Having been moved back from NZ where I was working on a motorway project to my current position as a Construction Superintendent with CPM in Ipswich, I would like to get a good feel for the area before I decide where to purchase my next home.
At this stage, over the next 2-6 weeks I require a single room for myself, though I can only really afford $100-$120 per week for the moment.. My 2 little girls are staying with my brother in Sinnamon Park on a Custodial Assessment whilst custody is getting sorted between their father and myself.. when I get the girls back which will hopefully be on the 28th of June, my fortnightly payments will increase back to $1,700, in which I am then possibly hoping to ask if my little girls could move in to 'my room' with me as well and I could pay up to $200-$250 per week in rent. So please looking for somewhere to live asap, with the thought in mind that my 2 little girls will be moving back in with me some time within the next 2 to 6 week period as well.
My name is Rob and I'm from the United Kingdom. I'm on my working holiday visa, soon to be on my 2nd year visa. I am easy going, clean and pull my weight. I like to spend a lot of the time around the city when I'm not working.
Hi there future house mates, My friend and I are looking for someone to team up with for a new lease. I am ready to move out now and Ilonka's current lease is up on the 15th July, so we will need somewhere by then. We both work full time and study part time, we are friendly and are very social however if you prefer your peace and quiet we are very respectful of your space. I have a beautiful old friendly Rottweiler and a Persian so you must love animals. If you are intested in a team up send me a message and we will catch up for coffee. Cheers Abbie
Hey all, I am a 22 year old working professional seeking another person to find a place together. I am pretty flexible with the location, as I don't mind travelling to work for the right place. I'm a very sociable person, but enjoy my own space. I work four days a week in retail and study the other day, at a veterinary clinic, so I am out of the house a fair bit. I'm searching for a roommate that is like minded and someone who I get along with. Please send me a message if you'd like to have a chat :)
Looking for all-female house/flat close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'm potentially interested in other areas besides these - further east or north.
My name is Cassandra and I am looking for a new location to live. I currently live too far from my place of work. and relying on public transport it takes well over an hour and a half to get to work every day. I am a soon to be full-time hairdressing apprentice I currently work just over 30 hours a week. I am a quiet and courteous person and I'm easy to get along with. I am looking for a place in or around Kenmore. please contact me on the messenger on flatmates or directly text me thank you.
I'm a reasonable chef, that is happy to cook at home. I have lots of board games and a PS4, as well as a couple of guitars electric and acoustic, I'm good at sharing my life... and I come conflict free. I have an (inside) Border-collie-X, 8yo, very well trained, however if he keeps barking at you, it means you haven't given him enough pats. I cook, I clean, I can fix stuff, love gardening (first sign of getting old) listening to Music, Movies or Binge watching the new generation of TV shows (post GoT.) I have a large digital collection of all. I have no time for Racism, Homophobia, or Junkies (not even part-timers). I don't smoke, rarely drink (give me a good reason ;-), I just like to keep life simple and enjoy my time here. I am doing my Masters of Philosophy at QUT-KG @ IHBI (Q-block), working on osteoimmunology and Osteoarthritis/porosis. I plan to go on to my PhD. I would be happy to help someone pay off their mortgage long term, I don't enjoy moving as much as I once did. I have a full household of stuff, but I will store or sell whatever I cant bring with me. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers Chris Scotland
Hey, my name is jordan. I recently moved back to brisbane after living in Sydney for 4 years. I'm looking for a place to share or move into a place that's already being shared (preferably in the areas I've tagged but open to other locations). A little about myself... I'm 25, male, straight. I work full time as a apprentice here in brisbane I just left a profession I was tired with in Sydney so I'm starting over again by doing a trade here in bris. I like keeping fit and shooting off to the gym after work I like listening to hip hop and house music I don't drink much but I will when I have a birthday to go to or something special is going down. I like tattoos I have experience living out of home with others, I know how it works. I clean up after myself and I'm easy to get along with. On weekends I'm usually out chasing some sun and exploring or shopping. I do like my coffee and eating out as much as I like to cook at home. Give me a holla if you're interested in chatting about a place :) open to dudes and gals
I am looking for a quiet flat/studio/unit/granny flat/private room where I can have my own space. I work full time and I am also studying so I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, although I do like to chat and socialise. I am passionate about yoga, health and self-development, so I like to keep active and keep my space neat and clean.
Hello, My name is Dain Stathakis, I am a full time landscape labourer looking for a place to stay. I am a very clean and comfortable person. I am very easy to get along with. i don't have very many friends, I don't like to host parties. but i am more than willing to take part in any social event at the residence, I can also make myself scarce if necessary . I am a great gardener, I don't mind helping around the house, I can mow lawn, weed and prune gardens with relative ease. to be honest I am a simple guy with no commitments, who just want a place to hang out in my spare time. Thank you for your time, I hope to meet you soon. Kind Refards, Dain Stathakis

Hi, I'm a tidy person who's mainly looking for a granny flat or share accommodation in a place that's large enough we won't feel like we are living in each other's pockets. I like my alone time but also don't mind a hang out here and there. I leave for work early in the morning and usually home at around 4pm Wed to Fri and I try to make the most of my weekends.
