I will be working full time and studying part-time at Meadowbank TAFE. Ideally I would like to be around transport lines. I have lived in shared accommodation before, I know when and where to keep to my business. I am very polite, have great manners, can easily become friends. Budget is negotiable/flexible. Don't mind a drink or two...or three ;-) Not really fussy about rooms etc....would need a desk for my studies. Thanks inadvance
Hi I'm Hayley, a 29 year old professional looking for a flatmate to either find an apartment together, or who has a spare room. I'm easy going, tidy and friendly and looking for someone chilled who is easy to talk to, but also happy to do their own thing at home. I love the beach, food, socialising and being active. Looking for a chilled spot to call home, not a party house. My lease is up towards the end of August and my current flatmate is moving home to save, so if you think we'd get along send me a text!
Sandra, I, is a 152 cm girl from Sweden who is happy, positive and laughfull with great energy. I been living in Australia for 7 months now and I really do love it! So I'll be here another year. Love hanging out at the beach, socializing and travel. Well, with shorter words: just having fun! I'm fairly laid back, easy going and cool who loves to keep myself active. I keep the place fairly clean and I'm respectful of others. I would love to live in a social flat, not only people to live with but also to be friends with. Keen to go out for dinner and drinks as a group occasionally or just having a chill night at our place. Don't mind to have family and friends over. At the same time I respect others privacy and down time.

Hey there, I'm looking for LONG TERM, please don't message me if ur room available for few weeks or rush to find someone fit in. I'm not rush to move plus need to give one month leaving notice. I am a pastry chef, 30 yo, work in freshwater, been in Sydney Almost 3 years, and moved to manly since June last year. My working hours generally is quite long from 3am to 5pm, thus, I don't spend too much time at home, unless my day off, two days per week. Bases on that, party house is not my thing or your neighbours party a lot, one of reasons that I want to move out this time. I guess I am looking for a place more like home with some priacy and respectful, not just a place to put my stuffs, would like to hang out together if our time match sometimes. Oh and don't mind that I use kitchen and lots kitchen tools. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, out for brunch, trying to do some yoga, and sometimes staying at home just for relaxing. No couple anymore (sorry, currently live with couple) If that sounds like what you are looking for, please leave me a message. Free to ask more thanks
It must be said I'm a construction manager so work long days. Usually up at 5ish home by 6:30 - 7. Love the ocean. Surf with what spare time I have. Snow trips regularly. Travel at least two times a year overseas for holidays. 9 times out of 10 somewhere warm and tropical... with surf! Will be first time living in Sydney as I'm currently based short term in Canberra and previous overseas for work. Currently visiting Sydney 3 out of 4 weekends. Have fallen in love with Northern Beaches and decided that it's time to make the move. Looking to live with like minded people. Driven in their career yet don't mind a sneaky beer at lunch on a Sunday. Would like to live within short walking distance to beach. Ocean views a plus, north facing the dream!
Hey guys, i'm Felipe from Brazil, studying English at Kaplan here, working part-time at Warringah Mall and in a Bar during the weekends night at Corso. My name's Anna but all my friends actually call me Penny instead, it's a Penny Lane kind of story :P I'm 31 and I'm from the south of Spain. I love traveling and learning from different cultures and I've lived in countries like USA, Holland and UK. I also absolutely love reading, I can seriously spend hours in a book shop. I love the beach (summer is my favorite season), enjoy music festivals, and i'm quite the animal lover. TV shows are also kinda my thing, I can't even count how many times i've watched all seasons of Friends or Gilmore Girls, oy with the poodles already! I currently work full time at a Media Agency and like to relax on the weekends. I am initially looking for a place for 6 months or more. Looking to move in at the end of August but flexible with the exact dates. P.S. clean, organized, non-smoker ;)
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
I was born in Sri Lanka, raised in Germany, studied in the Netherlands, and am doing my internship in Sydney right now. I will definitely bring an international flair into the flat :) I love to cook, play games, watch movies/series, I am a singer and love listening to chill music. I am very clean, structured and very open-minded.
Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I'm working and do some work from home. I'm independent and have been living alone but it's too lonely. I'm looking for some socialising but also some privacy and time to myself. Fitness, video/board games, hiking, trivia and science-fiction are my main interests. I have a list of what I'm looking for: * Cat-friendly. Preferably allowed to have 2 cats but 1 will suffice. * A quiet location NOT on or close to a major road, bus stop, train station, shops or under a flightpath * The room needs to be queen bed size * I need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/fairly empty. * Quiet, respectful Australians/UK/Canadians aged in their 20's - 40's. * Must be non-smokers. * I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise (or at least want to) * 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male (negotiable) * Available long-term - more than 1 year - to avoid the hassle of moving again. My budget is including bills and internet. I want to live in the Shire, North Shore/beaches or Eastern suburbs. I will live with dogs if they are quiet and well-behaved/don't jump me. But they need to be cat-friendly.
I like a healthy lifestyle with good fresh food and regular exercise. I am in no way of form a party person but I enjoy dinner and vino from.tjme-to-time. I love the sound of nature and the sea breezes. I work full-time in Manly and I have mid-week weekends, so I wouldn't be around much during the weekends. I also study Interior Design part-time two nights a week. When I'm in and around the house I like to be relaxed and I'm quiet and respectful of others.
