Hi, I work in a professional working at a university. I am super neat, try my best to be considerate and friendly. I generally keep to myself and between working and exercising, and meeting with friends outside, you probably won't see a lot of me. That said when I do see you I am always open to a friendly chat and a good cup of coffee.
Hey guys, Looking for a place for me and my fat, cuddly cat called Trips. I'll be moving to Melbourne from Brisbane around mid-June to start my Masters at Monash (Caulfield campus) so move-in date is relatively flexible. I'm super laid back and sociable, but can also really enjoy my personal time. I'm an Indonesian-Australian who grew up in France/Switzerland and love meeting people from all over. Looking for housemates that enjoy sharing a meal, a beer or a glass of wine (or three) from time to time and who can spark up interesting conversation! I'll be new to the area, so would definitely appreciate someone willing to explore Melbourne a bit with me! Send me a message if you think we'd get along! X
I am easy going and very easy to live with. I am reliable when it comes to rent and bills. I am an actor and I also work in a bar and in theatre production, so I am generally pretty busy. I am a very social person but I also love my down time too, I consider my life to be balanced. I am looking to move pretty soon so please don't be shy! :)
Hi there I am a 25 year old Australian relocating to Melbourne. I'm laid back, quiet and clean. I will be working nights in hospitality but are quiet when I arrive home. I am interested in most inner city suburbs and a lease of 3-6 months.
Hi! I'm a 28 year old working guy, coming back to Melbourne after spending some time travelling and working overseas. I'm a pretty active person, easy going, and respectful of others space and time. Please don't hesitate to get in touch. Cheers, Tom
I'm collaborative, friendly and like a laugh. I've got diverse interests from music, to art to Physics and Web design. I work as a contract Digital Marketer to big brands and small. I'd prefer to live with some people that I can be friends with, regardless of any testy moments we may have. I enjoy a wine with friends and flatmates but also some privacy. Please get in touch. Very best to you ! Mark
Hi everyone!! I am an Italian student who's currently undertaking a Master of Design at Monash Uni - Caulfield Campus for the 1st semester. I'm really respectful, clean and tidy and I do respect privacy. I had been working as an aupair in Sydney for 6 months so I do not mind cleaning or cooking. I am a really outgoing and openminded person: I like to socialize, have fun, go out for a drink or for a live concert. I love any field of art and I am always excited for organizing trips during the weekend. Although I am still focused on studying, I really want to take the chance to explore Melbourne and Australia. I need a private room from the 10th of May till the end of July. Contact me on 0416045430 ;)
Heyy, I am a pretty outgoing guy that that works hard and enjoys socialising on the weekends. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people. I have just been trekking in Nepal for the last month and now back in Melbourne to find a good crew to live with. I'm looking for like minded people that enjoy the occasional drink with their housemates. I'm a site manager for a construction company that mainly focuses on apartment developments. I really enjoy my work.
I'm a biomedical engineer moving to Melbourne for a new job and couldn't be more excited! I'm American - originally from Seattle but spent the past 5 years in the NYC area. I'm very clean and respectful. I love my work which means I keep quite busy during the week. I love to socialize, explore, meet new people and go out on the weekends. I'm not a party animal but always am up for some fun. Hobbies include yoga, going to the gym, reading, enjoying a glass of wine with friends :)
I'm a clean and tidy invidiaul who is easy-going and friendly. I respect personal boundaries and space. Originally from South Korea but lived in the Philippines for 10 years. So I'm quite multicultured. Enjoy making new friends. Rather go to chill bars or pubs than loud clubs. Been working in finance for some years so I know how to manage and budget my money. Just in case you have a doubt if I overdue, don't worry. That never happened. Will be in Melbourne on 26th of April.
I'm pretty relaxed and won't be someone who's in your face. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates here and there when I'm free whether that be going out for dinner and drinks or at home chilling out watching a movie. I have an active life and keep myself quite busy through my sport, work and friends. I love surfing in the summer and going to the beach. In the winter you'll find me playing football and going to training during weeknights. I have a corporate job in the city which can be fairly demanding of my time so when I'm not at training I'll often be working until around 7ish. My friends say I'm fairly outgoing and social. But I do enjoy my own company at times. That's about me in a nutshell :)
Important details: Dates - From immediately (or as soon as possible) until the end of May Preferred budget for the two of us (i.e., not per person) - $250/week rent only or $320/week including bills and wifi A little more about us: We are a chilled out, clean, tidy, and respectful Australian-Chilean couple. We're pretty easy going, happy to keep to ourselves and respect your privacy and equally happy to be social and share a meal and/or a drink or two with you. I'm originally from Brisbane and Marcelo is from Santiago, Chile. We have been living and working in Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, and Port Macquarie over the past few years together and this will be our first time living in Melbourne. We both love to travel, rock climb, hike, dance salsa, and relax with good food and a nice wine. We are also interested in languages; I speak some German and am learning Spanish, and Marcelo speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently. Marcelo is an engineer and will be working full time. He just started a short contract in the St Kilda area on April 19. I have not had a chance to find work in Melbourne yet, but when I am working, I work on public health projects or in the area of health promotion. (We don't know whether Marcelo's contract will be extended beyond May. This and the fact that I don't have work yet are the main reasons why we are looking for such a short lease and also why our budget is a little tight.)
Hey all! My name is Alisha, i am a 22 year old female currently working as a swimming teacher in Ashburton and in the process of becoming a primary school teacher (Deakin Burwood). I've lived in share houses for 3 years so I am young but well adjusted to living with other people and looking after the house. I'm clean and tidy and also come with a multitude of kitchen/homewares, some furniture and appliances if needed! I am sociable and like a laugh but also can keep to myself (I like to nap). Please send me a message if you have a private room around the areas I've mentioned! I'm looking to move around 27th May - 6th June before heading off to Vanuatu to teach for 3 weeks in mid June. I've got a place lined up with a family friend who's a fair bit older than me, but i'm looking to scope out whats around first. Shoot me a message!
I am a Sydney sider moving down to Melbourne for 3months for work. I work in television and will be based out of the Showgrounds, so ideally looking for something pretty close. I work fairly long hours Monday to Friday, but am very respectful of noise especially in the mornings, I love a sleep in as much as anyone though. I am a rare Sydney sider in that I love AFL and am looking forward to checking out some games whilst I'm down. Otherwise I'm clean, organised and easy going. I've lived in several shared houses, so am very aware of the different dynamics. I also have a loving partner I will be leaving in Sydney for the stay as well. She may come down to stay some weekends, if possible also. Anyway I hope you like what you read and have the perfect piece of Melbourne available for a few months. Cheers Aaron
Peter and I are coming over for a year on a working holiday visa on the 27th of April. We recently left our full time jobs back in London to travel round India, Sri Lanka and Bali and are very much looking forward to settling down in Melbourne for year to meet new people, get new jobs, work on our business plan while seeing what life's like on your side of the world... We're clean and tidy chilled out people looking fo a place to call home for 6-12 months
I'm not sure about the lenght of lease as it depends of personal reasons. It could be from a month to a year at least. I work full time and I love practising Yoga and cooking tapas and spanish food :-) . I'm not a party girl although I do enjoy a glass of wine and having a good conversation. I'd prefer to rent a room with my own bathroom and a big robe or space for one.
Hey Everyone, I am 25, working Full Time in South Melbourne. Looking to move closer to work and also have a fun life in closer to the city. I am very tidy, clean, respectful and fun to be around. My hobbies include watching AFL, checking out new bars, trying new food and just trying new experiences in general. Get in touch with me if you think I am lease worthy or team up worthy! :P Regards, Damien
We are Vanessa (29) and Konrad (32), we are in Australia since 2 1/2 years and stayed more or less all the time on the beautifule sunny coast :) We love nature, music, travelling, surfing, good food and lots more.. Now after all that time on the Sunshine Coast we need to check out Melbourne! We would love to find some people here to share travel stories, cook food with and discover some of the cool local spots. We like to go to parties from time to time (or festivals) but we also like to stay at home, cook some food together and have a wine or a beer maybe. We are clean but we don't have an obsession with cleaning so i think we fit with most people. I (Vanessa) work in Hospitality and Konrad is a Web Developer and works on a Permaculture website. We are interested in sustainability and natural living but we are still somehow city kids too ;) Looking forward to meet nice people!
Hi, I'm Adarsh, I'm 26 and work full-time (Mon-Fri, 9-5) as a Software Developer at a company situated in Blackburn. After work on weekdays, I tend to either chill (listen to music/watch a tv show/read a book), work on my side project or work out at a nearby gym. During the weekends, relaxing is my top priority but I also socialise with my friends, and go for my regular dancing classes. If you are looking for your future housemate to be up for a friendly chat, not pry on your affairs, have a laugh with and have a good taste in music, I'm your guy :D
Heyo! I'm a responsible and friendly young adult with a steady Job traveling to Melbourne from Vancouver, BC for a year long contract. I'm a glass half full kind of guy, educated, tidy and respectful of personal space. I would love to be friends or just flatmates, whatever's clever! I enjoy camping, cycling, food and drinks. I'm a great cook and a serious patio chiller. Gay friendly, please.
