Hi there! It's Tracey from Vietnam, a recent graduate from Uni of Adelaide and about to work full-time soon. I am looking for a room in BOWDEN - BROMPTON only and within $150 INCLUDING ALL BILLS to move in by the end of March (could be flexible). I would prefer a FURNISHED room with good NATURAL LIGHT as my eyes are pretty weak. ALL FEMALE house would be preferred! I am TIDY and love to live with someone can keep the common rooms CLEAN as well! I enjoy SOCIALISING, having a chat during dinner, so prefer friendly English speaker housemates. Movies, music, volunteering, jobs, life, any topics I would love to share! I am reliable and respectful, I will not bother your personal space and pay rent on time! P/s: If you love Asian cuisine, I also cook Vietnamese dishes in my spare time! :)
An Adelaide guy looking for my first home away from home. At Adelaide university doing Mech Engineering for one semester, then full-time work from July. I'm a quiet guy at heart but can be pretty social if the time is right. I love hearing travel stories, and telling my own stories given I have lived overseas in Japan and Germany and done some pretty cool things. Happy to hangout with flatmates, i'm pretty flexible with anything, there isn't much that I don't like.
Always in and out of town so you will have the house to yourself quite often. Shift worker in aviation so someone who is understanding and considerate of my varying hours day to day. I have furniture and white goods so looking for unfurnished. Must be understanding of the fact that I do shift work and
Heya! My name is Simon, I'm a 28 year old male non-smoker currently looking for a new place to live and still save for home ownership. I have lived by myself for a number of years previously (positive rent track record). Max price is $200-250, no higher. I work 8am-5pm as a software developer and also train/gym most weeknights. During the week it's likely I'm either out most of the time or not home until after 8pm. I'm generally pretty tidy but very approachable. Trust is an absolute must for me, the last thing I want is not being comfortable sharing a home with others. Tend to not have people over, and if I do it's usually only one or 2 friends (before or after going out). Love a few casual beers/wines at home on the couch. While sociable I am also a PC gamer :-), so I'm content being on my own for hours on end (good Internet a must but doesn't have to be NBN). Got all furnishings needed, and I tend to bulk meal prep on a Sunday/Monday. I have a car I do require off-street parking for, and have no issue with pets (have none of my own). Currently driving to work every day, but that won't be permanent so access to public transport into the city is important.
I'm a clean, quiet, and friendly person who is very respectful of my housemates. I am a nonsmoker, clean up after myself, and have lived in share houses for the past 4 years so I know how to get on with others in a house. I enjoy socialising and having a good movie night or binge watching tv, brunch, having a few cheeky wines on the weekend and relaxing after work! I enjoy coming home and socialising with my housemates, but also like to have my own space to relax in. Looking for an clean, quiet, and easy going household that I can hopefully be friends with :-)
Spending my last year in Adelaide, Australia before emigrating to US. Active, Independent, social, avid reader, like to cook and garden. Not a party animal but enjoy socialising and good conversation. Have been travelling once or twice annually to Nashville, Tennessee where I will make a new life with my family. Exciting!
I have been renting now in Adelaide for 2 years and sharing the house with 7 people.. I know how always to create a good vibe in the house that’s why I never faced an issued in letting rooms in the house :) but now that’s the time to move to a smaller bedroom with less housmates.. if u r interested please let me know and we can look for something together and also I cam take over the lease myself. Cheers, Adam
Hey everyone, we are a couple (both 23) ideally looking to start a share house with one or two other people in a suburb close to the city. We're both friendly, tidy, positive people who are easy to get along with! Angus studies law and science at the University of Adelaide in his fifth and final year. He also works part time in the live music industry, loves going to gigs and sports. Taylor works full time in the food industry, dabbling in food writing, catering and event management after recently graduating from a food entrepreneurship degree. She loves to cook and most of her hobbies revolve around food too! In our spare time we love going out for coffee, eating out and hanging out with friends. Although we both like our down time at home to relax, we also don't mind having a few friends over for drinks on the weekend or the occasional night out. Ideally we're looking for 1-2 other people to live with in a 2 or 3 bedroom house that has enough room for everybody to fit comfortably. Our move date is also pretty flexible, but ideally from late March onwards. If you have any questions or would like to have a chat please shoot us a message! :)
Me and my boyfriend have just moved from NSW and are looking for a place to live and hopefully to make some new friends. We love a drink or two on the weekends and are tidy and respectful. Message me if you think we might be a good fit ☺️
I've been living in Adelaide for the last 1.5 years , relocated from UK and looking to stay here for next 2-4 years. I'm a veterinarian and out of the house most of the time with work or seeing friends/ exploring what Adelaide has to offer. I'm very clean and have been in shared accommodation for the last 6-7 years so I know how to respect other people's spaces. I enjoy the outdoors, camping as well as cooking.
We're a young married couple seeking good living options located within city limits & close to bus stops/train stations. We're new to Adelaide and look forward to make this our home as well as meet new people.
Me and my friend are fun loving young people who would love to live with similar age group. We are very easy going. We both are Arch students at Adelaide’s university. We are looking for two bedrooms. We can team up with anyone to get a new place. If interested do not hesitate to contact me :) 150pw is per person. We prefer east or north east areas but other areas can also be considered :
I’m really easy going, good company but I do also enjoy my space too! Im outgoing, enjoy having some drinks and dinners! I’m clean and tidy up after myself! I would be looking to live with someone the same! So I’m from Ireland and been here for 5 years now! I prefer to live with females also! Send me a message if you have something available as I need to be closer to my job!! Please don’t message if the house isn’t nice and homely, I want to live in a good place, not a dump :)
Jeff is kind, considerate and generous. Kayler is happy and bubbly (and also considerate and generous. Plus, she bakes!). We are both clean and tidy and are comfortable being both social and keeping to ourselves. We are both active, enjoying rock climbing, hiking, cycling and pretty much any other form of physical activity. We also have a quieter side, we love board games and reading books. Jeff is studying as an industrial designer at UniSA, but he has taken this semester off to focus on creating a team building games business helping businesses to foster great teamwork. While he is getting that up and running, he is working part time as a coffee machine technician. Kayler is a folk musician and works at a music store. She gigs a few times a week at some of the best venues around town. We are moving out of our current accomodation because the home owner has decided to sell. We come with a trained, desexed, amazing 7 year old dog. He has literally never damaged either mine or any of my previous housemates belongings. He is quiet and calm and he loves people and chickens. I've never had the opportunity to test him with cats, but I'm sure I could train him to be ok around them also.
Hi, I'm a student seeking a room. Currently studying Buddhist philosophy (my passion) and happy to contribute to making a clean and harmonious home. Im pretty laid back, enjoy being around people, however my party days are behind me. Looking for something long term. Have my own furniture, but am flexible.
Hey there! I'm Sophie, I'm 19 years old. I am a neat, respectful and easy going person who is looking for a roommate or two to live with preferably around the same age as me. I want move out of home around when I start uni at the beginning on March. I'm starting a degree in Midwifery at UniSA this year and I also have a part time job in a restaurant so that will occupy most my time when not at uni. In my spare time I'm usually going out to eat or to movies with friends. I also have a cat, she is really well behaved who spends most her time sleeping or cuddling anyone who is around. She is great with dogs and other cats, so if a potential roommate also had a pet that would be fine.
Hi, I'm working full time and am looking for a new place to live. I'm a non smoker and don't drink. I'm a quiet type of person that enjoys nights in. I am clean and tidy. I love the beach and keeping active in my free time :)
I am a primary school teacher who is allergic to cats. I feel like that's all the important information... I'm generally busy during the week, with various 'after school' commitments. I'd like to live in a quiet household, without too much happening in the home during the week, as children are exhausting and I need my rest! I'm looking to move within the next few weeks if possible 😊 Claudia
We are a long term couple (mid 30's) looking for a share house (1 large bedroom). Both are working and clean, tidy & very easy going. Rik (works part-time & studies IT part time). Joanne works full-time (mobile phone tech support). Common courtesy, respect of others including their property is important. We have very happy dispositions; it’s our natural default setting. We are very easy going, no trouble, helpful. We are very social (love theatre, comedy, the arts), & mindful if others require solitude/peace & quiet. Property must have NBN or Cable internet (due to work requirements).
