Not looking for a party house. Can be flexible on the move in date for the right... Ideally long term but I am happy for short term if the room comes with a bed. Also I do have a car - so unless its walking distance to work would be handy to know if you have street parking available.

I love reading and writing- I've published my first book and when I'm not traveling, I'm working on my next! Hi there, I'm Amelia. Like a chandelier, I would be a fabulous addition to our potential home. I'm avail from 15th of May and looking to live around Rosebery, Beaconsfield, Alexandria, Kensington, Redfern or Surry Hills area. I'm looking to team up with someone, I've lived alone for the past year and a half so pretty much have a complete home setup - including a salad spinner. I work full time in the wonderful world of advertising. I usually do long hours during the week, so like to chill at home, or with friends. I enjoy knitting (it's my yoga/meditation), trying new things, music, reading and Netflix/Stan. I'm always doing something on the weekend to balance out my big weeks at work. I'm friendly, tidy and have a solid sense of humour. Person I'd like to live with would be a professional, easy going, clean and tidy, not a party animal at home and align with me on the domestic front - interesting conversation a bonus. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Amelia
In desperate need of a bug-free place. One-bedroom apartment/standalone/NO ROOMMATES. I get that this is *flatmates* and I am concentrating my efforts on real estate sites, but I figured it was worth also listing on here just in case. Highlights: * Move in: ASAP * Area surrounding CBD. Hopefully no more west or south than Newtown, no more north than Crows Nest - 20 minutes or less via train to central * I have my own furniture but honestly don't know how to move it, so furnished, unfurnished, or flexible furnishings is a-okay * Needs complete, real kitchen. No kitchenettes. Also need complete separation between kitchen and bedroom, no open plan * Preference to NOT being on ground level * Again, budget of 500/week * Again, no NO FLATMATES. No sharehouses. I can't live with other people. I'm Sarah, a recent graduate from a university in New York where I studied microbiology, but I'm from the midwest of America. I studied a semester abroad here last year which further confirmed my desire to leave America for the good ol land of Oz. I'm on the tail end of a work and holiday visa, but already have a student visa lined up and fully approved. I'm looking for a clean place. Please. I've been traumatized by this place. Misled. Hoodwinked. I thought this place was great. It's horrible. There is a terrible cockroach infestation. And then there's a giant crack in the front entrance between the door and actual floorboards. So tons of those big cockroaches creep in and go straight to my room. Oh did I mention that the guy in the room next to me is basically a hoarder? Yeah. I would love a place with hard wood floors instead of carpet, but it's not always a deal breaker. A place walking distance to a train station, but not too close, is also ideal. Or a short bus ride away from central. Basically I just want easy public transit to CBD. Please help me. I'm about to rip my hair out. I'm a clean, quiet girl, who likes to avoid issues. Don't con me into a bug-infested place. :(
Hey there! My name is Dani, I'm moving from Newcastle as I have just secured a full time job in North Sydney. I'm hoping to find accommodation close to work but also to the CBD. I'm looking for housemates that are in their early twenties and are working professionals. Hopefully the house will be social as I love meeting new people. I'm clean and respectful of my housemates and would love to hear from you. If you flick me a message tell me a bit about yourself and your housemates and we can see if I'll be a good fit. :)

Hey There! Looking for a room to move into end of May / Early June! I am Australian born and raised. Working full time in Sydney's CBD for a multinational commodities corporation. I consider myself as a friendly and approachable girl who likes to cook vegetarian meals and spend copious amounts of time in bed watching TV shows. I am meticulously clean and quiet. Love to have a chat but respect people's space and time! Looking to move in with like-minded people :)

Hey guys! My name is Steph, I'm 23 and looking for a place in the inner west of Sydney to move into in the upcoming weeks! I'm originally from Canberra, but lived on the Gold Coast for the past 4 years whilst studying at uni. Just got a new job in Sydney so excited to be making the move back south again! I'm a pretty social person, and would be stoked to live with people who are happy to have a cheeky bev or 10, or even just hang out and eat shit food in front of the tv. I also love sports, the beach, clothes and live music. I've been in sharehouses for 4 years now so I understand the necessity for cleanliness, and also respect for people's space. Flick me a message if you think I sound like a good fit for your room!
