Hi! I’m Amy, looking to make the move to Melbourne from NSW as I have finished uni and will be starting a full time job mid February. I am respectful of others personal space and have lived out of home before. I enjoy travel, exercising, being social and embracing the outdoors, as well as enjoying some quiet time when it’s needed. Please contact me for any questions or if you’d like to work something out!
I'm a generally affable duffer. Clean, reliable, genuinely enjoy hanging with housemates, without being intrusive. Moving to Melbourne for psych honours, so I'll probably have my head in a book 23hrs a day...otherwise I like watching, and occasionally playing, live music. Desperately seeking a room and am super flexible at this point. Cheers!
26 & Full time teacher - teaching in Albert Park in 2018 Like to keep fit and play sport on weekends Have trainings a couple nights a week and usually at the gym straight after school on other nights of the week. Fairly social, and happy to spend time watching tv/ chatting over dinner on school nights. Weekends I’m fairly busy with sport or catching up with friends, but in saying that I sometimes am more than happy to have a chill Saturday day night in! Reasonably handy in the kitchen and certainly not foreign to using a vacume or cleaning & tidying. Ideally I’d like to live in a reasonably social & easy to get along house with people of similar interests, however I get not everyone loves their sport! Feel free to send me a message if you think I’d be a good fit for your place!
Hey everyone, so, quick facts about me, I'm from Malaysia, turning 23 this year, a soon-to-be RMIT (city campus) undergraduate, will be majored in Communication Design. Looking for a place where I can call second home in the next two years of my stay. I will be moving in on 23 Feb (Friday), preferably a fully furnished private room with window and air-con. To describe myself, easy-going, independent, adventurous, animal lover, and always up for good movie /coffee. I had lived and studied in Singapore for three years, there shouldn't be a problem getting along with housemates. Do hit me up if you'd like to know more about your future housemate (aka me).
Hello Melbournians, I am 20 years old and work at the Corner Hotel in Richmond. It’s a casual position but I’ve been there for a year now and have a consistent workload. I am also a full-time student studying photography and Mandarin at RMIT. For the past year I have lived on my own in a Student Housing apartment right near Prahran station. The reason I want to move out is because rent is just a bit too expansive for me, at $235 a week. Have been looking for a place this past month and just haven’t had much luck. I’m a pretty chill guy and who respects others privacy. Would love to find a place with some cool creative people who love to chill out and have a drink or two. I also clean up after myself. I am far from a neat freak but I do hate living in a mess. Ideally, I’m looking for a place close to some form of public transport. I don’t have a license yet so basically dependent on the PTV, although I do have a bicycle which would be fun to cruise around with if you have one! If I tick any of your flatmate boxes, please don’t hesitate to shoot me a message!
I am looking for a shared accommodation in the Melbourne area (less than 10 km from CBD). I am a 28-year-old female from Europe studying and working, so I am looking for a place to study and relax. I am not looking for a party house, just a place where I will feel like home. I am quiet and always clean after myself, I do not smoke. On my days off I like to go out for a walk, go to the gym, watch Netflix and read. I also love animals so this is not a problem if you have nice pets to share the flat with. I work in hospitality so I will leave home early and come back late. I am looking for a place around 140-170 dollars a week, bills and internet included, and will be able to move in around 20th February or later. I'd rather share a room with a female. Please email me if you have a place to offer and I will get back to you. Cheers !
I am an uncomplicated and tidy person, I like going exploring, doing sports or going to the park just to relax or read a book. And I also love to be in company for a chat and maybe to have a glass of wine or beer. I'm looking for a shared flat in Melbourne as I live and work there. I come from Germany and I love to travel. I'm always happy to exchange travel experiences. Dont hesitate to contact me if you have a nice flat to share and or if you have any questions. I'm excited to hearing from you. Cheers Susi
Friendly, honest, clean, enthusiastic and active ( cringe - writing this is the worst!) . Lived in Melbourne for 5 years then went back to NZ for 1.5 years for a work contract, but now I'm back. I like to get out and about doing exercise things, walking, exploring or some sort of activity with friends and having a place that I can feel comfortable to have friends over for a dinner, board games etc now and then . Occasionally like to have a night out but more often than not I'm pretty low key and enjoy relaxing, cooking, watching tv, movies and reading while at home. I work full time as a Project Manager and also own a businesses on the side with my best friend so I'm quite busy. I also have a long distance boyfriend who lives in NZ so I'll sometimes be away over there and he will occasionally visit me in Melbourne. I'm really just looking for a nice home to share with good people that enjoy some banter and a living in a homely, welcoming atmosphere.
My name is Ari, and I am moving from the United States on 15 February to study journalism at the University of Melbourne. I am 23, and completed my Bachelor’s in history from Florida International University last April. I love nature, adventure, arts, and good times. I also love travel, and have been to 19 countries, on 4 continents! As such, I’m really excited to come to Australia, and explore Melbourne and its environs. As I am pursuing a master’s degree, I take my schooling very seriously, and as such, will not be the kind of flatmate to go out partying every night. All the same, I’m definitely the type to want to hang out, get a couple pints, and enjoy all the opportunities Melbourne has on offer. I’m pretty easy going, clean, and responsible (will always pay bills on time). Overall, looking for fun, chill, and responsible flatmates with which to have an awesome first year in Australia. I am available to come see the place from 16 February. Hope to hear from you soon.
Hi there! I'm a 20 year old student studying accounting at RMIT and working part time at Coles. Im neat, tidy and respect people's space. I mind my own business but am always down for a brewski and a chat. Also i absolutely love pets!! (i mean cats and dogs not like a pet iguana) Preferably looking to move in with uni students but i'm not too fussed.
Hi! I'm a 24 yr old PhD Student at Monash University, currently moving into the beginning of my second year. I work from home 1 day a week so can keep any animal friends (dogs, cats, rabbits) company for that day. I am pretty clean and tidy and love to cook so I will always try and make sure the house always smells and looks lovely :) Any other questions/getting to know me can definitely be done over a coffee, which I drink religiously, so I hope to hear from you. x Hyab
I'm from Japan. I came here as an exchange student. I'm currently studying at Deakin University. I'm looking for a private room with furnished. I need to stay untill 18th of March.
Hi! I’m currently studying Entertainment Business Management at JMC ACADEMY, looking for a cheaper place to lay for about 5 months. I’m a musician, love music, love food, love to cook, love some greens, love to meet new people and share wonderful experiences. Hit me up if you have a room to spare! THANKS!
Hey guys! I'm a kiwi guy in my mid-twenties who has just moved to Melbourne. I work the standard 9-5 as a software engineer and my interests include sports (football, rugby), hiking and socialising or a good Netflix binge on the weekend. As a flatmate I'm easy going, respectful to everyone in the house and always willing to do my part to keep the house clean and tidy. If you'd like to chat, feel free to call or drop me an email!
Hi there! I'm a 24 year old recent university graduate who is making the move from Adelaide to Melbourne for work - a 9-5 in a policy position with the Victorian Government. I like reading, writing (or, more accurately contemplating writing), binge-watching shows on Netflix and exploring new places. I'm a pretty laid back person and I'm not against having an occasional drink or hangout with my flatmate but I'm also equally cool with just doing my own thing. I view home as a sanctuary, a place to unwind after a busy day. I also like having a tidy place (I'm not anal about it though) and am big on everyone contributing equally to keeping the common areas neat. I'm flexible on how long the lease is - anywhere from ~3 months to a year works for me; at the moment I just don't want to be permanently stuck in the crummy hotel I'm currently staying at!
Hi everybody, Max here, I would describe myself as a happy positive person... i have lived abroad and travelled all over the world in many cultures and many different places.. it has made me a very kind and considerate person and hopefully an interesting one too... i have recently relocated to Melbourne after teaching English in China.. i have many interests, but mainly i live a quiet lifestyle.. i like cooking and definitely a person who doesn't leave my dishes in the sink or wet towel on the bathroom floor.. i'm easy going, like to have a laugh or equally an in-depth philosophical conversation about life.. i work in the health care sector which keeps me busy and i try to live a healthy lifestyle.. into health and fitness.. not much of a drinker but do enjoy the occasional red wine..
I am very hardworking and will spend most of the day outside due to work and the gym since I go to the gym every day after work. I am quite friendly and I clean up after myself. I also do personal training on the side so if any of the flatmates would like tips and advice on how to get in shape, I would be happy to share my knowledge. I am very easy going and always pays the bills on time.
I'm an American, from Michigan that has been living in Wellington for the last 6 months and before moving here I Thru-hiked Te Araroa, which is 3000km from the bottom of NZ to the top. So I'm always keen on a weekend in the bush. Although I have worked in Hospo/Bars for the last 5 years, I'm doing an alcohol free year and will be looking for a non-hospo job so I'll have normal hours. I'm pretty easy going, game a decent amount, but always keen for convo over tea or coffee! I'm Christian, but the loving, Non-judgmental, LGBT friendly type. :D I can move in anytime as I am now in Melbourne, and although i currently don't have a job i am actively searching and should get one in a weeks time. I have extra money saved up to last me 2 months as a precaution.

Well traveled cultured independent woman, who takes pride in my life and living space. Just arrived from Perth! I’m chilled, friendly and social but also love a lot of down alone time , like any well balanced Libra 😉 You could find me at a Latin gig sweating it out on the dance floor, browsing through an Op shop, with a good book and a chai, going to Yoga and Thai boxing classes! I am a professional and also a practicing Hypnotherapist, I promise I won’t turn you into a chicken in the middle of the night but could help you with your chocolate addiction 😜 I am Looking for a spacious room, in very close proximity of city and public transport Look forward to hearing from you, if you have a place in these areas!
