I am an easy going , active individual. I spend my free time playing sport or meeting up with friends. I also like doing things around Sydney like a tourist would...it's just gives you a different take on the city. I like socializing and the occasional get together with the people I live with. If I have had a big week then I will usually stick around the place to get some rest but most weekends I'm out and about anyhow. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey there! I’m a friendly, outgoing, bubbly person and fun to be around with. I like to have a chat and love to have a laugh. I love music, travel and going to the beach! I’m looking for a nice brand new clean home with nice furniture and no clutter that I can live in long term with people who want the exact same :) I’m the type of person who likes to pride myself in a nice good looking home. I need a car spot as I drive a car and a room spacious enough to fit a queen size bed comfortably. Please don’t message me if you don’t tick all of the above. Thank you 😊
Heya! I’m Mindy- I work as a casual primary school teacher. I usually get a lot of work so I'll be out of the house Mon- Fri 7am-5pm. I’m very friendly & always up for a chat but I'm also respectful of your space. I like long walks on the beach (actually haha), cooking & would prefer living with healthyish folk. I’m pretty easy going & will always greet you with a smile 🤗✌🏼👌🏼 I’ve also lived in sharehouses for a few years now so I’m fairly well trained xo
Hi, I'm Nina! I work full time as a Business Development Executive in the CBD. I enjoy keeping fit, going for runs or hiking, anything really outdoors. Very clean and tidy, comes from being Italian and with that my love for food and wine. I am very outgoing and down to earth and don’t mind a night out :)
I am a respectful and considerate flatmate. I have lived in share housing before and am looking to find a place to call home for a while. I am a psychologist, and I work full time for a government department. I like to cook, practice xtend barre, wander around markets, and read.
Respectful neat & tidy professional 50yr male looking for share accommodation preferably with my own bathroom. I’m flexible with the area as long as the place is clean & the flatmates are easy going. I’m also a pretty good cook!
Hey guys! I'm an international student from China, nearly graduating very soon this mid-year. I'm looking to move to my next accommodation around the end of June. When talking about living with others, I feel myself quite experienced at it as I escaped from parents and started sharing room with others right since high school. I'm pretty respectful and reasonable person, never got into any fights whatsoever with housemates. I'm also of good hygiene personally and in common area, I always make sure stuff is clean and back in place after I'm done using it. I'm generally a quiet person though by no means an introvert, I respect other's privacy and the need to keep a good home environment as opposed to something like a crazy party place. I'm pretty sociable and always up for fun time with others, like having dinners, casual outings or just some Netflix chill ;)
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I am currently working P/T in retail and studying full time at Macquarie Uni, so I am rarely at home and when I am I study or disappear in my room. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and I am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
I am busy IT executive who is friendly, light-hearted and very reasonable. I am looking for a quiet clean and comfortable place - shared or self-contained, I am ok with both. Prefer a secure cark park and ensuite.
Hi! I'm moving up to Sydney from Melbourne in July to start a new degree! I am outgoing, bubbly and down to earth, always willing to help and a super clean person. Preferably looking for other students or people in their 20s to live with.
Hi , I am a professional guy with own successful accounting practice in Gladesville for over 15 yrs. Am 62 yrs, but with a much younger outlook on life:) easy going, neat & tidy (not pedantic though:), very respectful; music n movie enthusiast. Recently divorced so starting afresh.
hey there! I'm a 20 year old student looking to move in with some other fabulous people. I currently study marketing and PR at macquarie and am also working a lot of the week at a hotel in the city. Im looking for people that are open minded and happy to have a conversation, but again everyone needs their privacy at some point. I enjoy going to see live music, going out to bars, brunch is always fun, even just a tea/wine and some reality tv is good enough for me! I am very respectful of other people and their space, and always do my absolute best to leave as little trace of myself as possible!
My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room either on the north shore or around Ryde as these are central to our daily lives between the two of us. We are both working (him full-time in a dock yard and myself part time in retail) with me also studying at WSU. We are both fairly neat people and clean up after ourselves and keep to ourselves however can be social if we get along with people well. He is into gym, motorcycles and cars while I am into anything creative whether it be books, drawing or music. Internet is the biggest necessity as I am studying currently. Of course it would be nice to have our own bathroom however we are not fussed. A parking spot would be ideal however a motorbike is fairly easy to park on the street. Thanks for the consideration! - Ruby and Rory
I’m friendly and sociable but definitely know that “me time” is important to a lot of people. I also require “me time” and am happy to often just do my own thing. I am quite tidy and like my place clean, especially my kitchen. I’m a Speech Pathologist and looking to start working as an ESL teacher as well. I’m only looking for something short term (around 6months) as my boyfriend and I are moving overseas at the end of the year.
Great, clean & quiet tenant (with a smaller budget so I can maintain some kind of desirable standard of living in Sydney). Prefer an all inclusive price (which is my budget - $300) & own bathroom. Looking for a homeowner who would like a bit of extra income or a lovely flatmate on the older rental rates, willing to share the philanthropy of their fine landlords. People who are willing to forego a bit of money for a secure tenant and peace of mind. Thanks everyone.
Rose is a research & evaluation consultant (Indigenous education & community development) from NZ & Joe is a primary school teacher from Perth. We have recently relocated to NSW from remote WA. We are both tidy, respectful, and enjoy sharing a meal and a cup of tea. We also have a 5 year old kelpie who is possibly the greatest dog of all time. We both love the outdoors, hiking, rock-climbing & gardening.
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
I am a father of two (7 + 11) and the reason for moving out from my own home is because of cahnges in family circumstances. I am a civil engineer by trade but currently running my own Real Estae business and export business, I do some part-time consulting work as well as workingpart-time for Dan Murphys. Discreet, courteous, respectful, sociable and a non-smoker. Drink to occasion only. Like to stay at Ryde in order to take care of my children.
I'm a finance professional working in the property industry. I've spent the last year living around the Crows Nest area and would love to stay! Current housemate has moved up, and I'm looking to move to a place with a bit more light. Ideally, I would like to have my own bathroom (ensuite or otherwise). I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others when it comes to house sharing. I'm looking for someone similar. I love travelling so if you're a budding globe trotter, or is already one yourself then we'll get along quite well! Most weeknights you'll see me just relaxing, watching TV or on my laptop surfing. I don't mind a beer or two, or a nice healthy chat either. I'm a believer of not wasting weekends, so I'm normally out and about on weekends catching up with friends, bushwalking/hiking or playing tennis with friends. Feel like we'll be an awesome duo? Please do contact me! ** Also looking for someone to team up with for a place so please let me know if you're after that too **
Hey, We are Justin and Joshua!! We are looking for a Double Room or Studio either furnished or unfurnished. Our own bathroom would be great! as well as some form of parking as we have 2x cars. Our Combined Budget is approx $400 week. We are organised tidy people both working/studying.! :) Joshua is finishing up his studies to become a teacher and I work in Retail Merchandising. We are friendly people and very easy to get along with. We enjoy our privacy and are respectful of noise levels and cleanliness. So we're looking to live somewhere that reflects these values! Even better if you're gay friendly :) NOT into party houses.. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find somewhere amazing to live!
Hi Everyone!! I work full time in the construction industry (meaning that I generally work long hours, with some Saturday's and some night shifts). I spend most of the week at work, so generally like a calm house to come home to to get a good rest. I'm currently living in Neutral Bay, and working in Pennant Hills, so looking to live either still near the city, or somewhere towards Penannt Hills but still with easy access to the city. In my time off I love reading a listening to music, I'm also extremely partial to e Netflix sesh. I love going for long walks and going for runs, and as soon as the weather is a little nice you'll find me at the beach. I love a household that doesn't mind the semi regular team lunch or dinner, and a Friday night wine or beer. I don't need a crazy clean house, but I do like generally cleanliness, everyone helping out, and a nice respect for each other and their own spaces. I have all of my own bedroom furniture, as well as a small bookshelf that might have a happier home in a living space. I also have a couch/coffee table, however am prepared to put them in to storage if required. Saturday nights I love a few tunes, usually in the city, and love to relax. If you think I might be a good fit for your house, or if you have any further questions for me, please feel free to get in touch! My current lease ends June 8th and I'll be looking for somewhere until around Jan 2019.
Melbournian just moved to Sydney for health reasons. Quiet, respectful, easy going. Love film & live music. Needing a ground floor room, or building with a lift. Thanks 😊
