, all the things. I'm great to live with because I pay rent on time, see out the ends of leases, am considerate, can hold a conversation, will cook you hot pots. I don't stress over small things and I understand the need for cleaning and personal space. I also have some nice pictures and as many house plants as you could want (too many house plants). I can get rid of the house plants.
Hello, my name is Katherine and i came from Czech republic. I am international student. I am very tidy, respectful, funny and nice person. I want to live in home where we can talk and live like home but i need my privacy. I am non smoker, no pets.
I am an outgoing American girl working full time in recruitment. I've been sponsored and plan to stay in Australia for years to come and I've been in Sydney for over a year now. I'm looking for a place in the Inner West (Surry Hills, Newtown, Glebe) or Bondi Junction areas since I've lived in Pyrmont, Coogee and the Northern beaches previously. I can sign a 6 month or 12 month lease. I'm looking for housemates that are around the same age, working full time and social as well. I like to have dinner or have a drink on the balcony and chat to get to know people so would be looking to live with people who have similar interests.
Genuine, friendly professional. Family, fitness and friends are my priorities and would love to live with someone/people who are happy with doing their own thing or having a chat over a drink. I'm an engineer and commute to Chatswood. Keen to chat and work something out.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
I'm Brazilian, male, 30 y.o., Chef, non-smoker and student. I'm very easygoing, open-minded, tidy, organised and respectful.
Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and am coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years. Ideally looking for somewhere with people who I can spend a bit of time with, but also aren't making a racket every night so I can get work done during the week if needed. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that!. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it occasionally we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 1st May
Hi, I'm a French student and I'm 19. I'm coming to Sydney for a year. I'm arriving on the 14th of july and hope to find a room quickly! I study modern languages so I speak pretty well english and italian (+learning russian) Looking for cool flatmates to be part of my adventure, discover the country and its culture!! I'm very respectful and openminded, can enjoy a quiet moment with a book as much as a night at a pub. I can be discreet at first, just let me a moment to adapt.
American girl on work-holiday. I'm always down to find local live music, roadtrip, drink and socialize, discover new cafes/good eats/breweries, hit the beach, etc. Ideally would love to live with guys/girls who are social and relaxed people who want to share some meals, chilled nights as well as go out and enjoy all the city has to offer! :) Currently work M-F days and will be studying CAD classes soon. Cheers.
