Hi, we're a couple from New Zealand, although we've been in Sydney for a couple of years now. I work for a bank and Hamish also works in finance but our hours are pretty standard. We've both been living in share houses for 7 years now so we know the drill and are very considerate, tidy and reliable. In my spare time I like to read, travel, try out new bars and restaurants, and I'm also into improv & comedy and a big TV nerd. Hamish likes sport, movies, skiing, fishing, boating...anything outdoors really. We are both easygoing people who are social and looking for some fun and friendly flatmates. We have our own bed and a washing machine and some other furniture, cutlery, kitchen stuff etc. but we can flexible about that if you already have stuff. We'd prefer somewhere longterm so put in 6 months but can be flexible.
I'm a professional 34 yr old. Looking for an unfurnished room for a few months. I'm friendly, love to cook and clean and would like to find a place that's neat and tidy. I do enjoy to socialise and have quite days. I do tend to sleep early these days, I keep to myself and am quite but love a good conversation. 😉
We are a portuguese couple that will be arriving in Sydney in mid May, to study and work. We are tidy, easy going and make the best lasagna!
Hello everybody, I'm currently living in SA and have just about had enough of this place frankly, I just cannot get work here to save my life. I live in a nice house that my parents spent all their money rebuilding, but I need to move out for my own good. I love Sydney and Melbourne and think its a good place to start. I'm pretty quiet overall, but have a better sense of humour than many and enjoy travelling and photography. I tend to prefer staying at home, I never have been and never will be of the "party type", its not for me. I'm an online gamer too and thus my only prerequisite is an immediate wired internet connection. I am ready to move at any moment's notice. Currently not working at the present moment but feel a change in scenery is exactly what I need to find something. Thanks, Anthony.
I am working fulltime in a media agency and I love what I do. I was living in North Sydney before but now I'd like to live on the other side of the bridge as I work at The Rocks and most of my friends live on this side. I love going out over weekends and exploring news places but I also like some alone time during the week. I lived for about 8 years in Melbourne before I moved to Sydney last year. Sydney has grown on me over the past year and I'm sure moving in with the right kind of people will make this experience all the more fun.
Hi, my name is Kirralee and I'm looking for a shared/private room. I am a student at unsw, so I would like a room in the suburbs surrounding there. I'm a quiet, non-smoking person and I'm respectful of other people and I'm neat and tidy. I don't party and I like watching movies, listening to music, and reading.
Hi there, so this is me :) - I am a morning person, like to be up early and go to bed at around 9:30pm during the week as I love my sleep - I dont watch much TV but read heaps and love listening to podcasts - I cook every night (paleo mostly but I also love a good brownie) and find it kinda meditative, even better with some good music to listen to - I walk a lot, like to go to the gym, do yoga and meditate in the mornings - I filter my drinking water and recently bought a really good shower filter as well (I am just not a fan of fluoride or chlorine :) - I am only using 100% biodegradable cleaning products without any toxins and love essential oils to make sure my room smells nice - Am I chatty? I'd say 50% of the time. For sure in the mornings, but sometimes just like to come home to unwind and read. - I love to watch comedy and am pretty good at dad jokes :) - I am an optimist and seek opportunities - I like to constantly learn and try out new things What I am looking for in a flatmate: - someone friendly and nice to not just share bills with but is also fun to be around with - someone funny, smiley and positive - someone with similar interests in health and exercise - Honesty - If you also love coffee and would like to go for breakfast on weekends, then I am sure we'll love each other Must have apartment features: - loads of natural sunlight - mould free - windows should shut properly - heating system - aircon or similar - balcony - my room should fit a queen, a chest of drawers and have a build in closet - internal laundry
Easy going, very clean and tidy. I work full time, study commercial cookery part time and on my free time I enjoy going for an outdoor gig or have nice drinks and food. I dont stay much at home, but when I come back tired from work I just want relax and recover for next day, so I am looking for flatmates with same intention.
I would like to share house with international people, a mixture of nationalities would be good, to practice the language, in my stay in Sydney I will be studying English and working. I am looking for a comfortable house, order and cleanliness will not be a problem, and plans for beer, travel, sports, bbq or party are welcome. I am 29 years old, I am a designer and I come from Spain. About the length of stay, my goal is a medium-long stay, but I can adapt.

Hi I'm Georgie, I'm looking for a room as I have just been offered a job as a recruitment consultant near circular quay. Open do different locations within 30 mins travel in the morning. I'm clean and tidy and respect others. As I am new to the city, any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm looking at arriving 21st June.
Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have 2 mini bunnies and soon to be a small dog. Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such unless have placed in a communal space. I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^
Hello I'm Mel 28years old hairdresser from the UK Im looking to rent a room in a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment or flat in Bondi junction, edgecliff,Bondi, centennial park .about me: I'm friendly, fun, tidy and I do enjoy a few drinks at the weekend, cooking, gym, travelling.
***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
