29 Years Old, corporate female in senior level management, working full time. Would be out of the house from 8am-7pm and I work out in the evenings. Very easy going, open minded, I am a foodie and enjoy a glass of wine. I am a social person but am also mindful of keeping space. I also come with a very cute furbaby 3 yr old shih tzu / maltese, fully toilet & house trained. I have lived on my own for a while, my place is well kept, everything has its place and put away. Unfortunately as my mum became ill, I moved home to care for her but she has since recovered now and my sister and her son have also moved in so its just a bit too crowded for me! Lol so off I go again :) I do like peace and quiet in my downtime but I also love my music and being at the beach. Would like to live with someone that I can become mates with but not have to live in each others back pockets, would be nice to share a meal and a glass of wine or tea occasionally - I come with a huge T2 selection and tea solves everything! Haha I travel often so I will be in the Maldives and Bali from mid Dec to mid Jan. So looking at moving towards end of Jan. Thanks for reading my bio! Hope to become flatmates with an awesome person / bunch x
Hi! We are a quiet, respectful couple who have been together for 2 awesome years. We have lived in previous flat mates places with other people but are now looking for something more to ourselves as we move into our next stage of life. I work in Disability and am currently studying to become a police officer. My partner owns he own beauty business and also works in the hospitality industry. We are very clean and active people who have a love for life! Hope to hear back from you 😁
Social but enjoy own space too.. Enjoy a BBQ and outdoors. Ex Pat from Oregon / US and lived on North Shore for almost 10 years. Very fit and active - Enjoy Tennis, All Water Sports including Scuba Diving, Basketball Coach & Masters Hoop player... Family man but Single now as my Teen Daughter lives with her Mom.. I am usually away up to 2 weeks per month either on business nor around in evenings much as usually out during Dinner Hours with Daughter. Looking for accommodation to suit, very handy on all interior and exterior home repairs if at any time required as well for any type rent compensation and enjoy yard work very much as green thumb too - but entertain all offers on a place to call home for a minimum of 3-6 months.
I recently graduated from Uni, and am working full-time. I'm pretty easy-going and like to keep my space tidy. I attempt to be fit by boxing a couple of times a week, but am a fairly useless fighter :). I'm happy to be social with flatmates, but also don't mind 'me time'. I grew up overseas so am not fussed by anything (i.e. pets, smoking etc.).
I am friendly and easy to live with. I work full time as a primary school teacher and have a range of activities that keep me busy. That being said, I am an introvert so do enjoy having time at home. Non-smoker, not a party-animal. Looking for others who are similar. I am looking for a place to live, on return from an overseas trip (end Jan 2019). Either happy to move into an already established place, or looking for a team-up (I have appliances/furniture etc).
Relaxed and Calm. Gives people there space and privacy. I like to have fun of course. I need the basics like a washer, dryer and fridge. Please not coin operated. Interests: Woodworking/ volleyball/ exploring Sydney. Need to be reasonably close to public transport. A place that feels safe, prefer to not be on the ground floor. I can't live with smokers or drug takers. Age open. I would like to have a friend visit a few times a month, which can be discussed. I've had a couple of places where i've had to use public rubbish bins instead of one from a property, eg when living above a shop, I don't want to do that anymore.
Hi, I'm an IT manager, quiet, clean, stick to my room most of the time but generally sociable and more than happy to sink a beer or a bottle of wine after work Looking for a team up on a modern apartment you have your own bathroom I have mine sort of deal. I have all the normal house stuff - Fridge, couch, microwave, washing machine etc
Hola! Looking for a gal (or 2) to team-up for a place OR existing room in a flatshare. - I work close to full time in financial services and also study at MQU - I enjoy my alone time consisting of falling into the weirdest depths of youtube, spectating when others game on twitch, but also would enjoy having someone to de-brief with at the end of the day about bizarre workmates or to mung-out and watch Netflix with - I make good tacos and stir fry, and love baking (when I have the time..) - I come with a fridge, washing machine and netflix account (if required) - I have a deep appreciation for cleanliness (whoever makes a mess cleans the mess is my mantra) Message me if you want a clean, responsible and friendly gal to live with :)
I will move in Sydney at February and looking for a room to stay in for average 4 months. i am an IT guy who love movies, music, video games, and photography. i also practice my cardio and weight lifting in gym everyday. i had traveled to different countries and i am active and social person.
I work in Macquarie park as a data analyst, and am looking for some nice people to live with around the Hornsby area. I'm a chilled person to live with, and in the past I've really enjoyed doing things together with my housemates like cooking and having movie nights, or doing outdoors stuff like mountain biking. I respect others' space and mood. I'm really into meditation, so I like my solitude but am always up for a chat.
I am an international student. Currently living in West pymble for more than 2 years. Need a new place to relocate as my current landlord is going to do renovations and I am allergic to fresh paint.
Hi. I will start my PhD at Macquarie university from January/February. So I will arrive in Sydney around end of January (or early February), 2019. I would like to have my own room and own bathroom. I can share other parts of the house e.g. kitchen , living room etc with my house/flat mates. However, I would like privacy for my studies and hobbies. I will need a living place which is near to the Macquarie University. I am also okay with places which are to the public transport facilities. About me : I am a friendly person but keep to myself most of the times. I like and prefer privacy. But I also like to enjoy a party every now and then. I am very particular about cleanliness and prefer a room which is easy to clean even in busy days of the week. I like trekking, hiking and traveling. I love eating good and healthy food. I am learning to cook, so I do a lot of cooking experiments when I am at home. Some of them are successful. :) I am also fond of gardens. I would like a place where I can grow a small garden. Do you already have a garden? This will definitely be an added bonus to my search for my room. Above all these, I love reading. So, I would definitely love to share a house with people who also like reading and can discuss about the books they read about. P.S. Please note that if the rent per week is approaching to AUD 300, I would definitely prefer and expect my own bathroom. Thank you. :) Hope to see some of you soon! Let's see how it goes. I would contact some of you in late December for the availability of a private room in a house share and see if I can inspect the place once I arrive in Sydney. Thank you, Sidneysiders! :)
Hi guys, I am a full-time Site Engineer who works in Asquith, I am a quiet person who respects other privacy. I am down to earth and polite. I am after a nice housemate regardless of race and gender. I am always down with a nice chat and wine. please consider that I only can live with one person. I am after a place close to the train station. Cheers :))
We are an open minded couple with nice travel stories to share. We just found a full time job in a plant nursery for the next 6 months at least. We love to go to the beach and walking in the nature, going to festival or sharing a barby with friends.
I'm a student who loves film. I'm currently at university studying communications and media. I love to make things and love all things creative and crafty. I like my own space to unwind and keep to my own in order to complete uni work and work on hobbies. That being said I would still love to live with people who are kind, fun, honest and like to have a good laugh every now and then. I'm looking for private room with long term stay and somewhere that's close to public transport. Please feel free to contact me if we would live well together!
My name is Karen About myself, I am a PE teacher working at a school in Epping. I love being outdoors. I have a small spoodle called ‘Ziggy’ and am looking for a room in a house preferably that also has a dog/s so she has company during the day. Shes super chill, house trained and 1 year old. On weekends I love going to dog beaches on weekends with my pup, doing fun outdoor activities and seeing friends. I generally keep to myself during the working week after teaching but enjoy the kitchen catch up over a wine. Im not a party goer. I prefer to bask in the sunshine, music and chill vibes :-) My current housemates have been building their house and theyve almost finished so we are parting ways in February. :-)
Hey! Looking for a place to call home with some awesome flatmates I can call mates (preference for girls). I’m from Sydney, work the standard 9-5 at North Sydney, go to the gym during the week, enjoy cooking healthy, and like catching up with friends on the weekends for brunch, drinks or outdoor adventures. Bright, bubbly, friendly person who is respectful, tidy and really easy going. Love to socialise, but also enjoy my downtime too :)
