Hey there! My names Mitch! I'm looking for a decent place in the city so i can be closer to my work! I'm a passionate Aged Carer and love everything about my job! I also love making friends and socialising and having a healthy balance to life. I'm gay, young, adventurous and love positive people who will bring me up and i'll reciprocate the same. Good vibes only!
We're easy going and easy to get along with. Happy to have a glass of wine after work with some new flatmate friends. Clean and tidy. Have furniture to furnish a room or living space if needed. We work full time so we're pretty busy in the week and won't get in your hair but would love flatmates that are keen to have bbqs and a few drinks occassionally over weekends or on the occasional week night after a long day at work. P.s. Brolin is a chef ;)
Easy going young finance professional looking for a good place in Randwick/Coogee area for long term stay. Usually busy on a full time office job during weekdays; and just chilling around at home, strolling the city or exploring the great outdoors during weekends. Into travel, food, sports, music and arts as well. Enjoys socialising but also respectful of others' privacy. Looking forward to live with awesome housemates.
Hi there ! My name is Clemence, I’m a 25 year-old French girl looking for a nice place in Sydney with friendly flatmates ! I'm easy-going, open-minded and tidy. On my spare time, I enjoy exploring the city I live in, meeting new people and discovering cool restaurants & bars. I love to have people around and share dinners or drinks but also enjoy some time alone.
Hello! I'm Alana and I'm looking for a new place to call home. My lease runs out in March at my current house in Redfern. A little about me: I'm clean and respectful. I tend to keep to myself during the week (working the 9 till 5), but on the weekends I love to socialise. I don't have any animals of my own, but I'm very animal friendly. I am originally from Queensland and moved to Sydney about 2 years ago for work. So making new friends is on my 'to-do' list :) If you think I could be a nice fit into your home, please let me know. Kindest, Alana.
Brazilian living in Sydney for 5 years now, looking for a place to settle for a while before renting something to myself, but not discarding possibilities of longer term. I`m a 29 yrs old full time worker as a carpenter/joiner. Not a party animal and a fitness friend, I do like to have a drink on the weekends (and maybe during the week with this heat, why not?) and have fun.
Returning to Sydney after a year of living off the land out in country NSW... maybe not that extreme, but coming back to the city and starting the search for roof over my head :) I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, can be fairly quiet and focused on either work or study, but if I'm in a bit of an energetic mood it's either out scuba diving or catching up with friends (so not making any big ruckus at home) Can be a decent cook when the mood strikes, enjoy a quiet catch-up amongst friends and have been known to binge on Netflix from time to time. I'm not really locked into looking for anything too specific - I'm pretty open to options, though I do have some ideals/preferences in what I'm looking for: * A self-contained studio/apartment/granny flat - I do enjoy my own space, but maybe wishful thinking * Close to public transport - as long as there is an easy route to get to Central, I don't mind a longer train trip * Close to the water - I tend to dive a lot around Cronulla and Botany, so this is a bit of a nice-to-have * Own bathroom - would definitely be a perk There are only 2 points that a critical for me: * Private room * The ability for friends to visit and hang out - I'm not a party-person, but I have noticed some listings that indicate visitors are not welcome at all - I'd like to be part of a home, not a ward. All that said, I'm pretty open to all possibilities :) I'm interested in a long-term home more than a short-term stay, but I'm open to options.
I'm a personal trainer working in the CBD just moved down from Brisbane I'm extremely tidy and respectful of everyone's own space. Very easy going and easy to get along with. During the week I'm pretty busy with work and rugby and on the weekends I like to spend my time doing whatever like going out, going to the beach, chilling out whatever really hah. I start early in the morning so won't be looking for a party house.
Hello! I'm a 27 years old PhD student in UNSW. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, non-smoker and with no pets. I live a very healthy lifestyle and enjoy swimming, yoga and traveling. I will be studying and working full time (so no worries about rent and bills payments from my side) and looking for a cozy place to call home. I have a lot of experience sharing flats with people and know how to respect your privacy when needed, but will also be happy to have an occasional dinner together and share some laughs. I will be arriving to Sydney in late January and prefer to move in by the beginning or mid of February. My flatmate should be friendly, considerate, quiet when needed (I might have to study in the apartment), clean, tidy and a non-smoker. If you like to travel and into going out and grabbing a drink every once in a while that would be a bonus ;) If you think we can be a good match and have a spare room please feel free to send me a message. Cheers :)
Hello everyone, my name is Britta, I am 26 years old and from Germany. I am about to start working as a legal assistant at a lawyers office in Sydney. I am a reliable, happy, open minded, clean and quiet person who is looking for a place to stay, as I have been traveling for a few months now and can not wait to have a real home again. My hobbies are Photography, Yoga and Hiking and I have been in Australia already 10 months in total now. I love the Sea, Sydney itself and I love to cook. I leave shared places like the bathroom or the kitchen as I find them and my own room will always be tidy. I am looking for like minded people to have a great time with and who respect privacy at the same time.
Always happy to chat but also like having chilled out times reading, listening to music and whatnot. Work in the arts sector so enjoy all things creative, plus beach, tasty foods and wines, walking in the park, chatting with cats and dogs, all that jazz :) Looking for a share house from March onwards while my partner heads to the UK for work in 2017, currently living in Newtown.
I am a working professional from New Zealand. I am very friendly, easy-going and clean and tidy. I have been flatting for the last 8 years and live with others easily, but I am also independent and will likely be working long hours.
Im an easy going chick working full time in recruitment. I enjoy keeping fit and usually train 4-5 times a week. I likea place to feel like home and enjoy socialising with the people i live with but also like my own space and respect peoples . Im clean and house proud.
I am a neat, friendly, outgoing engineering student coming to study in Australia from Canada! I am from Toronto and go to school in Vancouver, I love the outdoors and nature, I cook vegetarian and love meeting new people.
Living in Sydney since Jan 2013 in various suburbs of lower north shore. Lived in share houses for the first year and a half then in my own place where I am today. Recently started a new position in the city as a consultant and the lower north shore is getting a bit stale so it is time to move to the other side of the harbour bridge. Looking to team up with one or two amazing housemate(s) to start a new lease at a nice property in the inner city. Don't have a fixed date on when I'd like to move out but ideally Q1 2017. About me: - In case you're pronouncing my name wrong in your head, it is pronounced as me-high-low (as one word) - Born in Montenegro (Serbian), living in NZ since I was 10 years old, still have an East Euro accent - Senior Engineer, Software & Computer Systems - Regularly train at Anytime Fitness - Very clean and tidy. I can also cook! - Love the outdoors - hiking, beaches, exploring new locations - Love live events - music festivals, concerts and outdoor events Things I look for in a flatmate: - Not a couch potato, someone active who likes to get out and about - Follows a healthy eating lifestyle. Bonus points if you're into weight lifting too - No couples please - Working professional - Likes to explore Sydney/Australia - food events, music festivals, outdoor parks etc. Things I look for in the property: - Two or three bedroom apartment - Location should be inner city, not too fussed whether it is west (Newtown, Surry Hills etc) or east (Potts Point, Darlinghurst) or south (Alexandria, Mascot etc) but within 15 km radius of the city, south of the harbour bridge - I have a car so I need covered parking, happy to pay a higher share of rent to cover the extra cost of parking if I'm the only one with the car - It would be ideal but not necessary for the property to have access to NBN/fiber. Internet speed in Oz is a joke by world standards and there are properties with NBN in the inner city worth consideration - Train access or not far from a train station. Buses are pretty average in Sydney and I'd prefer not to have to use multiple modes of public transport just to get to the city - Air conditioning... because its Sydney - I've got all the furnishings for an apartment but happy to put extra in storage or just sell it if it is not needed. Minimally, you'd need just to fill your own room with furniture If you're considering me as a potential team up for a new place, drop me a line and we can meet for a coffee and get introduced in person first. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
I am an international student in UNSW, and I am looking for a new place to live during the first semester 2017 (4 months aprox but it could be more) I am a quiet and friendly person and most of the time I am studying or at uni. I would like to find a bedroom for me near to UNSW (Kensington, Randwick or Kingsford).
We are two easy going and positive girls that love to be outside and always keen to go out and have some little adventure! Lotta will study Fashion Design and I will be working at ABC studios. We are fun and love the good life, but we also can take responsibility and good care of anything, and we like it clean.
I am a Canadian moving to Sydney to complete a Master in Marine Science and Management at the University of Sydney. I am very easy-going, enjoy a clean house (I procrasticlean), and love social roommates! I love everything outdoors, particularly the ocean, as you can probably tell from my masters choice. I am always keen for some adventure, so if you are down for a good hike or some surfing, I think we could be great friends! In Canada I play ice hockey, and lacrosse, but I am hoping to try my hand at rugby once in Sydney. As a housemate, I enjoy a casual beer, a good cup of tea, baking, dancing, and the occasional family dinner!
Hi there! I´m a 25 yo mexican looking for a nice place to live, I will arrive in Sydney on February 9th and will be studying at ACBI. Feel free to contact me.
I am looking for somewhere close to where I'll be completing my Pharmacist intern year in Woollahra, happy to settle anywhere around the inner west/eastern suburbs. I'm a friendly, sociable person who is always up for a chat/netflix marathon but also respectful of quiet time and personal space. I love animals so if you own cute little pets it's a bonus! Some of my hobbies include baking, photography and travel. Looking for a single room only (no shared rooms!) and hoping to share with like-minded people of a similar age.
I'm a happy and chilled out guy from Sweden who likes to stay active. I'm keen to socialize and meet new people. I take my job and health seriously which means I'm no party animal. Though I do go out from time to time for drinks with my mates. I've been sharing flats before and it's never been a problem since I'm very organized and respectful. I sometimes need my personal space but wouldn't hide in my room all weekend. Love the outdoors, beaches and going to the cafe for breakfast in the weekends!
We are a young couple from Hong Kong and Japan. I have about 3 or so years of room-renting experience whilst Akira has just relatively recently come to Australia for about 2. Both of us have been raised to be independent so we both clean up around the house and room. We even finish washing dishes while cooking before we even eat. We love to cook and bake at home together so maybe you can get some treats from us from time to time. Eating is one of my most favourite past times. Akira is studying commercial cookery and I am studying Media Arts. We mainly just sit in our room when we're not working; I play games on my desktop PC and she browses the web so fast internet is important!! Sometimes we will go out to eat or order pizza. I've just begun to learn how to surf and skate and have my own boards. By just begun I mean only done it a couple times so I'm still pretty bad. I enjoy gaming the most so maybe we can play together (PC). Akira likes to watch shows on her laptop and play some casual games as well, and both love to cook. We love pets but don't have our own (we wish to some day!) and HATE smoking. We also don't like to drink (I have a slight allergy to alcohol).
My name's Shei, I'm moving to Sydney (from Melbourne) on the 5th of Feb. I'm transferring over from Deakin to study Sport and Exercise Science at Usyd. I'm an online shopaholic, little bit of a health nerd and a lover of a good adventure. I'm looking for the kind of flat that's filled with fun, quirky people who love a good chat and want to get to know the people they're living with. A family away from home. I love a good night out but I also really value my downtime, whether that be curled up with a glass of red by tv or smashing out some work in my room. If you think we sound like flatmate OTPs, hit me up :) I'm in Sydney every few weeks, so maybe we can meet up and get to know each other a bit? See if it could work? Shei xx
I am young and easy going. I am easy to get along with and easy to live with. Very clean and will have no problems making payments on time.
Hi I'm a professional guy working in software development in Surrey Hills. I've arrived in Sydney from london at the beginning of January, so I'm very new to the city. I love keeping active at the gym at least 5 times per week and love being outdoors, especially at the beach. I'm looking for a place to call home.
I am from Brazil and moved to Australia to improve my english skills. Also, I would like to get in contact with other cultures. To be easygoing, clean, sociable and polite are some of mine characteristics.
Hey all, I am a Novocastrian looking to relocate to start a new job with Contiki in early Feb. Looking forward to the big-city-life. I am looking for a place to call home with a bunch of easy-going people. I've shared houses for years and have always become friends with housemates. I'm out and about a lot, but always happy to share a glass of vino after a long day at work. I like being outside and active whenever I can, especially after spending all day in an office. Please feel free to send me a message if you want to know anything else! :) Thanks, Jess
Looking for a new place to call home. I'm 26 year old female primary school teacher. Just moved back home from living in London for 2 years. Looking for a fun filled and easy going share house. I'm easy going, clean and thoroughly enjoy a social but chilled household. I enjoy being outdoors, playing sport, ocean swimming and relaxing with a book/Netflix. Looking for a room That can fit a double bed and I have some furniture to add but not much as I sold a lot of it to move overseas. Happy to contribute to the house though where needed. ** I've put on my profile move in date the 30th Jan but I can actually move in whenever.
I am a 31 year old gay brit in Australia on a 2 year working visa. I like a balance of work and play, very clean and tidy and a great cook!! Looking for a furnished private room, with good public transport connection to the CBD. Respectful, very clean and tidy flatmates who like to have a chat or dinner from time to time. I work full-time as a financial analyst in Barangaroo. On the weekends I like to be outside as much as possible, at the beach or exploring the city.

Hi, I'm Eva, 29 years old and recently moved (for long term) from the Netherlands to Sydney. I work full-time within an international Consulting firm. I have an active lifestyle and after working hours I love to be outside, socialise and exercise. I love exercising in general but mainly run (the 25K Tasmania's Gone Nuts run is first on my list), play tennis and try to improve my surfing skills. I also really enjoy discovering the best soy cappuccinos and lunch places in Sydney, drinking a glass of wine with friends and watching a good movie. As a housemate I would describe myself as friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. I like to have a chat and a good laugh but I am also respectful of personal space. I'm looking for a place to call home.
I am 20 years old and work in the performing arts. I am looking for a room from late January until the end of March. I'm very tidy, easy-going and chill to live with, always happy for a chat but also respect people's space!
Im a very sociable person, clean and tidy, and am basically the perfect housemate. Oh and I'm also really funny. I'm currently working an office job in the city, and love to surf, eat food and keep myself busy. I'm from England and unfortunately have to leave oz in March as my visa runs out!
Hey! I'm a 24 year old Canadian who has recently moved to Sydney. I'm currently working full time in sales, and will be moving into a marketing role soon. I'm looking for something long(er) term, I'm extremely clean, laid back and quiet. I'm looking to share a place with 1-3 roommates, and since I don't know Sydney - I'm not too picky with what suburb I'm in. Since I've recently moved to Oz, having roommates to have the occasional dinner/wine night/weekend hangouts would be amazing! I also love spending time hanging out by myself so I won't be at home taking up all the wifi too often. I love going out for dinner and drinks, but also, Netflix at home of course. I love hitting the gym, running, yoga, hiking, and basically anything active. I love cooking at home and eat really healthy, but Macca's is also my go to midnight snack. I plan to spend free time hitting the beach, exploring and travelling Oz, cooking and wine nights at home. I'm looking for roommates to hang out/explore the city with :) I also love animals and would love to live somewhere with pets! Toss me a message! :)
Hi I'm Ashley! I work as a paramedic in the CBD. On my days off I enjoy going to the gym and muay thai. I also enjoy the beach, bars, movies, and chocolate! I'm originally from Perth. I'm looking ideally for one other housemate, preferably of similar age. I am however open to living with a maximum of 2 other people. I'm hoping my new housemate will share similar interests as me so we can hang out, but is also respectful of down time. I'm clean and will be more than willing to chip into communal chores and utility costs. I'm not looking for a party house and I am only interested in living in the eastern suburbs. Due to the nature of my work being shift work I will need access to a car space or easy st parking. I'm hoping to find a housemate who is understanding and respectful of the need to sleep before my 2 night shifts. I work 12 hr shifts, 4 on 5 off. If you have any questions or would like to send me a link to your property, do not hesitate to contact me :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
We are two french girls with a working holiday in Sydney and we just arrived 1 week ago. We are always positive, easy going and smiling. We like sports (hiking, diving, fitness...) and simple things of life such as go out for a dinner with friends or a long night walk in the city or a beach. We are looking for a full time work in restauration.
Hey potential housemates, I've recently finished my masters degree in International Public Health and have a few months before I start my internship with the World Health Organisation. So until then I'll be working part-time, doing some research with the Uni of Sydney and spending as much time as I can at the beach :) As far as being a housemate goes, I'm pretty relaxed with most things. I like to cook for myself (and others if their interested in trying my food) and pull my weight when it comes to cleaning. I like houses where everyone gets along, and enjoys each others company. That being said I'm not interested in being in a party house. Apart from that, I'm pretty handy when it comes to fixing things around the house. And a bit about me. I've just become a member at Tamarama SLSC, so I'll be doing a few patrols over summer. I generally like to stay pretty fit and healthy and love my ocean swims and rowing. I'm pretty awful at staying up late, and tend to be up with the sun most mornings. I usually find knowing what book someone is reading gives a good glimpse of what they're like. So, if you're interested, I'm reading the Manual of Freediving by Umberto Pelizzari. If there's anything else you like to know feel free to drop me a line. Hope to hear you soon, Pat.

I am a fun loving hard working and super easy going 31 year old business owner that currently runs two fashion labels and an online store, I also work in real estate plus have a few other little business ventures going on. I am from the South Coast, where I also have my own house, so I travel home a lot of weekends, just need a Sydney pad again. I also travel to Bali for up to a month at a time sometimes for my business. I am extremely respectable and house proud, neat and tidy always, and highly respect others privacy and need for space. I enjoy a glass of wine or a cold cider most afternoons to wind down from the day but other than that I work a lot from my laptop so all in all pretty quiet and chilled in my room when I am at home. I love my quiet week nights but always up for a social bevvy or a dinner! I spend most of my spare time at the beach. And on weekends if I am in Sydney, I am usually out doing photoshoots for my labels, hitting the beach, out dining with friends, enjoying a BBQ at home, or chilling out to a movie. Flexible with move date and length of stay, happy to discuss what suits. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon!
