We're clean, neat and tidy people who enjoy cooking. We both study and work, enjoy the occasional bev and love good chats. I myself am from Australia, my girlfriend is Peruvian.
We're two Scottish friends who have recently graduated from studying Politics. We're laid back, love going out for a laugh/staying in and watching Netflix equally. We have shared a flat together for the last 4 years and can vouch for each other's cleanliness, and above all just how great a time we have spent together. Our plan is to initially look for bar work, as that's where's our main working experience lies, and it's a great way of meeting new people. We're really hoping we can share a home with some like-minded and fun people, who we can show the ways of the Scottish, and who we can learn from too.
I am a Singaporean Chinese, turning 24 this coming March and will be studying nursing in La Trobe. I am very flexible and accommodating, and love home cooked meals (most of the time). Generally conservative and prefer the simpler things in life. Hobbies include cooking (home cooked not professional), a bit of photography, watching competitive League of Legends, going on road trips. There's more but these are the things I can think of from the top of my head currently. Used to be a medical centre medic posted to Thailand for a year back in my military days, so I'm first-aid trained (; and have the habit and knowledge of self-medicating when down with common illnesses learnt from working alongside medical officers in the past in the military, so no need to go and see the doctor (unless you want a medical certificate) I cook a mean tom yum soup too, btw (; update: My move in dates are flexible. I will have my own accommodation plans for my first few weeks in Melbourne while I go around viewing places. I arrive in Melbourne on Feb 19th, and can move in anytime after. Latest by mid March though! If you have LlNE or w3ch4t, you can add my lD youxunnn Duration of stay is also flexible and not fixed as stated above (6 months). Will be longer if everything goes well! I am ultimately looking for a long term option.
I have recently moved from Brisbane to start as a grad in Melbourne. I am extremely clean and respectful, and enjoy physical activity and exploring the city in my spare time. I generally work late during the week and therefore I am likely to make little to no mess.
I'm easy going, clean up after myself, fun and chilled, my dog is sweet and wouldn't hurt a fly and would love to meet you. Im in need of a private powder room in a house with a decent backyard me and simple very quiet and do keep to ourselves. Need a place asap.
Hi there! We are Emma and John, young(ish) Scottish couple looking for a place to live for approximately 4 or 5 months (at least). The only reason we won't commit to longer than that at the moment is down to the fact that sponsorship might take a while and we might have to go off and do regional work at the end of July/start of August. We are here on a WHV, but aiming for permanent residency. John is a sound technician and I am currently looking for work, I have a human rights degree and experience in events. Ideally I'll be working in the not for profit sector. John usually works long days (sometimes 14 hours +) and occasionally is working away on a big on tours for about 3 weeks at a time! We are looking for either a studio, 1 bed, granny flat or flat/house share - we really aren't too fussy! Trying to save where we can so $350 all in would be max :) We are clean and neat, non-smokers and aren't big party animals. So whilst we are looking for somewhere fun and relaxed, we'd prefer not to live in a party house. We would also prefer something either furnished or part furnished, we do have a some savings so paying for some things won't be an issue, we'd just prefer to save where we can... (visas ain't cheap). Easy access to the city is a must, the ability to decipher a Scottish accent is a bonus! :) Let us know if you need any more info. Thanks

I'm easy going, tidy, happy to hang out with roommates - have a chat, dinners and of course beverages, but also happy to have my own time when needed. Also a keen gardener and animal lover. Looking forward to meeting some new roomies !

Hi everyone! I’m moving to Melbourne in April with work and am looking for a housemate to move in with. I’m currently living in Sydney and working full time as a flight attendant. I’m super easy going and love a good chat, but definitely understand the value of down time and privacy. I love just chilling at home watching tv or cooking, but also love to go out for dinner and stuff as well. Looking for a place closer to the city, but preferably with parking because I need to drive to the airport for work. I sometimes get sent away or work odd hours but generally always come home at the end of every shift. I do have a cat who will come with me, but he’s a very well behaved and loving one! I can be in Melbourne full time from the 15th of April but if need be I will pay rent from the beginning of April. Preferrably I’m looking for a team up to start a new lease but definitely interested in other options as well! Flick me a message if you have any queries!!
Hey guys! We’re a couple who recently moved to Melbourne looking for a place to call home. To be more specific we’re looking for a room to rent long term, preferably with an ensuite, from the 7th of March onwards (can be a bit flexible if needed). We will need a parking space, preferably inside. When it comes to location we’d like to be in an area close to shops and bars. We’re eager to make new friends but still of course respect people’s personal space. Both clean and tidy people. Harry is a carpenter and will probably fix whatever needs fixing round the house without you asking, just saying! Oh, and he makes a good carrot cake. Please feel free to message either one of us with whatever questions you might have. Cheers! Alva and Harry
Helloooooo!! I'm a uni student studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so I've got enough money for rent and bills etc. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. Will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! I also potentially want to start doing homebrew beer, but we'll see how that goes. Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Flexible with preferred stay length, 9 months to a year would be awesome but also happy with minimum six months if you're an awesome bunch! Also flexible with move in date, but preferably no sooner than late March
Hi my name's Bec. I'm living in Adelaide at the moment, but I am missing Melbourne. I'm wanting to move back to Melbourne ASAP. I'm looking for a place which is reasonably close to public transport and a backyard or outside area for my dog. Yes I have a 10 month old Springer Spaniel puppy soon to be 11 months old. I do smoke, but only outside. I am currently completing studies and I'm on Centrelink at the moment, job hunting as well. I am a private person who is also down for chat as well. I just would love to live in a place which is respectful and housemates who are friendly. A message from Arlo: Harrow I'm Arlo. I love treats and kissess. I'm just getting into fetch, and I just learnt how to drop the ball. I would like a place where me and mummy can feel safe and comfortable. If this is you message my mummy!!! Woof woof woof
Hi, I'm, Cameron a Full-time Masters student moving into Melbourne for the first time (I've been here before tho). Easy going, loves socializing and I think I have a pretty unique sense of humor. I have a whole lot of interests but still very open-minded. However, i do value my privacy as well. I totally believe in the live and let live philosophy, I really do not care what you do as long as it does not affect me. *Strictly looking for private room with ensuite bathroom. Would likely consider own bathroom (that is outside) depending on proximity and privacy* I like to keep fit as well so having a gym in the building or one nearby is a huge bonus. I also do not mind animals, I grew up with pets so rest assured (if you have one). Although I did not bring my car down from NSW, i do want to so let me know the situation for parking for the future (extra cost and what not). I do realise that melbourne might not be best to own a car. Positives: - I consider myself a good person, whatever that means. - Always up for a chat, always happy to do things together as long as I get some personal space when necessary. - Flatshare experienced of around 4 years (never missed a payment) - I do not cook beyond using the microwave sometimes, cleanliness won't be an issue in common areas - Tech savy, will fix internet connections, maybe even recommend on cost lowering, might even make the apartment "high tech" - We will have a good relationship because if we do not I'll probably move out myself, I like to have a positive environment.
Hi, I am looking for a room with other professionals who work full time or study full time. I work full time as a systems analyst in the city and my preference is to live close to a train station.

I respect everyone’s privacy and keep my surroundings neat and tidy. I am good at having a talk and socializing with new friends/people . So, please get back to me up in case I seem like a good fit.
