Hey guys, i'm currently looking for an apartment asap, preferably for a short term stay (1 month) to coincide with a work contract. I work full time in the city so keep pretty quiet during the week. I'm looking for somewhere tidy in a laid back atmosphere. If you have anything that might be a good fit please let me know as i'm looking immediately. Cheers!
Hi! I'm Amira, I'm a 19 almost 20 year old girl from northern Italy and I'm taking a gap year before starting university. I will begin my working holiday in Melbourne in december and I'm looking for a room in an already existing shared apartment if possible. I consider myself as an open-minded and easily adaptable person, I like to go out and have fun but I also need a lot of time to stay on my own and focus on things that matter to me. I like animals and mostly everything concerning nature, reading and photography. Please feel free to message me if you have any offer that could meet my needs, thanks.
I'm a singer/actor from Perth and just moved to Melbourne a couple of days ago. I'm fun, easy going and friendly. I love singing, acting, watching movies, netflix, travelling, and hanging out with friends. Hoping to find a place close to the city.
Hi! I am Jacqueline! I've recently relocated to Melbourne after living in Newcastle for a full time position at a local university. I am looking to live with other people with a similar Monday-Friday schedule. In my free time I like to get out and explore the city, nature, art and any activities over the weekends. I also like be social, have a laugh and hoping to make some new friends with my roomies but I am also respectful of others time and space. If I sound like the type of roomie your seeking please get in touch!
I'm very down to earth and enjoy my own space. I love dogs and games. Dont mind to chat over drinks. I'm a student at William Angliss and love to cook during my free time :)
I am a final year industrial design and engineering student, just back from exchange in the Netherlands! I've got a stable income, and I'm looking for housemates who actually want to hang out, and cook together (I love cooking delicious food, especially Indian and Italian food), but also who respect everyone's privacy and allow for time to ourselves as well. I keep my living spaces clean, and would love to live with people who do the same :) I'm a social guy, and for fun I love to hang out and have a laugh with my friends, play Ultimate Frisbee, cycle, read, travel, jam to good music (I can sing, and play piano/ukulele), watch Disney movies, dance, etc. :) I love learning new languages and learning about other people and cultures (I have friends in 45+ countries), so I am super keen to practice my Portuguese 🇧🇷, Mandarin 🇨🇳 and Italian 🇮🇹 - if you speak any of those languages, muito bem! / 太好了! / perfetto! 😊 My engineering degree is in sustainable systems, so I'm pretty eco-conscious. I don't have any dietary requirements, however I generally cook vegetarian food because I love being creative with what I'm whipping up in the kitchen! I love riding my bike everywhere (it was one of my favourite things about exchange), so I'm looking for a place in a bike-friendly suburb.
Hey guys, I'm Claire, 25 years old and looking for somewhere to move from November onwards! I'm currently working as a Nutrition Scientist at Monash University (but will shortly be moving onto my PhD- dread). I'm looking for a place to call home and not just somewhere to stay. I'm a positive, enthusiastic person who likes to keep things tidy and maintain respect for others and their space. I'm also in a long-term relationship so out a night or two each week. Besides that I have a few other side hustles (in a band, casual fitness instructor) that keep me pretty busy. I'm always down for brunch, Netflix and a cuppa (/wine) though! Would like to establish a relationship with my future housemate/s, but also be able to be independent, too :)
I am a 25 year old engineer from Adelaide and have recently moved to Melbourne for work. I've lived in a number of share houses before, and am neat, tidy and respectful of people's space. I enjoy cooking, if you like to share the occasional meal, otherwise I am happy to do my own thing. Ideally I would like a flatshare in an apartment close to the city with gym facilities either in the building or nearby.
Hey there! I’m an 18 year old bartender looking for a place to stay for under 6 months, starting after the end of September. I’m vegan and I meal prep a lot, I do yoga (very badly- probably would just call it fancy stretching) and I love cross country running. VERY passionate about music and I love going to gigs with my friends. Looking for housemates that are friendly and social but also respect personal space. I’m a very tidy person and would like to live with others similar. I’m also queer so do not message me if that doesn’t float your boat.
Hey! I am 23, from the UK, full time professional working in TV sports broadcasting and on the side I am a wildlife film maker. I am looking for a modern room in the Prahan, Windsor, St Kilda and South Yarra areas, preferably sharing with 20-30 year olds and walking distance to Chapel St! I am friendly and sociable (particularly partial to a brunch or three) whilst also enjoying my own down time and respecting people's privacy. I play hockey and keen on fitness and cooking (and art!).
Hey guys, I am a Lecturer at RMIT university and look for a temporary accommodation from early October to mid December till my family join me from Brisbane. I spend most of the time at work from Mon. to Fri. and catch up with friends, play soccer, etc. during weekends. I consider myself as a very organized, tidy and neat person who always clean up after himself. Look forward to hearing back from you soon! Cheers, Omid
Hi, I'm Patrick. I'm an engineering/computer science student studying at Swinburne. I'm a tidy person that doesn't make a mess. I'm out of the house most Friday nights with friends, and occasionally spend the weekend out camping as well. I don't mind having a chat or joining a group meal. I'm looking for a no drama longer term living situation. I ride a motorcycle, so off street parking (preferably out of sight) is a plus. I've been living in a share-house in Blackburn for the past 15 months, and am only moving out to find a place closer to work and uni. I have some furniture I can bring with me, including a dining table, spare bed, mini fridge, and a compact BBQ.
Hi, I’m Jamie, I’m 30 from Ireland and have just started working full time in Melbourne at a Branding agency as a web developer. I’ve been in Australia since January, previously living in Sydney for 8 months and working there. I've lived with many people over the years and know how to be respectful and tidy. I don’t smoke, work all day and relax evenings during the week and enjoy being social experiencing Melbourne at the weekends.
Relocating from Perth to Melbourne for a Job. Looking for genuine housemates and friends. I am an extroverted- introvert, therefore I like to be sociable, but I also require some downtime and will respect your privacy. Looking forward to exploring Melbourne and going with the flow.
I am very organized and like to keep my home clean. I always clean up after myself in common living areas. I am new to Melbourne, from Canada here on the working holiday visa so I am hoping to not be spending too much time at home. I would like to meet cool new people and explore the country while having a nice place to go back to and relax and sleep.
Fresh to Melbourne, lived in Brisbane my whole life but am super keen to be starting a new chapter in my life working with Toni & Guy in south Yarra. I’ll be working full time so you’ll only see me at night most of the time. Always up for a good time although appreciate my alone time usually watching Netflix or reading/listening to music! Pretty laid back, like to go with the flow of things and keep everything clean and tidy. I used to study fashion design so let me know if you want any custom made clothing babes xo
Hey there, my name is Jordan Flight and I’ve recently moved down to Melbourne to start studying at Uni, and I’m looking for a place to settle down. I’m a 19 year old male from the Byron Bay Area, who is studying a degree of Film and Television at Swinburne University. I would consider myself very responsible and respectful as well as a tidy person, and also sociable and easy to get along with. My interests include film, travel, photography, music, personal fitness and food. If your interested please free to message me at any time and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, I’d love to check out your housing. Thank you.
I'm from Austin, Texas, and I love live music and arts. I'm often found hanging out at coffee shops, at gigs, or in parks. I enjoy photography, writing and living an active/healthy lifestyle. At home I'm happy to socialize and share a meal or a movie with flatmates, but usually like alone time when I'm at home in the evenings. I'm also very tidy!
Hi I'm Lockie, I'm 24 and I work full time as an electrical apprentice based mostly in the city/airport. I work pretty early hours, typically starting around 7am and finishing around 3pm. During the week I typically like to chill at home with the occasional dinner/mid week drinks with friends. I do try and visit the gym enough to justify the cost of it as well so I can be out of the house a bit. Weekends are spent usually out with friends either going to bars or just hanging out. Pet friendly, especially with cats. I consider myself to be a pretty clean person and while my cooking skills are pretty sub par I'm always willing to help in the kitchen where I can and maybe learn a thing or two. I do love music so I'll often be caught with my headphones in or playing tunes through speakers but I do respect noise levels. Always up for listening to new stuff with housemates I'm a good communicator and a strong advocate for dealing with problems like adults before they snowball. I have massive respect for people's privacy and need for their own space but would also love to sit down and chat/hang out with my future room mate/s. I have been known to talk a lot.
Laidback, happy person , enjoy cooking for myself and anyone I'm around. Enjoy a nice glass of wine over a good chat and a card or board game. Very openminded person ,Good sense of humour (I think) and don't take many things too seriously so I'm open to a good debate and listening to people. Work full-time as a manger in a restaurant in the cbd but have reasonable hours concidering my line of work
