Hi, I’m Mathew, I'm 35 and I study Aerospace Engineering at RMIT in the city. In my spare time I like to play video games, watch suff, go to the beach, see a live gig, explore Melbourne or catch up with friends. I'm also dabbling in the world of health & fitness. I need to find a place somewhere north of the city. My course moves to RMIT's Bundoora campus next year and I am hoping to keep my commute reasonable. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Any other questions, please ask.
Feel free to SMS me for a quicker response I appreciate the importance of a calm, stress free home. Usually I am either at university (La Trobe), at work (Chirnside Park) or the gym so when I do have a moment to myself I like to read a book, surf the internet and just generally chill out. Bit of a night owl and late night studier but i'm the reserved, quiet type. That doesn't mean I am not up for a occasional chat and shared meal over a British drama or horror movie though. all in all, I'm a non smoking, no pets, single gay guy who likes to keep himself busy with work or building a bonsai garden * Discounts at Woolworths Limited companies
My name's Chris and have a friendly border collie Hamish. I'm 27, working full time in recruitment in Carlton and am studying part time in Hawthorn. I'm pretty easygoing, love to have a beer or wine and good chats. I like to go out and be social but not a party animal and enjoy getting to festivals when i can. Cheers
Joel and I are a fun, musical and kind couple who would love to find a place to live for the next year or so. Joel is a Swedish citizen on a working holiday and I am an Australian citizen working and studying close to the city. We both love music and film, science and learning something new every day. Joel is quite the handyman with blacksmith, carpentry and allrounder skills and I am a brilliant cook and a sweet little singer. We would love to live in a house that enjoys music and having a glass of wine at the end of the day with stimulating conversation. We are both incredibly respectful, polite and quiet humans who value personal space and time and who clean up after themselves, every time. We like to go out and be active in the community, we like to see concerts and try new foods and explore the outdoors! All in all we are straight forward people who are pretty pleasant to live with!
A potential flatmate, yes, but never a flat mate. I'm Kris, part-time retail employee, full-time energised bundle of joy, or so the rumours persist. I'm a pretty economical unicorn of sorts; I enjoy a good Aldi splurge, cheap Chinatown eats, gallery hops, and kerbside collections. Forever the domestic goddess of your dreams, I follow the mantra of keeping common rooms immaculately cosy, whilst mingling with esteemed members of the disinfectant community on a weekly basis (I personally consider Ajax and Exit Mould to be my friends). I have a penchant for morning sweat sessions - Bodyattack and Pump to be specific, and long walks when I can. Meeting new people, dinner parties and sneaky wines are a weekend ritual. In general, you'll be getting a chilled, calm and collected kaleidoscope of an individual.

I am easy going, tidy and reliable person who has recently moved to Melbourne from New Zealand. I Enjoy socialising but also respect others privacy. Used to sharing with mature women. I have an older Burmese cat who loves people. I would be interested in sharing in an already established flat or home or in a team up. Work full time in the CBD so interested in anywhere in Melbourne with easy access to public transport to the city.
Hi, I am PhD student in Biodiversity and Evolutionary Biology Program of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I am going to spend 6 months at the Museum Victoria as part of the development of my PhD thesis from 2 August. Although I do work hard and long hours, I do it so I can enjoy my free time as well. I love to travel, I've been in many countries of South America and Europe. Marroco and Turkey as well... Like experiencing new cultures and planning fun and new things to do and see. And be sure I do like good movies.
Hi. My name is Peter, Korean male in late 20's, and recently moved from Sydney to start my post-grad degree. I'm looking for a nice place to call home in Melbourne and flatmates I can consider as buddies. I like to think I'm very open-minded. I respect every and any sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, and perspectives on life in general. I don't drink or smoke (quit a few months ago, yipee) but enjoy the odd social or deep chats. I'm a sports fanatic, especially soccer. I know it's not big in Melbourne but I could talk about soccer 24/7. I can also hold my own in most video games and am willing to wager a weeks rent on a console game (jks). I also love historical/action/sci-fi/thriller movies. Can't stand romantic comedies. But did enjoy La La Land. I only watch one TV series. Game of Thrones. Enough said. I also like.. LOTR Marvel Movies Dogs Cats Documentaries Conspiracy theories Music of all sorts (except heavy metal). I just like anything with a good beat. Even tried to make something of my own on my laptop. Didn't go too well though. Can cook but only to survive (teach me n I'll teach you something!) Clean. Very tidy. I also like having the common areas neat and tidy and all for cleaning rosters if you're keen. I usually put things back to its original state or where it belongs. But if I forget, just slap me real hard so I don't do it again. Last but not least, I've lived with girls before so I know how to keep the toilet seat/lid down and I don't usually miss ; ) Slap me if I do. So yeah. Get in touch if you think I'm the right fit! Thank you!!
Heyy, my name's Zhan and I'm from China, Ive been Australia 2 years and just finished my degree. I work as a junior developer with a bit marketing stuffs. Food, drinks, arts, traveling and tennis are my things. Move date could be earlier. Thanks
My background is Vietnamese. I have graduated (in Brisbane) and now been living in Australia for about over 4 years. I used to live in different cities in Australia and ultimately, I chose to call Melbourne home! About my age, I am 22 years old. I now live in Melbourne and my job is a Fashion Consultant at Jigsaw, one of the high-end brands from England. I will not be at home much during a day as my job is very busy so I just have about 2-3 days off that i can relax at home for the whole day. I am very in to art and my lifestyle is really peaceful, chill and relaxing. I am very mature as I live away from home since I was 18. I will be excellent housemate as I know how to appreciate everything in life. I am very tidy and always clean up after myself! I don't smoke and am very healthy. I love to go out and discovery Melbourne as much as I can whenever I have some spare time. I have been sharing house with people for so many years and I know exactly how to be excellent housemate! I honestly don't aim to be good, I aim to be great or even excellent! I have very good references, please don't hesitate to contact any of them if you would like to! I would love to send you the references if it needed! Many thanks and I hope to hear from you soon!
Full of life and love getting out into the sun and exploring! Enjoy a good Vinyasa yoga session on the mat and hunting down a mean coffee on the day off. Currently working and potentially looking to further studies/professional development. I have a very "Worldly" mind and fascinated by culture, language and foreign cuisine....this often leads me to a good experimental cook up in the kitchen =D I'm open to new things and experiences and follow a vegan lifestyle. I'm interested in health and fitness, tackling my goals where possible! Look forward to meeting a like minded crew/individual to share a place with and enjoy all that Melbourne has to offer :)
Hey my name's Jack. I'd be a a good house mate because I'm considerate, relaxed, easy going and really enjoy chilling out having quality conversation whilst getting to know interesting like minded people. I really love sport, exercise in general and spending time with friends. I'm eager to live closer to the city for work and would love to be around the beach in the St Kilda, Elwood and Brighton areas. If not anywhere around Prahan/Windsor would be fantastic. I look forward to meeting potential house mates in the near future.
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hi, I have just entered my 3rd year as a PhD student (genetics and biology) with Monash University (with full scholarship) but I primarily run my research and tutor at La Trobe University Bundoora. I'm a quiet person in general but I'm happy to get involved in social events so long as I don't have a lot of work the next day (obviously). I love to cook, drink coffee and occasionally bake bread or brew my own beer. I ride a motorbike or bicycle so parking isn't a priority, although secure parking would be lovely. I'm looking to move around the start of September and would prefer a reasonably long term situation (12+ months)
I'm a Environmental Analist, looking for new position in this industry, and full-time working as labour/barman during this period. I'm tidy, organazied and quiet. I love have some beer; I'm good cooker; I'm good listener (not to good talker); So that's it... I'm a normal guy, with some defects but I'm most ok.
I'm a relaxed and clean girl who is very quiet and respectful. I work full time as an analytics consultant in Southbank. Working hour is normally 9 - 6, but often we have to stay late when required. Outside work, I go to the gym, hang out with my mates on the weekend (brunch, board game, escape room, badminton, movies etc.). I enjoy my own time, love sleeping in, watch movies/TV shows, cooking (making biscuits, dumplings). But I'm also keen for a chat or dinner together when we are both at home. Move in date must be before 17 August. I should be able to stay for at least 1 year. Furniture is flexible. Budget is $280 within free tram zone but $180 outside the free tram zone. I don't have a car with me so being close to public transport and groceries is important. I have a lovely 1year-old indoor cat that I want to bring with me if possible. She uses the litter box regularly and very human-friendly. She can pretty much look after herself. If you have a place available, please feel free to message me. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm easy going and love coming home to relax and have my own time - but seeing a friendly face or 2 is always good. I often have a busy schedule and am not around all the time. But love to sit and have a chat when I am. I am self reliant and responsible, however I'm always up for a good time and a laugh. I am studying my masters in data science from Monash University full-time and work part time as an Analyst in an IT company in Camberwell.
