I'll be studying in Melbourne this semester from the United States. I love to meet new people and I'm always looking for an adventure. Shoot me a message if you want think we may be a good fit or want to have a chat.
Really friendly, outgoing, laid-back, clean and easy to live with! Just got to Melbourne and your place looks amazing. I'm really chilled out, like to hang out, cook some nice food once in a while, Netflix binge watching, listen to all types of music and have some beers but also have my private time once in a while! Really easy to live with can be sure!
Hello! I am looking to move into a new home from end of Jan/Feb. Ideally looking be looking to stay 12months or so. I work full time in HR for a professional services firm. I like my down time, exploring coastal tracks, getting out and about to the odd party or two and going to fun Melbourne restaurants. I am social but also like doing my own thing too. I have enjoyed living with housemates who are up for the occasional dinner together.
Hey! I'm Dylan and have recently relocated back to Melbourne for uni after spending 12 months working in Brisbane. I'm looking for a place for at least 6 months. I consider myself a clean and tidy housemate, so a clean place is favourable. A secure carpark would be ideal. If I'm not studying, you can find me either playing/watching sport or checking out local bars/cafes. I'm quite social, so I'm more than happy to hang-out with those I live with. Send me a message if you think I will fit the vibe of your place!
Hey there, My name is Ally. I have an easy going nature and think that i am fairly easy to live with because i am considerate of other's around me. I am clean and tidy (I do my dishes once i have finished eating!) enjoy socialising but, also my own space at times. I am respectful of other's privacy and their wishes/wants of what they would like their own home environment to be like too. Personally, I like my home to be a chill out zone, where i can come back after a long day during the week and just relax in a quiet, relaxed environment. Weekends i don't mind socialising a bit more and having one or two friends over but i certainly don't go overboard and turn it into a party and most of the time i prefer to head out somewhere anyway to get out of the house. I enjoy swim training, gym, basketball and any outdoor activities, just generally keeping fit each day before or after work/Uni is a part of my daily life. I enjoy relaxing at the end of each by watching Netflix or having a good chatt with friends. I am currently back studying at Deakin Uni for a career change and work PT. I like to keep busy and moving forward and on with thing's in life as i am very goal orientated. I would prefer to live with a female around my same age group (though i am open to possibly living with a male) so that we're likely to be on similar wave lengths with what we would both like our home environment to be. I am rather urgently looking for a housemate as i have found a great house for rent opposite the Yarra River in Warrandyte. It's a two story, three bedroom, two bath (including spa) so that we both have our own bathroom's and space. Floorboards are throughout and there is a huge balcony, table and chairs to lookout onto the gorgeous Warrandyte scenery. The house is less than a minute from the row of shop's so convenient too!. I have plenty of photo's if your curious as i inspected it today (22 Jan) and it certainly is one that will be snatched up quickly as it's a bargain price for the space/view and location that you get with this property. Please, let me know if you have any question's or your perhaps interested i would love to hear from you!! :)
Hola! I am moving to Melbourne with work sometime in February. The date is flexible and depends on when I can find somewhere to live. In regards to the house, I am not that fussy, so long as it is in a good location and clean with minimal clutter. If the bedroom was furnished that would be great but if not I will be able to organise my bed to come down with me. If the house has a pup, that would be an absolute added bonus haha. In regards to the housemates, I am just looking for housemates that are social but also value their downtime... I am relatively social but I definitely need my "Clare time" haha. I have the normal boring day to day hobbies - gym, getting outside into nature whenever I can, anything that involves yummy food. I am definitely over my 'party' days, but I still enjoy a couple of beverages on the weekend. Last year, I was studying full time and have half completed my masters. I am hoping that I will be able to pick up a course at a time at Monash uni to keep that going.. so if all goes to plan, I will also be studying part-time. Cheers, Clare
I am a full-time student of Monash Caulfield completing a masters in IT. I work part-time at an IT company. I like to keep my surroundings clean and ensure to clean up after my meals etc- apart from this, I am a chilled housemate, who likes to unwind by cooking and good music. I am comfortable with pets and love to tend to plants/gardens during my free time too.
I am going to be studying at Swinburne University and working casually also. My partner, Daniel (20) is going to be studying full time and working casually also. We are looking for a room in a share house preferably with non-smokers. We are otherwise pretty flexible. We are both chilled people, love socialising, binge watching netflix and cooking yummy food!
Hi I'm Martin. I work in financial services and like to make the most of Melbourne! In my spare time i like to go out in nature, or hang in trendy brunch places. I like to gym and keep active. When I'm at home I keep it low key. I'm looking for a place to call home, where we speak openly with each other and share space respectfully and like adults. I rely on my car for work, so it's important to have on site parking or at least a permit. One day I'd like to get a dog or cat but only in the right circumstances.
We are a young hardworking professional couple who just moved to Melbourne. Tom (24) works as a Marketing Coordinator and I (23) am an Executive Assistant. We love talking politics and philosophy in our spare time. Tom reads a lot and I play music.
I am Margherita, Italian, 33 years old. I work full time (photographer and admin for a homewares importer) and I have a permanent visa. I am into everything really, travelling, pottery, cinema, psychology, art, languages, food, comedy, nature ... definitely not a gym girl but I bike ride to work. I have few plants I would like to bring with me, all in pots, they are beautiful and well behaved 😅 I have shared few houses in the last 15 years and I have travelled a fair bit. I am pretty easy to leave with. No smoking. Let me know if you want to know anything else about me. I am free after 6.30 most nights, or during the weekend for inspection. I can move in anytime. Looking for a private room in shared house. (no sharing room). Nice, friendly, clean and respectful housemates happy to go out for a movie or dinner and open to a chat. ( no couples or family) No gender preference. Happy if there are cuddling pets around. Ciao

Hi! I'm currently a student at the University of Melbourne completing my final year of studying Economics. After uni, I hope to work in research or for an organisation with a focus on social justice. Looking for a place fairly close to uni melb, as I can't wake up early enough to make it to my morning classes :( I work part-time in retail but in my spare time I love to watch netflix (currently binging Bojack Horseman), read or bake (I can make great choc chip cookies!) I'm a very chill and friendly person and am very respectful of others' personal space and keeping the house tidy. Please message me if you have a place available that you think would suit me!!!
I’m a full time BSc honours research student, in my early twenties, starting this year at the University of Melbourne and St Vincent’s hospital. I’ve just recently completed my undergraduate in biomedical science at UQ in Brisbane. I’m fairly experienced in share houses, having lived for the past two years with both genders and people from a variety of cultures. I’m looking for a relaxed and easy going environment to finish my busy year ahead. Always happy for a bit of banter and to socialise; whilst also respecting others privacy.
We are a couple in our 30's in our second year here in Melbourne. Pamela, is a graphic designer / barista and becoming a pottery artist. Diego, is doing a masters at RMIT in Urban and Environmental Planning. Both of us hold part time jobs. We both are always trying to travel more and to meet new people. We both enjoy being active and sharing beers &wine. We love dogs! We are a chilled and relaxed couple looking to share a beautiful, spacious place with lots of natural light (from the 13 th February). Let us know if you want to team up, if you have a sharing house / apartment, or if you are keen to share a nice place with a couple !
Hey - I'm Emma! I'm a 31 year old Graphic Designer & Photographer from the Gold Coast and relocating to Melbourne to further my career. I've lived on my own and in share houses for the last 10+ years, so am well house trained, respectful and clean. I like to have some down time, but am also very social. I only know a handful of people in Melbourne so will be looking to meet new people and get out and about as much as I can. I love travel, photography, yoga, board games (Pictionary is my speciality!), good food, design and drinking the occasional cider.
I'm Alla, 28, working full time as a Legal secretary in docklands. I have a 3 year old Samoyed named teddy that would be joining me. Very laid back, clean and quite sociable. Just look for anywhere that will accommodate Ted and I.
Hello everybody, I am a 25 years old guy from Turkey who is working full time as an electrical engineer in the city centre. I am looking for a new place. Even though I enjoy being in my room and watch the Office for the thousandth time, I wouldn't say no to any invitations for any activity, and you'll like me more in time as I may seem like a little bit shy at first. I always keep my surroundings clean and can cook great food if a recipe is within my reach. Inner city areas are my likely preference, but I'll still consider any other place if it's close to the public transport. Pets are big plus. Cool household is even bigger plus. Preferably: West Melbourne, North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Richmond, Abbotsford, Hawthorn, Footscray Less preferably: Brunswick, Clifton Hill, Coburg, Maribyrnong, South Melbourne, Burnley, South Yarra, Port Melbourne Private messages are always welcomed. Don't you wish your housemate was cool like me?
Hi! We are two Swedish medical students here in Melbourne on an exchange trip. We’re looking for a place until the end of May/early June and would love to live with a bunch of other people in a sharehouse. Victor is a big tennis player, I like to run and listen to Pink Floyd (sometimes at the same time), we both like red wine and good coffee and would love to end up with a group of people who like to go out for drinks or surf or grill or whatever! We also offer free medical advice where applicable! (NB we’re not actually a *couple* so looking for our own rooms!). All the best! Isabella and Victor
I'm looking for a place for Minnie (my 2kg chiuhauha) and I. Very easy going, I'm a veterinarian and a yoga teacher and the dog is very friendly. We both came all the way from Brazil. :) I would love to have at least a small balcony for Minnie to take sunbaths. But if you don't have that's not an issue. We are ready to move!
hey! my name is Carmen, i am 19 years old and on a working holiday visa. i have been backpacking through Australia for the past months but for now i would like to stay in Melbourne a bit longer. i have been in hostels my whole trip so a more private room or place sounds amazing to me right know. my intentions are also getting work (full time) so i'll be out most of the time. this doesn't mean that i wouldn't like to get to know you better. going for a drink, play games or just watching a movie sounds lovely (: and if not i'll manage on my own. i'm quite creative, love drawing and music and i still have to see the whole city so planty to do !
Hello, I arrived from the Gold Coast on the 19th of Jan and now looking for a new home. Looking around Richmond/ Prahran/ St Kilda areas. I will be working full-time as an engineer for a construction company, so I won't always be at the house using utilities. I am a social bloke that is always down for a chat, although I enjoy my downtime and respect everyones privacy. I am clean, tidy and very easy-going. I like going to the beach, don't mind the occasional beer now and then, I go to the gym most days and love coffee. If there is anything you want to know feel free to swing me a message, Cheers!
This is Cath, 21, female, from Vietnam. I'm studying full-time (3rd year) in Melbourne and just returned from my exchange in Denmark. Probably will find a part-time job soon so basically I will be quite busy during the day. I'd describe myself as quiet but love to have a chat when people are around. Big fan of music, books and movies. I like both cooking and going out for meals. I don't smoke and I drink responsibly. I'd love to have flatmates who keep common areas clean, doesn't really matter if your room is not because I respect your privacy. It's great if we can get along but also ok if you'd like to keep to yourself, as long as we can work out any problems arise.
