Hello. I am a Swedish pharmacy-student looking for a place to stay when doing my master thesis at the University of Sydney. I am easy going, steady and like to keep things clean and in order. I hope I will bring some positiveness and fun into your life if you are willing to share a place with me!

We are both friendly, easy-going, clean, considerate people who don't mind a chat after work but also respect others privacy. We are originally from Perth and are both full-time working landscape architects, enjoy art, food, music, wine, the outdoors and movie nights. Also have green thumbs so can spruce the garden up if the house has one!
We’re two german girls looking for an apartment in sydney. Both really quiet and non-smoking. We’re working part time, in a gym and as a retail and plan to stay in sydney until May 2017. We’re working most of the time and on the weekends as well. We‘re looking for a cozy room in the center of sydney and a flat to share with some nice people!
I am a self-employed professional food/commercial photographer. I am looking for a long-term place where I can call home. I have a positive attitude to life and pay bills on time. I am an easy going/flexible, clean/neat (not over the top though, just the right balance), open minded, considerate, quiet - yet can hold a good conversation about anything under the sun, respectful, honest, friendly, independent flatmate. I am in the creative industry, interested in arts & culture and have travelled & lived in many different countries. Originally from Taiwan and have lived in Sydney for 22 years. I meditate and do yoga to keep my zen. Being a foodie, I love going to the farmer's market. I cook healthy/nutritious food & usually get loads of tips from the chefs/restaurants I work with. If I'm not shooting, I mostly work from home or the studio/gallery based in Rosebery (I sell photographic prints online and at the gallery). I am a Francophile and speak conversational French. I socialise whenever I have time out and enjoy going to dinner/get together (would not mind entertaining ocassionally; if flatmate suggests it). Aside from that, I love nature and gardening/plants. I have house-sitting experience as well and landlords find me trustworthy and reliable.
20 Year old looking to move out of home. Chef full time. Not really the social type, will keep to myself most of time. Looking For a shared place with seperate rooms. Will not share a room with someone else. I like my privacy :) Will mostly be working, and when I’m not working just relaxing at home.
I am 24 years old and just got a full time job (Monday-Friday) in Bondi Junction and am looking at moving to Sydney ASAP. I’m currently living in Newcastle at the moment and my job is starting on January 8th so I’d ideally like to move into somewhere in the week before then. I’m very tidy and respectful but also enjoy being social and hanging out with friends on the weekend.
I’m really clean person. So, I don’t want to make a mess at any accommodations. I’d like to communicate with house owner friendly. If I have any problems on staying your house, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll try to fix it straight away.
I’m from Sweden but been living here for almost 2 years now. I work full time for a marketing company in the city during the week and on the weekends I like to do what everyone else likes doing like beach, bbq’s and drinks. I would dare to say that I live for the weekend ;D
Hello! Technically we don't have a house yet but I didn't know which section was best to post this in. My partner and I have recently moved back to Sydney from the UK. We are hoping to rent a property in Maroubra (we have found one that we really like!) but while we are getting on our feet we would need to share the rent with someone. Would be looking for someone for 6 months ideally but would be willing to discuss to suit someones needs. It is a two bedroom property on Anzac Parade close to shops and the beach with a garden, laundry and extra toilet and shower and built in wardrobes. It would be unfurnished when we move in but if you don't have any furniture, I could do my best Gumtreeing! We would be looking for about $300 a week and could negotiate so it included bills if preferred. Would you be interested in teaming up to get this property? We would also be open to renting the property ourselves with a guarantee that you would want to rent the second bedroom if that's easier for you. I am from the UK (Near Leeds) and we've just moved back here after 3 years because my partner, Harley, missed the beach! I am a qualified primary teacher and will be looking to start teaching in the new year. Harley works in data analysis. He likes to go to the gym. We are both sociable but also like our own space! We are happy to share meals or do our own thing- whatever works for you! We are also both huge dog lovers and are hoping to adopt/foster a dog in the near future. We look forward to hearing from you :)
