Hi! My name is Natascha. I am a Danish student studying at the University of Southern Denmark. From July to November, 2017, I am studying a semester at JCU in Townsville. I am 22 years old, and moved out of my parents house at the age of 19, thus I am used to take responsibilities. I am very organized and hope that my housemates appreciate clean surroundings as well. I hope to meet new people and get a lot of great experiences during my stay. And it would be nice to live with someone who is social, but still respects a closed door once in a while. My preferences: I look for a place to live near the city or JCU, preferably with other students or people in the age range of approximately 20-30. The house (and room) needs to be furnished, since I will not be able to bring my own things from Denmark. And it would be great if my potential room did not have a carpet, since I am allergic to dust. It is a plus, but not a must if there is a pool ;) When arriving in Townsville on July 12. I have booked a room for a week, thus giving me time to visit potential housemates before making a commitment. Feel free to message me with details of the room, if you think that I could be a potential housemate, and let's set up a meeting.
Hello there! My name is Anna and I am a Danish girl going to Townsville for my semester abroad at JCU. I am clean, easy to live with, quite social, and love being outdoors. During my semester, I obviously need to pass all exams, but my main focus will be getting great experiences and meeting new people. Therefore, I hope to end up in a house were my housemates and I can be social at times while having the privacy to study at other times. As I moved out of my parents' house when I was 20, I am able to live by myself and cope with everyday challenges. I am looking for a share house that is already furnished, since I am unable to bring furniture. The location should be with easy access to uni and the city, either by bike or public transport. Pool is a plus, but not a must ;-) I arrive in Townsville on June 12, and have booked a room for the first week, leaving me time for visiting potential housemates before making a commitment. If you are looking for a new housemate during semester 2 this year, feel free to message me the details of your room, and we might be able to set up a meeting for when I am in town.

I'm 20 years old, originally from Rockhampton, QLD. I am a third year uni student studying Physiotherapy. I like to exercise, play sport, chill and watch netflix in my spare time. I'm very friendly, and usually not too loud. I'm a very tidy person and have no reservations towards chipping in for housework etc.
Looking for a share house or someone to team up with to rent a house. Wanting to share with only 1 other person. I have 2 very well behaved medium sized dogs. I'm self-employed and work in the pet industry. I'm respectful, considerate and reliable and expect the same in return. Most areas of Townsville considered. Rent budget approx $150 including all bills.
Hi there! My partner and i are very laid back, hard working, responsible and tidy people. We are both uni students and also work part time. I make a mean apple pie and my partner can do some awesome soccer tricks (i'm talking rainbow flicking a soccer ball). We both love movies and animals. I should also mention we aren't big on partying so you wouldn't need to worry about that. Send me a message if you think we fit your criteria. Thanks for your time :) -Maddy
Looking to move out at the end of June. Happy to team up with someone else looking to rent. Want someone who is respectful of others, cleans up after themselves, contributes to housework evenly, keep shared areas tidy etc. I'm a full time shift worker and live a healthy and active lifestyle, so with work and gym I'm not home a great deal. Don't mind keeping to myself at times but prefer to have a social housemate, not someone who locks themselves in their room all the time. Someone who also lives an active lifestyle would be cool. Non smoker. Not a party animal.
Looking for a room with an ensuite preferably, or a small granny flat! I am a tidy and fun person to live with. I work full time all week so you don't usually see me during the week and on weekends I like to go out with my friends. Don't mind hanging out and having a few drinks with my future flat mate!!
I'm a easy going and positive person from Stockholm in Sweden, who enjoy company but also respect others need of alone time. I will bring my beloved pure breed ragdoll cats who will make the household full of joy. At my sparetime I tries to go out for PowerWalks or something like that, and learn more proper English. As that my situation have changed a bit I will first arrive to Townsville in June 2018. Best regards Maria :)
I am a Danish engineering student, going for a semester in Townsville (2. period 2017). Looking for a place to stay during my study period. I am easy going and prefer social flatmates, but also respect a closed door. Contact me if you want to know more.
Hello! We are a very respectful couple that are looking for a new home in Townsville. I will be doing my PhD at JCU and my partner will work in town. We are very clean and like to live with someone that is also that way. We do not smoke. We like privacy but also enjoy socialising with housemates and friends. Hope to hear from you soon Best regards Jessica
Holle, I'm 28y (F) come from Taiwan, like to experience every kind of life, love journey, and like to learn everything new (for now is surfing and skateboard). Although my pool English may obstruct my travel and conversation with you, but it also means: you may be a teacher and we have a lot of WORD to say! (Not only English, maybe japanese or mandarin or other languages are all interest to peactice and learning!)
Permanently separated, about to settle, found work in Townsville and looking to resettle. I play music, love to laugh, love to be social but also respect privacy and space. I am almost always smiling and believe in being positive! Will be doing shift work in Disability Care on a Casual basis but will have 30 hours a week or more. Will most likely have a period of being in two places until settlement. I presently live in Forrest Beach. I do have 2 sausage dogs but they will not be with me except for possible visits. I am tidy and just need to find a friendly place to start my life over.
Pretty easy going guy I am a Postgrad student, I really don't create any problems where I live and the best thing about living with me is I don't complain if I don't like a place I simply will leave at the end of my contract or won't move in. So I don't harass anyone with complaints. I would prefer to live with students or people my age approximately but I am pretty open to anyone to some degree. I am not concerned about moving in with a particular gender. I really look for a place where the people seem pretty normal, the people who I might enjoy living with, I would like a modern place if possible rather than an old house. I am thinking of sharing but if a apartment or unit is available close to my price range I would consider it because I have selected multiple locations so that might be relevant to some of interest. I'm studying to be a Business Lecturer at University so I read the Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review, I enjoy that and I know everyone has different interests but that is mine really. It does make me pretty busy but I am open to having a few beers every now and than but I have a habit of being a bit tedious about my studies I have to warn you in advance in case you want a party animal I probably will let you down in that area because as much as I might enjoy having some fun with the guys i do put my GPA first. I do enjoy it though and I am one of those people who enjoys what I do even if it doesn't always feel like it during peak assessment periods.
