Hey there, we are two fun and hardworking girls from Germany and the states. We are easy to live with, love cooking and are always happy to meet new people. We met while working and port Douglas and would love to find a place together in Melbourne now. :)
Hey, I'm Mel ☺️ I'm looking for long-term accomodation in either Fitzroy or East Melbourne or surrounds as I will be starting up my nursing grad year in either January of February. Would preferrably like to move in with people of similar age (20's), not a party house but being able to have a couple of drinks or something with your housemates would definitely be a plus! People that are generally clean, reliable and pay bills on time. As they would expect that of me too :) Also a pet-friendly place, because I have a cat. Somewhere close to public transport too!
I'm a Hong Kongese:), holding a working holiday visa, I'm looking for a sharehouse which is nearby the city centre (CBD). I'm a easy-going, keep clean, tidy, friendly, chilled person. It's really great that drink and talk, also travel together! I like to listen music and watch movies(but have limited data plan of my phone:(, so that I prefer the rent included the internet lol） I have previous home stay experience, stay with multi countries ppl in same house, I know the respect of others.
I'm a pretty relaxed 20 y/o guy looking for people happy to be friends with housemates. I'm working 2 jobs part time until I start an electrician apprenticeship in April, and when I'm not I'm usually out with friends as much as possible so you'll have the place to yourself! I have a super friendly 4-year-old Australian Terrier. Looking to move in Jan.
Hi, nice to meet you, My name is Khanh Dang, or you can call me Jun (my pen name) for short. I am a Vietnamese design student of RMIT University Vietnam and at February 2017, I am going to Melbourne for cross-campus exchange program for 1 year and looking for accommodation around City Campus. I love sketching, drawing, doing animation and visual effect when I'm free. I can say I am knowledgeable of technology stuff. I love pets, especially dog and cat. I am an open-minded and organized individual myself. I can cook quite well and don't hesitate to participate in common activities, but when I'm alone, I am silent and quiet, focus on drawing. Hope to become your flatmate in next semester.
Hello, my name is Laura an I am an Italian girl who just moved to Melbourne for work and travel. It would be great to live with me because I am funny, I love cooking and sharing meals with other people, exchanging music taste. I am really open-minded and non judgmental person. I like to live in harmony with other people.
I'm moving to Melbourne to start university next year at VCA in Southbank, and am looking for any nice and affordable place to live. I'm somewhat introverted and quiet but easygoing and up for socialising, and I'm easy to get along with. I am a photographer and love art, music, films, games, and pretty much anything creative. I'm also vegan and an animal lover, and great with pets.
Hey guys I'm here studying for the next 2 years and looking for a roommate(s) to share a living space with. I am relatively clean and prefer to live in a tidy environment, also love to cook. When I'm not studying I enjoy going out for drinks, a restaurant, shopping, working out or playing sports. I am easy going and always down to chat or go out but do need my personal time and respect when others need this time as well. I am looking preferable for females who are relatively around my age.
Hey! My name's Kris, I'm tidy, respectful, friendly and always keen to chat. I've been living out of home for the past 4 years so I'm used to the ins and outs of living in a share house. I love music, films, art, photography (and most things really.) I work at a bakery/cafe most days in Carlton and I'm in the middle of an art course so I'm looking for a relaxed and friendly environment to work on my art work.
I am a graphic designer, currently working as a receptionist. Got a new job in the city and need to move closer. I'm a happy bubbly person who likes socializing with like minded people. I can be found listening to music (quietly), reading a book, watching Netflix (happy to discuss tv shows in depth with a glass of wine), packing to go on mini road trips with friends, cooking/baking, and I don't mind cleaning.
I honestly don't have a lot to offer. I am 19, I don't study, I don't work, I get disability payments and I have a cat, but I always pay rent and I am tidy and easy to get on with. Every so often I use my nervous energy to clean everything too, so that's another perk of living with me. It's difficult finding somewhere to rent in my position and I know this ad will get little to no response but I'm desperate to move quite soon so if you think we'd get on please contact me!

I am an optimistic individual who loves to smile, have adventures and experience as much as possible. I love coffee and trying new foods, whether that is at home or out and about. Hey there! I'm Alex and I'm a 21 year old, tidy, full-time retail worker. I love to go out and try new things, but I also love spending some time just chilling out and relaxing. I'm looking for a room mate/s who are cool to hang out sometimes and sit around to have a chat but are also okay if they just want a night to themselves sitting around watching Netflix. Thanks!
I am quiet, clean, and keep to myself for the most part. My hobbies include reading, gaming, journaling, and going for runs/walks. I am an open-minded, accepting person and I am looking for a flat-mate/s with those same qualities as well :) I currently live in Adelaide and I hope to move to Melbourne by the end of January to prepare for university at RMIT, where I will be studying Legal and Dispute Studies. I will also be getting a job fairly quickly after I move, I will be on student allowance however so paying rent will not be a problem.
These things where you have to boost about yourself are so full of shit 😂 Everybody has their own different opinions. I guess what could be great about me to live with is that I am a Kiwi so I'm honest & upfront, would rather stay as far away from drama as possible and yeah clean up after yourself 😅
(Initial note: I am queer and sometimes gender-nonconforming/femme in my presentation and my partner is trans, if this is an issue don't bother messaging me) I am a friendly, tidy, and responsible 22yo social science/teaching student, I've also just picked up a part-time warehousing job that I'll be starting in the next fortnight. I am always up for a chat but unintrusive, much of the time I will either be out or studying but I'm open to both independent and more friendly share arrangements if we have similar interests/get along. I am vegetarian and prefer to organise my own food, although I enjoy cooking and don't mind sharing at times. I don't currently have any furniture, however I'll be able to source my own quickly (I have a blowup mattress I can use until I get a bed) and can supply my own kitchenware, other than an oven/hotplates. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere with a nice kitchen and a room that fits a double bed. I'm looking for at least a 4 month lease, somewhere longer (up to a year) is no problem either. My move date is pretty flexible.
I am from the uk and being sponsored in Melbourne so will be there for the long haul. my girlfriend is Australian and we currently live on the sunshine coast. We are two funky friends looking to team up with some new pals to form a share house, hopefully in January ! Georgie has been living on campus at Monash for the past three years studying Physiotherapy (gives good massages), and Austin is making the move up to the big smoke from Tassie in 2017 and hopefully going to start studying at uni here too. Georgie also works a few different jobs, and Austin be finding part time employment too. Georgie and Austin are a couple so would be sharing a room ($$$ off rent!!). We are all really fun and easy going people, love to have a boogie but (especially Georgie) love to buckle down and get some work done. We are all super clean and have good rental histories and references. We love going on nights out, hanging out at home with some bevs, watching tv and doing all the usual stuff you'd expect. We hope to find some like-minded folks to hang out with, cook family dinners and have an excellent year together!!

Hi future flatmate! I'm Rob, I work full time in digital marketing corporate sales growing small to medium sized businesses and start-ups but stay in touch with my artistic roots. I value intellect and creativity. I'm always interested in learning something new from a genuine character. Ps, I'm a Kiwi! but no I do not want a chup. I'm counting macros. I'm pretty easy going and balanced. I get along with people who are also. I value creativity, authenticity, communication, humor, fitness, music, and I like to network. I'm tidy and clean but not OCD by any means. I'm big on personal development with some pretty challenging goals I'm excited about in the pipeline but I'm equally as excited to hear about yours and maybe even help if you like. I have some side projects I've been working on for a few years that do occupy my attention from time to time so I only ask you don't worry where I am if I'm busy working on them but I'm just going to put it out there casually... I'm fun. I look forward to hearing from you. Rob
Ideally looking to start a sharehouse with someone nice. Currently, working part time and completing my law degree in another 6 months time. I am Aussie citizen but my background is Indian. I am respectful, friendly and considerate. I appreciate the fact that people need space and I expect the same from the other person. However, I am also a friendly and caring person and very happy lend some company. I like clean environments though. Especially, toilets and kitchen. So, please be mindful of that. :-)

Easy going New Zealander that just recently moved to Melbourne. Recently graduated from uni and working full time as a manager at Nandos. I like to cook and be active, I'm very clean (drummed into me from work). I also like checking out restaurants and going out on my free weekends. I'm ideally looking for flatmates who don't mind hanging in the living room chatting over a drink and having a laugh. But at the same time understand some days people just want to do their own thing and have space.

Hi there! Just moved to Melbourne from Sydney (via Copenhagen for 4 years). Looking to share a place with someone similar minded that is not just a flatmate but also a friend. Just started training for triathlons (but I'm not super serious about it). Love cooking and having a wine and a chuckle. I'm an academic working in business development out at the Monash Clayton campus. Active, social, considerate and tide (mostly).

I like to skate and normally freestyle when I drink basicallllly just like having a laugh really (as you can tell from my NFG profile pic) :D
Just moved here from the UK but lived in Melbourne for a while a few years back. My job (news editor for a tech/finance website) means I can travel a lot - was in Chicago for a while a couple of years ago - and so I'm staying here over the summer. Looking for somewhere for a few months with sound, relaxed people who wouldn't mind a beer in front of the TV every now and there. As for me, I try to be the goldilocks housemate - neat but not obsessive, friendly but not pushy, sociable but I'm not about to drag strangers back at 2am for a party. No fuss, no muss. Interests include books, films, music (I worked at a record shop last time I was here) and coffee, if that counts. Respectful of people regardless of colour, gender or sexuality.
We are a friendly genuine Christian (married) couple who are loving, kind and understanding. We are easy going and relaxed. Wife loves cooking and we both love to share. However we have Christian standards and won't tolerate certain activity in the house. We love and accept everyone though, but will only live with those willing to live the same way as us. We love Jesus and go to a local church, and are looking for other God fearing friends. If you enjoy the sound of worship music and talking about God, send us a message :) Also with locations we aren't quite familiar with Melbourne as we only moved down here from Queensland mid November, so anywhere less than 50 or so mins from the city by tram is fine.
I'm your standard "I can totally hang out with you in the flat and watch movies with wine together or I can totally give you your space because I'm super in touch with the needs of others" type of flatmate. I love cooking, baking, wine, biking, watching videos of dogs, tequila, board games, uber eats, and my air popper. I'm a good roommate and I'm good for my rent money, so yay live with me!
Hey everyone! I'm studying law at Monash in Clayton, and also work part-time. I've got 4 years of rental experience, and have never missed a payment, and have never had any dramas at each of the places I've lived. I'm sometimes pretty busy, but I'm always friendly, clean and chill, and am looking for a decently social or friendly place. Major hobbies are language learning (Italian, Japanese and Malayalam) and travelling (I try and do a day trip whenever I can). Would prefer something between my uni in Clayton and the city, or maybe in the city.
Hi! I'm Bas, 26 and living that full time working dream in consulting. From all accounts I'm nice and friendly, like to stay active, enjoy cooking and while I may not make my bed everyday I nonetheless consider myself a clean person! Like everyone, I'm a big fan of a drink or two with friends, though am equally comfortable in my own company. Apart from a misguided blonde afro in my teens, I've very few skeletons in the closet and am looking for some like minded housemates to move in with for 2017.
Hi guys, we are a German couple driving into Melbourne one of these days. This year, we have set out for the great adventure of traveling the world. So far we have been exploring and enjoying Israel, South East Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia, and now Australia. Upon arrival in Perth we bought our Mitsubishi Van and have since traveled through the Nullarbor, across the Great Ocean Road and hopefully soon into Melbourne. Before traveling we have been living in Berlin, Germany, and have come to get used to the many perks of living in a multicultural, young, creative and ever moving city. Some of the things we enjoy are live music, great food, festivals, sports, going dancing and meeting new people. We are social people, yet we respect other peoples' privacy. We are outgoing, but also enjoy a quiet night on the couch. We work hard, and therefore find that we are entitled to a little bit of fun after. We like the place clean, but don't fuss about a pan not cleaned. We believe that you should treat each others the way you want to be treated yourself. Therefore, if you feel like we would be a good addition to your shared house, you can expect us to treat you and your house with respect and consideration. We have both worked in hospitality and are going to look for that kind of work in Melbourne, too. We still have some savings, so we chose to look for an apartment first and then find something close by to be able to enjoy the many things to do in a city as big and vibrant as Melbourne. If you have any questions or concerns, please just give us a call and we'll be happy to answer them all! Cheers, Verena and Zeno :)
Hi guys! Manami is from Japan and I am originally from France. We used to live in Tokyo and work there as a financial accountant (her) and a public high school teacher (me) but we decided to take a break away from Japan and to move to Melbourne to live and work there for about a year. We are very clean, tidy, always eager to help if you need anything and we are a very friendly and sociable couple. We have no problem living in our own space and doing our own things but we are always more than happy to spend some time chatting, sharing beers or a bottle of wine or going out for dinner. We love to cook (especially French and Japanese food), watch TV shows (if you're looking for people to watch the next season of Game of Thrones with, you just found them!), go out to try new restaurants, bike around the city or just relax. If possible, we would like to leave in a central area of Melbourne so we can ride our bicycles anywhere from there. Our ideal budget would be 300 AUD but if your place is really nice and well located, we are ready to go up to 370 AUD (bills/internet included). We would like to move in this month but we are flexible with dates. If you would like us to be your new roommates or if you have any question, please feel free to contact us. Cheers! Manami and Vince
Hi! My name is Patricia, I am an 18 year old currently looking for a place to live close to the city. I work in Melbourne Central, and am hoping to go to Melbourne University to study a Bachelor of Arts in 2017. I'm artistic; I like to sing, write, paint and am currently learning to play the guitar. I'm organised and put together, but I'm also just really easy going. I spend most of my time at my part-time job, doing some volunteer work, and will be out of the house a fair bit. I'm really easy to make friends with, up for a good movie night/party/drinks/whatever from time to time. Personally not a smoker, but don't mind living with people who are.
I'm a down to earth girl from Sweden. Love cooking, sports, Netflix, going to gigs, occasional beer, go to the beach, go for coffee and try new food. I'm very reliable, open minded and organised. I work well living with others and keen to get to know new people!
Hi I'm Stacey, 22 & moving to Melbourne in mid/late January. I'm very easy going & get along with everyone. Have a good sense of humour, neat, tidy & respectful. I enjoy cooking & keeping fit & healthy. Love to explore the outdoors & always in search for the latest trendy cafe or pop-up bar. Although I love being social, I do appreciate down time & often find myself on the couch watching OffSpring & enjoying a glass of wine... or two! If you think we would get along well, I would love to hear from you :)
I am looking for a new place to call home. I am looking for open minded people that can hold a conversation and like a laugh and a drink. I work in M-F 9-5.30 in fashion ( at a head office in South Yarra) Love going to gigs, out for a meal and a drink. Pretty quiet during the week and like to get out and about and see friends on the weekend. I am happy being a social person as well as fine on my own. Definitely not a party person, If I do want to I go out. Where I am now the lease ends start of Jan and my housemate is going back to Bris would be looking at a move date of mid-late December. I have shared many times before and understand what its like to respect others. If you have ay questions please let me know. ( Please text , don't call)
I've been living in Melbourne for over a year. My currently living in Melbourne CBD and would like to move to the suburbs. I work and study full time, so I don't stay at home much. I enjoy to have a few drinks or cook at home with my flatmates, but I always respect their space. I am very clean and tidy.
I'm a sociable guy with experience living in share houses. I'm up for a laugh and a beer after work and I'm always keen to try new things. When it come to shared responsibilities I always pull my weight and I'm pretty relaxed about most things.
