My name is Natalia, I'm 20 years old and I'm studying nursing. I love watching tv shows, reading books and cooking. I'm a really easy going, I'm looking for a place to stay for about 6 - 12 months. I work nights at a bar, from 8pm - 5am from Tuesday to Sunday. Mondays are my only days off so I'll be at home all day.
LOOKING FOR A (FURNISHED) APARTMENT/ROOM IN CENTRAL SYDNEY Hi, I’m a 34-year-old Finnish woman looking for an apartment/room for 1-3 months, starting from the end of January 2017. Long-term options (+1 year) are also welcome. I’d like to live in a shared house, but I’ll be bringing my cat along so I’d need the house to be pet friendly. My cat is super social and loves all people. Well at least a good scratch I’ve got a PhD in Genetics and I’ll start working at the Uni Sydney in the beginning of the February, and I’d like to live somewhere in a walking distance from the Camperdown/Darlington campus. However also other locations are possible if the commute is less than an hour. I’m a very social person and got (at least according to some people) a good since of humor. I love cooking and my favorite way of spending a weekend evening is to make some food with friends and enjoy it with a bottle of good wine. I’ll be shipping my stuff from Finland but since it takes at least a couple of months, I’d like the apartment to be at least partially furnished.
I am a 21 year old girl from Norway. As i am thinking about study on University of Technology Sydney in 2018, I am also looking for a place to live. I am a chill girl who likes to hang out with friends (go to cafes, restaurants, a walk in the park, sunbathing), watch series/chill on my computer. Also i want to do good in school, do my best, and I expect much from my self. When in Sydney of course i'd like too learn how to surf. Also i like a little party now and then, drinking with friends and going out. And i am just gonna throw in another couple of hobbies like reading books (while sunbathing), cooking (I loooove good food), shopping, explore, listen to music (expecially in the shower lol), and travel (one of the reasons i want to study abroad). If i have to describe my self i would use the words easy-going, kind, calm, positive and also i love to laugh (by insulting and using sarcasm, so be prepared) . I am definitely a summerperson. I love summer, sunshine makes me happy af. If you think we would be the perfect room mate couple, give me a sign!
We are a very nice couple, from south america, we are very quite as well, no parties, working every day even on weekends and we would like to meet a greats flatmates and friends, share drinks, dinners and have a good times in the house.
I am an outgoing, humorous character from Orange County, California. I work full time as a retail manager in a job I've had for over two years now. I love a laugh as much as an adventure and some of my favorite things to do are downhill mountain biking, sailing, and scuba diving. I'm a very tidy person and very easy to get along with. I'm looking at a minimum six month lease for my own room in a house with either a private bathroom or an ensuite ideally. I also have a car, so a place with a parking spot or easy nearby parking is strongly preferable.
I'm a Community Welfare worker who works full time Monday to Friday. I'm easy going, relaxed, have a good sense of humour and am respectful to others and believe mutual respect is extremely important not only when living with other people but just in general, I'm responsible and accountable, clean, non-judgemental to people's uniqueness, considerate and pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy going out on weekends and socialising with my friends and family or sometimes I just feel like having a quiet one and relaxing at home. I like to look after myself and like to exercise and eat well, not obsessive though as I do believe in enjoying life and do indulge in things that I find delicious such as chocolate and cocktails ( I'm not a heavy drinker though). I enjoy my privacy at times and am respectful to others privacy and space. But although I do enjoy my privacy I am not one to hide in my room when I'm at home and would love flat mates that I could actually be friends with, maybe even like family eventually. I'm looking to live in a all female flat and long term. I don't smoke and drink only occasionally and never heavily. If you would like to know more about me please get in touch (: Cheers Roxanne
Hey, I'm a web developer working in Redfern, looking for a room to rent from end of Feb / mid March. Would be nice to share with some sociable people but keep it fairly quiet during the week. I've moved around a lot between the UK, Canada, New York and Sydney so I've shared a lot of places :)
Hi, I'm Supriya. I'm a civil engineer in my twenties, working full time in the city in the financial services. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others. On weekends I spend time catching up with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. I'm looking for easy going, sociable and considerate people who take pride in their home and keep it clean and tidy.
Hey! I'm Julia and I'm a relatively recent Sydney-side convert from New Zealand. I've been here just under a year now and looking to find my first place to call home - I work full time in Research and Strategy at a Marketing agency based in Ultimo. I'm a down to earth character, I love being outdoors and active as much as I do having down time with good food and good company after a long day at work. I like making a home a place you look forward to going too. Hopefully I can get to see your place sometime soon!
We are looking to move into our new home in mid to late February 2017. David is an accountant who will start working in the cbd in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works part time in a law firm in the city. We are both from Newcastle originally and are moving to Sydney for David's work. Tegan currently lives in Sydney in the inner west. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be a good housemate (the basics, paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. We are interested in either the inner west or lower North shore close to a train station (less than 10 minute walk) and half an hour trip in total to the cbd to make those late work nights easy.
Hi! I'm Imogen, a 26 year old moving to Sydney from London and working in marketing. Looking for a relaxed place to call home. As i'll be new to the city it would be great to have flatmates who are up for the odd dinner/drink and keen to meet new people as well. I am, however, pretty independent and happy to do my own thing so would be respectful of your time/space. I'm active, love the outdoors and keeping fit. I also love food, cosy nights in and the odd night out.
My friend and I are looking to move in somewhere with our adorable 7 month old husky who is house trained, well behaved and generally lives outdoors. We are two english girls who are clean, tidy and full of banter.
We´re a couple of professionals (GP and pharmacist) from South America, working and studying in Sydeny CBD at the moement. We are easygoing, clean, friendly and helpful. Also, we enjoy outdoor activities, movies, travelling, cooking and a glass of wine once in a while with others, but we´re not party people.
Hey there! I recently moved to Sydney. I work full-time (at Zomato) in Sydney CBD. I'm hoping to live with cool people somewhere close to the city. I'm easy going, social, clean and I'd like to believe I'm fun. Hoping to live with people who wouldn't mind an occasional beer.
Hi I'm Ben, I'm a quiet, clean, easy to live with housemate. I work as a theatre technician and as such keep very irregular hours, often late night.early morning. Due to the hours I work I often spend more time out then in a house. I like to chill after work.
I am a traveller from Argentina Staying for a year in Australia hoping to find a job and live in Sydney por a couple of months. Keen to know new people and enjoy as much as possible. I am a very adaptable person, tydy discret, gentile and frontal. I like cooking and fitnes.
Laid back, busy, creative, open minded fella
Hello, I am Kory from Chile I am 25 years old and I am studying English in Sydney, I need a place to live for December 21st. I need a place for 5 months or more. This is my number if you are interested
Hi! I'm Maddie, I'm 23 and work full time as a physio in a hospital. When I'm not working, I enjoy heading out for good food, spending time with friends and relaxing with some Netflix. I'm a fairly quiet person, but I'm always up for a good chat and sharing a meal/drinks every now and then. I've perfected the art of cleaning up after myself so I'm nice and neat to live with, and I'm more than happy to share in cleaning and cooking as needed. I'm looking for a place to stay relatively long term so it'd be lovely to meet some house mates I can consider my house family!
I am a professional working 9 -5 on weekdays and want to get the most out of my weekends. very easy going and tidy enough to be your home mate. I am in to film-making and photography, so if you have similar interests or if you are in this industry, I will pay your rent too ;) (I hope you dont take it serious). I love having pet but I got allergic reaction to it so no pet please. I like to have party in occasionally and I am very open minded. do whatever you like as long as we have our own privacy and respect.
Originally from the Blue Mountains. Working in the CBD full time Mon-Fri 9-5. Respectful, quiet and easy going. Neat and tidy, I love music and spend a bit of time going out to see exhibitions, gigs. Also enjoy getting outdoors and being active as much as possible.
I'm looking for my new home, I am a friendly and British looking for somewhere accessible to Central Sydney. I have just moved across to Sydney with work after spending the last 4 years in Auckland as a HR professional. I am sociable, outgoing and keen to live with like-minded people, equally, I am respectful of other people's privacy and enjoy time to myself. At the weekends I tend to relax, socialise and enjoy the occasional dinner and drinks.
Hey I'm Rob, I've just finished high school and am looking to move into the city early next year before I start my Bachelor of Science at Sydney Uni. I understand personal space and the need for housemates to be respectful about noise and cleanliness. And while I don't currently have a job in the city I've already made sure rent funds are 100% in order so even if I starve, I'll still pay rent on time. Ideally I'd love to move in with other students who are keen to have a beer and a laugh after work or uni. You'll usually see me out and about roller skating with my sister, so give me a shout if I sound like someone you'd be interested in living with. Ps I can give you free lessons :D
I'm 22yrs old, supposedly will be back at uni next year, maybe not, who knows. I'm pretty happy just working at the moment so i'm not rushing back to uni just yet. I'm currently on the lease of a house near Crows Nest and I want to move closer to the city, but this means I know all the do's and dont's of housesharing - what you guys expect of subtenants and what a subtenant should expect of a tenant. I'm not super into going out but don't at all mind living with those who do. You can usually find me at work, attempting to alter/make my own clothes (with varying degrees of success), or roller skating around for some promo job (can offer roller skating lessons). I've become good friends with my housemates currently so I'm looking for a house where I can have a laugh with new friends and occassionally invite old ones around 🙂
We are looking for a room to rent in a 1 or 2 bedroom place. We both work full time and some weekends. Ideally we would like to live near Zetland, Camperdown, Rockdale, Wolli Creek, Revesby, Panania, East Hills, Holsworthy.
I am a professional engineer running my own business from overseas. For project work I need to stay in Sydney for a few months. I am a clean and tidy person, who has lived in share houses already. I ma not a party person but I am very social and love having a chat with anyone and do not mind having a Friday night drink either.
I am a respectful and easygoing person. I work and study a lot and so spend a lot of time at my computer but I am happy to have a chat or a game every now and then. I enjoy surfing, bush-walking and video games. I am open to sharing some food but would generally prefer that food is managed individually. I am looking for housemates who are also respectful and easygoing.
We are a young couple from Germany and Canada that are very active during the day and enjoy relaxing on the weekends. Julia works wherever her agency places her, whether it's in a festival selling ice creams or in a wearhouse sorting boxes out. Tom works for Deliveroo and enjoys working out in the morning. We have little to nothing in our backpacks and are planning to move to Tasmania in February for farm work. Until then, January being a superb month in Sydney, we are looking to spend much time outdoor and attend the festivals coming up! We are open minded people that like to laugh, we live in the moment.
Have been a Watchmaker for Richemont for nearly 10 yrs now and was transferred over to Sydney a year ago. Laid back, chilled guy who's edging to mid 30's but I'm young at heart. Enjoys a drinks and dance at weekends. During the week, it's healthy living of fitness, rest and the simple things. Likes to chill alone at times, unwind with some chilled music, some wine and happy to mingle. I do like to keep things clean and tidy, so other flat mates who share that & are respectable is a bonus, but you'll appreciate my OCD ways. Caring, considerate of others, loves making a place homely and welcoming. social, friendly, caring people wud be great so there's a good atmosphere in the home, but happy to respect people's privacy.
Hi There Potential roomies! So we're a couple in our 20's looking for an apartment/room share with a chilled out vibe Monday - Friday and a lively atmosphere come weekends. We both like having a drink, always up for a laugh but also quite reserved at times, we're both backpackers and looking to stay in the area for roughly two months, maybe longer. I'm a 27 year old male who loves sports, movies, tv shows, pub quizzes etc, I'm working in the charity sector over here but i come from a design background in the UK and Faye is 22, loves a good weekday G&T and is looking to work full time too.
Hi there, my name is Edan. I moved to the big city from the central coast one year ago and I am now looking for another place. I love to cook, go to the gym and relax after a day at work. I would love to check out your place if possible. Thanks
I'm 21, have just graduated out of uni and am moving to Sydney (from Brisbane!) for a new job. I'm responsible, considerate and currently trying to improve my cooking skills haha - Not a super party animal, but I'm friendly and don't mind a good time now and then ;) Am ideally looking for housemates who are also responsible and down-to earth~ Move in date is relatively flexible, with late Dec. preferred :)
Hi! My name is Steven, I am a dynamic and house-trained French teacher. I'm 23 yo, responsible, respectful and social (always up for a drink or a meal, I'd love my housemates to become friends!). I am ready to visit the room ASAP if you feel like my profil fits with your expectactions. Last thing, a contract till mid-April 2017 would be perfect. Thanks! Steven
Hi guys, pretty standard story really! - Work in finance in a 8-6 type role Monday to Friday. - Don't mind a cheeky drink after work with a couple of friends around town - That said, I much prefer to live in a home home, rather than house - if that makes sense? :) - Don't mind cleaning up for myself and am pretty neat and tidy by nature (within reason of course) - Weekends I typically am on the hunt for whatever sports is on - either playing or watching and enjoy being quite active. Other information Personal qualities I know what it can be like to live with people who can hijack a home when they walk in at the end of the day after work! I am pretty easy going and can just as happily share a beer and BBQ with whatever is happening that night in the house, as I can watching a movie and falling asleep by 7pm! Not the sort of person to leave their stuff messily around the home, ain't nobody got time for that! Food sharing and furniture I am really not minded. To be honest I dont tend to eat at home very often but when I do i'll grab something on the way home to cook. Would usually make a point of asking whoever is around if their keen on joining me. No pets.
Moving over from Perth in late December, I’m looking for a room/teamup for my early-thirties life crisis. 32 year old Chef relocating to continue a culinary education. Easy going, friendly, responsible and respectful, quirky but not overly weird (especially when tired), I will make best housemate for other under roof people. Enjoys cooking, drinking, sleeping, funny movies, 90s R&B, memes, hanging out the laundry, quoting the same line from Forrest Gump over and over, unsolicited 2am conversations, and helping people feel good about themselves. If this works for you then let’s see if it works for both/all of us. Laters sk8ters
I'm going to be working full time and I generally like having quiet nights, although I can also be very sociable with the people I'm around. It would be great to live with people I could potentially become friends with. I love to cook and I'm very clean too.
Hello there! I am Andrew, a business development/account manager who has just moved into a different industry. The new job is CBD based so i am looking to move closer to the city - currently I am based in the hills district which means I am spending more commuting than I'd like. I used to work in FMCG so have a pretty good knowledge of bars and restaurants in Sydney. I also like music, movies, conversation, .......the usual good stuff. If you think we'd be a good fit and like to know more drop me a line. Ideally I'd like to have something locked in by the end of 2016 and preferably sooner.
I'm almost 20 years old (Italian). I'm here with a WorkingHolidayVisa. I can describe myself as friendly, clean, respectful and open-minded. On one side, I'm a calm and private person so I won't be pushy towards other people. Love drawing.
Heya I'm Emily, i've recently returned from traveling around Europe and am looking for a place for the new year. I will be commencing my masters studying public health at Sydney university so ideally would like a place close to city or with good public transport access. I enjoy having chats with housemates around the kitchen with a few drinks but can also appreciate having alone time and personal space. I tend to go out with friends on weekends and attempt to keep active and enjoy the outdoors. During the week after work and study i tend to relax with some quality netflix time. As a housemate im clean, tidy and respectful. I appreciate a clean house but a few dishes arnt the type of thing to bother me.

I'm a relatively quiet, very chilled out, but sociable guy, especially after you get to know me. I like to have a few drinks and go out on weekends, but also I enjoy just chilling at home and watching Netflix and stuff, but I will also spend a fair bit of time studying, due to my full time work and study load.. Hi there! I recently moved back to Sydney and looking for a long term stay. I'm Dutch have a PR status and work full time for this awesome marketing and communication company. During the week I'm pretty serious, F45 and watching TV series. I try to live the Aussie lifestyle cause that's just the way you wanna live! In the weekend I usually go out with friends or trying to explore new bars and restaurants. I have lots of passion for music, particular in the (tech) house / techno scene and sports. There are couple of festivals that I would like to visit as well. I'm looking for an en-suite room and a flat mate who is easy to hang out with. I'm tidy and clean but not a cleaning freak. You will piss yourself laughing with me and you will have a great company to be around with! Speak soon. Kevin
