Hi, I've recently moved to Sydney on a working holiday visa, with the aim of landing a professional job and gaining sponsorship. I'm 25, enjoy most sports, gym training and I'm generally a tidy individual. I own an apartment back in Scotland so I appreciate the importance of finding a suitable tenant/roommate. Would potentially stay longer than 4 weeks, accommodation is dependent on my work circumstances.
I am a 22 year old newly graduated university student who is currently living at home, working part-time (around 4-6 days a week) in fashion retail. My home lifestyle is simple and quiet, if I am not out. Usually my parents are relatively preoccupied with outside engagements so I try to find as much time as possible to contribute with home chores such as the cleaning and cooking. With a healthy amount of balance in my life that I juggle between social activities / relaxation time / work, I do a routine daily inspection around the home and can always be trusted to immediately stock up on groceries or home utilities / necessities if it is running low for all members of the household to use. Cleanliness and general consideration for all others in the home are qualities I consistently manage to maintain. As a relatively busy, social, and out-going working young person, I like to keep my schedule filled with a variation of leisure activities, or social engagements. My interests are in fashion, films, music, literature and cooking. If I am not reading, writing, or watching films in my room, I have a love for spontaneous outdoor walks, day trips, or mini driving explorations and adventures. Please take into consideration of my several mini talents which could be of use from time-to-time in a shared-home living condition: I make rather good guacamole. I scrub bathroom tiles very meticulously. I am generous with contributions to groceries for the kitchen. I keep immensely quiet during late hours, and very early mornings. Rent will be paid consistently, never late. I have a helpful nature around the home. I am friendly, and polite.
I'm a 23 years old exchange student coming from Chile. I consider myself super tidy and clean. I have experience living in international share houses and I love to meet new people and share moments with them. I'm going to be studying at USYD for the whole term, so I'm looking for a nice and chill place where I can study and at the same time have cozy and quiet dinners with friends. I prefer private rooms, but if you have a good offer, don't hesitate to contact me! ** I'm arriving to Sydney on February 8th, since that date I'm able to inspect :)
Hey all, I'm a fun, friendly & outgoing Canadian here on a working holiday visa. I am currently living in Pyrmont with two Italian guys who I met whilest travelling in New Zealand last year. We are moving out of this flat on the 29th and are hoping to find a new place soon! We are clean, enjoy to socialize and cook together when we have the chance and are also respectful of others. We would like to find a house share/flat for the 3 of us, two rooms would be best (a double and a single) or we wouldn't mind having one room to share between the 3 of us.
I am looking to move into a place with my friend Millie, weve both got holiday working visas and interested in house sharing or renting our own place at the end of Jan. Both friendly, sociable and loyal.
Hi, me and my friend liv are looking for somewhere to live! We are two 23year old girls from Wales, UK. We're clean, respectful, easygoing and very sociable 😊 We are looking to stay in Sydney for roughly 2 months and ideally love to be close to the beach but we're open to any areas! We are fine with sharing a bed or a room with two beds in 😊
I'm an independent, considerate and sociable person and will be busy most of the time, but like to have a good conversation or shared dinner occasionally. I appreciate cultural diversity and I'm always curious about other people's way of life :)
Hey! My name is Alex and I am originally from Toronto in Canada and will be heading to Sydney for vet school! I'm a very positive person who is very studious and respectful. I am a clean individual who is very considerate when living with others. Chances are I will be quiet in my room studying or will be out at the library/in class. Feel free to ask for my social media and I will be happy to provide :). I am looking for a furnished place (private room, shared bathroom ok) to stay preferably within walking distance (10-20 minutes) to the University of Sydney campus. My budget is no more than $300, including internet + all bills. I am unable to attend inspections until February 7th.
Hey everyone, My name is vinicius i am 19 years old and i am from brazil i am arriving in sydney on february 28 and i need a place to stay i am going with a student visa and i will be studying at greenwich english college (pitt st), i am a nice and tidy guy who loves to play basketball and get to know different places and meet different people, loves to eat but zero cooking skills, but i'd love to learn the craft if you have something fitting what i'm looking for please let me know. Hi, I'm European, have been in Sydney for over 2 years, currently looking for new convenient place to stay, a single room, due to renovation of current house. I seriously don't want to share a flat/house with many people (preferably max 5 in total), moreover with someone who doesn't speak English. I would like to have my own room (furnished) and the apartment should be in good location nearby CBD. I'm friendly, cleanly, organized, reliable and don't smoke. I work as a waiter.
Hi I'm Nat, I just moved to Sydney from London for work (Market Research). I'm looking to settle in somewhere cool, with like-minded housemates that are up for being my pals and could be your very own resident pom (if you'll have me!) I'm fairly fun, energetic, social and outgoing but also enjoy my own company from time to time. Into yoga/keeping fit/healthy eating, especially during the week but I'm not crazy militant about it and would never say no to carbs. I love carbs. I also love to travel, cook (and eat) and the arts. This can span from dog videos on YouTube, to music festivals, to the Ballet. I'm not fussy, I just like to get out and experience stuff. As a housemate I'm clean, considerate and pretty much always up for a drink and a chat/starting a TV series when I'm around. Not such a party animal anymore, especially on school nights but I'm open-minded to the occasional house party if that's your jam. If you want to know any more info, please ask away!
I’m a young girl from Tasmania who's about to begin part time study (fashion business) and work (hospitality) in Sydney - I am very laid back and love a good chat but after living in both a school boarding house and a number of share houses also understand the importance of personal space and respect! I'm ready to move in straight away! Would prefer my own private room although I'd considering sharing a room if I found the right flatmates! I look forward to hearing from you!
Hey everyone! I am moving from Hawaii (North Shore Oahu) to pursue my degree in physiotherapy at Sydney Uni. Looking for a place to call home whilst studying. My passions: Surfing, Yoga, Pilates, Free Diving, Cooking, Gardening, Netflix, and the occasional porter:) I am a clean, quiet and respectful roommate whom is looking for a long term place. Furnished would be ideal but will work with whatever is available. I am very laid back and not a partier though I do enjoy a healthy social life. School is my priority so Ill be looking for places close to Sydney uni. Cheers!
British traveller settled in Sydney for 4-8 months! I'll be working during the week (I start in February) and love to make the most of my weekends in this amazing city - beach days, road trips, brunches and the odd Sunday session. Do enjoy a glass of wine and going out for dinner, equally partial to a chilling out, cooking up a feast and a netflix binge. I'd like to think i'ma pretty chilled and tidy housemate, love being around fun interesting people who are work hard play hard too and making the most of being in Australia. I'd like to live as close to the beach as I can afford and easily accessible to the CBD. Would be great to have a social house to hang out and do things together but also respect each other's space and the different things we all have going on.
Im Marc, Im from spain, I was traveling around during 6 months and now im start to study here and im looking for a shared room, Im very open mind I like to go out to take some drink, swim, run and for sure i love the beaches and big cities.
Hey I'm Minty! 28, friendly easy going, mature, respectful, clean and tidy, looking for a private room in a quiet, clean, non-smoking, non-party house please! I'm returning to study so I'll be juggling uni, studying, work and hopefully still maintain some kind of social life! Generally, I am quite relaxed and quiet at home, but would not mind socialising and catching up with flatmates over dinner or drinks when I’m free. I LOVE FOOD AND COFFEE. I also enjoy cooking, cycling, running and yoga.
French personal trainer new in Sydney. I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I like to party but I try to keep a healthy lifestyle as much as possible. Keen on meeting new people and sharing time and activities with them.
I'm a 31 yo Manager at Ernst & Young and I'm currently relocating to Sydney from Brisbane. I usually work in the city but have the occasional travel around Australia. I'm French but soon to be Australian as well (I've been around for 4 years now), really enjoy cooking, exercise and getting people confused with my accent (grew up in the UK as well) Looking forward to hearing from you
Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a private room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) ASAP. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm fun, friendly, easy-going, clean, sociable but respectful of privacy. Looking for like-minded flat buds to share with. Please message me so we can chat if you're interested :) Need room to be available the day I arrive back in Sydney so happy to Skype and Face-time!
So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to them so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic/homophobic/sexist etc. because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. No tea no shade, it's just really not my vibe. Kind of a prerequisite that the place has parking available; musicians have an awful lot of gear D: Pretty strictly limited at $300 a week so if your place costs more than this, please only message me if you wanna barter music lessons for discounts in rent. Kinda joking but mostly not really. But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby

Hey all, I'm a Landscape architect working full time in Ryde, looking for a place with my partner Julia. We're looking for a share-house to either start or join, after a place/people who are social but also respect each other's privacy. We like Salsa, design, snorkelling, beach, food (Julia's Italian). We're clean, quiet, respectful, all the usual stuff, looking for same. Move in date is quite flexible, as is the location, we have a bunch of furnishings, but we're not super attached to them. Let me know if you're interested, love to hear from you. Cheers, Dave
Professional guy in his mid twenties, work full time in the CBD. Easy to get on with, friendly guy who likes having a chill night in or out. Ideally after professional people who are tidy and relaxed.
I'm a young professional working in media/marketing looking for a place close enough to the city that I can get out of bed 30 minutes before work, but far enough away that I can relax on the weekend with a quiet coffee. I'm pretty friendly and easy going. I love books and movies, as well as a good chat about books and movies.
A french crepmaker, curious and open-minded. Coming here to work 6 months in a restaurant at circular quay. Love to have fun, and make fun of everything. I'm a serial joker.
Hello everyone! I'm looking for a share house in CBD or close to CBD or North Sydney. I am an accountant and work in finance in CBD. I'm an easy going person and enjoy hanging out with friends, love food, cooking and fond of pubs/bars. I enjoy cooking and like to stay fit and workout regularly. Like to spend time chilling out watching movies/netflix when free. I would be up for a good laugh and time with my housemates but I respect personal space and privacy too. I like my place to be clean and organised at an appropriate level. A Non smoker. I would prefer staying with working professionals. I'm a sociable guy and would be keen to move in with housemates I can be friends with. A dog in the house will be a bonus. I would love to hear from you if you feel I will be a good fit.
Hi there, I am a positive and easy-going 31-year old Dutchy who will be in Sydney from Feb 11 - May 24, 2017 to attend a full-time graphic design course in Sydney CBD. I love the sun, sharing meals (and cooking them), yoga, exploring and many other things that are too much to list here. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask any time! :-) As I will be studying occasionally when I am home, I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse with easy-going and respectful flatmates, who keep the noise down and keep the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom clean. I like socialising, but also like my privacy. I suppose it is a matter of finding the right balance with your flatmate(s). I will not bring any furniture, so the room needs to at least have a bed, a wardrobe and preferably a desk as well. Don't mind to share a bathroom. I love pets and don't mind sharing the space with them. So, if you are clean, know how to have a good chat and live close to the city, you have the place I am looking for! Please contact me! Cheers, Noor
Hey, I am Axel, 26 years and come from Germany. I will be staying in Sydney to do my Master Thesis at the Australian Centre for Field Robotics (ACFR) until end of July. I am definitely looking for an accommodation not to just sleep in but also to share time with people. Cheers Axel
I am a Mexican-Canadian studying a Master's program at the University in Sydney. Looking to stay with other respectful and clean students or professionals of a similar age. Looking for a private, furnished room close to a train station.
A guy that can do both. I'm a full time video editor, working at an ad agency, who enjoys your usual music, movies and going out. Keen to move closer to work in the CBD and looking for some good people to move in with.
Hey I will be moving to Sydney mid February on a Working Holiday Visa and I'm interested in getting a 2 bedroom place with someone :) I studied in France for 4 years and moved back home to South Africa for a while. But I am now looking forward to my next adventure in Sydney! :) I am very easy going 22 year old, who loves chilling at home watch TV shows and trashy reality TV, but also enjoy going out for drinks or dinner. I very much enjoy my personal space too, so will totally be respectful of yours.
I am a clean person. I love socialising, meeting people from different culture and background. I love music, sports, and outdoor activities. Exploring new places is a joyful activity for me. I also love cooking, especially Indonesian traditional dishes.
I'm a well-balanced human with plenty to share yet know my bounds. I absolutely love being amongst great company yet just as equally love my own space. I work in Project Management with an education in Architecture - not to mention many a life experience along the way. I'm super respectful of people, their personal space and property and would appreciate the same in return. Genuine and open minded and make a point of not judging people for who they are (I don't do drama very well). I aim to live a holistically healthy lifestyle by eating well and keeping active. I don't watch TV (only movies) and tend do it in my own space if I do (I'd prefer to bond over a good conversation). I love my music (although some would question my song choices) and am also a lover of clean spaces and tend to be a bit of a minimalist at times - there's nothing more satisfying than coming home to a clean and positive home. I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as there's a powerpoint for my electronic toothbrush (yes, I'm one of those people). I like to think I'm heaps of fun and love to lol and yet I manage to be upfront about things that may be of concern - communication is mucho importante! I come with a tiny dog (Louis the long-haired Chihuahua) who is FOMO at times but is always great company to those around him (let's just say that everybody that meets him thinks he's fantastic to be around). He spends a lot of time with his grandparents (especially during the week) so he'll be another well-balanced presence. Check me out/contact me on IG: etndbs. Peace.

Hi Everyone, I'm Chris. Pretty normal guy. Been living in share houses for a long time. The general framework: About to hit 30. "working professional" though I struggle to say that out loud without making a face. Corporate hours, Monday through Friday. Bit of interstate travel mixed in. I like a healthy lifestyle. I lean to the quieter side of the spectrum. Friendly. Laid back. I use too many commas when I write. What I'm looking for: Flat sharing with a few basics. Small share house (2-3 bedrooms), Single occupancy per room (boarding house style set ups not my thing), good location to cut down on my commute and be well placed for weekends, finally a place where everyone fits.
My boyfriend (Brit) and myself (Aussie) have just moved to Sydney from London and are looking for a great place from which to enjoy the city. We are very laid back, friendly, love to cook, and are looking for like-minded people to live with. My boyfriend works in commercial sport while I have just completed my Master's in sustainable development.
I’ve just moved back to Sydney after living in NYC. I’m a 19-almost-20 year old doing a Bachelor of Arts at Sydney Uni. I’m a total creative and am an avid writer, adore all sorts of music and trashy novels. I also really enjoy cooking and eat a relatively healthy lifestyle, but guarantee you will find me in the kitchen at midnight every now and again consuming my bodyweight in ice cream. I’d love to have the total flatmate experience with barbeques and drinks, or just the occasional movie night but I am also someone who really enjoys having downtime and am totally respectful of everyone having their own space. I’m friendly, open, social and house proud which means it’s really important to me that I am living somewhere that feels like home!
Hey, I'm Casey, 26 and will be moving to Sydney at the end of March. At this stage, looking for somewhere for 6 months whilst I settle into Sydney life but would be looking to extend the lease at the end of that time if all goes well :) I work full time, enjoy a wine or two with friends but am by no means a huge party animal! I also enjoy travelling, hiking, playing tennis, reading and the occasional Netflix binge. Ideally housemates would be around the same age and working professionals, no gender preference provided that you're clean, reliable and easy going! I'm happy to chat and have dinner with housemates after work / weekends but I do also enjoy my own space too :)
Hi there, this is Alessandro 36 yo Italian boy. I'm a student and i work in constructions as a tiler. Extremely clean and tidy,no smoker I enjoy outdoors and a drink with friends... I also try to keep myself fit going at the gym
Hey! I'll be studying at the Music Institute this year and hoping to move somewhere close-by. I'm tidy, quiet but sociable and I regularly play guitar but not too intrusively.
My partner and I are looking for a new place to live as we both have jobs in the city now and we are spending a lot of time on traveling back and forth. We are easy going and love to meet new people and have a nice chat after work but we really respect other peoples privacy as well. On the weekends we like to go out and enjoy our surroundings on our days off. We have a beautiful red nose staff who is about a year old, maybe a bit more. We adopted him from the pound and we love him so much, he is very friendly with people and dogs but he does love to chew shoes ^_^. Whilst we would love to have him relocate with us, we have considered the possibility of leaving him at our friends house for now as we really do need to find a place asap. If you would like to know more about us or have a property to offer us please don't hesitate to ask! :)
I'm laid back and really friendly, quite easy to get along with. I've got a real passion for staying fit, and I try to keep up an active lifestyle as best I can. Originally I'm from Jamaica but I go to uni in Boston, and I'm here in Syndey interning at the Institute for Economics and Peace as part of my degreee.
I am looking for a long term rental. I am working as a lawyer in Sydney. However my lease ends soon and I am looking for new accommodation. I am a social person, enjoy the occasional movie night, board game night though I am not a massive party person. I do enjoy social drinking. I am interested in books, gym, adventures and outdoor hiking. I bring a Netflix subscription, after-work beers and good times to the table. Please let me know if you want to know anything else.

Hey, I'm a 27 year old full-time finance professional looking to upgrade to a place closer to the city - so flexible on move date. Low maintenance, tidy and considerate - all about having the house side of things sorted so we can get on living our lives. I work long hours but otherwise outside the house you'll catch me at the local gym, beach or bar. At home you'll find me cooking some exotic dish, working on a research project, or catching up on the latest NFL game. Always up for the odd summer bbq or drink. Love my adventure sports so a lot of my weekends are spent outside of Sydney.
24-year-old Mexican trying to find a vibey shared flat ASAP ;) - Preferences (Flexible): Surry Hills & surrounding areas, Bondi or Manly. Private room or shared with max. 1 other person. - About me: Marketing graduate, Amateur musician, nightlife enthusiast, newfound passion for fitness (let’s see how long that one lasts) and generally chill & positive individual. Willing to share my Apple TV & Netflix account with my potential flatmates :) - Warnings: Stupid jokes, loud shower singing and zero cooking skills. I will be studying a diploma in Leadership & Management and working part time so I might be away for the most part, but keen to go for a beer to the local bars & pubs after I’m done.
