I'm Patricia, 27 music lover from Spain who is looking for a long term place. About me... I'm a hospitality worker and ramedial massage student. I've been living in Melbourne since October 2017 with student visa. I consider myself a pretty chilled out person, very respectful, easy going, tidy and responsible with the payments. Open minded and idealist, I'm always up to learn something new. Netlix. Vegetarian. Books. Travel. A bit geek. It would be great to find compatible people to live and spend some house time with.
Hi, I'm Theo, female, queer, and 34. I have been a social/environmental activist all my life, but am pretty anti-activist culture these days (specifically I'm not judgemental and am looking for non-judgemental folks to live with). I'm starting a political blog from a radical centrist angle, and work mostly from home. I don't have an income at the moment, but have substantial savings, so no need to worry about me paying the rent. I'm into hanging out with friends, working out, going out dancing, playing table tennis, personal development, serious and light hearted chats, netflixing, keen to get into skateboarding and parkour soon. I'm looking for a place that's relaxed, friendly, clean, non-communal (although I'd be into sharing meals occasionally if it feels right), meat friendly...
Young professional working full time in the CBD. Enjoy gardening, reading, good chats and unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of the day. I like a balance between social and personal time, respect others' space and clean up after myself. I bring house plants and an awesome doggo to the mix!
I'm a carpenter from Darwin looking to move to Melbourne in October. I'm a pretty relaxed dude, I like to keep my things clean and tidy. I generally like to keep to myself but I don't mind having a few beers and a laugh every now and then. Avid football watcher.
Two of are PhD and Masters Research students at RMIT and other one is at University of Melbourne. We are quiet and clean and tidy would like a place calm and neat as well. We'll be in the Uni's most of the day. Like to have some fun time once in a while as well without any harm.
Hi, I'm Paige, I'm 29 and working as an interior designer looking for a friendly, clean, easy going home. I work a lot between my day job and a side hustle but when I’m home I love to cook relax and have good chats over wine. On my days off you can find me eating with family and friends exploring all Melbourne's restaurants, bars and galleries. I’m vegetarian and my favorite meal of the day is brunch, I can never get enough smashed avocado hence why I’m still renting (no house ownership for me). Originally from TAS/QLD, moved to Melbourne 5 years ago for study and family. I am very independent and respectful of other’s space and privacy but I’d would love to meet like minded people and build a little family home together.
I am a 26 year old female backpacker from Manchester (UK) looking to settle in Melbourne after a travelling around for a year. I will be working full time in the CBD. I'm a psychology graduate, excited to explore Melbourne's food/drink scene, live music and sport events etc, I also love to get creative with photography, art work, writing and reading. I enjoy the outdoors and will probably try and pick up a gym class or two. I like to go out for a mid-week catch up over drinks/good food, I also like to chill and watch a series/movie. I have lived in shared accommodation many times before. I really love living with housemates, and also enjoy having my own little space to go to. I'm really easy-going, always clean and tidy and looking forward to living with new friends :)
- I'm a music student (But I know how to be respectful and keep it down.) - My mum cleaned houses for a living so I like to keep things tidy. - I get along well with everyone, I volunteer at SYN radio so love to chat about whatever. - Grew up as the only boy in a family of 5, so don't really care if I'm living with Girls or Guys. - Look you'll probably get much more out of a conversation with me then just reading this so get back to me!
I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished/partly furnished 'self contained accommodation' including fridge (Not house share). Access to a laundry is preferable. A 58 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and who is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and after all, they are true judges of character ;) Term could be longer than 6 months if it is the 'right' place for me and I am the 'right' tenant for you :) References available on request. Hi! I am looking to move to Melbourne around December 2018 due to receiving a full time job at St Vincent''s Hospital starting in January. I have rented before and lived in share houses so I am clean and tidy, and respectful of everyone's personal space. Always pay rent and bills on time. Preferably looking for a house that has all the main furnishings already and somewhere i can stay for at least 12 months. I will be working full time during the week, and some weekends, and studying as well. Outside of work I love to watch the footy and chill out with some netflix in my free time. Feel free to send me a message with anything you have available!
Hey there! I’m Mariko, 33, and I come with a very lovable one-eyed cat called Mike. I work 8-5 Mon-Fri as a content specialist. I like cooking, reading, gym, hiking, travelling. I spend a lot of time at my partners on the weekend and lay low during the week. I’m clean, friendly, happy to look after bills or just pay them on time. I can keep to myself but like to have a chat and a glass of wine too! I just spent the last 12 months living with a couple and their bunny with no issues. I’m super sad to leave my current house in West Footscray, but my landlords are moving in next year! Mike is very sociable, affectionate and has lived with other cats before, so that’s an option. I travel for work every three months for a few days or so, so someone that wouldn’t mind patting and feeding him is a bonus :)
I'm a 30yo german female. I'm back in Australia the 3rd time but this time to study.(2 years of WHV) I'm looking for a place to rent long term. I arrived in Melbourne on the 23rd of September and would like to move asap but don't mind to wait a bit longer. I'm easy going, tidy and quiet. Most of the time I'll be working or studying. I love books, music, coffee and food and to socialize but sometimes need my alone-time too. As I'm going to study patisserie you can profit from that, too. =)
Kia Ora, I have just moved to Melbourne from NZ! :) Have also just secured full-time work as a social worker for Woman's Health West! I wasn't sure what to put for preferred for length of stay but basically am looking to settle in Melbourne for the time being :) A bit about me..... I can have a laugh, I am clean, tidy and respectable! I love being able to have quality banter within my flat with flatties and doing fun things together but also love my independence at times too! As I work full time as a social worker so also have a big heart and not judgmental in the slightest - very open and loving individual! :) I love the outdoors, getting out and about on adventures in my spare time and love outdoor exercise. I love coffee, drum and bass, friends/family, cooking.

My journey begins: 1st of November, in the gorgeous city of; Melbourne! - Easy going, approachable, reliable, friendly, outgoing, good sense of humour, respectful, handyman around the house, coffee lover, music enthusiast, snowboarder, and just a great bloke. I've lived in: New York, London, around Europe, India, Nepal and travelled extensively around the world. Hi! My name is Aaron and I am 28 years young. I just moved to Melbourne from Adelaide last week and am looking for a place to rent in or around the city. I am super friendly, clean after myself, and always down to hang out, chat, or have drinks, but I'm also respectable of your privacy and understand we all want to be a burrito inside our rooms from time to time. My hobbies include playing badminton, filmmaking, and playing guitar. I enjoy cooking (you can try my food if you're brave ;) )and I'm always down for a game of chess. I am currently working nightshifts as a bartender, so it would be preferable to find a place that is quiet during the daytime. I'm interested in entrepreneurship. It would be awesome to find a likeminded flatmate. Please message if you have a room available for me or want to team up and rent a place! Peace!
Hello lovely people, I'm an Indian easy going girl, 26. I am looking for a private room. I am very friendly, organised and jolly person. I love to travel and very systematic with cleanliness. Please help me find a room around $500-$650 per month TIA ♥️
My wife and I run a B&B in the Pyrenees Ranges but I am going to be doing some contract work in Melbourne for a few months and need a place to live during that time. I will only be in residence Monday nights through Thursday nights as I will be back at the B&B on the weekends. I am clean, quiet, love animals, an excellent chef and barista. I would also be an acceptable choice for those who would normally want a female house mate as I am naturally a protector and was trained well by the strong women in my life. Mature but fun loving. I will also be using this time to get fitter so I will be cycling, walking and eating healthy - we could support each other to reach our goals.
We are a couple from Ireland and are moving to Melbourne in October for at least 2 years. We are sociable, easy going, fun loving, interesting people and we are easy to live with. We get up early and work hard (we are both Dentists) but also like going places and doing cultural things. We are active people and like gymming, CrossFit, running, footy, yoga, surfing, snowboarding/skiing. We also like to eat healthily and love coffee! We do have many other interests also, watching films, reading and we have travelled all around the world making friends with people from all backgrounds. We also love to have a drink (or 10) at the weekend or when we have time off and would hope to make friends with the people we like with and not just share a house! We've come to Melbourne to experience a new city and meet some new people. Looking forward to hearing back from you! Rebecca + Joseph
Hey there I’m born and raised in Melbourne, but have been living in China for almost 5 years, and currently making the transition back to living in Oz. I’m studying online as well as starting full time work soon. I’m quite a chill person during the week. I like to stay focused, keep active and cook (when there’s time) and I also value keeping a clean home. I love heading out to explore/have a few drinks on the weekends and being social in general.
