Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 25 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. I’ve just moved up from Melbourne to Sydney to study at USYD. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I also part take in the masochistic activity of learning Japanese 😭. I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I’m pretty flexible with locations, so open to anywhere in the city (though, I’m not keen on moving to Penrith).
I am a great mix of both respectful and fun. I love a good chat but also need time for my study (doing my final honours yr in occupational therapy). I manage one of the entertainment sections at Luna park and love working out! It would be a big win for me if you happen to have a garage in the appartment- I could pay extra and bring my gym equipment and set it up and you could use it 😉 win win right?
Hello! :) My name is Daria and I'm a 27yo Aussie from Brisbane who has recently moved to Sydney to take up a position with the ABC. I've recently returned to Australia from spending 2 years abroad living in London working for the BBC. I lived in share houses during my time in London and enjoyed meeting and living with people from all walks of life. *I am looking for a place to move into around the end of Jan/beginning of Feb and am currently flexible with dates.* I am a tidy, quiet housemate who is happy for a chat but will also respect personal space and the need for down time. I like to spend my time exploring new places, watching Netflix, reading books and catching up with friends. Whilst I have a lovely bunch of friends living in Sydney already I am more than happy to catch up with housemates over a drink or meal.
I am mature, female, clean tidy and quiet. I don't have any pets and not much luggage. ill will be working long hours in the city 6 days a week so will leave early and be home in evening. Looking for a double-bed room, ideally furnished, and with a stay of a minimum one up to six months. No shared rooms and not more than two mates please! Hi folks! Just moved to Sydney and looking for a spacious, tidy and good connected place to start writing another exciting chapter in my life. Apologies if the above sounded like a spiel but I guess, that's just the basics. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi, my name is Sarah. I’m a 30 years old French and NZ consultant in public affairs. Recently having moved to Sydney I am looking for a warm and clean place I can call home. Beach lover I spend most of my free time in the waves. Other hobbies include current affairs, going to the movies, gardening and photography. Traits: social, curious, outdoors person, clean, discreet & tidy.
Hey all, my name is Sean and I am a 27yo professional working in finance in Sydney CBD. I'm back on the flat-hunting situation as my old housemates went back to Norway and I've decided to give up our old grubby apartment in Elizabeth Bay in search for something new. A bit more about myself, I'm an avid traveller and have travelled to 70 over countries and its a dream to travel! I'm originally from Singapore and have lived in Australia for the past 4 years (Sydney for the last 2 years). I also love swimming (used to be a water polo player) / keeping fit and I try to eat healthy as and when I can. I am generally clean when it comes to the common areas and treat common areas with respect. As a working professional, weekdays are generally quiet but I'm always down for a couple of drinks to unwind after a hectic day/week. I've also had some amazing house sharing experiences and I'm confident house sharing again will not be any different! (Plenty of references from landlord / past housemates to vouch for that). Let me know if you think we make great housemates! Cheers Sean
I work in the music industry, so I'm both keen to bring you along to shows, and practically never around in the evenings. When I am home, I just want to have a breather and SLEEP. I don't cook much, but I bake a LOT and have mastered the carrot cake. I'm vegan friendly but will eat basically anything as long as it's healthy (so I won't steal your treats). I'm socially aware enough to know when you want to chat or grab a bite, or when you want me to leave you alone. I'm friendly and respectful. Oh hey, and also American (been here for 4 years so far)! I'm reasonably neat and have approximately 500 scented candles; the house will always smell delicious. I will lend you books and outfits. I will tell you how good you look. I will give you free advice that won't ruin your life. I will drink heavily with you when you are sad. I will drink heavily with you when you are happy. And I will remember your birthday.
Hello. I am a Swedish pharmacy-student looking for a place to stay when doing my master thesis at the University of Sydney. I am easy going, steady and like to keep things clean and in order. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, stolling around the suburbs and in the city (café, glass of wine etc), eating good food and occasionally go to the beach. I am looking for a private room, in a share house, preferably with my own bathroom but I am willing to share as well. Not too many flatmates.
Hey, I'm Emily. I'm an Aussie girl, working as a barista. Fun and easy going, looking for a nice clean place to call home :) I'm social and love meeting new people and having a chat but also love chilling in my room. In my spare time i'm usually with my friends and occasionally doing some yoga (although i want to do more so if you're looking for a buddy to motivate each other, I'm your gal). Looking for cool positive people to live with who will be more than just flatmates.
I am semi-retired, relaxed and easygoing. LGBT+ friendly. I love sailing and cycIing. I have eclectic tastes in food, music and movies. I am quiet but not shy, inclusive and supportive. I respect the privacy of others and won't annoy you when you need quiet time. p.s. I don’t have a dog anymore so if you do that is a bonus
