I've just recently arrived here from New Zealand, and plan on being here long term. I work as a software engineer in Richmond, so a place nearby would be ideal. I'm looking for a chill place to live, where my flatmates actually hang out with each other, rather than just doing their own thing. I'm not just looking for a place to sleep, but a place to live. I really enjoy cooking, and especially BBQing, so a BBQ is a big plus. I enjoy spending time outdoors, I don't like being cooped up for too long inside. I enjoy bushwalking and pretty much any outdoor activities.
Easy to live with :) I'm professional, mature, responsible person, very friendly and into all kind of outdoor activities. I'm living a healthy lifestyle, into the gym and fitness. I've been living in Melbourne for the last 4 years, originally from Belgrade, Serbia.
Im a kiwi guy (34). Easy going, clean and tidy, respectful, reliable and prett laid back. Usually on the go most of the time if not at work, out exploring Victoria and checking out what other suburbs have to offer, gym, biking, hiking or with family/friends in my spare time. Work full time out of Fitzroy, non smoker. A social drinker
My name is Cian. I'm a 24 year old Irish male. I'm looking for a 2 month lease until I leave Australia at the very end of January. I enjoy playing football, a run and going to the gym. It's always more fun with a person or group. I'm extremely easy going. It takes quite a bit to get me annoyed. I'm organised, tidy and responsible. I'm also the worlds greatest dancer.
I am a professional in Social Media & Design, but working as a Waiter, sometimes Cleaner in 2 Casual companies... it's getting hard to get a job on my field but I keep trying! Currently living in a shared room in South Melbourne with my friend Lucas. He decided to move to a private room, so now I'm trying to get my own room too! I am 31 yo, very clean and tidy, those kind of guys who likes sharing a little talk, a drink or a meal with flatmates. I am living since April with a Working Holiday Visa that expires on April 2018...so I will stay till that date! This is not my first time living abroad sharing houses, I have been living in New Zealand and last year in Denmark! I expect a clean place surrounded with respectful and easy going people! If you would like some references from my current flatmate (male 40yo profesional - he has the lease) I can provide his phone number, he is more than willing to help me!
Easy going Scottish Couple, recently relocated from Sydney to Melbourne! Working full time and looking for a place we can call home and flatmates who can respect privacy but happy to have a drink or a bite to eat with too.
Hey guys, so I've been living in this amazing house in Richmond, with two other boys, ITS BEEN AMAZING! but we've all been kicked out because the land lord wants the house back... terrible, but what can you do. So after we all moved out I went to Europe for a few months. But enough about what happened, more about whats to come. Basically the usual stuff, i want some where I can feel comfortable, and get along with everyone, we had dinners together and always shared a drink on the roof, I find thats a really big part of living with people, sharing friends and drinks. I want to move into a house that has a similar vibe as this. Not overly complicated, and pretty chill when it comes to most things, love a clean house and enjoy having art and fresh flowers in the house. Looking forward to seeing what comes up!
During the week we are hardworking friendly couple. On the weekends we like to do stuff outside. :) We love funny tv shows and socializing! But we understand and respect privacy! We are tidy! Cheers, Mart
House trained, clean and respectful. I work days and nights, mostly weekends. I am totally respectful of my surroundings and the people around me. I'm pretty quiet although I do enjoy playing music on a beautiful day. I keep to myself at times but also enjoy living with people that are comfortable to become friends and do things together sometimes :) I don't like feeling as if I'm walking on eggshells in someone else's home. I can bring any furniture that you need as well. Things I love and will bring into the home: Techno, scented candles, incense, positive vibes, friends, happiness, red wine, food.
Im a Canadian who on a working holiday visa, excited for new adventures. I am a big beach bum who enjoys a good night out but also loves Netflix. Looking for a socialable, friendly house in Melbourne.
we are two easy going brazilians looking for a nice place to live. Both has a really good sense of humor and we love have fun together. Drink wine and cooking its always our choice for a Friday night but we like to go out sometimes for a few drinks. Both working Full - Time as a Waitress so you probably wont see us often. Tidy and clean person, we both like to feel at home.
Hey my name is Anna, i am currently looking for team ups to find an amazing home in the area's of brighton, malvern east, bentleigh, brighton east, highett, cheltenham, st kilda east or caulfield. i am a single 31 year old professional. i work full time in Albert Park as a head chef, so i can be quite handy in the kitchen ;). my job can be quite hectic at times, i work a lot of weekends so i usually get my days off during the week, but i do get the odd weekend off too :) i have 2 small adorable dogs aged 4, a pug & a frenchi. The pug is female and her name is pickles. The frenchi is male & his name is Pedro, they make the best housemates and are the best company, so teaming up with people who love dogs is a must. On my days off i love heading out to discover the newest of Melbournes cafe culture to keep up with Melbourne's ever growing food trends, i love a wine when out for dinners too & taking the pups out on their daily walks, any other spare time i get i'll be out at the farmers markets or South Melbourne market, i only work 2 minutes from their so i am there quite often too. i enjoy my fitness, i love training boxing/ kickboxing. i have been doing this for 6 years now and love it. i only do it for the fitness aspect though so no professional fights for me haha. i am looking for professionals aged between 25-35 non smokers & sorry no couples my budget is around the $300 i am looking for 2 other people to share a home with, with a budget of minimum $275 onwards would be good. i am looking for nice big types of homes that are 3-4 bedrooms with possible 3 bathrooms. i enjoy living with housemates but it's nice to also have your own space so getting a house with privacy and separate living area's is important too. the places i am looking for are around the $800 - $950 (big places) i am currently living in cheltenham in a 3 bedroom place with my best friend but she is moving into a one bedroom place. i have a whole house of nice furniture that i have collected over the past 3-4 years. so i have everything we would need for the home. i am a very house proud person, i enjoy nice things, so looking for a place we can call home, not a party house. if this team up sounds like the type of home you would like to live in, i would love to hear from you :)
Recently relocated from Sydney to Melbourne (used to live here years ago). I'm a creative type, I work as a storyboard artist and production designer for films and television. Originally from Ukraine, grew up in Canada, been here for 8 years (I'm pretty much stralian mate). Looking for some chilled out folk who enjoy a good whiskey and movies, as well as getting out and finding cool little dives. I'm very clean, I keep to myself (if I'm working) but will be very sociable too. I love pets and have no issues with smokers :) Looking for 4 months rent minimum with the possibility of staying longer (if my film work doesn't drag me to some far off land).
Recently moved from London, used to live in Australia for 3 years. Very tidy, clean and respectful. Enjoy socialising, reading, outdoors, lead healthy active lifestyle. Travelled for most of my twenties, very easy to get along with, enjoy meeting people and have a genuine passion for life. Look forward to sharing a house with awesome like minded people.
Hey my name's Dom, I'm 26 and currently working full time at a school in the CBD. I'm looking for a place to stay until May 2018 as I'll be heading off to Europe for 6 months! I'm a fun easy going guy, like to go out and socialise, tidy and organised but not OCD level, respectful of personal space and easy to get along with. I'm a pretty good cook too! Most weekends I'm out and about going hiking, camping or filming during the day then socialising with mates at night. Week nights are pretty low key with the occasional beer after work. Looking for a place with easy public transport to the city & to live with someone who enjoys a drink and a laugh from time to time!
Hi! I'm looking for a nice place to live in the CBD, Melbourne. I'm a 19 y/o girl from Germany. People say that I'm a uncomplicated person. My hobbies are baking cooking, meeting friends, and back in Germany I play field hockey. sport is quiet important for me. Currently, I work in "Gelateria in the Docks".
Hey guys, just a friendly chick here looking for a place to call her own. I’m very clean so don’t worry about me making any mess :) Would be a roomie that is welcoming, friendly and fun, but also respectful of space. Currently working part-time in hospo and am going to start study next year. I'm a mean cook, love to travel, drink loads of T2, read books and go to music festivals in my spare time. I’m pretty much 20 going on 30. Oh and I adore animals. If you think I'm the potential roomie for you, feel free to drop me a message :)
Hi everyone, I'm Serene! I've recently graduated from UQ, and I'm stoked to be offered a full-time graduate position at a firm in Melbourne. The position starts in January, so I will be looking to move by the end of November this year. I've rented before, so I'm familiar with the basic expectations regarding flat sharing. I'm happy to say that I: - Pay my rent on time; - Respect my flatmates' personal space; - Respect my flatmates' property and belongings (I don't use people's things without permission); - Am considerate, and communicate plans that affect my flatmates to them well ahead of time; - Am clean, tidy and responsible with my own space. I have an adult cat that I will be bringing over to Melbourne. She is well-trained, well-groomed and have had all her vaccinations done. I clean her litter daily, and will be responsible for her food and health. Please reach out to me if you're looking for an experienced renter or if you're a cat lover!
Hi, Im Maria, 28 yo from Israel. Came to Melbourne to sense the city, live and work here. I'am friendly, clean and easy going. Currently looking for a job
I'm 34 and I work part-time in a chocolate shop, therefore chocolate is always finding its way home and I'm happy to share. I'm also studying part-time at Monash Caulfield, working towards a degree in marketing/stats/psych. I do my studying at home but usually have study music playing or headphones in so the noise of daily life doesn't bother me. I tend to keep to myself but I'm always happy to have a chat or grab a bite to eat. I've lived in a couple of share houses so will respect privacy, be courteous, and pay bills/rent on time. That's also what I'm looking for in potential housemates. I'm easy going and will clean up after myself, but also happy to commit to a cleaning roster if the house has one. I go salsa and Latin dancing a couple of nights a week. I enjoy reading, writing and going to see movies. Netflix is another love of mine, and I'm partial to the Food Network. I enjoy coming home after work and having dinner while watching the Food Network. I like to explore VIC on the weekends I'm not working, particularly as the weather starts getting warm again. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for at least a year, and am looking for a homely environment as opposed to a party house.
From SA but currently living in Melbourne for work. I am a quiet person who is a bit of an introvert, loves to clean, very respectful of others space and spend most of my free time studying. I go back to Adelaide as often as I can to see family and friends. My biggest fault is that I am a little bit fussy about bathroom and toilet areas. I don't mind sharing these facilities but expect people to be an adult about it and clean after use. Where I share at the moment I am having to clean up after two others and a bit over it. I would love my own bathroom. I need a car space and would like somewhere where I can walk to public transport as I work in the city. Love animals and don't mind if you have a furbaby.
Hi, I'm Amelia and I'm looking for a room in Melbourne to rent. I'm 22, I work as an accountant full-time and also study law part-time. I am a good housemate as I am easy going, friendly and respectful. I'm very clean and always contribute to maintaining the household. If you're interested in having me as your housemate, please get in touch.
