Hey :) I'm Rynette, from Papua New Guinea (although half Australian). Here in Melbourne studying a bachelor of International Relations full-time at RMIT in the city. Pretty laid back, respectful and clean. I'm 27 so not much of a partier anymore, but I'll chill at home with some music and a few red wines here and there :) I'm into music, nature - going on walks, being near the water, camping all that sort of stuff, although I don't get to do it as much as I'd like to. I'll go through phases where I'm super social, and then super not lol (think this might be lots of people?) but not in a bad way, usually just lost in a book or lost in music - headphones in a lot of the time. Either way always friendly, pretty easy to talk to. At the moment I don't work, though this won't be a problem with rent/bills. I spend most of my time at uni, or studying, or gallivanting, so I wont get in your way. I will be working part-time eventually, but at the moment my main concern is uni. I'm perpetually quitting smoking, so I may or may not be a smoker when you meet me :) Looking for a home for 6-12, depending on what works for you and whats available. Hope this suffices, but happy to tell you more if you need. Feel free to contact me. :) -Rynette
Hi there. I am fresh off the boat from Christchurch, New Zealand where i have lived for 15 years. I am a software developer at eStar who makes e-commerce websites for the likes of Country Road and Taking Shape. My work gave me the options to move to Melbourne and i didn't hesitate, so here I am. I am a clean, easy going person who is a bit of geek by nature, i love my sci-fi and fantasy novels, TV shows, movies and board games. Looking forward to meeting new people in this fantastic city.
OUTDOOR SPACE IS AN ESSENTIAL I’m in my 20’s and work 9-5 in the city, as well as waitressing after work and some weekends (I’m a bit of a work-a-holic). When I’m not working I like to chill out at home on the couch with my 18 month old kitty and a glass of wine. Etsy (my cat) is very friendly with people and other pets and fully house/apartment trained. I’m also always up for a BBQ and some banter or trashy TV. I don’t mind the odd night out having a boogie with friends but don’t bring the party home with me. I love washing up, baking and cleaning bathrooms (I know nobody likes doing but I really do 😂) but I hate cooking. I’m a very clean and organised person, I’m easy to get along with, a generally positive and happy person who likes to be around open minded people. I’m looking for somewhere I can be long term because I’m sick of moving house and my cat is definitely sick of moving 😂 **I also have a fancy AF fridge and microwave but would be will to sell them**
Hi guys, I'm Joe, 29, originally from Perth and been living in Melbourne for over a year now. I work full-time 9-5, Mon-Fri in Road Safety in the city. Love my job and love this city! Unfortunately our rental property is currently on the market so I need to find somewhere new to live. I'm a super chilled guy, easy to get on with and I'm neat and tidy, plus I'm always respectful of other people's space and privacy. I'm pretty social, I like a drink on the weekend and usually plan one or two nights out during the week (any good parma specials near your place? :P) so I'm not always around at home, and I gym a few evenings a week. That being said, I still like to cook and chill out at home occasionally. I'm pretty tidy so my ideal housemates(s) would be clean, tidy and respectful, but also sometimes up for dinners/drinks. If you have a great place, think we'd get on and have somewhere available to move in from around 1 April, then please get in touch. Where I live right now is in an amazing location and a beautiful home, looking for something similar again with a great flatmate (or flatmates)! Hit me up if you'd like to know more! ;) Cheers, Joe

Hey!! I'm currently looking for a room in Richmond or South Yarra. I work the regular 9 - 5 office hours during the week. In addition, I am very reliable with rent etc so you'll never have a single issue with bills being paid on time. I'm also very respectful and will always clean up after myself. I'm very laid back, easy to get along with and always keen for a laugh. I will be pretty chill throughout the week due to work however in the weekends I enjoy catching up with mates, watching sport, heading down to the beach or having a drink. If you have any questions please get in touch. Thanks, Jesse
Hi there, Im from Colombia, I have been here in Australia for about 6 year and I love it. Before, I lived in California for 10 years. I am really ease going guy but at the same time really responsible, respectful, clean and organised. Love the outdoors and nature, healthy life style (I am mostly vegetarian) and being active. I bike to work and I go camping, surfing and mountain biking with friends about two weekends a month. So you will have often the place for yourself on weekends. When in town I like relaxing at home, being social and having some fun but nothing too crazy. Work Monday to Friday as a packaging engineer for a toy company, is actually a great place to work and enjoy it heaps. Im looking for an unfurnished room, and need off street parking (or really ease street parking for my lovely campervan called "Alegria", which means happiness in spanish :). Looking forward to find a great flatmate, respect our spaces but at the same time be able to have some interesting/fun chats when home with a glass of wine or a good beer ;) Please contact me if you think this sounds like a good fit for you. Cheers! Chao,
Originally from the US, I've lived in Perth for the last 7 years. I have a degree in Economics, and Just landed a position in Melbourne so am on my way there. I promise I'm not as boring as that may sound! I'll be working in Southbank and don't have a car, so being near public transport is a must. I'm a quiet person, and enjoy having my own space. I'm not a late night person, and am a competent cook, but I don't cook all the time. I'm happy to live with pets. Would prefer a female roommate closer in age to me. I'm looking at a move-in date in mid to late April, and am happy for a team up as well as moving into an existing sharehouse room.
Hey y'all. 24. Graduate engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but am a chatty fella who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message. Keen to arrange a meeting asap. Ta.
I'm a student at the Australian College of The Arts studying a Bach of Music! Really outgoing and friendly. Music is my life and I thrive on creation! Pretty familiar with Melb but I'd love to explore more cafes and nice places! I'm responsible, clean and respectful, I'm currently working in Geelong but planning on trying to get a part time job up in Melbourne, looking forward to sharing nice vibes with some housemates :)
Here's a little about me - I work late nights at the moment, am always quiet when I come back in! I am totally respectful of your space and am in tune with how people feel, although I do want to feel like I'm living in my home too and not just staying in somebody elses if you know what I mean, although in saying that I am always extra careful with other peoples things around the house. :-) I am social, love to sit outside, listen to music and chill, maybe have a drink here and there. I have friends over sometimes but never throw parties so dont stress about that, I like my home to be my sanctuary also. If you like incense that's a plus :-) I'm home all day usually just chilling out, cooking, drawing, reading, listening to music, going for a walk, exploring, or resting before work. On weekends I'm usually out. I've never been late for rent or bills in the past, have lived in share houses for 4 years.
Hello there! My name is Kym and I love travelling, cooking gluten free foods and going out with friends or just chilling out with Netflix. I'm a very easy going and tidy person that is always up for a chat and doesn't mind a bit of housework. I currently work full time in Prahran and am looking for somewhere a little closer to work that I can make my own.
I'm clean, reliable, honest, personable and respect other people's privacy. I believe in hard work and pursing your dreams, but I like my home environment to be a place of rejuvenation and relaxation. I'm interested in health, clean eating and exercise. I'm looking for a place that is relatively new as I'm big on clean air.
I am 22 and my partner is 23. We are both easy going and very neat. We are looking to stay for 1 - 1.5 months including the whole of May. I am from Melbourne. I am working part-time in an architecture firm just outside the CBD. In addition I am currently undertaking my final year of Masters. My partner is from Sweden and studies economics. We would be respectful of your privacy but are also sociable and friendly! I would like to add that neither of us smoke, and would contribute to house cleaning.
We are professionals working in the medical and IT industry. Our weekdays are spent working. In the weekends, we try to go out as much as possible, beaching, hanging out with friends or trying out different restaurants. We are relocating to Melbourne on March 30 because both of us got a new job so we are very eager to get a place to stay, asap. "Why do we think we are great to live with?" - We are very respectful housemates and we value your privacy - We are neat and tidy - We love dogs so we don't mind if you have a dog in the house - We love cooking and like to share our food - If you need a helping hand, don't hesitate to ask ;)
Hey Flatmates, Moved to Melbourne last year on a Working holiday and continue to study here taking the course of Automotive Technology also working part-time Ideally, I am looking to share an apartment within Inner or surrounding suburbs, with convenient public transport to the CBD. I would mostly consider myself an introvert and simple person, and so do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and enjoy interesting conversations I'm tidy, respectful, clean, considerate and organized.. a non- smoker who is relaxed and quiet I love watching movies in my spare time and doing self-exercise just to keep a good fit Never late on paying rent and will treat my new place like home :) Hit me up if you think i'm a good fit See you soon mates :)
Hi there potential roomies I am Rachel, 27, full-time online student studying primary teaching, but also have two jobs and work quite a bit as well. During the week I sometimes go out in the evening but generally lay pretty low and during uni terms, I use most of my free time during the week studying and completing assignments. I like to keep active and love to go for walks/runs and to the gym. On the weekends I like to relax but also enjoy going out and meeting up with friends for a wine or dinner. I have never been someone to have large rowdy gatherings at my home but like to have a few friends over for dinner or a couple of drinks now and then. I love baking when I have time, so there will often be baked goods to share. My previous housemates and I shared the staple items and even discussed at the start of the week what nights we would both be home and took it in turns cooking for each other which was a really nice homely touch to our shared household. I like to think of myself as a pretty relaxed person to live with, I like my own space as well as enjoy being social with my housemates but also hope that the people/person that I live can vibe when i need my own time/space, I would for them. I hope to hear from you! Happy to give prior housemate reviews :) all 5 stars
Hey! My name is Kaylee. I am moving to Melbourne from the US and am looking for somewhere to live hopefully with housemates I can be friends with! I have a full time job in event management, but love to try new restaurants and definitely go out on the weekends! During the week, I do enjoy wine nights and happy hours but sometimes definitely need my alone Netflix time. I also am pretty active, love to travel, workout, and can't wait to explore Melbourne! I'm pretty laid back and love meeting new people. I also don't know much about different areas so I'm flexible there!
