Hi Flatmates, I’m a fun, easy-going 24 year-old Irish lad who’s currently on the hunt for a new place for the next 3 months - maybe more. I’m working in a full-time Finance role in the CBD so I generally keep my head down during the week but I’m all about enjoying myself at the weekends. Looking for a like-minded house of WHV’s or Aussies to live and have a laugh with. As a housemate, I’m clean and like my own space but sociable and always keen to have a beer and chat. If anyone is looking for a chilled housemate with good banter, get in touch. Cheers, Cormac
We are Shannen and Naoise and we will be moving to Sydney at the end of May. We are hoping to find somewhere to live short term in the eastern suburbs, and if all is going well hopefully we can turn it into a long term stay. So a bit about ourselves and hopefully why we would make great housemates: Naoise is originally from Perth but has been living in Ireland. He is a Mechanical Engineer so he is very handy to have around the place for fixing things. He is quite adventurous and likes to get outdoors try new things (skiing, mountain biking, camping surfing etc). Naoise has a great sense of humor and is always up for a good laugh and doesn't take himself too seriously. Shannen is Irish and is a Neuroscience graduate. Recently she has been working in virus detection. Shannen loves to bake so there will always be treats in the house. She is also one of the most kind, caring and friendly people you will ever meet. She has a warm and bubbly personality. We aren't exactly party people but we do enjoy meeting new friends and having a drink or two on the weekend. We are both quite active and are looking forward to get out to the beach and enjoy the famous Aussie weather. If we sound like we could be your perfect housemates please contact us. Best Regards, Shannen and Naoise
Hello! My name is Cassandra, I'm a 21 years-old french girl and I'm coming to Sydney for a 5 months internship. I'm used to living with a roomate/flatmate so I'm an organized, respectful, open-minded and calm person. I like discovering new cultures and people so I would be glad to share an apartment with other people of different national and cultural backgrounds. Regarding my hobbies, I love cultural tourism, photography, shopping, sport activities, road trips, watching movies & TV-series.
Hi everyone, My name is Lucy. I'm an international student from China currently studying at UNSW. I'm looking for a place to stay around uni. While busy with my studies, I'm an easy-going, open-minded and energetic person to hang out with. I hope to have some interesting people under the same roof and make new friends. Please contact me if you're interested. Cheers
From the UK, work in financial services/technology, recently 30 & left a good lifestyle back home for a great lifestyle out here! Love to socialise over food & drinks, although the latter distinctly fell away in volume & regularity as the door to my 20s slammed shut, in favour of an active outdoors lifestyle, an early start & a good coffee! Always keeping myself busy & healthy - in the gym BEFORE work most mornings (so no competition for the bathroom 😉) & in the evenings was previously doing Crossfit twice a week & Spanish lessons another night, both of which I’ll pick up again when settled. Only know a handful of people in Sydney so would be really good to meet new, likeminded people rather than just flat mates - used a site like this once before & made friends for life so the omens are good 🙂
25 year old Irish Civil Engineer moving from London to Sydney for an Electricity project on a sponsored visa. Hoping to spend the next few years in Sydney. Interested in outdoor sports, fitness, rugby and socialising.
I'm a responsible and friendly adult, from Perth originally, resided in Melbourne for several years and now I'm in Sydney to study acting full time. I do this during the evenings and weekdays I'm working in the cbd as a marketing executive. I love to keep healthy and active, love to cook and have a wine here and there. I hope to see more of the beach now that I'm back in a beautiful coastal city and I am right into Netflix, films and relaxing as much as possible.
Hey there, my names Laura and I'm looking for a place to call home whilst I get through the next few years of uni (sigh). I play hockey, go to the beach, eat megatones of gelato, and I'm someone who likes to do some social things with my housemates like go for pub snitty dinners, cook 'family' meals or go for a walks etc. Through the week im pretty chill but I do usually like to enjoy my weekends going out for a drink and doing a bit of fun stuff like barefoot bowls or going to a gig. I love meeting new people and happy to socialise - I'm not the type of person to live in my room. I moving to sydney to go to uni at UNSW and I work as a disability worker so I might have some night shifts here and there so you might not see me all the time. I'm clean but not a clean freak and I think im pretty down to earth. I hope to find some housemates that I can feel comfortable with and make the place feel homely
I am a French double degree Pharmacy/Business student coming for an exchange at UNSW. Thus I am looking for a tidy place around the area of the University. I have already some experience in shared houses (5 months in Brisbane, 9 months in Singapore), I respect my flatmates and also hanging around altogether. I am easy going, sociable, clean and tidy. As a person, I am passionate about tennis, fashion and entrepreneurship. Feel free to contact me :)
Hey! I'm an Architect. I will be moving to Australia next year to do a master degree UNSW. I'm also planning to work part time. I'm a very easy going person who likes to go out and relax during the weekends. On the other hand I consider myself to be a responsible, clean, organized, and tidy person. I like to exercise every day, I practice yoga and box; I enjoy running, and I want to start surfing.
I've been living in share houses for years and am a really considerate and clean flatmate. I love a good chat but also respect the need to have time to chill on your own and ideally I want to find flatmates I can get along well with and socialise with at times. Hello! I'm Jahne (pronounced like the end of parmigiana) I'm 33, Australian and a friendly, fun and caring person. I'm an actor and I also do voice work and write (and other sometimes other work to supplement my income). I keep busy with work and hobbies and as a freelancer I often work or study from home. Hobby wise I run, practice yoga, read, write, rehearse for acting roles / auditions and love movies and great TV series. I've lived in share houses for years and understand the need to respect each others space and privacy when in a share house, but also love to have housemates I can socialise with too. I was living in Surry Hills for 8 years (to mid 2017) but headed OS for some work and travel then did some creative work on the south coast. Now I'm back in Sydney and I need to find a new home. Ideally I'm after a furnished room as I sold everything before I went OS. (If it's for short-term definitely I need a bed at least!). I also have a car so need parking (ideally off street).

Hi! My name is Elin and I'm from Stockholm, Sweden. I just arrived in Sydney for an exchange semester at UNSW, where I will take courses in biomedical engineering, mathematics and computer science. I am so pleased to escape the Swedish winter. My dream would be to live close to the beach to fully enjoy this climate. I am an active person, I like sports, being outdoors and seeing new places. I also really enjoy a good meal and some drinks with friends, so please show me your favorite restaurants/bars!
Hey guys! I'm an international student from China, currently studying in my final year in UNSW. I'm looking to move to my next lodging around the end of Feb. Hopefully I would get to know my future housemates a little bit and take a lease together, but would alternatively love to accept any good options of existing shared housing. When talking about living with others, I feel myself quite experienced at it as I escaped from parents and started sharing room with others right since high school. The key to group living is essentially about mutual respect and understanding , with that secured nothing would quite go wrong. I'm also of good hygiene personally and in common area, I always make sure stuff is clean and back in place after I'm done using it. I'm generally a quiet person though by no means an introvert, I respect other's privacy and the need to keep a good home environment as opposed to something like a crazy party place... I'm pretty sociable and always up for fun time with friends and housemates, like hanging out, having dinner, binge movie watching or just chat! I'm really open minded and 'chatable', I consider myself a good English speaker and naturally even better in Chinese (Mandarin). In a word, I'm just your extremely easy going and laid back boy next door, look no further if you want a great housemate!
We are two third year medical students attending full time uni at UNSW. We are nice, friendly, responsible and clean. We are respectful towards others and would prefer others to do the same. We would prefer nice, organised flatmates who are not very rowdy but we are up for a nice social chat and lunch/dinner every once in a while. We do spend a fair bit of our time studying but we also like to relax, watch movies and go out sometimes :)
Hey I am Kat and I'm a 26y/o from London, working in the CBD as an contracts administrator (long term visa). I am an easy going, fun, sociable person as well as clean and tidy. I am interested in an active lifestyle so am out and about on weekends or going out drinks/dinner but also love a quiet one in for a movie night. Tend to keep keep it chilled during the week too. Looking for like-minded flat mates!
23 y/o Dutch Cultural Studies student, currently living in Amsterdam, but as of the end of March looking for a place in Sydney, preferably in the Inner West (Enmore, Newtown, Marrickvile). I'm passionate about my studies, digging vinyl, thriftstore treasure-hunts, finding gems in little bookshops, visiting museums and just enjoying everything nice that Sydney has to offer. I'll be doing my own research practicum at UNSW from April onwards until December, so I'll be busy just doing me. As for living, I'm looking for a shared house with calm and open minded people. I love a little creativity and social spirit around me, but at times I also need my own space.
