Hi there! My name is Lauren and I’m relocating to Sydney from Perth for a new job in Marketing/PR. I’ve just turned 26 yrs old and am very mature for my age. I’d love to share a house with a person/people who I can chat and socialise with but are understanding of me having time to myself. I’ll be working in the city with standard Monday-Friday work hours; occasionally I may work a day on the weekend. Ideally I am looking for a room that is big enough for a double bed and isn’t the size of a matchbox. I don’t mind if my housemates are guys or girls, as long as they are clean and considerate. I’m super tidy and will always clean up after myself. Looking forward to hearing from you ☺ Lauren
Hey there! My name is Claudia, I am 18 years old and have just moved over from Adelaide. I am currently studying a diploma of Musical Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music. I'm very neat, polite and am always down for a good chat! Hope to hear from you soon, Claudia x
Hi! I've been living in Sydney since October/2015 and I want fix residence here but for that I need to do the EILTS exam. Then, I'm looking for a single room in a share house with people from different countries than mine where I can talk in English, I'm from Brazil. I'm easy going, tidy, clean and respectful. Thank you!
Hi all! I'm 20 years old (soon to be 21), and I recently got offered a full time contract working at an architecture and engineering firm as a security consultant in Sydney. I'm currently living in perth with my family but just booked my flights to move over to Sydney on February 7th. My work does cover 3 weeks accommodation for me so anytime after 7th feb would be a perfect move-in date for me, but I am happy to pay rent to secure the room before hand if all goes well if we do a Skype call or something! Aside from my situation at the moment and work, I'm an all around lively and outgoing person... love a few drinks and a chat after work to download, I don't know anyone in Sydney so ideally I'd love to room with someone who can actually become a friend rather than just someone who I live with and see now and again haha! Usually spend my spare time with friends and family or at the gym, but will be spending my spare time in Sydney getting to know the place, traveling up and down the coast in what I hope will be my own little camper after I've saved the money, going to a few festivals and gigs when I can, and socializing outside of work if I'm not tired haha! Inside the house I'm super respectful and am easy to live with. Anyways, drop me a message back if you're keen to do a Skype call or something! Have a good one 😊
A couple looking to find a room somewhere. Our current lease is up on the 5th of March and we would like to move sometime after that (we potentially have somewhere we can stay until we find suitable long term accommodation). Max rent we would like to pay is $320/week total ($160 each per week) but would prefer around $280/week total). We have been house-sharing for a year near Parramatta and are looking to move closer to our university campus (UNSW). Kiegan is working part-time (currently 4 days a week) and Kira is able to choose to work 2 - 6 days a week. Looking to share with someone who is independent and easygoing, with a clean and tidy home. Proximity to public transport would be a plus and we also need a pet friendly house (2 lovely cats). Preferably somewhere that does not get TOO hot (our current flat gets over 40 degrees inside). Unfurnished room is preferred as we have a bedroom set up already, we have a fridge and washing machine we can bring with us or just sell and we also have our own kitchen items (crockery, cutlery, etc). Kiegan studies a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW Art and Design and Kira studies Social Work & Criminology. We have always consistently paid rent on time and have had experience with uncooperative house mates and will not put you through that stress. Please get in touch if you may have something available or any questions.

Message me if you would like to team up to house share or if you currently have an available room! Gwen :)

Friendly, easy-going, always up for a laugh, tidy/clean and respectable. Originally from the North of England and recently made the move to Sydney working full-time in digital marketing in CBD. Currently living in Manly but totally open to moving more into the city too, moving date is also flexible. Likes: spending time with friends, being outdoors and keeping fit (running, barre, Pilates), watching sport, travel, fashion/interiors, all kinds of music, bad jokes, good food and a good G&T or espresso martini. Looking to live with likeminded girls and guys who are social, like to have a laugh and can catch up over dinner or a drink but also appreciate me-time and respect each other's space too.

Hey! Myself and my friend are looking for a room to rent. I am 24 and from Wales, UK and my friend is 20 (almost 21) and from the Netherlands. We both work full time, I work in hospitality and my friend works in retail. My friend will also be starting her studies as of next month. We are both easy to get along with, friendly and very clean. We respect people's spaces because we know everyone needs some 'alone' time but we also enjoy cooking and chilling together after work or on our days off. If we sound like your ideal room mates and you would like to meet us, please message me or call/text me. We look forward to hearing from our future roomies :-)

I'm healthy, athletic, very clean and respectful. I have owned my own home and will treat things like I would take care of my own. I'm happy to have an animal around and help out with it for some four legged company. Looking for a great new place live and call home. Would love to find a laid back house, roommate (s) to have an afterwork drink or the occasion house dinner. I have been house sitting for the past year so ideally looking for something furnished but happy to get my own things if I find something suitable long term. Can provide reference for house sitting opportunities.
I'm looking to move out soon in March, closer to the city for work. I like to have a few drinks on the weekend/listen to music if I'm not working, besides that I'm pretty laid back to live with. If I'm not reading a book at home then I'm out enjoying the sun. I deferred my studies for a year to just relax and have fun while I am still able. Public transport near would be preferred and a furnished room, all I am bringing is luggage full of clothes. PM me if you think I am suited to your family ☺️

I love anything that has to do with being outside, play soccer, and am usually only home at nights during the week. I work quite long hours during the day and like to spend my weekends with friends. I'm looking for a "home away from home". Am quite social but respectful and love my beers. I ride a motorbike to work so I don't necessarily need parking or public transport, however it would be nice to be near a place that is close to a bus stop :) Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere that is close to the beach, but am happy to move towards Paddington and Woollahra. I'm currently living in Bondi and would prefer to stay out east.

Hi! I'm Mariek, 23 years old, from the Netherlands! I arrived in Sydney on the 6th of January, and currently still staying in a hostel in Surry Hills. The reason I came to Sydney is because I'm doing my internship for my management school here in a hotel in Sydney. This internship is 10 months, and I would really like to have my own place, preferably close to work (Jamison St.). I'm a person who likes her privacy, to Skype with family and friends, read a book, listen to music or Netflix! But I'm also a sociable person who likes to cook together, drink a glass of wine or go out. Currently I work from 6 AM to 2 PM, but this will also change to working at night. If you think that I would be a contribution to your house, please let me know!

Hey all, I'm a friendly & outgoing Canadian (Bilingual in French & English). I work as a receptionist in a 24hr club and do occasional hospitality bar/waitstaff jobs on days off. I am looking for 1 or 2 rooms in a flat/house share for 3 people. The rooms are for myself and two Italian boys who I lived with in NZ last year. Nicola & Nicolo are friends from Italy, they are both working in Hospitality and Nicola is also studying Business. We are all very easy going, enjoy to chill - not interested in a party house, we don't drink much other than the occasional beer or glass of wine. We are clean and enjoy to socialize/cook together when we have the chance.Very respectful of others and their space, we have lived in hostels for too long now so it will be nice to finally have a bit of our own space.. and to get away from bunk beds!
I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
Dutchie living in Sydney I am an enthusiastic, open, positive and outgoing person. What I love: outdoors, beach, running, coffee, dinner, drinks, friends, good conversations and humour. I am looking for a long term, clean and fun place to stay
Have moved down from Townsville to play football with cronulla. Am in the army so working fulltime. I have a house full of furniture but am happy to sell if required. Very tidy person, loves to have a drink and loves footy! Am currently on base just seeing whats out there. Cheers.
Hi! I'm a third-year uni student who is looking for a private room. I'm easy going and respectful of flatmates. I don't really cook, like to keep things tidy and clean. I love travelling and hiking. Apart from uni, I work part time as a waiter so I like to keep to myself on weekends but I'd love to hang out once in a while.
Myself and boyfriend William are looking for a new room. We moved from Auckland, NZ early last year and currently live in Erskineville. We work during the week but in the weekends we venture out into nature, find good places to eat and drink, and catch up with friends. Time with mindful people, travelling, and aspirations of the future are the key to the life we lead. We regularly cook at home, and don't pass up good coffee and beer. We're pretty switched on, organised and tidy, and we'd love to share a homely space with great company. If you think you'd be a good match, get in touch!
I'm a respectful, tidy, American graduate student. I'm relatively quiet and easy to get along with. I enjoy movies, food, working out, and sports.
We are three german backpackers who just start working in Sydney. We would describe ourselves as very clean, friendly and humorous people, who are easy going to live with! Enjoying life, drinking in a nice group of people and just having fun is one of our favourite things to do in our free time.
We are both irish. We have flat shared for 6 years with other people and have never had any problems. We like to keep a clean house and know how to respect people's homes and privacy. Very laid back and enjoy meeting new people. Working full time so usually not home until after 5/6 in the evenings. Like to socialise and do things on our days off.
Heya! Firstly, thanks for having a look at my listing. I appreciate the time, we all have busy lives after all. A bit about me so you can see if we are on the same level. My name's Jordan. I'm 26 and I work full time in hospitality and advertising. I'm currently working with the Swill House group (Huberts, Frankies, Shady Pines, Baxter's Inn) so....potential discounts at all the best bars. I have all the hobbies. I used to sing professionally but now it's all about that salsa and learning spanish. I'm quite busy with friends and work so I'm usually out of the house but I like having an awesome home environment to come back to. When I am home I tend to be having a read or cooking with vino (cleaning after mandatory). I'm moving because whilst I love where I'm at I want somewhere that's more central and closer to where I work. My amazing flat mate is not overly happy to see me go but I'm also trying to find an awesome human to replace me. I'll be honest i'm picky when it comes to flat mates but it really just comes down to basic stuff. I'm looking for flat mates who know how to human, can socialise every now and then, and are considerate. I figure that if you have a bit of social acuity all the other stuff like respecting personal space, cleaning after yourself, communicating, etc, all come pretty naturally. For me, I want to live in an awesome place because it makes a huge difference looking forward to going home at the end of the day. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you feel like this is something that could work.
Hey! We are a couple from the Isle of Man and Germany who met while travelling and we've just finished a roadtrip all around the country. We like food and beer and head to the gym regularly as we like hiking and adventures. We will both be working in the day time and like to cook. We like to go out with friends but enjoy staying in to binge watch a TV show or movies. We are both 24, easygoing, love animals (if you have a dog, it will be shown so much love) and like live music. Before meeting in Sydney, we have both explored the world and love meeting people with different stories to share. We aren't intrusive but down to hang out with a cup of tea or coffee. Get in touch if we sound like a match!
Hi, I'm Andy. 25 years old, work full time in finance for an insurance company. Chilled, easy-going guy looking for somewhere awesome to call home. Clean and respectful of others and their space. Love my football (soccer), and all things TV and movies.
I'm a 31 year old Brazilian guy who actually lives in Sydney (Waverton). I love sports (working in the gym, MMA and Triathlon). I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), but I also went to UFBA to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (which I did not finish) a few years before. I love reading, studying and engaging in cultural activities (cinema, theater, music festival and art in general). I really enjoy spending some time for myself but I also enjoy talking to friends and I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know new cultures. After all, I think I could say that I am a very ecletic guy! I'm in Australia to study for two years (2017-2019) at Tafe St Leonard in northern Sydney. And I've lived in the US for a year while I was in high school (living with a family horsting). I speak English (high level) and Portuguese (mother tongue). As a host I think it is essential to be respectful and cooperative with my other mates. I try to be as helpful as I can and keep things clean and organized. I really hope to meet house mates with whom I can become good friends and develop a rewarding relationship. I do not have any kind of prejudices about sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or anything else. And I look for people with a mind equally open to individual differences. I'm looking for a place to stay during 3 months or more and I am ready to move in February 5. Get in touch, folks!
I am 30, originally from Adelaide. I have lived in Sydney for 5 years and have been at the same home for the last 4 years in Paddington. I work in advertising in a stable job role that I love. I go to the gym during the week. I am a musician and currently writing my 1st EP with a friend, which is going great. I am clean, always up for a chat and a drink, and I am not someone who lives in their room. Looking for people that I can chat to as well. Plus, I am a decent cook and love a good BBQ. Currently looking for a change. I would love to be at this beach this year, swimming, appreciating what Sydney can offer and meeting new people. I have a really flexible living condition and in terms of moving timing is not a hassle as long as I can give appropriate notice. In terms of tenure, I am looking for somewhere indefinite.
Hey 👋🏽 So I'm currently looking for somewhere for myself and my two friends to move into for at least a month but maybe longer. We're all outgoing Irish girls who are tidy and respectful. Looking to move in on 4th February ideally. We're happy to share 1 room with 3 beds or 2/3 rooms, open to options really. Thanks ☺️
We are two girls looking for a place to live in Bondi or central Sydney! We are very nice, easy-going and always looking for a good time. Wether it's the beach, the bar or a movie night at home, we're in. Ofcourse we are very clean and won't steal your food. Love to hear from you!
